My go-to quick styling routine! This takes about half of the time as my normal routine!

Since my hair is low porosity, it takes a lot to get it wet, and also a lot to dry it. Although the bowl method itself takes the same amount of time as the styling techniques in this video, since it makes my hair SOAKING wet, it takes longer to diffuse! I also use heat here to cut down on dry time as well.

So here's what I do when I don't have 45 minutes to spend on my hair, starting on soaking wet hair. I use my leave-in, which doubles as a heat protectant and then I rake in my curl cream before I go in and wrote my hair, which helps with Club formation taking Adele. I apply it to the lengths of my hair with a Praying Hands motion before going through it and scrunching to help encourage my wave formation notice how my hair is still super wet here you can use a spray bottle if you need to and when scrunching. I firmly squeeze and pulse my hands to really get the gel in there, while my hair is flopping for 15 minutes. I do stuff like eat breakfast or put my makeup on for the day and then I'm getting diffuse with medium heat instead of cooler like I normally do just to speed up this process, making sure to flip my hair from side to side for volume. My hair takes forever to dry, so once it was about 95 done, I clipped it up to airdrop, and here it is. I definitely prefer spending more time to get consistent, even results, but this is what I do in a pinch and I'm pretty happy.

Sophie Marie: I am using my Prose curl cream and Lus Irish Sea Moss gel, followed by my OAUI hair oil to scrunch out the crunch :)

V. Rod: This seems like it would take 45 minutes

brie: Is this what you do when you have 44 minutes?

CHRISTINE Chance: YOUR HAIR IS SIMPLY GORGEOUS!!!I WISH MINE WAS LIKE THAT AGAIN!DONT EVER BLEACH IT LOL

EvaXedits: Thank you so much!! This helps me a lot and when I need to be quicker I will definitely use this!!

penthehuman: Do your curls drop on day 2? I have wavy hair but can get ringlets, however they always fall out the next day!

Gummy: If you really don’t have time to do your hair the next morning, prepare at night. What I do is I’ll wash, I’ll wait for it to basically dry, (you can ever do slightly mist the hair after it completely dries to encourage more hold if you like), and put it into a basic top knot using three hair ties (one to do a super high pony on top of my head and two to wrap the hair into a bun; obviously use hair ties of choice and number of hair ties as necessary.) when I wake up, I have big bouncy waves and just use hair spray to finish. Or you can just wear your wavy hair straight-ish and do nothing at all to it. You can do a lot with wavy hair y’all, it’s ok to not wear your “natural wave” all the time.

redfirebelle belle: You look gorgeous

Abigail Baker: With the bowl method, how do you get the back curls to look nice? When I brush all my hair forward, the curls dry all facing forward and it creates weird bumps on the back of my head.

shmw mlam: I just wash my hair and let it air dry. When it dries halfway I put some coconut oil. Sometimes if I feel like it I would put some curl cream. And thats it. I get nice curly hair. If I want little bit less curls at top I just tie a tight pony tail and leave it few hours and when I relase it I have curls in the bottom, soft waves on top. Thats it

Lily Rose: I'm gonna try this but my hair is three and a half feet long and very thick.

Kelsey Lovato: I just figured out I have waves and I bought Cantu products… I feel like I’m still doing it wrong but watching your video helped, I gonna save money to buy a diffuser

frog: how long does this take? btw I love your hair!

Hannah Hess: Idk if my hair is 1a air 2a. My hair is SUPER strait, but my hair is SUPER frizzy and has a lot of volume. I heard that your hair can be secretly curly if you have a lot of frizz and volume. My dad has pretty curly hair, and my mom has wavy hair. I did try the cgm and it I'd not work for me. I don't have any curly girl products since I have known my hair to be very straight. Lmn what I should do.

Ellen Role: GREAT video! Can you please share which diffuser you are using? I'm new to this and need to buy one asap! Much appreciated! :)

Kristen Lawrence: I can’t figure out how to use my diffuser to get nice soft waves like yours. My hair has ton of natural wave and when I do any of these methods you show my hair always ends up super tangled and full of knots. Is it just my hair type? Does anyone know of good products to use? It’s so frustrating cause it looks pretty for a little bit then ends up a rats nest. And if I brush it it goes sooooo frizzy

Durre SB: My hair Never dries. Idk what it is it just never gets fully dry unless left to air dry an entire day. I used to have a Remington dryer, upgrades to the dyson. Still nothing.

fickifickichicken: I have naturally wavy hair and have to do literally nothing to make it wavy. I just wash my hair, brush it and let it air dry. That’s it. I feel like if you have to take so much effort and product than that’s ain’t it.. ‍♀️

SunflowerEnby: If this is quick then I’m Elon musk

Neele Kim: I just can't get over how much she looks like Katie Holmes back in Dawson's Creek

Geo Chan: super awesome video, would love to try this! just wanted to ask if you could post what products you used in this video pleaseee❤️

Kalee Evans: Literally perfect loose curls

Maria Amaro: Hi what hairdryer are you using ?

