Hey guys Alex in this video I'll be showing you the results of using a green tea, bandanna and drinking three cups of green tea every day for seven days to regrow some hair. Before we get into this green tea experiment, I want to welcome you. The hair guard YouTube channel, make sure you like and subscribe as we do: science back videos and experiments on regrow, your hair. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Alex. You may have seen me in the previous video, but basically I've been experiencing hair loss for about 3 years now I've been trying everything I can to get it back. I know it all started for me when I was in the shower. I came out started drying. My hair and there was way too much hair on that towel to be anyone elses with mine. Now earlier we tried the garlic and olive oil experiment on my hair. This one we're going with green tea. I think it's gon na be a lot less smelly and a lot more fun check it out. Let'S go so the reason we're using green tea is, we all know it's great for your health, but did you know it's good for your hair, so from antioxidants to help with your health caffeine to get your energy up and after some some pressing things inside to Help block DHT there's a loads of reasons why we're going with this today? So DHT, as we all know, is number one source for hair loss. Green tea helps by stopping with DHT by blocking 5ar. Dht is a prime source of hair miniaturization, which is a prime source of getting the hair on the ground and not on your head. So, to get scientific Green Team has a load of benefits outside of our health. There are three big things that help here, one of which is polyphenols flavonoids and a great antioxidant called EGCG. These together help with blocking DHT and stopping the hair from falling out of our head. So all the experiments we found so far have just been having people either drink, green tea, extract drinking green tea at the source and no one's ever tried to put it on their head. Yet at the same time, so we're groundbreaking and we're trying a new experiment. We'Re gon na make a green tea. Bandanna, like I said, we're gon na be drinking three cups of green tea every day for seven days and I'm gon na bring it one step farther for you guys, no shampoo for the 7 days, I'm going full on with these results. So if I turn green there's all for you, alright guys, so I'm gon na show you how to make not only green tea, but a green tea. Bandanna now first step is we're definitely start with the high quality green tea. This stuff is the best we could find to shop. If it's going on my hair, I want to be top-notch. Obviously you know how to make green tea, but we're gon na make sure this one's really really strong. So it's cracked open here, guess a couple tea bags and we'll get ahead and get rolling. Now for this one, we have a pretty small container, so we're gon na go ahead and use green tea bags for this one. There we go get that in there and our second one, alright great from here, take some nice hot water and fill er up there. We go now, so our good green tea, you're gon na, want to see it for quite some time. The other important thing is: is the heat so with green tea, you want to be hot when you're brewing, but pull we put it in our head. We'Re not trying to bake our head. We'Re trying to grow some hair so from here we're gon na go ahead and let this steep for a bit and I'll get back to you guys in just a minute. Alright guys it's been about 10 minutes, our tea is brewed and I'm back in the raincoat. Why you might ask well I'm trying to keep this video family-friendly? Normally we're gon na do this in the shower, but here we are so what we did for a bandana is we went ahead, we took a towel and we cut it in half the reason for it's extra absorbent, also in our pot of tea. We'Re going to leave our teabags in there for extra concentration, roll back looking for maximum effect here, so I'm gon na take our towel, bind it up here and get it deep here in our green tea and let that soak in there. We go now. Remember what I said you want your tea to not be hot, we're looking to have this nice and cooled off, so we put on our head: we're not baking our head now we'll get some of the extra wrung out here, but this is still gon na get A little messy alright, so I got my green tea. Bandana first thing, I'm gon na do is just put that bad boy. On my head, like I said now, what we're looking to do is kind of soak this in and let this kind of get into our head a little bit of massage here for our scalp and to soak in all the benefits of the green tea. So forget this guy settled in here we'll get it up and out of the way and get this tied around the back of my head. Now, if you do this in the shower, we're definitely gon na aim for about