As long as you do not apply it to dry hair, you will get the benefits, so your hair can be damped, it can be having just finished, moisturized or just finished washing, and that will definitely seal in the moisture. You can follow your normal hair, washing routine for this product, and so my recommendation is, if you have um, if you have a healthy hair, starter kit, you can just pair up the times that you're moisturizing your hair with the times that you're going to use um The time that you're going to use the um healthy, hair, the hydrating hair Mist pair it up with when you do your hair Elixir after okay. So it's both like three to four times a week, so you can just do both and follow up. So I see some people are joining and I just kind of want to go through our healthy hair, starter kit because we're further in the routine, so we've already shampooed and conditioned the hair for shampoo. We use our strengthened shampoo and for conditioner we used our replenish conditioner and we had Michaela sit under the dryer with that just to get a deeper bit of a condition. So after that we went in and rinsed out the well we didn't Whitney, did she's been holding it down, so we shampooed conditioned rinsed out. You want to make sure that your hair is damp or moisturized, because we want to seal in that moisture right. Then we went in with our hydrating hair Mist because we wanted to make sure that okay we're promoting growth, but are we retaining it right? We want to make sure that we're adding moisture and retaining that. So this is our hydrating hair, Mist um. This was sprayed to Michaela's hair. Will these products work on 4C hair? Yes, they do. They work on our all hair type, so I said that little weird, they work on all hair types. So after the hydrating hair Mist, we went in with the stimulating scalp and hair balm, and this was applied both to Michaela's, scalp and hair. This is not a replacement for the scalp stimulator, but it does help to add in that extra moisture and hydration a couple. People commented on having dry scalp. We also hear people mentioning um dermatitis and like really dry eczema, there we go eczema to the scalp. This product is great for that, and then we followed that up with our hair Elixir and again, we made sure to use this towards the end of our routine, because we wanted to make sure that the hair was either damp and or moisturized before applying this.
