Hey guys welcome back to my channel or welcome if you are new here. I'M super excited about this video today, because one of the questions that i am asked the absolute most both here on this channel and over on tik tok, is what i would recommend for an affordable or drugstore price point shampoo and conditioner set. I have recommended some in the past that i still feel confident in recommending. I think that they're good i enjoyed them, but have i found a shampoo and conditioner set from the drugstore that i think is amazing enough to replace what i currently use with like to reach for over those things. No, so i have been on the hunt for that for a really long time, because i want to be able to recommend affordable products to you guys, as you probably know, i'm an affordable skincare queen, but it does seem to be harder to find in hair care Quality products with amazing ingredients, good formulas that make your hair look and feel quality and amazing so enter this set right here. If you watched my july new beauty launches video, then you saw that i was very intrigued by this set, which is the l'oreal ever pure sulfate free bond, strengthening shampoo and conditioner. They make some claims that i was very interested in. They say they use a strong core science. They make some of those bond repair claims that i've been very interested in and researching a lot, and when i looked into the ingredients i was like um. I'M gon na have to try this and that's exactly what i did so. I have tested these out. I am here to let you guys know my thoughts and let you know if i've officially found the best drugstore, drugstore or drugstore shampoo and conditioner yet, and also because i feel, like i've been hearing little. What'S the word rumblings about this ever pure range and how it's a dupe for pureology, because pureology and this right here are both owned by l'oreal, i mean. Obviously this is it says l'oreal on the label, but i feel, like i've been hearing rumblings about that. So you guys know i had to take it there. We'Re gon na look at both of the formulas, see how they compare the ingredient sets and i'll. Let you know if i truly think that this is a drugstore dupe for curology, which would be saying a lot, because that's my favorite, shampoo and conditioner ever so. If you want to hear my thoughts on this set, if it's worth the purchase, if it's good or not, you've, come to the right spot, we're gon na jump right into that before. We do don't forget to give this video a thumbs up subscribe to my channel. If you haven't already click on that notification, bell and drop a comment below what should i have you? Let me know today. Let me know your guess as to whether or not you think that this is a legitimate dupe for pureology and then we'll revisit at the end. Instagram and tic tac candles are right here: lightroom preset filters for editing, instagram photos along with merch discount codes, timestamps and links, and everything else you could need for me are all listed in my description box below all right, let's jump into it all right. Let'S talk about some product claims with this line and what this is all about, so on the back of the bottle, it says the hair is made up of both strong and weak bonds. When the hair is colored, bleached and damaged, it can become weak and fragile yields ever pure, strong, core science trademark is a system of bond strengthening shampoo and conditioner that helps repair strength of weak bonds. In just six uses. Their system is claimed to gently cleanse and help to strengthen the hair inside and out, leaving the hair, soft and smooth while protected from future damage. Does the conditioner say anything else? No, that's exactly what it says. Okay, on their website, they say that this is going to repair fortify wait hold on. They say that this will repair and fortify weak hair, because their strong core science system is actually able to penetrate the hair fiber and in doing so, will not only protect the hair from future damage, but also leave your hair, soft and smooth. It'S supposed to be gentle and safe for color treated, hair and work for all hair types sounds nice in theory, but let's look at the ingredients. Okay, so both the shampoo and conditioner actually use the same subset of ingredients to help to kind of achieve those claims. Spoiler alert there actually are a lot of ingredients that weren't those kinds of claims which i'm always very pleasantly surprised to find, because that's not always the case with hair care, there's a lot of products and brands that will make these really bold claims. I flip over the ingredients list, i'm like um good but does not make sense to say what you are saying that feels like a stretch and in this case they have some amazing ingredients to help with hair damage. So let's talk about a few of those, they contain modified silicones, which how would i describe these they're like silicones jacked up a bit, because traditional silicones, including modified silicones, condition the hair they protect it from future damage from heat damage. They help to detangle at softness. At shine, they are great ingredients, despite all of the hoopla above them. Ah, i got ta, stop it with the spongebob references, but what modified silicones are able to do on top of that