Hair Care Routine// How To Keep Hair Healthy

Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel first, please excuse this fan noise, but anyways today, i will be showing you guys my hair care routine, because a lot of you guys have requested for it um. But the reason why i haven't made this video was because my hair care routine is nothing different from anybody else and it's like the most simplest thing ever so i didn't think i needed to make this video, but since you guys were still curious, i have brought This video, for you guys so, let's get started, okay, so first off shampoo and conditioner. I basically use anything that i have at home or like some hand-me-downs, for example. This is still oh. I oe. Oh, i don't know how to pronounce this but anyways. My sister bought this for herself, but she didn't use it so i was like might as well just use it. So this is what i've been using: nothing special, really um. She said this is for medium hair um. To be quite honest, my sister told me this is pricier than any other, like ones that we've tried before, but i don't really see like a huge difference, but i've been just using these two and it makes my hair smell really good and healthy. Looking but other than this one, i use the um pantene, shampoo and conditioner the regular ones, anything that i can find from cvs, but for shampoo i only use shampoo on the roots of my hair and like in here, and i rinse it out um. I want to do it to show you guys a demonstration of it in the shower, but i was like that's kind of awkward, so i didn't i'm just going to explain it to you guys. So, basically i use shampoo. I don't use um shampoo on my ends of my hair. I only use it on on my roots after i shampoo there, i like to just comb my hair with a brush like this, because it just makes my hair um easier to absorb the conditioner, because if it's all tangled up, then it's not going to really like Absorb the conditioner and i only use conditioner on the ends of my hair, so basically from like here to here, i put conditioner yeah, i just remembered from somewhere that we're only supposed to use shampoo on your roots and conditioner on the end. So that's what i've been doing and i let my hair conditioner stay in my hair, while i wash my body because if you just do conditioner and you wash it off right away, there's no effect of it um. So i like to keep the conditioner in for maybe like five ten minutes and then i wash it off and then after that, that is basically everything i do uh. When i come out of the shower, i just wrap my head up with a towel um. You know that method where you go like this and then twirl it and then bring it up. You know what i mean and then i like to air dry, my hair, so that 50 of it is dry, because if you do dryer right away, not only is it going to take you much longer, because your hair is like damp wet, but it's just really Bad for your hair, because you're just putting a necessary amount of heat, so i like to just dry my hair using my hands um and you know dry it off it's easier in the summer, but in the winter it's like takes forever because it's freezing cold and Before i put any other products, i like to use this long roller to roll in my bangs, so that my bangs can stay put and have a nice form at the end um, but anyways after my hair is around halfway dry. I like to use um some kind of product to make my hair more healthy. These are different oils that i use interchangeably. This one is a good, affordable one that we got from cvs. This is um argan oil, and this makes my hair feel very um, silky and healthy, but this can be a little bit oily, so yeah. Then we have this one here um. This was the one that my sister got, but she doesn't use. So i just use it. This is the most expensive, but i don't really see a huge difference, maybe that it makes my hair look more shiny, yeah this one, this dough, i don't know how to pronounce this oh lie away way way: anyways whatever i don't know how to pronounce it and Then this one - this is also my sister bought for herself, but she didn't end up using it because it didn't fit her hair. So i'm just using it. This is the argan hair oil. Oh, i like this one, the most out of everything, because this hair oil makes my hair very bouncy and um. Very smooth. I'Ve been really liking this one. This is the one that i got at the hair salon. When i got my hair dyed brown um. This is the aqua miracle. Serum repair connection like my hair, is usually really tingly, not really tingly, but since i have damaged hair on the bottom, my hair is like feels tingly and the split ends like act up and my hair at the ends are unhealthy. But after using this, this makes my hair, like i don't know if you can tell but like it it's just so soft. It says excellent moisture and i totally agree with that. It gives so much nutrients to my hair, so i've been using this one alone, but i've been liking to pair these two together. So i take a pump of this and just spread it around my hair first and then i take the argan oil and take a pump and also spread it around into the ends of my hair. So after i apply those products onto like the ends of my hair, i like to dry my hair, like using this kind of motion, so my ball, so the volume of my hair can stay put, because if i do like this, it like makes my hair super Flat so i like to pull up my hair while i dry my hair, like that, and i don't dry my hair so that it's fully dry, i like to kind of air dry my ends, so i only like to completely dry my roots after i finish that I like to use a hair clip and clip my hair, twisting my hair upwards, pull it around and then clip my hair so that my hair gets some natural heatless waves, because i i'm super lazy. So i never reach out for a curling iron or anything like that. So i just like to give myself some natural waves like this okay, so i actually went to the park with my brother, so i'm like really sweating, but my hair got really um all over the place because i was burning so i rolled it back up. Let this go, it's been like a minute, it might look a little poofy now, but once it dies down, the hair does become very smooth. So let me show you guys what it looks like when i let go of my hair after i put it in that bun, it becomes very pretty. My hair gets waved naturally like this.
