Fit Tuber

In this video, I will share with you 3 100 % natural homemade products for the overall nourishment of hair.. This includes a shampoo, a conditioner and hair oil.. What’S amazing is that they are more economical and last longer than the common commercial products. In effectiveness. They stand toe to toe to the best hair care products. And yes, they are so effortless that anyone of us can make them. So without any further delay. Let’S get started., Hello, Friends Welcome to Fit Tuber. Let’s begin with shampoo.. The purpose of using shampoo is to remove dirt dead, skin cells, sweat and excess oil from the scalp.. However, the problem with most commercial products is that they are packed with so many harmful chemicals which, when regularly get in contact with the scalp, sometimes irreparably damage the hair causing myriad hair problems.. Well, there is one natural product that is capable of doing everything that a shampoo is supposed to do without damaging the hair.. In fact, it nourishes them.. It is soapnut familiarly known as reetha. Mother nature’s. This wonder fruit is the perfect hair cleanser. Due to an impressive nutrient profile. It renders the hair naturally strong and shiny. To use it. You simply need dried soapnuts, which you can easily get offline from. A provision store at Rs, 300 per Kg.. Add them in a grinder and turn them into a powder.. Yes, no need to get into the hassle of deseeding them, soaking them or boiling them. And its alright. If the powder is not smooth., Now transfer it into an airtight container and lo your natural hair cleanser is ready.. It will easily serve you for good one. Year. Keep this container in your washroom., Along with it, also keep a small bowl. Everytime. You want to shampoo. Just take some of this reetha powder.. Add some water and using your fingers, give it a good mix.. You will see a few soap bubbles forming that’s when you apply it evenly onto your hair, just like a normal shampoo.. The only difference will be that it won’t form much lather and it is not. Important. Marketing has brainwashed us in such a way that today, we rate a shampoo on the basis of how much lather it produces.. As a result, in competition brands have started adding more and more of the cheap toxic sulphates, rather than actually healing the hair.. The beauty of reetha powder is that it removes the excess oil making your hair aptly dry after the wash.. If you stick to reetha powder for washing hair, be sure that you have taken a major step to eradicate problems like hair fall, dandruff, premature greying of hair, sclap, itching. split ends and head lice. It’s that effective., Of course, to make it more nourishing. You can add equal amounts of dry, amla and shikakai, which are equally priced and then follow the same process., But have no doubt that reetha powder alone is enough. And what’s better. Is that comparing it with a popular commercial shampoo? It costs less than 1/4th of its price.. Try it out and say hi to healthy hair.. Next is a hair conditioner. Your hair needs conditioning to smoothen the hair, cuticles, add volume and reduce hair thinning, but you don’t need a hair conditioner.. Yes, we must understand that any oil has the capability to condition the hair. It’s similar to using a moisturiser after a face wash.. So if you regularly use a hair oil, you can totally skip using a conditioner.. However, if at all, you want to use a separate hair, conditioner ensure that it is 100 % natural. Like aloe vera gel is a good option.. Curd is among the best hair conditioners, which is not just oily, but has sufficient protein and probiotics to strengthen the hair. Follicles and soften the hair., Apart from the oil, if you just once in a week, apply curd on your hair and then wash off with reetha powder. Your hair will be properly conditioned., Buttermilk and whey water, since time immemorial, have been used to wash hair.. They both are 2 in 1 shampoo, as well as a conditioner.. Finally, let’s make a hair oil, not just any hair oil, but onion hair oil. An oil not just protects the hair from wear and tear, but also strengthens its roots. And the red onion infused hair oil is a step ahead as it effectively promotes hair growth and combats hair fall, which is why n number of brands have launched their own products.. Although apprehensions may arise about their high cost low concentration of onion in them added fillers in the form of artificial fragrances, synthetic colours, mineral oil and chemical preservatives that instead of solving create new hair problems.. So why not make an authentic red onion hair oil, which is easy, economical, effective and requires just two ingredients. Onions and cold pressed sesame oil. To start with finely chop 4 medium sized onions. Turn on the flame and place a kadhai over it. Put about 500 ml Of the cold pressed sesame oil in it., If you want, you can change the base of oil to mustard or coconut oil. Also. Just make sure that they are cold, pressed and not the regular ones which are of low grade.. The benefit of using sesame oil is that it is highly medicinal and is suitable for all hair. Types. Now add the freshly chopped onions. Ensure that the flame is on low.. Now you just need to cook the onions in it for about 20 minutes.. You will notice the oil turning dark. Now turn off the flame cover it with a lid and let it sit for a good 4 hours.. The oil will get cool. The medicinal properties of the onions will properly seep in., Once cool strain it and transfer the oil in a bottle and is ready to nourish your hair for the next 6 months.. You can discard the left over. When using rub it in between your palms to heat. It up and then gently apply onto your hair in a circular motion. Made using a cold pressed base, oil, fresh, onions in proper quantity without any fillers or additives. It is the real red onion, hair oil that your hair, deserves. And the price. Again. It is less than 1/4th the cost of a commercial onion hair oil.. Before we wrap up. I will briefly share with you 3 tips that will act as an icing on the cake. First avoid the outside junk and eat homely as much as possible. Headstand or any other exercise or yogic posture where the blood is amply circulated in the scalp area, will help A lot. Finally excessive masturbation is an underrated cause that leads to hair fall and other hair problems. The lesser the better., The natural homemade hair products that we have discussed are not just any ordinary personal care products, but a potent medicine for the hair.. If these medicinal recipes are combined with a healthy lifestyle, you are on the way to get the best hair days. Back.. Did you find this diy thing useful? If, yes - and if you want more such diys, please let me know by giving this video a big thumbs. Up. Checkout Ayuga’s, 100 % Kumkumadi skin radiance, face oil. My hair is very long over my waist, shiny and naturally straight, I swear by this method. Hemant Saini: From ranking hair care brands to advising genuine brands to actually making them at home economically and easily, it's been a long journey.