is protect the hair from future damage by bonding to the negative charge of damaged hair, so damaged, hair has a negative charge. Certain ingredients used in hair care products have a positive charge, the bonds attract, and in doing so, they essentially form new bonds in the hair, which is going to help to temporarily strengthen and protect the hair from future damage and breakage. We love so one of the ingredients that they use as an example in this formula is ammo dimethicone. This is such a great modified silicone. It actually contains an amino group and, if you're not really familiar with how the hair works or how it's set up, it's essentially a subset of amino acids. Amino acids form this polypeptide chain which form this keratin, i'm not going to dive into all of this. If you want to know more about that, the structure of the hair - i talk about this in a video where i discuss bond repair and i'm gon na list that below i will spare you because i've already i've already talked about that. I won't do it again. Got ta cut myself off, sometimes another subset of ingredients that you will find in this set. That is amazing, for the hair is quaternary ammonium compounds, so these are cationic surfactants. I actually also talked about these in that bond repair. Video cationic surfactants that are able to resist being rinsed away from the hair again because the positive charge is attracted to that negative charge of the damaged hair forms. A little salt bond strengthening protecting amazing, and on top of that, they really do help to improve manageability. Brushability of the hair, they add softness and shine. So not only are we getting hair that looks visually more appealing and feels healthier, it's actually making it healthier as well. There are several of these ingredients on the label, but if you're curious, what some of them are? They include ingredients like centromodium chloride, benchmonium chloride and poly quattro quaternium ammonium dash 10.. The other thing that i noticed after those ingredients is that citric acid is towards the very top of the label, for both the conditioner and the shampoo. I did double check and l'oreal has not disclosed the ph level of these products, but that makes me hope that these are ph balanced. Obviously i can't say for certain some of you have been like get ph testers off of amazon, but i have tried several that do not work with shampoo and conditioner, so i'm on the hunt for some that give me reputable results. Reputable that's, maybe not the right. Word results that i feel confident in sharing the last thing that i want to do is be like. The ph of this is 5.5, when it's actually not i'm not here, to try to spread misinformation like that. So what i've been trying to do is reach out to brands, get them to tell me if they don't have it on their website. In this case, they haven't said, but that makes me hopeful and then, as far as other ingredients added to this set aside from those that are specifically added to help to prevent damage and strengthen the hair. The shampoo has a few other things going on where the conditioner - that's basically the gist of it, so move on from that the shampoo is sulfate free. I'Ve talked about my opinion on sulfates a lot on this channel, but if you're new, here again, i personally am not set out to demonize sulfates or completely remove them from my hair care routine. They have a purpose and benefit they're amazing at cleansing the scalp properly and removing buildup, but certain sulfates especially, can be just too damaging and stripping to the hair and scalp so having an option. That'S sulfate free to use more frequently and then using the sulfate options and frequently kind of it's like a deep cleanse or a clarifying shampoo is something that i've always recommended enter pureology. So before we move into formula and just my experience and using that set, i thought we could quickly take a look at the ingredients in here while we're already discussing ingredients and see if this is really something that could be a dupe. So i will say, the ingredients list are not identical, which i wasn't expecting them to be, but i was very pleasantly surprised to see that there are a lot of the same ingredients and a lot of those ingredients that i talked about. The modified silicones like ammo dimethicone, the quaternary ammonium compounds, are in this pureology set, as well as the l'oreal ever pure pureology does have some more plant-based oils and extracts that you will not find in l'oreal ever pure and l'oreal ever appears protein-free, whereas pureology has hydrolyzed Vegetable proteins, so for me personally, the added protein is definitely a bonus, because proteins are another ingredient that can help to strengthen damaged hair. It'S not like this set from curology is full of proteins. It'S really the only the only one going on so while there are definitely benefits to this that you won't find in l'oreal. At the same time, a lot of those kind of key damage, repair and strengthening ingredients are in both of them. Okay, let's talk formula now so for this shampoo i wouldn't say that there's anything necessarily noteworthy about it, but that's not a bad thing. It'S a good shampoo i enjoyed using it. It didn't irritate my scalp. It gets very sudsy and