say five to seven minutes, and I think the key here is we're gon na work. I'M not gon na rinse this off we're let this sit in here. Kinda like having the extra concentrated teabags I'll, want my head to be extra concentrated with green tea. All right guys. It'S been about six seven minutes, I'm go ahead and bring this off my head. Now what I want to do is go ahead and let this air dry I'm going to let that tea soak in so while it's drying, I want to kick off and have our first cup of green tea. Now I told you I'll be having three cups a day for seven days, so here's number one and cheers to good health all right guys. A little update day three on the green tea hair, growing experiment figure I'd touch base with you guys give you a little bit of an update on some things. I learned first off, let's get a little results check. I think it's kind of the same. I'M feeling more fit. I guess, having a lot of green tea every day is nice, some takeaway notices. So first thing I thought my bandanna. If I soaked it in green tea and left it for a long time, it would be super green tea, maybe even green, not so much so here's what happened. It'S a turn brown kind of like when you leave an apple out, so use a dark towel or make sure you rinse off your bandana after every use. It doesn't. Do you any good. Looking this brown me, I'm gon na keep using it. I'M not worried about people seeing me it's not like I run around outside with my green tea bandana. On too I started to squeeze the green tea bags to try to get a little extra out and didn't notice. I got a lot of green leaves in there too, so when I put it in my head after I rinsed it out, I was still finding little bits of green tea like leaves in there. They stick really well to hair. Now you know third thing: so: tea wine and green tea has a thing called tannin tan is like a natural substance in these these things and some people are actually really sensitive to it. So I found this out because I thought oh I'll just wake up and have my first cup of green tea in the morning. No breakfast wool after one cup tell you what stomach not feeling good nauseous, not a good way to start the morning. Luckily, for me - and my work has easy access to green tea, so I could have it with my lunch and breakfast. If I just wait it a little bit but day 2, not a good look. So that's the update for now I'll. Keep you guys posted and talk to you soon, hi guys good morning. I just want to give you an update before workday 5 on the green tea challenge, almost out of green tea. So if you're not gon na, take your tea from your work, you might want to buy two bags, but positive update, definitely feeling a bit different on my hair, like kind of like when you have mint on your skin, the head feels the same way. So I don't know if it's growing here or if it's just a bit tingly I've been doing the whole. You know after the bandana laying the green tea soaked in and not having green tea leaves in my hair, that's important. I guess we'll do a quick progress check. I can't tell if the birds here are telling me: hey, your hair, looks good or, if they're saying no change yet, but I'm feeling I'm feeling good, I'm feeling positive. So there we are looking forward to finishing up, but I'll talk to you guys soon here at day, seven all right, guys, hey! This - is Alex with day seven on the green tea hair experiment, I'm all out of green tea and I'm out of time. I want to give you some of my takeaways and see how I feel first things. First, if you're feeling a little lazy and don't feel like making tea these little guys here and awesome pick-me-up, the only thing is: take a look. A lot of them have a lot of sugar in it. Wasn'T digging that part but was loving how much green tea I could get every day on the fly nice and easy second thing: you've already told you about the green tea, bandanna kind of debacle and how that worked out. I think I'm gon na keep trying it honestly. I have been applying it on my hair. I'Ve been drinking it every day and overall, I feel great. My hair, my head feels a little different, I'm more than curious. We can take a look again if you guys want to see what you think me personally. I think this is something I could do for quite some time or in Asia. Why not have some nice Asian basic tea while we're at it other than that? I'M feeling good my hair feels nice, or at least there's no real change. Nothing greasy nothing oily overall, pretty! Please, alright, guys at the end of our experiment. Here we need some new ideas. You guys the genius ones, I'm the guinea pig. So if you have some good ideas for us, please drop them in the comments below we sure you'd like to subscribe and follow along for all the crazy new hair experiments. We'Ve got we'll talk to you soon.

