What'S good, what's good, what's popping out it's your girl, garcia, i'm back at again with another video there's people sleeping as you already read about the title. This video is going to be a hair care routine. I took out my hair from mini twisted. I mean not many sweatshirts, goodness wow knotless braids. I got the cutest knotless braid. This is ashley and we are at her beauty bar. It was super cute like i didn't, have to worry about my hair at all, but now she's dirty she's um. Does she think i can't really smell it? She don't spank, but she dirty. We got ta, take care of that and before i do that, i'm going to do a hot oil treatment. I haven't done that in so long. So now we've got to start adding our oils. I have coconut oil first. This is probably going to be our base along with olive oil. Both of these i get from the grocery store, walmart target target might be whatever oils i have around the house. Even if i don't know how to pronounce it, even if i don't know what to do, i'm using it so we're starting off with our coconut oil and i'm going to take like i usually just eyeball everything i don't measure out or i don't know so i'll. Just take, however much i think i need - and this is haitian, castor oil um straight out of haiti aside from genetics. This right here is one of the reasons why this mane is so like long and luscious, i'm not even watching. This is what the coconut oil looks like right now and now we're about to add our castor oil. So now we're going to go in with our olive oil throw some of that in there. So i thought we had more oils than just the three that i just mentioned. I guess we don't, which is lame, so i'm just going to add more of what i already have can't tip it over it's gon na fall. So here's what we're looking like that picture makes me happy, since this is a hot oil treatment. Our oil has to get hot you're not supposed to put the oil in the microwave, because, once you put in the microwave it kind of takes away from the nutrients of it. So what i'm going to do is have boiling water and put this aluminum plate over the water. It'S melting pretty fast. So let's get some mixing. So i just found some melaleuca oil, which i just looked up and see. That is good for dandruff and keeping your hair clean and strong. So i'm about to use it a couple of dabs in there. That is enough. So now that our oil is all melted, it's definitely time for us to apply it to my hair, and i just found this styling moisturizer, which naturals had sent to me when i did a video for them and it's packed and packed and packed with nice oils. So before applying this, you want to make sure that you have a shirt on that you don't care about, and i really do care about this sweatshirt. I really do on top of that. You want to have like a towel on the floor because it's going to get baby's gon na get everywhere, let's get into it. This is what we're looking like right now. I see that some people, when they do their hot oil treatments they put it in on dry hair and my theory on that is, if you're doing a hollow achievement oil seals so you're sealing in dry hair. If you put the oil on dry hair, it just doesn't make sense to me. It really doesn't so i'm going to wet my hair a little bit like dampen it up and then apply the oil. It'S just my theory. You don't got to look into it, but it's just how it makes sense. In my head, i have low porosity hair, which means that when i put a product onto my hair, if you look closely it kind of just sits there, so i have to literally work whatever product or water. I have to literally work it in so that it can get into the cuticles of my hair, and that's also why i use warm water for everything that i'm doing so that it can open up the cuticle. So since my little brother lost my applicator bottle, i have to dig my hands into the bowl and apply it to my hair. That way, but usually i would use an applicator bottle, especially because it's much easier to work with and scale massages also help with increasing the blood circulation to your scalp and what does that help with growth? Thank you afterwards, i'm just going to twist it up and move on, try to finger detangle if you can, because it makes it 10 times easier. I think i, like my shedded hairs. It makes it 10 times easier to detangle when you have oil in your hair. Just straight oil, nothing but water and oil, since i'm done with this whole side, i'm going to dip my hand in the oil again and really like target the roots, even more so by now my own's a little cold and it's a hot oil chamber, not a Cold oil treatment just stop, so i'm going to put it back on top of the boiling water and i'm going to add a little bit more olive oil. I'Ll come back to you guys when i'm all done so we're back. I put a walmart plastic bag over my head because we're about to put this hot head over, so mine has cupcakes and stuff all over it, and it's just super cute and super me with our type of hair. You want to deep condition with heat. It'S just a deeper penetration. When you have heat and this hot head, i will link it down below. You want to only put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I put it. I flip it inside and out of 30 seconds each side and then, if it's not warm enough i'll still do it again, but you don't want to go over three minutes. I believe so yeah i'm going to leave it on my head for about. I say 30 minutes 30 minutes. Just me wanting to be extra. It could be like 10 or 15 minutes depending on the state of your hair. But for me i think 30 minutes will do and plus i kind of want to relax for a little bit. So, okay, so i know i'm a little late to the party because suave ben came out with this natural hair collection, but i had to try it. I think this was my second time trying it and i was impressed better than the first time y'all. Just look at how that shampoo lathers up on your girl's, hair yeah. It made me that happy the detangling process was a breeze. It melted my knots away, and it was just like a one. Two three process, like i never really think, will detangle as much when i'm washing my hair, but listen a lot glad. This combination was snappy and on top of that, with me doing my heart, oh treatment, yeah, it was a vibe. So after spending like um the whole day in the shower, you guys saw me apply the leave-in, conditioner and then um. Once i got back inside of my room, i found lavender oil. After all that searching, i had one more oil that i could have used for the hot oil treatment, but it's okay. Let me show you what it looks like. I found this lavender oil in my room, so i applied that, like i undid the braids again applied that and then um threw my bonnet on and my bonnet is so pretty so cute. So your girl is back and it's the next day and i'm tired of looking like the girl from polar express. So this is what we're looking like right now and take the braids out. I'M gon na do like a real, simple style. Nothing too fancy i'm just going to pull it all back and um. Stick it back a little bit. I don't want to use too much gel because i'm going to end up styling my hair during the week anyway, so i just need something to just keep my hands out of my hair and just keep my hair out of my face. So, let's get into it. I got i got things to do people to see homework to finish. Oh my gosh, after about having this on my head for, like a good five, ten minutes. This is what we look like. I could never get. You know when you lay your edges and then it just start waving up for no reason like that's not what i asked for it's not. I didn't want to put gel on it because i'm going to end up restarting my hair during the week anyway. So this is just something to keep out of my face. Keep it out of my way and i have to add, like the little okay in my culture, we called him blue google. Let me know what you guys call it, because i just whenever i think of these, whenever i see them, we call them boo, gogo, okay, so so i have to add these at the end, just to weigh the ponytail down, or else it'll be sticking up like That that practically concludes this video. Thank you guys so much for watching, don't forget to like comment and subscribe and i'll see you guys in my next video. I love you

Talia pink: Yessss to the Haitian castor oil!! I knew as soon as I seen the bottle

Ashley Reid: I think people apply their hot oil treatments to dry hair so the oil can fully penetrate. Because oil and water don't mix, I feel like the oil would just sit on top of your hair and scalp. Just my theory... btw you have beautiful hair :)

HereDianna: Hi coconut oil and olive oil are one of the rare ingredients that penetrate your hair so it conditions from the inside. It helps hair cuticles to remain flat hence our hair don't get damaged easily. Why would you want to seal water just before shampoing anyway. But applying a bit of water before the oil makes the application of the oil in the hair easier as it gives more slip.

Rachel David: Omg I love your personality and your hair is so gorgeous!!

Fabia f: Adorei o vídeo, Abraço de Brasil!!❤