bubbly, so it's easy to spread throughout the scalp, even though that does not indicate its cleansing ability really no complaints there compared to pureology pureology shampoo is much more liquidy, but i would say that they both emulsify up. Similarly, and if you don't know about emulsifying your shampoo and why you should do that, i'm gon na list, a video below where i talk all about shampoo hacks. It'S a must watch. If that is news to you, the biggest difference for me in using these shampoos is that, with the l'oreal option, i feel, like my hair started to get greasy a lot more quickly than it does with pure algae, typically with pure algae. I can go up to five days without needing dry shampoo, whereas with this l'oreal option i did feel like by day three. I really really was needing it to help to minimize some of that oiliness. So i think that pureology cleanses a little bit better for me, but is this l'oreal option an absolute no for anyone with an oily scalp? I wouldn't quite say that, but it may just be something that doesn't cleanse to the level that you needed to. The other thing that i almost forgot to say about this shampoo is that after i use it, i do feel like i have a little bit more frizz than normal, so mostly around, like the crown of my head above my ears, where i'm not applying conditioner, i Feel like there's just i don't know, my hair looks a little bit more disheveled. I actually used it this week and i feel, like i've just had a harder time getting it to look put together, and that is never an issue that i have with pureology. So again, they're not the same exact thing. Would i pick this l'oreal option over curology? Definitely not, but do i think you can achieve a similar result to what you get with pureology? I do think that it's getting there it's in the right direction for sure now for the conditioner, so this was definitely my favorite product of the two. I absolutely love this formula, it's so nice and creamy. It'S the perfect amount of thickness to where it's not too heavy. It doesn't feel waxy, but it still is deeply conditioning and after i use this, i do feel like my ends. Look nice and it just you know it does what i need a conditioner to do it detangles it softens. It adds shine. I really really like it, and i would also say that it's much more comparable to the purology conditioner than the shampoos are. As far as the formula, so when i have them in my hands, i'm feeling them side by side. I have to say, there's really not that much of a difference in the feel and especially when you apply them to the hair. I feel like. I can't tell that much of a difference. Are they exactly the same? No, of course not. We already saw the ingredients are not identical, but again i feel like these are more comparable, and this is where i'm like um. This could actually be considered a true dupe because they kind of achieved the same sort of result. For me again, if i had to pick between the two, would i pick l'oreal over pure ology? No, i do still think that my ends and just the lengths everything looks a little bit more put together when i use periology. Maybe that's because we have the added protein who knows there could be a lot of different things going on, but still my favorite, but a very nice alternative at a more affordable price. All right final thoughts on the l'oreal everpure bond, strengthening shampoo and conditioner. Is this a set that i would recommend from the drugstore if you're looking for an affordable option, absolutely? Is it the best set that i've ever tried from the drugstore? I do think that it is, and compared to ingredients that i've looked at and other sets that i've recommended. I feel the most impressed with this set the most confident in their claims. They have some really really great ingredients. If you have damaged hair, are they my favorite formulas of all time, the shampoo? No, but it's good the conditioner. I do really really like it. This is probably my favorite conditioner that i've ever tried from the drugstore as well. So, overall, it's a set that i would recommend. Is it an absolute dupe for pureology strength cure no, but is it a close option to where, if this is out of the picture for you, this could be a good alternative. That is where i would say. Yes, most definitely, and that is everything that i think i have to mention about these, so let me know what you guys think in the comments below if you've been on the hunt for a good, drugstore, shampoo and conditioner, are you going to try this now? Have you tried anything from this l'oreal ever pure range before? Did it work for you? Do you enjoy it? What are your thoughts compared to maybe more expensive, shampoo and conditioners that you've tried? Keep me posted? I am oh so curious if you do want to pick this up or the pureology set. I will list both in my description box below, if there's anything else, you would like to see from me next other shampoos and conditioners from the drugstore that you would like me to try. As always, you can leave that in the comments, and i will do my best to get to it. L Jag: L’Oréal Professional hair care products are the same as Kerastase hair care. L’Oréal owns Kerastase. Just sharing a salon secret from a cosmetologist herself. I love your videos! Your so informative