Hairguard: Hope you guys enjoyed that video! If there are any other videos you would like to give us a try, let us know in the comments below!

Kesha Powell: I can see a difference! And I hope you're still incorporating the green tea topically into your regimen. Brew your tea, get a spray bottle...spray and massage your scalp (for at least 4 nights a week), wear a plastic cap to bed, or let air dry...and shower it off in the morning. So, if you take my advice, at least do it for 1month. And you should add a few drops of peppermint, and rosemary oils into your bottle. Shake before each use, and refrigerate after each use. After the 1 month, you can change your regimen for 1 or 2 months, but then go back to the green tea. Good luck!!

Berchy Zgb: I think it helped you a lot, and I have an advice, when you put warm bandana on your head, use a shower cap or just a plastic bag, your hair gets warm so the cuticles open up and absorb whatever you put on your hair ☺️

Susan Gavaghan: As said in previous comments, you have to wait for 4 weeks before seeing any difference. I was experiencing hair loss but I began taking kelp tablets regularly. Rinsing your hair with cold water is supposed to be good for the hair. Also, aloe vera, castor oil, ginger and rosemary are supposed to be good for preventing hair loss.

Charlie Sierra: Great vid! I already drink matcha every day and just started massaging it into my scalp for ten minutes in the morning after my workout with a green tea solution I made, after I've washed my hair. Your hair looked full and thick so that's a good sign. I think you'd need more like a 30-60 day trial on green tea to really see the results though.

Just Observer: I recommend using loose tea leaves instead of bags...avoids chemicals in the bag paper plus more efficient extraction. Leaves can be filtered out easily after brewing. Also the water has to be poured immediately after boiling and must be kept hot during brewing which you could do by either covering your vessel or putting on a low heat stove. That way your extraction is much more efficient.

~Ayse~: You can also buy green tea extract. You might find it more convenient that making a fresh brew each time. Also, green tea can deplete iron levels. So, be careful with consumption.

Just Observer: If drinking hot green tea is not "your cup of tea", try this: brew green tea (make it 3-4 times more concentrated), filter and store it in a glass jar in your fridge. When you need something cold: pour some of your green tea extract some cold water, squeeze in 1/4 of a lime and shred in a couple of mint leaves (optional). Sweeten with honey or xylitol (or sugar if you don't have insulin sensitivity issues). Tip: always, dissolve your sweetener in room temp water first to save time and hassle. You can prepare sweetener solution in bulk and keep it on the shelf or fridge. If you want your drink even more exotic, add an ice cube of ginger extract. You can try a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar instead of lime or both. If you use more of lime and vinegar you can add a small pinch of backing soda (use pure form), not only the sourness will be reduced but your drink will get fizz just like pop! Enjoy as long as the summer lasts!

Just Observer: There are some studies suggesting that the EGCG in green tea could have an effect on hair grown BUT most of these studies use green tea extract which probably delivers much higher concentrations than a brew. When it comes to topical application, concentration, medium and time could make the difference. In any case, more research is needed. Since green tea doesn't smell like onion it is a least easy and no hassle.

Michelle Samuels: Are you still using it and what are your results? Love the fact you're trying this. It's a common remedy for example in the natural hair community that we use.

F1Barry: Brown because it oxidises. I definitely got some growth by drinking the tea then using the wet teabag to wet my scalp. Green tea is a wonder drink It gets digested into a anti cancer substance.

Alkg Gkla: I drink green tea every day, cold in my water bottle, all day. I like it unsweetened so there's no extra sugar. I also use it in a hair tea I treat my hair and scalp with. It's 28 inches long and very little hair fall

Jiggety-jig: FYI, water for making green tea should not be hotter than 80 celsius. Hotter than 80 celius will break/spoil the tea. 100 celsius is for black tea, red tea and such.

gene978: I’ve been drinking Green Tea 3 cups a day or more for 20 years and up until last Dec. 2019 no hair has fallen out. Beginning of this year hair in the strainer each and every hair wash 2 times a week.

mandandi: Interesting. I don't have major hair loss issues, but at 47, my hair has started thinning noticeably. Got a few grey hairs as well, very little though. I drink green tea a few times a week since I am very sensitive to caffeine. I love it though. Anyway, a cousin told me that urine was good for hair growth and I tried it last week with very good results. Just applying morning urine on my hair for 30 mins daily made my hair thicker and start growing in spaces without hair within a week. I then thought I should boil the following in hot water and make some 'hair tea' - I had these at home already by the way, so this is not an extra expense for me, I use them internally already. 1. Aloe Vera juice 2. Rosemary tea 3. Green tea 4. Nettle tea 5. Peppermint tea 6. Moringa tea 7. Hibiscus tea 8. Ginseng tea 9. Holy basil tea To be fair, I didn't boil the Aloe Vera juice, I added it to a spray bottle with the mixture - 'hair tea'- once it had cooled down. It smells good. I started applying it on my hair after a shower and leave it on for the rest of the day. I intend to apply it morning and evening daily. I expect my few grey hairs to turn black again but we'll see what happens. If nothing happens, I will get a shower cap, apply the mixture to my hair then sleep with it all and wash it off in the morning, before applying it once more for the day after showering.

I'm Back: Wow, I thought it was great that it cured the heartbreak of psoriasis, pimples and the common cold but it makes hair grow faster too. Just what every Barber and stylist wanted to hear.