Zehra Batool: I have a query. I tried using reetha powder as a shampoo but the fine particles of reetha got stuck in my hair and it was almost impossible to wash them out from my hairs. Is there any method so that reetha's fine particle don't get stuck in hairs, especially if those are long hairs.

vvinTAE bear: I used reetha, shikakai and amla powder 2 years and followed the exact same procedure. My hair became dry. It didn't feel like I have washed them at all. And the hassle of the powder in long hairs is literally too much I can't even explain. I stopped using it after 2-3 washed because honestly it made bathing less therapeutic and more stressful. Note: I had mid - waist length hair PS: I saw a method on youtube where they boiled the powder in water and then used it after pouring it in foaming bottle. Haven't tried it yet.

Leselle Lam De Souza: Excellent content and wisdom. Thank you for sharing so we can live well.

Gazal deep: I was waiting for this video for so long Finally it's here Gonna try this

Prashant lunawat: Dear Vivek, It is impossible to crush Ritha and Shikakai to the kind of powder you are getting in the video. What prep work do we need to do to get that kind of powder. A lot of dry peel remains uncrushed in the mixer

Sivananda Pasuvula: Hi fit tuber please do a full video everything about Dry fruits like their respective benefits, when to eat and best available in market etc etc. Please I'm asking this since a long. Please do consider this

Nancy Yadav: I used it for some time , result was very good but there is one drawback is that it doesn't remove oil . You can use it only in oil free hair

2.k Challenge with 0 Video 🔔: Let's w a moment to appreciate how much effort he puts into his contact to entertain,,

Prerna Arora: I love your content, really try to implement it in everyday life. But i am confused about one thing in almost all your videos and lots of products i but. For a few products, you say "they haven't printed the whole list of ingredients." On the other hand, for a few products, you say "if you see the list of ingredients, it's all natural/safe/non toxic." How do we know if what we are seeing is the complete list or not, it might so happen that the company has printed only the herbal ingredients and the chemicals ain't mentioned. They ain't writing the %age of these non toxic/herbal ingredients. What is they are say 60% and the rest 40% which are toxic is unknown to us as it's not printed. Pls advise as i get very confused while buying. Thank you

Random Videos: Hello Fit Tuber. Hope you are well. I have scalp psoriosis and I use a special shampoo that I get from the drugmart. No other shampoos work as good as the one I am using, but it had made my hair frizzy and crinkly like straw. I have to use the shampoo more than twice a week. The psoriosis even grown on my beard area and mid-chest. The natural shampoo that you showed will not take care of the problem. Is it possible that you could make a video on an ayurvedic and natural diet and shampoo for this problem alone? There is a lot of us suffering from this condition and can't really find a cure. I would appreciate it as would many others who are suffering from this condition. Thank you. :)

avais asghar: Bro i have used reetha powder as shampoo for two times for few weeks. I feel my hair starts greying much more when i use it Can you please suggest what could be reason for it??

jeeva02: I have a doubt regarding an Ingredient, with mixed reviews. Some say its safe, some say its not. I think You can help clear things out. Is CARRAGEENAN safe to be used in toothpastes? Hope To Hear From You Soon.

Seema Bhavnani: Thank you so much for this easy to make recipe for hair , and thank you for working hard to educate us. Your suggestions are now becoming a part of our daily lives and it's more like it's on Fit Tuber it's 100% genuine and will definitely work. You are getting to be a known home brand and your say very valuable. God Bless

Ayush Chouhan: Bhaiya I am 17 years old and I have been facing extreme haifall from last 2 years. At first the hairfall started with the pattern of male pattern baldness and now the hairfall is excessive on the top of my head..... My hairs are very thin and my scalp is visible from various places on my head ( but I have curly hairs so I manage to hide all the baldness) and to stop the hairfall I have visited a doctor but it had no effect on my hairs....tryed changing the doctor but that didn't help and ended up spending a lot of money on the medication and fees and It didn't do any good to my hairs but I got to have a lot of knowledge about what kind of medications they give..... so now I am using Minoxidil on a daily basis and still not getting any results...... pls help me what should I do next..... and also can I use this shampoo that u mentioned in this video if I use minoxidil ?