Brette Hannigan: The Redken acidic bonding concentrate conditioner has essentially completely identical ingredients to this conditioner from L’Oréal, and L’Oréal owns Redken soooo… that’s probably a comparison worth investigating.

lit muggle: I'm so glad you showed a affordable alternative. I was not prepared to drop that kind of money right away on the pureolgy set but I was lucky enough to find the trial set on sale at ulta for $12 to make sure it would work well for me. After one wash I saw such a difference I was ready to commit.

Cecilia Govea: Loreal Dream Lengths is honestly an amazing option, with hydrolyzed proteins that help even more with bond repair. I'd actually recommend that instead of Ever Pure Bond Strengthening.

It’s Jess: I’ve never used Pureology but I actually love the Ever Pure line ( haven’t picked up this set yet ) and I love it! So I think you’ll like it. I use the Rosemary Shampoo and conditioner, but recently started just using the Shampoo and use a Biologe thickening Conditioner and the combo has really helped with alternating with A shampoo and conditioner from the brand Heritage that you’ve used on here and approved some of the line. My hair feels more thicker and bouncy ,shiny and the Heritage brand has helped with some damage and frizz. I actually got a complement from my son , his girlfriend and a friend. I’ve also been not washing my hair but once or twice a week bc I have really greasy hair and it’s getting better, I’ve been letting my hair air dry and when I do use heat I use a heat protectant by Redken.

Erin Stafford: Emulsifying my shampoo has CHANGED. THE. GAME. I use wayyy less shampoo and it spreads so much faster and easier on my scalp. Such a simple thing but makes such a difference!!

Amy: So good! Thank you for doing this comparison. I've been using the L'Oreal Ever Pure for a while now and I love it! Like so many, I've used all the fancy brands and this is just as good.

Crabby Cake: Woohoo! I started buying the Pureolgy Strength Cure shampoo and conditioner during the Ulta twice yearly hair events where you can get it for half off, but missed the last sale in June and refuse to pay full price for this so I am all out. I have been trying to find a cheaper solution and this looks like it could be it! Going to pick some up today! Thanks for the review!

sstaj: I can't wait to try these l'oreal products. It was on sale today at the drugstore so i picked some up. I've only been using purology strength cure shampoo/conditioner for around 3weeks now and absolutely love what it's doing for my hair. I was just considering buying the massive bottles of it. I want to try this as well. If it's a cheaper alternative and works well I'm all for the cost savings. Thanks for the video.

Kimberly Jeanette: Thanks for the recommendation! Been loving Amika the Kure, but the conditioner is way too thick, going to give this L'oreal a try! Once again, a great and informative video, thanks Abbey! ‍♀️

Danielle Thorne: I just picked this up and giving it a shot. The other products from this line were my least favorite products of all time. So far, I am really really liking this. I have very very very thin hair and I have to keep it at shoulder length or shorter or it just breaks. I had extensions in for 14 months and miss them so much but so far since taking them out, this is my new favorite find!

Isabel Murphy: Can’t wait to try those both out! I love the pureology set

Sadie Adler: I like the l'oreal dream lengths and their volumizing shampoo and conditioner they make my hair feel way more manageable compared to other products I've tried.

Maggie Donofrio: L’Oreal was really marketing to Abbey with that ingredient list and the baby pink packaging.

Jennifer Cleveland: I absolutely love these as an affordable alternative. I have super dry hair and my hair never gets greasy, so that's not an issue for me. And it doesn't irritate my scalp like many products.

Danielle Thomas: I have a friend who recommended this to me and she has thin hair like I do. Her hair looks AMAZING! You have helped guide me on better thin, tangling hair management.

Andrea Vin : The same thing is happening to cosmetics…more drugstore brands buy out the luxury brands and both are made using similar ingredients. It’s efficient for them to streamline. Sometimes you are simply paying more for a different fragrance.

rebecca b.: I’m obsessed with the Ever Pure conditioner for blonde hair. It’s literally the best conditioner I’ve ever used

Marie T - Makeup Eclectic: I got some elite haircare samples and thought I'd have to spend a fortune on shampoo and conditioner to get those results. Found your review of this and tried it. Incredible! You saved me a lot of money, thank you!

tjodine: Thank you for the video…I love all of your recommendations! Your hair color always looks perfectly toned! Do you tone your hair at home or do you not get brassy? I just noticed PUREOLOGY Top Coat Purple Toning Glaze and wondered your thoughts on this product.

Annica Burman: In one aspect they are NOT dupes. Pureology is Cruelty Free and L’Oreal il not. Dealbreaker for me!

Hannah C.: Honestly the EverPure line is the only shampoo that has ever worked for my hair. I think everyone has different chemistry. I'll have to try Pureology sometime though.

Tea Rose: Totally agree with you regarding silicones. As long as you use a clarifying shampoo every now and then, silicones are fine.

SlenderSera: I had an unfortunate run-in with some coconut oil a few months ago, and nothing I did could get rid of the build up. In desperation, I stole my mother's Loreal everpure moisture shampoo and it got all the oil out. Made my hair soft too, even without conditioner. It was a miracle worker.

