Hello to all the beautiful people out there welcome to my channel in this video i'll share with you, an excellent hair mask which is absolutely safe to use by both children and adults. This hair mask is prepared using only one natural ingredient, and this hair mask helps. You get thick long, beautiful hair if you have very thin or weak hair. This hair mask can help you combat hair issues such as hair fall, dry, damaged, hair breakage and slow hair growth. All at once. I'M excited to share this recipe with you. So do stay tuned and watch this video all the way through to get the most of it. Dear friends, before i begin the video, i would like to wish any of you celebrating your birthday or wedding anniversary with the verse from the bible taken from second corinthians. 9 8, which says god is able to bless you abundantly so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. Isn'T that wonderful, my friends? Okay, now without further ado, let's begin the video now to make this magical hair mask. All you need is coconut. Having said that, we are all aware of the numerous health benefits of this versatile fruit and regular application of coconut to your hair care regime will help. You have healthy hair here. I'Ve taken one whole coconut and cut it into small pieces. Now add it to a mixer jar and add one glass of warm water to grind: do not use hot water. Using warm water helps to extract more coconut milk. Here we need thick, coconut milk, so do not add more water once ground extract the coconut milk to strain use, a muslin cloth or any thin see-through material like this as it helps in easy flow. Coconut milk contains essential nutrients that nourish and strengthen hair follicles, resulting in strong and healthy hair fibers from the roots. This helps to prevent excessive hair loss and grow back new hair, while also adding shine and volume to the hair once done. Transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the thick coconut cream separates from the milk and hardens on the top layer of the container. Do not let it freeze for more than 30 minutes as the whole coconut milk will be frozen. This process should be done only if you need the coconut cream right away. If you're, not in a hurry. You can keep this coconut milk in a regular fridge compartment for one or two hours, or you can leave it in the fridge overnight. Until the thick coconut cream separates from the milk, you can follow whichever method works best for you, this coconut cream is not only good for your hair, but it is also good for your skin because it moisturizes and hydrates the skin. You can apply it on your body before birth. Do not discard this leftover thin, coconut milk. It can be used in variety of recipes like soups, curries and smoothies whisk it until it forms a thin cream like consistency or you can even use a hand blender to mix it now, we'll see how to apply this on hair, firstly, before applying any hair mask Comb, the hair to remove knots. This helps in easier hair, mask application and also prevents hair breakage, while applying the hair mask divide the hair into small sections and apply generously from the roots to the tip of the hair, always try using natural ingredients for little ones. Hair care or skin care, routine, paying extra attention and taking the time to prepare things goes a long way. I have already done videos on kids, weekly, hair care, skin care and natural biotin, which i will list in the description box, do check the videos and make the most of them. Trust me. These are tried and tested remedies which will give you best of the results. You can apply this hair mask on oiled or damp hair too, once done, leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes and wash the hair with mild shampoo. You can use this hair mask once a week for best results and also you can store it in the fridge for up to a week or 10 days. If your coconut cream becomes watery or runny no worries, you can still use it, just pour it in a bottle for easy application.
