If I was like after a while, it gets too cold and I was like hotter, hotter yeah and we used to live in Minnesota and it's so cold there in the winter. So we just love a hot shower: that's right, yeah, but it's totally bad for your hair. Chad! That'S a mistake! You guys hot water, open your pores like really big and activate this oil-producing command when you use hot water and actually stripped color off of your hair. So you know I'll be going gray faster and check Chaz no longer blonde. Okay, I'm gon na admit. I have made this mistake before I came an expert here just just kidding, I'm just better with my hair care. Now after I wash my hair and my hair is still wet and I would comb it out and that's just like a huge mistake, I get a lot of hair fall out. My tip is I actually brush my hair before washing how I do it. So I start from the ends. First, if I have any knot, I try to get it out like this, and I just do it very gently and then I used like a wide toothed comb like this or even wider. Sometimes I thought you're just super aggressive of yours, oh well! I don't really have that much hair, so I don't have to do grasses by the correct shampoo. My hair is straight and coarse and dry. We don't share the same shampoo and you have fine hair. So you're gon na you do mixing shampoos that are not for my hair type won't work as well. I rarely use a hair dryer to dry. My hair, you got a really nice one you couldn't be using. I could I could. I have a like a Ferrari. One it's pretty intense and very nice, but I try not to use my hairdryer when I'm in a hurry and if you guys are in a hurry and you need to dry your hair, why not to use the maximum heat temperature? My hairdryer actually has like just air you're like a fan, and so I like using that the most when I do use it, I never dry my hair to a hundred percent. The air naturally will just finish drying it off: hey, Chad. You know that we have to wash your hair differently from each other yeah because we have different hair types. I have dry my scalp it's dry in my hairs course, so I wash my hair every three to five days. My hair is super awesome, so I don't never have to wash it um. It'S okay, not super awesome leasco, so he does need to wash his hair more often than me so about one to two days. That'S not something you should wash your hair man. I hate showering. I like dirty he's actually, like washes, hair like once a month right now, whatever don't lie to them. Taking care of your hair is kind of similar to taking care of your skin. When I go outside, I try to put on SPF on my skin it's kind of the same with your hair. You know a form of a hat, a little winter hair and they do have like SPF spray for your hair. Yes did not know that, oh, you know have a shower go away. You use your fingers or your fingernails while you wash your hair. Take just my finger. Just your fingers, but you don't really have long nails. A lot of girls have long nails and sometimes when they wash their hair, they like scratch. It like this, make it really hard and that's really bad, because you're gon na scratch, your scalp. What you should do is use these soft parts of your fingers and like massage it very gently, and it actually stimulates your scalp. I love a good stimulation for the massage Chad. How do you try and dry your hair anyways? That'S the wrong everything Chad's doing with his hair is completely wrong. Sometimes I would wrap my hair up. You know it with a towel into a twist, but don't do that it like damages your hair, follicles and it'll, make your hair fall out. So let's say I do want to use a towel. How should I grab my hair with a towel? You don't want to go like this and like rub it, you want to do a Pilate motion. No friction you guys use like hair curling or hair straightener. So I actually don't really straighten my hair that often or use my curling iron that often they're actually really bad for your hair, because the more you use them your hair gets more brittle, but I do use any hair appliances. Like straightening, my hair, I use the heat protectant spray just to make sure to protect my hair, always wear protection of any kind. Yes, I got ta admit I don't eat very healthy when I don't eat very healthy. You notice, like my hair, is falling out a lot more than usual. That'S like a sign of other diseases, he's like thyroid issues, hormonal changes, I mean Eve or stress, or it's just yeah you're stressed out like relationship structure like when you're here. So another mistake is not trimming your split ends. I carry fit in my purse almost everywhere. It does look like a pen, but it's a pair of scissors. I do this all the time. That'S there like, when I'm driving she'll be sitting in the passenger seat. Like 20 minutes or never go anywhere, I just like take this out from my purse, and I just trim my foot in and after 20 minutes, there's like a little tiny pile of litter. That'S it just a little tiny bit. I don't feel like you need to go. Get your hair trim like every two to three months, like a lot of holistic jazz. I don't think that's very necessary. I get my haircut like twice a year at most. Yes, having a healthy diet is also very crucial for getting a luscious hair, and that is your mistake because you do not eat healthy, but I do take my vitamins. That'S true. The vitamins I do you take have protein calcium and iron in them, so that contributes to my luscious hair yeah, so good, a good daily vitamin huh. Yes, another mistake is washing your comb and your brush. It'S a mistake to wash it not to wash it whenever. I brush my hair. It just collects a ton of hair in here to remove all the hair and then wash this with warm water. You know to get all the dirt and bacteria and all that grossest mop it. You don't want to be applying old bacteria and just grow heat back into your scalp. You know like I, don't even want to do it right now. So I know this is nice and clean, so you wash it wash it. This one is more of a tip. Rather than a mistake for girls with medium to like long hair like mine, a really long hair, it gets all tangled up and it gets really frizzy. So if I want to like remain really nice and smooth, i braid it like in a very loose braid like this, and then I tie at the end very loosely again and then, when I wake up in the morning sometime, it will create like a nice wave. So I don't even have to use a curling iron in the next day, so it's like it's like a double duty. You know, yeah, you know no heat needed and then your hair won't be frizzy. I'M gon na get my own.