It’s Jess: I love these videos and it’s my 2nd time watching this one.I’m an Ever Pure fan , but haven’t used this line yet. I’m actually wondering what you think of of this line from Ever Pure I’ve recently seen… l'oreal paris everpure sulfate-free ph balanced glossing system and it’s a 3 part system labeled 1, 2 , & 3!? I’d seriously love to know your thoughts and they have a new leave in spray that claims it’s a 21-1 I’m very interested to know what you think of this leave in that’s not a part of this system called L'Oreal Paris EverPure 21-in-1 Color Caring Leave In Sulfate Free Spray. Oh and the system I mentioned is PH 4-6 I believe, it was on Target’s website. Thanks for being so amazing and making me have beautiful hair!!

eyung7: My initial guess is no... but my hope is that yes, it is a dupe. Love Pureology so much but would not be mad about a cheaper price!

kawaii heather: Great video! I'm still curious on your thoughts about the AG apple cider vinegar shampoo, conditioner, and spray. I found out about pH from you and am very curious about this line.

SwankPeRFection: Abbey, I wrote in a comment on your Pureology purple shampoo video over a year ago that these two product lines are pretty much the same thing. Are they identical, no, but 90-95% of the ingredients are the same label for label. I looked at both of their purple shampoo offering from this line vs Pureology and every ingredient was the same with the exception of plant protein and additional oils and conditioners… pretty much what you said. Having used both product lines, the consumer has two options. Pay ~$7 per bottle for the Ever Pure line for pay ~$28 for the Pureology brand. I find that my hair responds better to the Ever Pure brand in some of their offering and not others and when it doesn’t like the Ever Pure formulation, it likes the Pureology version of it. My suggestion to your viewers… try both formulations/brands of what you’re looking for and use the one that your hair likes better… sometime the high price of a small handful of ingredients in Pureology isn’t always worth it.

Hallie Dominguez: Loved the video, Abbey! I would love to see you compare the Pureology strength cure and pureology nanoworks. I like the nanoworks more than strength cure but I would love to hear your thoughts!

Megan Carlstrom: I loooove Pureology but it's so expensive to buy often I go through shampoo and conditioner so fast. So I'll definitely be buying this L'Oreal. Thank you so so much for this!

Jennifer Saylors: I've been using this line, not this exact set but the one in brown bottle, and love it! Looking forward to trying this set.

M: I’m going to guess that it is a close dupe but maybe not perfect?! I just purchased s,c,mask of the “the cure” by amika to try out. Excited to try their new formula!

Loyal_Hawkeye: I appreciate your honesty in sulfates, I get rashes on my scalp when I use sulfates but I know a lot of people depend on sulfates to cleanse their scalp!

Joelle Forest: Really wish both L'Oreal and Pureology would make unscented options. Artificial fragrance gives me headaches and skin irritation.

Terra Z: I’ve tried one of the L’Oréal everpure conditioners and I thought it was nice! I haven’t tried the shampoo, but I’m currently stuck on my Ouai detox shampoo/ pureology strength cure shampoo double-cleanse routine. We have really bad well water and I feel like it’s the only shampoo combo that makes my hair feel normal. Love your videos!

Chloe Stevens: sooo I've been using a brand called kerastase for a while and I just found out recently that it's owned by Loreal. Makes me want to try Loreal products from the drugstore. Thanks for the video Abbey!

Bonnie Cochran: I switched from drugstore shampoo/conditioner to pureology just to try it out because of your videos and I am so glad I switched! But your review on this is also good to know in case I go back to drugstore shampoo & conditioner Also can we TALK about your hair and makeup in this?! It looks so good!

S Miah: have you ever tried the John Frieda frizz ease line? I feel like they've been around since I was a teen (over a decade ago) but I wonder what the ingredients list is like. I've heard good things about the miraculous recovery and full repair mask x

Grace: Omg you crack me up. So smart and so sweet. Thank you for doing all the homework for us. I tried the Redken acidic shampoo and conditioner and they jacked up my hair. It dried out and damaged my hair. Bummer just didn’t work for me. I had high hopes.