Phina Exis: I’m new here and I think green tea is an amazing idea but I think you should do it for a about 1 month and that you should use a spray bottle instead of a bandanna towel and I think it work more better for you. So far your hair looks like it’s showing some improvements and that you should add some essential oils in them like organic peppermint oil, And organic tea tree oil and organic lavender oil and organic rosemary oil and you also should use organic black tea as well and you should definitely look it up and it’s also an amazing tea as well for hair growth. And you should use some other ayurvedic herbs, herbs to help with that like for example Amal herb powder and hibiscus flower herb And also you should include fenugreek seeds into the green tea and let it infused. Also if you do it with water with the black tea And also add aloe vera juice and rosewater and it should help with hydration as well. I do have some more information if you want to know more that should help your hair grow in that way. I’m very interested in all natural and organic vegan products as well. That I love green tea And that it has a lot of amazing antioxidants and it’s very vital for the body, hair, skin. Keep up the good work. Also you should do a lot of scalp massages as well and have a blessed day. @Hairguard

j E: I see an improvement, the scalp is not as bared as at first. Hair grows an average of half an inch per month naturally. And with your daily heating etc, the hair and the hair follicles are being opened to receive the vitamins and minerals of the tea

Foster Ukah: His hair grew back fast! I drink green tea every morning but never considered putting it in my hair. I'm going to give it a try

Yoga Forma: I did notice that your complexion looked much brighter and skin, smoother. Your hair seemed to thicken and looked very glossy! I've been drinking a cup of green tea in the morning before a cup of coffee, but I'll increase my intake to two more cups a day and see what happens.

Silli Lilli: Definitely see the difference, you have more hair after day 7. Keep it up. Another tip/recipe that might work is take 1 Tablespoon of ground coffee, 1 Tablespoon of rice, 1 Tablespoon of whole cloves, place in pot with 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups water, boil for 10 minutes. Let cool, strain, and store in a bottle with a spray pump. Spray on your scalp, and leave on, do this daily for two weeks to see a difference.

Kevin: Great experiment! I’m all about non conventional methods for getting positive results!

itatae10: I used replenology for 1 month (triple blinded study product) and than switch to mdhair. Since I had a in-between money complication I was using green tea at the end of replenology and the beginning of my mdhair 2 weeks ago. Since using it I notice that my hair loss didn't just simply stop but started to come back. Granted I add rosemary lavender hemp seed oil natural menthol derivatives and coconut oil with pumpkin seed oil argan oil and sweet orange citrus therapeutic grade for smell. But I was using literally all of that without green tea and this is the most results I have gotten. I don't think green tea fixed or replace the problem. But definitely contribute to ensuring it works.

Oak Suwanphanich: The thai sweet flavored green teas are quite sweet, but there are “ No Sugar” options available too.

Shawn McLeod: I use green tea shampoo and it definitely grew back some baby hairs in the front of the hairline and thickened some areas.

alishaba66: Black Seed Oil Neem Oil Castor Oil and Almond Oil mixed together. Apply on hair for hair growth. Onion oil apply on hair for preventing further hair loss

The Michael: I was living in China for 9 years and always noticed a lot of baldness. But especially with the women. Not sure if it was due to the smog or diet. Here in the States they have a shampoo called "Green Tea Shampoo" that leaves your hair mint tingling and fresh. It's a Paul Mitchell brand.

ian s: Nice experiment, dude! Also, thank you very much for the knew knowledge i learned - tannin. Perhaps this is the reason why i'm having problems with green tea esp on empty stomach! caffeine is always blamed for this but not happening when im drinking coffee. I knew there's something else in green tea! Thanks man!

Denise: Wow I definitely see a difference. I’ll give it a try but a towel can cause friction on the hair so I’ll just put the tea in a spray bottle and apply it that way and see if I get results!!

Reet: Hi @hairguard use loose green tea leaves instead of tea bags.. its better

SoRena Dix: Use a siv to strain the tea, pour into a spray bottle, then cover head with plastic shower cap for 20 minutes.

Cynthia RatherNotSay: How long do you have to leave it on your hair before rinsing with plain water ?

Luke Roland Balane: Great experiment Alex. It works. I drink lots of green tea but never tried until I saw your video. I started using last wee. and its feels and looks good

ElegantPaws01: You need to do this consistently for several months. It does work.

RodneyLee: My hair loss patterns look exactly like yours - same pattern. I found out that it is 'torsion alopecia from using headphones for years.. I'm trying peppermint oil and rosemary but I've already been drinking green tea for two decades. Haven't tried it topically yet.

