Video. So today I'm going to show you something that we've made and I'm I'm really happy to be able to finally share this with you.. So in front of your eyes. Right now we have got the gut health bundle that we've been put together.. This has been a project that we've been working on for the last two or three years.. You know the amount of work that has gone into this is is absolutely unbelievable.. You would not even believe if I told you how much work has gone into building this bundle and it's here. It's finally here and we're, and I'm here to share it with you.. So the bundle. As you can see I'll, just take a look at it. It. The bundle is comprised of a few different resources that do very specific jobs in relation to gut health.. So obviously it's the gut health bundle. We're focused on healing the gut, and this is the place you want to start. If you have., If you basically have any type of chronic health problem, you want to start in the gut.. For the most part I mean you've got Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine, saying all disease begins in the gut.. So like, let's start there - and I will put put I I add my own thing onto that - and I would say all gut: all gut disease starts with one of the five pillars and that's where we start this bundle here.. So this is how to build a diet around food sensitivities.. Now, if you've got a gut problem, it's more than likely you have a allergy or sensitivity to something.. You know And healing is going to require you to have enough nutrients.. It'S just that! That'S just that's basic science.! You know you're not going to heal a chronic illness if you don't have the ingredients that you need to heal a chronic illness.. So this tells you this book is really designed to again there's more there's more scientifically referenced articles in it, but there's also a video component to this course as well, and it's designed to help you understand the basics of nutrition science.. So this isn't just going to be like the general kind of stuff that a nutritionist is telling you where it's just like you should follow the food pyramid and blah blah blah, and this other, like this other ****. You know this is like the real science, the real stuff you need to understand and know about what is in the food that you're eating and what makes a healthy diet.. So we've got things about vitamins minerals., So we're going into concepts here that are far beyond what most nutritionist would be looking at., Anti-nutrients and bioavailability. What you actually need to do to build a kick-ass diet - and this is like in the video I'm actually talking about implementable things. You know So example. Here we've got like organ meat, no satail.. What kind of fat you want to be having How to juice like how to make vegetable juice, different types of fermented foods and then there's a special considerations here for people that are in a more complex situation. You know because most people that have a food sensitivity - don't just have one they have many.. So then this takes us down into some some articles.. So we've got an article here about food, combining., Again reference.. So here there's a reference.. You see click the little link.. This one, this one doesn't work., So I I chose a I chose. I chose a bad one there, but this is the thing when you reference things., Sometimes the the the place that you reference. Sometimes they close.. So this one here this reference, this one is still working., So yeah. I'll go back and change the other one.. That'S that I'll add that to my to-do list. But, as you know, I've been putting a lot of work into this., So things fall apart as fast as you're putting them together, but yeah. This is reference.. This isn't just me like going on about things like these. Are these are reference articles.? These? I think I just clicked the same one. That was, that was that's kind of funny., But yeah. There'S there's there's reference articles in here, and this again is designed to help you implement the stuff that is learnt in the the video aspect of the course. All of this design like this is all this is all the work that we've done. You know this. I don't I'm not just trying to throw information at you and to make you feel overwhelmed, because if you wanted to do that, you can just go on Google. and to be honest, all of this information is available on Google like for free.. You can just go and look on Google, but that's the thing.. It'S overwhelming and there's so much conflicting information., You don't know. What'S good and what's bad., I've literally spent the last five years figuring out all of the good information, and now I've compiled it here in one place so that you have it and you don't have to sort through the good and the bad info.. You just have it., So this is another one of our documents. Next, I'm going to you are food, comprehensive food sensitivities list.. So this one is this: one is a lovely one., I'm just going to scroll down to the middle, so you can get a look.. So if, if we're, if we're looking at food sensitivities, if you've got a sensitivity to any of these food categories here, that means histamines, glutamates, oxalates, salicylates, sulfates, styles, leptins fodmaps, and if you do a gaps or a keto diet, we've we've categorized every single food. Basically, in existence into this list., So I'm going to scroll down to the bottom here just so you can take