Lydia: Ahhh!! I was hoping youd make a video about this after watching ur bond repair video, I was searching products but didnt want to try this without someone recommending it or not! So glad you're trying it out plus you have the others to co.pare it against @

Francesca Reese: Always love your vids after going back and watching many (new sub) and I just ordered the K18. I don't think I'm going to spend another $ on trying this... may be great.... yet, got rid of years of the Olaplex shampoo and going to try the Pureology you like. I was so torn between Amika and Pureology :(

Nadia Dakroub: I've been buying this for the past two years, the orange tube conditioner "loreal ever pure frizz free." Keeps my thin hair frizz free. Now I'm going to buy the pink tube bond repair shampoo she talks about here and see what happens.

Anna O'Brien: I think I’m going to try this line once I’ve used up my salon shampoo. It’s too expensive to keep using salon quality lol

michele foster: Costco's Kirkland shampoo and conditioner are supposed to be Pureology dupes. About $10 each.

heather neel: I hope so! I would love a drugstore option.

MichelleM: Hi Abbey-I thought you loved Olaplex. Are you finding this shampoo and conditioner better? Curious to hear your thoughts.

Ripley Fechtmann: I tried the L’Oréal ever pure gold hair mask and i must be allergic to something in it because it made my scalp itch HORRIBLY. Like it was awful (I put in on mid shaft to ends and the lower part of my scalp where it touched is where it was affected) now I’m terrified to try anything from the everpure line

Megan Adams: I have been using it for about a month, when someone said it was a dupe for olaplex. It's very hydrating, but I feel like I got greasy faster.

Elaine Southwell: I do so want to try the Ever Pure range but unfortunately it hasn't arrived in the UK yet, as soon as it does, I'll be rushing out to buy. I'm new to your channel, I find your reviews very informative, thank you x

Ellen Francis: Hi! Love your videos. I’m confused about the bond building. If something is bond building, isn’t supposed to repair the bonds like olaplex does snd doesn’t require certain very specific ingredients to do that? Do either the pureology or the L’Oréal have those? Bond building can’t be interpreted as just the prevention of new breakage, can it?

Christi Camba: I only have the conditioner but I LOVE it. Thanks for sharing!

Catherine Cookson: My guess is strongly possible. In my mind if they own pureology they own the "recipe" why not grab drugstore money and high end $$$

Rohila Kusampudi: More videos about dupes please!

Joan Gentile: Loreal products are excellent!! I love them!!

Janeene Sabol: I know you check on ph levels of shampoo and conditioners. Did you find out the ph level of this set yet? I cant find it online and haven't got a response from loreal either

Mary Wittman: Your lipstick/gloss combo is GORGEOUS!! Can you please share what you’re wearing?!

Tayler Gibson: How do you feel about Kenra products?? I’ve been using Kenra for over a year and was curious how you felt about it. I’ve been wanting to try a new drug store shampoo so I might go grab the L’Oréal set! very affordable!

Anna O'Brien: Could you review their thickening shampoo? I wonder if that one is as good

Crystal Wagner: Definitely made my hair softer. But have to wash at 2 days with this set. I can go 3 to 4 days with Biosilk.

Alexis Collins: I have naturally curly hair and have gotten two keratin treatments to help decrease frizz and loosen my curl pattern. I know you don’t have curly hair but I would love recommendations that you think would work to help smooth the hair. I currently use the Keratin Complex brand as that is what brand treatment I got. I LOVED the keratin treatment but I feel like there has to be other options! Thanks :)

BK: L'Oreal is NOT a cruelty free company, so I would never buy anything from them or Kerastase or any other company that they own. ‍♀️‍♀️

Erin Brookes: I love the Pureology Hydrate but found it was a bit heavy on my fine hair. I've tried the sheer hydrate and like that. Was wondering of strength cure was better suited for my hair. I tried strength cure to try it and had an allergic reaction to one of the added essential oils sadly so i can't use it. Would be interested to try the LOreal one.

Mary Twin Flames / SoulFam Unite: Years ago I tried the Loreal Ever Pure Hydrate line I can't remember much about it but I remember I liked it but I don't remember if it made my color fade fast or not ot was back in 2017 I actually want to try it out again

Isobel: I always want to find a drugstorr that I can use as a first shampoo, since it's used to break the surface tension or break the oils up. Now my hair is fine just like yours and it gets dirty by day 3 (training my hair never worked). But I'll try it. It would save me money if a drugstore shampoo could be used as my first shampoo

Susan Craigo: I recently learned that the COSTCO brand shampoo is made by Pureology. Would you do a comparison on those? Thank you for this. I may have to get the conditioner, but wad going to try the Costco

Shelby: Can you please do another review on the updated Kirkland shampoo?? The new formula is so much more concentrated and has a lot more extracts and oils in it!!