Pio B: I am on my first day today. My method is I spray it on my scalp and leave it to dry. I also spray it on my face to see if my facial hair will go thicker. I will update this post every after 30 days. We can do this my balding brothers!

yaryar1976: Tea can dye blonde baby hairs brown, which could give the appearance of more hair. Not a bad thing, though

Seth Yellin: A recent study showed geranium showing visual results in 3 weeks, quicker than Rogaine. And sometimes people notice effects before 3 months.

eric mol: I'd like to use tea on my hair but not drink it because that brown color is because of tannic acid and that's a tanning agent that you might see in a coffee pot. It could also shrink your stomach and cause indigestion. It's used to tan leather. The things I would add to a spray bottle are boiled cloves, rosemary (spice or leaves), and fenugreek seeds, into a spray bottle. If you add mint oil or boiled mint leaves it would have a blood circulation effect. With mint oil, you could simply mix it in your shampoo, 3 or 5 drops or so. It's good stuff. Get a spray bottle and fill it and keep it refrigerated so you can have it for easy use. Spray it on the scalp, rub it in and let it sit. You could wash it out after an hour with pure water or just let it sit all day. Just be mindful where you out your possible wet head. It could leave a wet mark if it's very saturated. Oh, you could add amino acids to this spray as it takes protein to grow hair. It's good to understand what may cause HAIR LOSS and that could be stress, a hyper thyroid or DHT. DHT is bad testosterone that attacks good testosterone. 3 main supplements are saw palmetto, stinging nettle and pumpkin seed oil. You could actually open up these tablets and dump them into your spray as well yet the pumpkin seed oil is an oil and wouldn't dissolve as well so I guess just digest it but do want you want. You could be fine without it. If the thyroid is inflamed or hyper it may be being attacked by fluoride in the shower or drinking water either or you could get a filter for your shower and drinking water. The way to heal and regenerate the thyroid is to eat kelp, seaweed, natural salt (pink Himalayan salt is recommended) and iodine (if you're not allergic). You can tell if you lack iodine in your body by placing iodine on your skin (watch out, it can stain clothing) and if it soaks up right away then you definitely lack iodine and this definitely can contribute to hair loss. There's taking iodine but watch out for those fluoride attacks. If you're not allergic to iodine you could try just putting iodine right by your neck Area where the thyroid lymph nodes are and let it soak into that area. NOW hair loss could be stress related. So strive for environments where you can relax and be at peace. You could also get a Tesla rife vibration healing machine that uses frequencies to heal and reset the DNA body structure. These are EXTREMELY good to not only reduce or remove stress but to heal the body as well and are highly recommended. Simply sounds and vibrations in the world could heal us or harm us as we are made of infinite matter and vibrations put together.

Al Ectric: *Would coffee ☕️ also have similar effects on hair growth like green tea ?*

Marco Antonio: Great video! I have a little off-topic question; The recording quality starting at 5:05 looks amazing! Which phone or camera did you use for that part?

It's a mad mad world: why not just break open the tea bags after you boil them and rub the tea pieces into your scalp then put the bandana on top of the tea pieces. also take stinging nettle to block DHT.

Shirin Kheru Muchiri: It would be easier if you put the tea in a spray bottle and spray each morning rather than a bandana, that way all areas are covered evenly.

CJ Zanders: Green tea increases cortisol and blocks iron, so it doesn’t seem to be great for hair loss. Also it increases hydrogen peroxide which is known to increase gray hair independent of catalase and glutathione.

Priyank Thakur: Green tea leaves work the best and you should put that in a sprayer, put it on and then massage it for 5 mins for maximum effectivity

Dale Hamon: I have an itchy scalp and matcha green tea stopped the itch and inflamed feeling I just used the tea mixed with organic ground Cloves and used the tea bag to apply….it works great

The Suxcess 🔜: Fun fact: you would have to do this at least for 6 months to see results

Charity Houze: People buy products expecting results but then don't use them everyday as instructed. It takes weeks of consistent use to see results

Simon: As well as green tea I also use some of the spells from the Harry Potter films too. No lie you can double the effects!

PressCtrlA: Does it matter if you have grease or oil already in your hair when you apply the green tea? In other words, should your hair be completely washed first?

Saimoon: Would love to see some updates now

Dennis B: Yes, when I put the scolding hot bandana on my hair it rose about an inch., I think this is good.

