A class-action lawsuit has now been filed over a popular hair care line that so many people use maybe you've seen those commercials on TV featuring celebrities for when haircare as Stephanie Gosk reports. Hundreds now claim when products have a startling, side-effect hair loss. When is not an ordinary shampoo, the promises are bold, get beautiful, healthy hair with, when created by Hollywood, stylist, Chaz Dean, celeb to say it's the best thing that ever happened to their flowing locks, but now hundreds of customers allege when is actually a nightmare. Instead of flowing hair, their hair is falling out. A class-action suit filed against the stylist and the marketing company includes these photos and accuses the company of not warning customers that the products contain an ingredient or combination of ingredients that cause significant hair loss, use six pumps in the crown now testimonials like these are popping Up my hair is coming out. Nbc News cannot verify the claims in a statement the company says it will vigorously fight the allegations. Writing in part. April: I borrowed some WEN from my sister. My hair clammed up and tangled and broke off. It was tragic. I thought I over relaxed my hair. I hope these ladies win their case. I'm still trying to grow my hair back.
Jennifer Dion: I tried it ... and yes it causes an alarming amount of hair loss.. and damage to my scalp as well.... awful awful stuff. I don't use any other products in my hair and I don't blow dry. It was the worst experience I have ever had with shampoo. I knew that it was the shampoo and personally am glad they are suing. It's about time.

Jacqui Vierlinck: I gave a bottle to a friend and she said it made her hair fall out. I was shocked as I had never had that and have used it for 15 years. For the last year or two, however, I have noticed ALOT of hair coming out on my comb in the shower. I have stopped using it as I see videos of how he has changed the ingredients (it's so expensive--this is heinous that they cheapened it to make even more money??) and alot of women saying it makes their hair fall out and even a class action lawsuit. I'm SO DONE WITH WEN!!!
