Hey guys crystal here from elite hair care, so today we are going to be doing a all-natural protein and moisture recipe that you can use at home on your hair. So, let's get started. What you need is some measuring cups, which you'll need the tablespoon measuring cup. Specifically, you'll also need one egg you'll need a bottle of our elite growth, elixir, a fork or a whisk and a bowl to start you're going to crack your eggs, and please do a little bit better than I did. We don't want any shells in this recipe. Keep in mind this recipe can be doubled, quadrupled tripled, based on the density of your hair and the brand of the egg does not matter. You will also need one and a half tablespoons of our elite growth elixir. This can be found on our website at elite, hair care, us a.com, so you'll need one and a half tablespoons. It looks like honey. Doesn'T it mmm tasty? No, not at all. Once you pour your oil into the bowl with the egg, you will take your fork or your whisk, and you will go ahead and combine both ingredients together. Now keep in mind. This is also the ingredients that you use to make mayonnaise, but we are not going to stir or whisk it for that long. You are only going to put it together until it is thoroughly together. I think I said that twice once you get everything mixed up: mm-hmm soup, anyone, no thanks! You'Re gon na go ahead and split the hair into six to eight sections, and you will evenly or equally distribute this throughout the entire head. You will put on a processing cap and process for one hour yep one hour no dryer, please remember: heat is going to cook your eggs. You

Trish's World: Saved this video so I can do it!! Thanks so much!!

Marian Sellers: My G-ma use to do that for my hair about once every 2 to 3 months but she used olive oil & egg. She worked it into my hair and let it set semi-dry; then she would rinse with warm water and shampoo to cleanse and to remove the egg & oil.

Ree Ree: Thanks so much. I received my products and wasn't sure how to use them.

Trish's World: When is the best time to do this?

Sharon Watts: Hi, Thanks for the tip......tfs