Shubhika Garg: Awesome video sir. Please make a video on *what I eat in a day for healthy weight loss in OFFICE* as now offices are opening up. It will be helpful for others as well. As taking chopped fruits or vegetables to lunch loses all its nutrients

Anilkumar: Bro please make as many DIY's as possible bcoz any product in the market either chemical or natural ,their main motive is profit. You are helping us by provind useful info, take it to the next step by providing DIY's. Thanks a lot for your efforts in protecting Indian Culture

Bhagya’s World: Happy to see it trending at #30 hoping some day to trend in top 10 we Fituber fans can do it

Ashish Kumar Tiwari: Regarding hair oil recipe, here you cooked the oil, doesn't it result in ageing the hair instead of nourishing it? Plz answer my question

Vedant Kale: Please make a similar video for skin products as well. Facewash, moisturizer, mask and sunscreen if possible. Thank you so much!

Saurabh Nagarkar: This is so easy to implement and it's cost effective too. I am sure it must be effective too.

38 Megha Mali: Thanks a lot sir for this I will use only ritha powder,&if possible then amla powder too but not shikakai bcz I had watched on YouTube a lady was going to lost eyes or vision bcz shikakai accedently gone in her eyes..it was horrible ..And sir plz do mentioned in these vdos that what kind of precautions should we take while doing these DIY ..PLZ sir ..ni to koi andha ho gya to achha ni lgega na

Yash Patil: this video is a perfect example of CREATIVITY Thanks Vivek :-)

Kiran Mathankar: Equal amount of ritha +shikakai+amla pwder+flaxseed Boil them, cool them ..u can store for a month in fridge Use it regularly Effective results

Pavan Sharma: I give one big surprise- WATER MELON leftover cover as a conditioner ! Yes brother.. I've been using it since time now, and it works best for a whole week, just once used and no need for hair oil too, as it gives too much shine, softness and strong hairs.. Just rub gently the melon case on ur dry hairs after or before a shampoo, and keep for 15 minutes. Ignore the smell.. hehe.. but then after wash with normal water and dont rinse. Let it dry naturally without towel. U will feel the difference.. Mine r a semi dry hair and it has worked wonders for me.. u can try too...❤ And yes brother, that excessive masturbation point is spot on and must be avoided.. yes, healthy sex has worked for me.. Stay happy and est healthy as our brother says. Lovely work..

Bharath Deshpande: Grrrreatt video.. Thanks a TON.. I have been using Amla, Reetha, Shikakai mix powder from past two years.. It's amazing.. Only thing is we need to maintain the proportion.. Amla - 1 measure Reetha - 2 measures Shikakai - 3 measures Example: Amla - 100gms Reetha - 200gms Shikakai - 300gms Exercises: 1. Suurya Namaskara - 12reps 2. Noukaasana - 10reps (hold 15secs for each rep 3. Kapalabhati pranayam - 300 strokes (3 reps) 4. Nail rubbing (Balayam) - 5mins 5. Desi cow ghee in nostrils (3-4 drops) 6. Walking - 2kms Diet: Home cooked food alongwith raw veggies. NO Junk. NO outside food. Seasonal fruits in the mid-meal (daytime). Desi Cow Ghee - 2 spoons (raw).

Nidhi Chandel: I have been using reetha amla homemade shampoo since childhood and it is the one I swear by. It is a miracle for hair. A very good video @fittuber

Khushvinder Brarr: Precaution: Ensure that this homemade shampoo dont get into your eyes .

Harsh Motwani: When I started eating homely food I noticed there are also some loopholes or mistakes , please consider the video on ' improving home food ' . It will be very helpful

Aashi Jain: Vivek bhai, you deserve bharat ratna for your outstanding contribution in health and mental well-being ❤️

Tasneem Sabugar: I used in younger age areetha, shikakai and amla powder. My hair was so smooth and shiny. No any hair problems. But now i am very tired to do all this.

Praveen Kumar Sharma: this gentleman is taking us Back to the real science and our roots.... more power to you Man.....god bless you

Akshay Parmar: Hello sir, loved your health related videos, but could you please make a video for those people who works at night, suffering from some health related issues tried every medicine and excercise but still no resolution. Thank you

anu maan: Can we bought powdered reetha instead of dry reetha because it is available in powdered form as well

Mahesh: I agree that commercial brands care more about their profits and business but I just want to say, artificial/synthetic chemicals are not necessarily bad. Same way, natural ingredients are not necessarily good either. I'm not invalidating your point but just saying that whether it's 100% natural or it's made in laboratory, its safety and efficacy can be good as well as bad. We cannot deny that modern medical science is literally a saviour :)

Everybody Lies: Very pocket friendly alternative.! However, with all due respect, doesn't this also suggest that your other (better) recommendations such as Mamaearth and Wow (which many ppl including me tried) would now be considered not so beneficial and cause a major dilemma to your subscribers? Coz all this while you were recommending them and now you are giving a complete different alternative.!!