World Chimp: Use green tea one red Onion and rice water then blind it Then use it as a conditioner after you get out the shower. Half an hour later wash your hair out with a black seed shampoo

bam bam: Can you leave green tea in your hair? Used by a spray bottle.

sebasrjsrdz: I'm sorry to break it to you but in 7 days you won't see anything. You have to wait at least 3 months to assess any type of change, mainly because hair loss is very slow and progressive so in order to see change with a treatment the process is also very slow.

Lovely🍒Cherry: Try coffee hair rinse, not only is good for hair growth but it's also. A DHT blocker. Add three to four drops of Rosemary essential oil. Who can do this three times a week. Give it 3 months to 6 months for better results. You could also make a coffee oil. New subscriber.

Emmanuel Appiah: First time seeing you on here. Couldn't hesitate in subscribing. I've receding hairline and hope to grow hair back there as I follow your guide

fitness secret: daily scalp massage can effectly reduce dht and you don't need to use green tea or any oils

Think and Grow Hair: Great natural remedy. Need more of these kinds of solutions.

XRP Mission Control: Best thing I can suggest is to do this for at least a month.....2 months is best as you will have to balance out the chemistry that might take time.

Syed Nusrath: 7 days are not enough mate you need to continue it to at least 2 - 3 months to see the accurate and visible results.

Li Qin: I'm pretty sure there's a nice and healing placebo effect involved with caring for oneself and the whole positive attitude around the perceivable beneficial activity. Good heals, evil destroys. One simple principle of this world. There is always hope.

Southsideshinobi: My mans puts his dignity on the line for the greater good... love it

Imalegend Youlie: Put like 4 bags steeped in water, also instead of the towel put the steeped water in a bottle then spritz it on your hair all day

Bernadette Gali: Looks thicker and fuller! I think it's very effective... Tannins are natural source of hair growth...

GetinBlowd 24 7: Do you have to drink it while applying to scalp?

james g: It may have cosmetically changed the texture of your hair after 7 days, but that will be about it. Try it for 6 months and then make a judgement.

Frankenstein: Wow we have a lot of anti-green tea people here! I came here from your Reddit post. Looks like it made your hair grow super fast and it looks much thicker too! Not sure why all these people are saying, "It takes longer than 7 days to see results" when the results are right there to see!

Kesha Powell: And btw, you're never going to stay motivated if you're experimenting for only 7 days, but looking for 7 weeks worth of results.

Michelle: I think it made a big difference!

James P7: I am going to try this, I have extra green tea laying around because I don't like to drink it ( also causes (impotantance). I am simply going to put a small amount of hot water in a cup with one teabag. Let it cool and massage into my scalp, no bandana.

Penny M: I have started something like you are doing too.i have been pouring the tea over my head and leaving it for 30 minutes.this will just be day two of my stuff.. I have trouble with my hair breaking off.It was past my shoulders..but has gotten really SHORT but i am 62..i still dont like it short So like i said..its day 2 for me..good luck to you and hopefully longer hair for ME

Kevan M Allison: I have drunk gallons of Yerba Mate green tea over the years, without result, but never applied it to my scalp!

José María Moreno Castro: It is probably the caffeine of the green tea. But the best lotion for hair loss is minoxidil.

jayperz: I’ve heard to actually use the tea bags on your hair after brewing. Not sure if it makes much of a difference

alishaba66: Hair mask of coffee beans, egg, yogurt, also helps in hair loss

Divas Live: I saw some videos here in YouTube regarding the green tea, they put the tea bag directly to their head and rub it all over once its cool down and leave it for a couple of a minutes and rinse.

Deese Nuts: For 4c hair I did it with warm tea & cinnamon rinse (just a lil) and boy oh boy does it work. Rinse with bottled water

bearded capricorn: How long did you continue to green tea and did you actually see any results

Blossom🍁: Thankyou for uploading this video, Im going to try green tea hair rinse for my hair loss for 3 months, because I've noticed when I try anything for a month there are every slow to no results for my hair personally.

Eva chanel: Can you tell me what is the results after using it for a longer time?like an update

Mike Fox: Green tea really bothers my stomach (GERD). Anyway does it work without actually drinking it and just doing the hair treatment?

Mhymen Athi: Nice idea, i will try it modified by using same cup of tea...without banda as it absorb more of the tea...just have few ml to hair or spray then cover with bandana or shower cup... then drink the remaining tea ✌ hope it will work. Also i will use green tea with mint.

Fadel Canapi: Do you have apply it for 7 days or just once a week?