a look.. All of this again is reference to this. This list is is actually a list that we comp by building by taking all of the other lists that we could find on the internet and combining them into one.. So we've got a really nice one here from Melanie Avalon. That one gave us a lot of stuff.. We'Ve got the gaps diet., We use the book as a reference for that.. We'Ve got fodmap list over here for the histamine.. We actually used the Siggy, which is a really prestigious institution for people that have histamine intolerance, like everything that you get in. That Siggy leaflet is inside this document. You know, and it takes it to the next level and again more references and so gut health bundle. That'S what we're talking about here., So this is part of the gut health bundle.. So if you come up to the top again, this is that's the list.. So if you're trying to build a diet that doesn't have say oxalates in it, then you can use you. Can say: okay, olives are alright, onions are okay. Maybe I can only have a bit of parsnips and maybe I should avoid some sweet potato because they're really high in oxalates., So it depends depending on what your sensitivity is.. You can use this table to help you in your unique situation. You know this is multi applicable and then we've got a William Dickinson score over here.. So you can optimize your food based on like what is what what what optimal foods are. So the lower to one the closer to 1 is the better., So obviously just eat foods that are one eat more of them.. One and two is pretty good. Three eat some eat, sometimes. Four and five - probably don't eat very much.. So we got some tofu over there.. Maybe if you like tofu, maybe that's not so good. Bit estrogenic, but that there you go. But another thing I want to show you about this document: is we don't just tell you which foods have the different sensitivities.? We actually have definitions to help. You understand why these things cause problems and what symptoms you want to be looking out for to see. If you have a sensitivity., So here there's some charts that you some chart notes.. So these are going to help you to actually use the chart, but we actually tell you a little bit about what a means are and the symptoms that are associated.. So here, symptoms of amino intolerance include aggression, depression, migraines, headaches, IBS, skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema as well as others.. So this is just a means.. You know you can come down to histamines, which is a more specific type of amine.. Tells you a little bit more about this., You can have a look at glutamates.. You can have a look at salicylates.. You can have a look at oxalates.. You can have a look at sulfates and files.. These are. These are both solvent-based molecules., So we group them together because they're kind of similar but yeah you can look at lectins.. You can look at fodmaps, you can look at keto.. You can look at the like. It'S all here. You know you can read all about all of this really interesting stuff and we've got links to things all the way through this you know So we're referencing out to all of the other useful resources that I found along my along my own healing process.. So it's not just me telling you exactly what to do.. You know I'm saying like this. Is this what what really worked for me.? Here'S some objective science through these reference lengths and if you want to go, do your own research. You can, but I know a lot of people don't want to do their own research.. They just don't want to feel like **** anymore.. You just want to heal., You just want it to. Finally, you want things to finally get better.. You want your symptoms to improve.. So that's what we put this bundle for., So you have all those resources in one place. And then finally, we have no not finally actually.. The five biggest blocks to true healing., So this doesn't relate specifically to gut health, but These are five rules that, when followed, they inevitably lead to healing.. So if you have a gut problem, then yeah that's great., Start with a start with the gut health bundle, but this is going to help you take things to the next level and in fact here this first lesson in in this book is actually about gut health.. I can remember the story I'm telling here is about the gastro, the gastro appointment that I went to where I was told that they wanted to test me for gluten intolerance and that I'd already eliminated gluten from my diet.. Obviously, at that stage I was like okay. Well I'll take gluten out and they said well. If we want to test you you're going to need to add it back in., So I added it back in and then I started getting. I started getting blood in my bowel movements and it was terrifying and at that point I realized I have to take responsibility for my health problems. You know The doctors like he tell me what to do, but he's not the one that's going to the toilet and bleeding out of his ****, It's me.. So I have to figure this out and all of these lessons that I have I have to share with you. You know., I added all of these, because this this here we go. This - will change everything for you and I really, I really hope this does. You know I'm really sure that this will. This will change everything for you.. So this is a a really nice little book that we wanted to add in as well - and I wanted to add this in as well, because it has some testimonials as well..
