Avoid extensions if you've got thin fine strands, your hair is already in a very compromised State and you don't want to be adding very heavy extensions onto it now, if you are craving thickness, you are craving length and you really want it like that. I would recommend going ahead and using a wig, preferably a wig, that doesn't cause too much damage on your fine and thin edges to really grow your hair on out, while you know you're enjoying an aesthetic that is more pleasing for you in that moment. So long as you're taking care of your own thin, fine, natural hair, underneath your protective styles, you will absolutely start to see the thickness that you desire and your hair will start to improve for the better over time. Number seven on the list is something that really helps me in my own thickening, my fine natural hair Journey.
