My Flat To Volume Hair Care Routine Feat. John Frieda Volume Lift | Rosa All Day

It'S currently one of my most popular videos with 4 100 views. So today is another hair related video, and i'm going to share with you, my hair routine, on how to add volume to my hair. Before we start, i would just like to remind you that you are beautiful. Whatever is your hair type, hair, color or hairstyle? As long as it makes, you happy then go for it as you can see, i have thin fine hair and this part is usually flat. Then here at the end, i have my natural waves, which i really love. I prefer having more shape on my roots, to make it look fuller and get balanced with my natural waves. So here's what i do to go from this to this. First, i use a wide toothed comb to detangle my hair knots. I'Ve had this comb for 13 years now, and i really love it because i get less hair loss compared to other combs. I use warm water and i only wash my hair every other day. If you over wash your hair, it will strip away the natural oil that moisturizes the hair, so it will become dry and will be prone to hair damage. The key products for my hair are the john frieda volume, lift shampoo and conditioner. This collection of volumizing essentials is designed to define flat, hair infused with air silk technology, it preps hair for light and full hairstyles shampoo time. I mix it with a little water in my palm and then apply it on my scalp, then massage gently as you can see. I don't put any shampoo on the ends of my hair, because that will make them dry and cause split ends. Then i rinse and squeeze the excess water out of my hair. Afterwards, i use the john frieda volume lift conditioner. I apply it only in the ends of my hair. Then i use my fingers to detangle any hair knots. I let it sit for three to five minutes. While i take a bath, then i rinse again and this time with cold water. As you can see, i'm using my hair drying towel leave this on my head, while doing other things like putting on clothes or makeup. Never rub your hair with a towel, because the hair is fragile. When it's wet, i detangle the hair knots using my fingers. Then i use again my favorite comb. I usually air dry, my hair, but on special occasions or if i want to add volume to my hair, i use a blower. I always set my blower to cold air to minimize damage. I flip my hair forward and dry the roots first during winter. I turn on the heat on the blower, but i make sure to spritz a heat protector mist just like this. Then i comb my hair again to style my hair. I gather and pull up the top then use a round brush to lock in the lift. The natural part of my hair is in the middle, so what i usually do is i flip my hair sideways. This is the before and after, but wait there's more use.