Gurpreet Singh: And this does not take 45 minutes? Cammon

Deyna Andujo: Thank you so much you've helped me so much! I've looked at a bunch of other people how they do their wavy hair but nothing worked.I do have one questions how often do you do the bowl method? should I always use conditioner when I shower? How often do you wash your hair? Thank you! :)

Eleni: What kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use??

Momma_Al: Me with a buzz cut - why am I watching this?

olivia sharma: what leave in conditioner do you use?? your hair looks so pretty!

8starflower8: Curly girl quick routine

Isabella Leonard: How do you keep volume on the top of your head? That’s a problem I face unless o blow dry my roots

Tekki’s_high_again: It takes this long because your hair texture isn’t right for the type of curls that you’re trying to achieve. If your hair is naturally curly, it’ll curl on it’s own and not take 45 minutes

Tat2d_Barbi_420: What is the diffuser? I’ve never seen anyone use one. What is it for? I have naturally wavy hair that’s SUPER thick so straightening it takes 45 mins to an hr but when I try to scrunch it it never keeps it’s curl. I also don’t like when it air dries bc the “wave” in it makes it super frizzy looking towards the bottom. So I literally wear my hair up ALLL the time. Even after a shower it immediately goes back up..Can you help? Anybody? Give me some tips?

hazelnutspice: What products are you using?

Ivone Emiliano: Qual é esse produto que você usa?

Jaida Jenkins: ppl be putting all the CHEMICALS!!! (joking sorry lol) but me even when i have 45 min i just brush and blow-dry or air dry

Sarah Ramsbottom: What are all the products

molz: does this work for curling/waving naturally straight hair?

Mette: Hey I am struggling with one thing in my routine: even though I use CG approved shampoo and hydrating conditioner, squish to condish and a deep mask occasionally, my hair still looks like it's very dry. I have wet frizz and hairs 'escape' my cast which seems to indicate to me they need more moisture. How do I do this, do you have any tips? Leave in and protein rich conditioners make my hair feel sticky and stringy and gross. I just want it to be shiny :(

Oop_its_the_wEird_one: Idk but I have pin curls and I don’t do anything but there always frizzy so do u think that is I did I more like curl cream or the bowl method like u have done in other videos I love ur videos and if u could get back to me that would be great thanks

Divya Sasidharan: Then how much did u spend overall?

Laura T.: Your hair looks beautiful when finished, but honestly: how often do you have to wash it with all the "heavy" products you're putting in?

theo 🌠: how on earth is that a quick routine? that would take anyone at least half an hour

scorpionattitude: Damn you gotta force them curls just to show up!!

issy kelly: how often do you do this

Zuzka Klímová: In My nettle shampoo there is no-parabens and no-silicon. It is good when there is sulfats?

Poppy: Did you switch from moose to gel?? Or do you just use gel for a quicker routine?

Amber in the box: Don't use a dryer and use a wide toothed comb and or pic and scrunch....amd let dry naturally

Ciara Leos: I love this song Hey Lover by the daughters of Eve ❤️

Zuzka Klímová: Do you use shampoo?

Sweetz Lovin: I wash my hair and then it naturally curls from the water #blackgirlmagic

Karen Nitro: It sucks to be asian with wavy hair/ curly, we don't have much hair product for us

coco A35: What if I don’t have a hair dryer…

Jaxo: WAVE'S

Veronica Salazar.:

Danielle sienat: So this takes 90 minutes?

MM C: God if your hair needs ANY styling to be ‘curly’ then it AIN’T CURLY

Jenna Walters: If you dont have natural curls its not made for you

Carved up: Love that white girls want curls so bad now and I got called a distraction for my curly hair in middle school lol.

Izevbuwa Esohe✨: Lol everyone wants to have curly hair

Lauren Skee: Girl, you don't have curly hair; you just scrunched it. You have no curl pattern. When you actually have curls You just maintain/define the curls; you don't create them.

Hi Aaa: Hi

Elizabeth Robinson: If it needs to be styled to be 'curly' it isn't curly. Sorry

Ethar Salman: It is sooooo obvious that the look at the end was done by flat iron or curler cuz the curls are way to be to happen from scrunching it!
