I know what you're thinking Jose cut it out with these obvious video and I get it. It sounds like a no-brainer, but I won't stop because even with these basic, almost no-brainer routines that everybody does on a daily basis, so many guys are still committing errors that are ruining their hair, ruining their hairstyle and overall ruining their appearance. And my goal in life is to make sure you look like a star today, I'm gon na be showing you how to properly wash your hair. If that sounds interesting, what's up into it number one make sure the water temperature is just right now. Most people suggest that you set the temperature of the water either lukewarm or body temperature. This is to make sure that you really open up all the cuticles and really get in there and remove all the dirt and residue from your hair. The only thing you want to avoid here is avoid the scorching hot boiling water. This is going to overly strip your hair to the point that it's just gon na dry it out and by the time that you do this repeatedly. It'S gon na leave your hair super crunchy number two you're gon na want to grab your shampoo and start applying it now. Here you don't want to go overboard. You want to go about two quarter: sized amounts in the palm of your hand. This is enough for about medium sized hair for men, essentially you're looking for enough lather and coverage without going overboard, because here is where men tend to really make mistakes when you go add too much product and go overboard, and you really start scratching your scalp and Really digging in there they're gon na overly dry, your scalp, which is gon na, encourage it to over produce its oil, which is gon na leave you with greasy hair that nobody wants so gently start from your scalp and allow the shampoo to really start cleansing. Your hair, then you can just allow the shampoo to run down your hair and you don't have to cover the Strand completely, really just focus on the scalp, because that's where most of the concentration of the residue and oil is at now as a man. The best thing you can do is invest in a nourishing shampoo like this one from Hudson in Maine, my shampoo. It'S all I've been using because it's infused with nutrients and botanicals like Irish sea weed aloe vera, spirulina, avocado olive oil and activated charcoal this shampoo. Not only cleanses your hair, like other shampoos, but it also nourishes it to make sure that when you wash it out, your hair ends up silky soft honestly when it comes from men. There really isn't any other shampoo like this and the market and not to mention this thing. It smells amazing. It almost smells like like a high-end luxury fragrant and if you haven't tried it out, you're missing out, you guys need to check out hudson in maine and check out our shampoo and conditioner i'm going to have them link down below, go ahead and check them out. I'M also gon na have a special discount code that if you use code, TMF you're gon na get 20 % off, so there's no excuse. You need to start using at nourishing shampoo this roses on to number three, which is frequency. Now there really isn't a one-size-fits-all. When it comes to frequency and how freaking you should be washing your hair, everybody has different levels of oil production. So if your hair is naturally overly greasy all the time, you probably will need to wash your hair once every day give or take. On the other hand, if your hair is naturally dry, you probably want to leave spaces two or three days in between each hair wash to make sure you're not overly dry, your hair. The point is that your shampoo should not be damaging you, so if you notice that your hair is getting overly dry, it's time to cut back on shampoo in your hair and try to leave a day or two in between each session number four conditioning your hair. This is one of the most crucial steps to make sure that your hair ends up silky, smooth because conditioner to your hair is like moisturizers to your skin, so to apply a conditioner. What you're gon na want to do is kind of dry, your hair, with your hands to kind of remove all that excess water and moisture from your hair and just even damp. This is going to ensure proper penetration of your conditioner and latching. On onto your hair, then you're gon na want to get a generous amount of conditioner into the palm of your hands and focus onto the middle and end of your hair strand. This is because the hair that's closest to your scalp, that's the newest hair and it's properly moisturized, because it's the one closest to the oil glands, the hair on the middle. To the end, it's a little bit older and needs a little bit more love. So gently apply the conditioner like a cream and not like a shampoo, which means you're now gon na be scrubbing to lather up and instead you're gon na be applying to make sure it's coating. The hair strand, then you're gon na, want to leave it on for as long as possible. Personally, what I like to do is then I move on to the rest of my body and then come back to my hair and rinse out the conditioner. Ideally, you want to leave it for anywhere from two to three minutes on and again, if you're, using our conditioner from Hudson in Maine, this stuff is infused with so many nutrients, it's gon na, be like any other conditioner. You try to the point that when you do rinse your hair and just run your fingers through your hair, you're gon na feel how soft and healthy your hair feel. And this is because this conditioner is infused with high-quality ingredients like kelp algae extract and brown seaweed. Stuff that you'll never find and your cheap store-bought, shampoo and conditioner, and if you guys want to check out our shampoo and conditioner, the best thing to do is buy our bundle. We sell them both together. That way, you can save money versus buying them separately. If you buy them, both your hair will thank you, and so will your wallet and then, on top of that discounted bundle, you can under 20 % discount to make it even more affordable. Jarek: Jose, I’ve been taking cold showers ever since you included that tip in an older video and I notice the difference! My skin and hair has felt softer and healthier than it ever did. I used to take scolding hot showers and the transition was difficult at first but now I’m used to it. Thanks so much!

shade: I used these tips and it seriously helped. While washing out conditioner I kept trying to wash the rest out, then I realized it was literally how soft my hair was. THANK YOU!

felixG83: It's been about a year and I can confidently say I'm a satisfied Hudson & Mane user. My hair feels better than it ever has after washing with it and it's left feeling strong but soft once it dries. Definitely worth a try if you're considering it. I'm not sponsored or compensated in any way by this product.

Three6M: At this point I seriously don’t even know if I’m breathing correctly

braddockakalatis2: I had to get a hair transplant at the age of 36 to learn how to wash my hair. Thanks 100's of barbers! Shampoo, rinse and repeat T-Gel 2X a week and use conditioner 7X a week. Not too complicated, mom and dad!

Thumos Tube: I have dry scalp moisture. My scalp is extremely dry and my hair is like hey so I do a coconut oil hair mask once a week and shampoo once or twice a week. I use conditioner 3 times a week. That’s what works for me.

Perioax: Also I heard rinsing your hair with moderate warm or cold water is good for your hair. I’ve been taking cold showers and baths so I just rinse it in cold water

Jadyn Davis: When ur rinsing the shampoo out of your hair rinse it going back instead of forward so u don’t get it in ur eyes which sucks Also use a scalp massager ( some are around 3 bucks) to really get the dirt out of your hair.
