Ah, and today we are going to talk about the twist out, and on top of that, I'm going to show you how you can do it twist out in under two hours girl from start to finish. I said it two hours who is interrupting my video. So many of us think that natural hair needs to be difficult time consuming costly and I feel like Society has done a number on us when it comes to hair care, because we all feel that we need certain products. We need certain method. We need to do this for our hair to survive when in actuality, less is more, they want you to spend more, but less is more and you get to keep your money in your pocket so win-win. I did this quickly and my hair feels so soft. It feels like a cloud on a bright summer day. Honestly, I can't explain to you. My hair is not greasy at all, but when I run my finger through it, it is so soft. It is so hydrated. It'S movable and I feel like I have enough hold where this is going to last me a week. I'M actually gon na wash my hair in probably five days because I'm staying on top of my hair care routine lately, but that's a story for another day plus the holidays are here. So if you're trying to hit the hips party later today, but your hair is not ready right now, then this video is for you all right, so we're gon na hop right in the shower no time to pre-poo. Did you not hear we have a holiday party to attend later today, so we ain't got time for all that, but we are going to make sure that our hair is fully saturated with water, no matter how long that takes. We got time for that and, as my hair gets saturated, water is going to get softer and softer. I'M gon na be able to grab pieces of hair and split them apart and that's how I know my hair is absorbing the water and once that's done, we are going to hop right into shampooing. I'M using AG crawl fresh shampoo to do this and I like to apply the shampoo to my scalp first, of course we're going to get everything squeaky clean, but I just like to do that to make sure that my scalp is clean, clean. Okay, I don't play with my scalp anymore and I'm actually going to do two shampoos really focusing on the scalp the first time around and then rinse that off once you go in with your second shampoo, it's going to lather even more, which is an indication that Your hair is getting clean and at that point I'm going to focus on my strands as well as my scalp, and also start to slowly detangle my hair as well, and look at all that leather girl. That'S how you know you got some quality shampoo. Moving on to conditioner, we are using everyone's favorite conditioner AG boost we're going to emulsify in my hands really quickly and then apply it all over my hair, when you emulsify the products in your hands, you end up using less products. I'M going to show you exactly how much conditioner I use, even though I am the queen of being heavy ended with products. I realized that it's not really necessary, especially when you add water to your hair, which is exactly what I just did there pop my hair under the water. Make sure that I have water in my hair, along with the conditioner and if I do feel like I need to go over some spots, especially in the back. I will add a little bit more, but typically I don't have to use a lot of conditioner as long as you work it in properly and use a lot of water. My hair is fairly short, so detangling is pretty easy, I'm really enjoying short hair right now, even though I say I want to grow it out, but part of me is like: do you really want to try? That'S because I added water to it as well, and that's how you know you have a quality conditioner once we're done with detangling our hair, I'm actually going to bend down and pick up every little piece of hair in the shower, and that is all. This is my hair freshly washed and conditioned. She feels a very, very soft, like a cloud like I always say, and then we're going to use just one product, a mousse that is it now by using a mousse. It'S going to allow your hair to dry fast, and it's going to give you some hold, which is why I love doing this, especially on days where I just need to get my hair done, and I need to get it done today. Of course, you can leave it in your hair and take your twist down the next day, but if you really want to get your hair done quickly, girl, you need a mousse and you also need to sit under a hooded dryer, because the heat is going to Set your style in place and if you do use a mousse, it's going to dry, even faster, which is a little cheat sheet on how to get a twist out done quickly and not have any problems. The back is a little bit more difficult because I barely have hair back there, but the front is fairly simple to do and once I get to the ends of my hair, I do twirl it around my fingers a little bit and there it is. If you have longer hair, you may want to sit under the dryer for a little bit longer, but it wasn't necessary in my case, I'm just going to carefully take down the Twist and you can see this definition. It does not have to be difficult, it does not have to be time consuming, it does not have to be expensive, it doesn't have to be greasy either. Your hair can be nice soft hydrated moisturized.