Joyce Mayo: I need some advice. I just had my hair cut, bleached, and toned. Of course, I lost that wonderful shine I had. I'm afraid to use certain masks because I don't want to pull out the toner. What do you recommend to get the shine back? I started using the new co wash in the white and orange bag to help with moisturizing. Please adise :-(

Ervin's Movie Corner: So beautiful job, Abbey!❤️

Trainurbody: I just purchased L'oreal Ever pure for color treated hair. Only used it once, so It's too soon to say if it's working well, so I was happy to see this comparison. After watching this, I may consider buying the Purology shampoo and stick with L'oreal conditioner. I just started watching your videos and I have to say I'm very impressed with your knowledge of the ingredients and what they do, especially since I thought I heard you say you aren't a chemist. You obviously do quite a bit of research and can explain it in practical terms. Thank you!!

Minnette Slater: Have you tried the WOW shampoo and conditioner? I would be interested in your thoughts on that!

Ashley L.: Have you done a video on Biolage? I’ve used their moisturizing conditioner for years, I’m curious what your thoughts are!

Summer Reinholdt: Thank you! Excited for you to review Olaplex’s new purple shampoo!

Lpg 8: I might have missed something, so does this pair actually bond the hair? I have been thinking about trying these out

marylin f: Thx so so much for all the reviews you do. I learned so much

Gina Allen: Do you recommend using this set for every wash day ?

Gina Palm: As always, very informative!! Thank you!!

Michelle Springer: Have you ever tried Bumble & Bumble's Bond Building Repair Shampoo & Conditioner? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!!

RocketMansDaughter: I've never tried either, but I have a good feeling about this!

Shannon Stilwell: I just ordered this after watching. I wanted so bad to try Olaplex or K18 but can’t swing it. I also lay on hair a lot as chronically ill and CPAP straps mess up hair.

jstrav88: Even if the L’Oréal made my hair amazing, I can’t use it because of the strong scent. Gives me a headache, swollen eyelids and more.

Beyond50Skin: Great review… com’n from a 20 year Pureology user

Jasmine Faber: I’m such a hair care snob, I can’t do drugstore shampoos, they’ve done me dirty too many times lol

Whitney: Yay I've been waiting for this review - thanks!

Laura Hiers: Been waiting for you to review these!

teresa reid: Ive just the bond Redken the one you have been using and oh my wow 3rd time use and my hair is beautiful it’s so soft I can get a brush straight though it I’m so happy with this stuff do I use this for a while then go onto the purelogey shampoo etc x

Rachael Rockwell: Abbey can you review the new Olaplex Blonde Shampoo when it comes out ?! Super curious how it compares to my favs!

Alesha Judy: I’m guessing yes but it’s really a hope more than a guess haha. I would love a more affordable option.

Nicole Polachak: Can you find out the PH? & I just tried the shampoo and so far so good. My scalp doesn't feel itchy so that's the positive lol

Jennifer Trika: Can you please list the things you have on your face? Your make up always look so on point!

Mimi ☾🥀: Can you use the bond strengthening shampoo and conditionner with Olaplex 3 or is this too much?

jakebeauchamp3com: Might try it one day. Looks tempting to use, but I love my Olaplex shampoo, conditioner and mask to pieces. They’re pricey, but so concentrated, so I get what I pay for with them. Good review!

Monica Yadav: I am confused to how often we use a bond repairing product, protein containing product, clarifying product and other regular products coz they say one shouldn't be using any often ‍♀️

KScott0612: I’ve never clicked sooo fast, Hair Queen!!

Martina Frendo: Highly recommend the hair care JASON, their ingredients are AMAZING. The ingredients of their Tea Tree normalising shampoo are superrr impressive, especially for the price! I use it for the 2nd round of shampooing step so that I make sure my hair is soft after a wash ❤

louise pilfold: Any ideas when the L’Oréal ones being released in the uk?

sutlana: You look so gorgeous as always! What is on your lips? They look so lovely!

Sara Brown: I used this for a little over a month and noticed my hair is drastically breaking off

Evelyn Moran: I was waiting for this!!!! Thank you!

tanya porter: L’Oréal owns Pureology. So that’s not surprising. L’Oréal owns everyone!!! . They are just different versions of the same stuff

Keert M: Your new hair looks great
