Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, I'm Jayla, and this is my 16 month old Jackson. My little crazy baby, as you guys can see, Jackson has a lot of hair, so we're gon na go through his routine today. So real quick, I want to give a quick thank you and shout out to hellofresh for sponsoring this video. If you're watching this, I'm assuming you have a toddler or a family, and sometimes we know like dinner time, can get tricky. We can cook the same recipes over and over again, sometimes it's not convenient to go to the grocery store. Well, hello fresh makes home-cooked meals super simple. All these fresh ingredients are all bagged up and sent straight to your door, and you just literally out the box right. You take the bags out of the box and put them right in the frigerator. It literally makes it so simple. So if you guys want to try out hellofresh, which i feel like you should, because i'm telling you you're gon na be impressed, especially if you struggle with those things, there's a link in my description bar that you guys can get so you guys can get in Your own box, and also I also have a promo code for you, guys um, but yeah like if you can't cook or if you see the drive through like my family, sees like way too many times a week. Hello, fresh is a great option for you, guys or if you guys are having a baby or if you guys just need to try out different things. Like you cook, the same thing over and over again, I feel like hellofresh is a great option for you. It you know, allows you to be a little bit more versatile all have those like picky toddlers, you know, and it allows him to try things like barbeque chicken tacos with an apple slaw that I wouldn't have known how to make otherwise, and it was actually delicious. Like I was thoroughly impressed, okay by this meal, so yeah guys, I encourage you guys to try out hellofresh. I promise you will not be disappointment. My promo code is jail image at 9 and that's what you guys can get 9 for hello, fresh meals. That'S $ 90 off your first month as hellofresh, including free shipping. So you definitely don't want to miss this deal, especially if you've been eyeballing it and you've never tried it. Just just try it. Okay, so take my word all right. So, let's get into this routine. So to prep for a toddler all right, so Jackson has been getting his hair washed in the sink for a couple of months down in his last routine video. It was in the bathtub, and I have like this little thing that goes over his head, but he's just been kind of like he rips it off sometimes, and it's just easier to put it in the sink to put him in the sink. So you put the towel down and you grab all your supplies y'all. This is like a major key in the routine grab. All of the supplies like you do not want to miss anything. These are the products that I've been currently using on his hair and the tangle teezer. That'S major necessity, everyday okay, so Jackson is usually pretty calm. When I lay him down before I lay him down, I make sure the water temperature is perfect. I make sure literally everything is perfect before I let him down. Okay, I make sure I got a nice low-cut shirt on just in case I got ta pull out the pacifier okay, so yeah I just go ahead and what his hair and Jackson has had hair. Like this forever and it's so thick, and it's so long, he has a couple different textures in there too yeah see now he's tired of it he's over it. So he's getting up. I just calm him down, make sure no water runs in his face and I let him back down and then I started to wash his hair and I haven't used like baby shampoo on Jackson, since he was like four months old. I think, because baby shampoos, I feel like Jackson, just always had so much hair and I felt like baby shampoo - is dry his hair out. So I always just use the same shampoo that I use, but I would go on to like a app and make sure it was safe and it had like no harmful chemicals and stuff in it just to kind of like you know, it helped me feel better About using, like such a, I guess, straw, long cleanser on his hair, but I mean I felt like it was necessary because I used regular hair products on his hair. Also, you know what I mean so yeah I'll just wash his hair, sometimes he'll. Let me, depending on his mood, I'll lather rinse, repeat, sometimes that's all I can get. Sometimes you got ta pick between the shampoo in the conditioner. Okay, like you, can't you ain't gon na get everything. So you have to pick. I think today I chose to shampoo once and then conditioned afterwards skipping. The conditioner is not smart for us. You know what Jackson's hair, because it makes the detangling process so much easier, so yeah I need to condition, and by the time that I am finished raking. This, through with the tangle teezer, it's all it's all ready to wash out. You know. If I could, I would put a cap on them and I would let him walk around the house, for you know hours so, but um ya know he's. He wouldn't like that by this time he's like. Oh, I got a bath um. I got my hair washed, I'm ready to go to sleep, so I try to work that in and I try to shush them in the video so zoomed in because by this time I've had to pull out my pacifier, and I don't want you guys to see All that, but we'll do anything to keep Jackson occupied while we're washing his hair. If that means that we got ahold of Elmo, then that's what we got to do see here's another intermission right here, comb that through a little bit more really. I just try to focus on the middle, because the rest like the perimeter of his hair is the perimeter of his hair is a little bit looser in the middle. Is a lot tighter, so that part tangles a little bit more and then I rinse everything out. I have to use the gentle flow on the. What is that a nozzle? What is that a sprayer? What is that y'all a faucet? Oh, my goodness. What is that? Because he doesn't like that, like and it'll like squirt all over his face, so you know we'll just go back to this: we'd have to use the gentle one, and now we are done so. I try to rinse as much of it out as possible. It probably looks like I'm hurting him, but I promise I'm not he's attached to my my chest, so I wasn't just holding him by his ponytail all right. So I put his hair up in a ponytail and then I try to dry it off as much as possible. So it's not running down his shirt in his face. Cuz, that's so uncomfortable! Then he gives me love and I love it. I love him. I love my pumpkin. He goes from Jojo lips, alright, so as for hair products, I used the same products from the same company there. This is their type for coyly, um couldn't cream conditioner, and then i put olive oil on it. Afterwards, i used to do the back, because the back is a little bit more. It'S always less just tangley than the front of his hair. For some reason, so i just comb through the back and the tangle teezer makes it so it's like for real. If you all have like a tender headed baby - and i do think my baby's tender head - it y'all need to get a tangle, teezer, okay, y'all peep, the mama belly going crazy, going crazy, yeah, it's okay! I love my mama belly. It'S okay! I could assume damn, but i don't care so um yeah by this time. He is tired of me. Yep. Look at him up up up he's like get off me. Lady, get off me and I'm like okay, okay, okay, then you got ta hit the dumb saying you got it! Dropping me in with the leg: oh my poor, teen. Okay, then you bring out the Cheetos. Okay right, the Cheetos yeah break out the Cheetos right jack, oh, don't eat, don't eat the mic um, so we broke out the Cheetos. We broke out the toy story, and now I to comb like the oiliest part of his hair. Mouse has to hold him, and so then I hurry up get it done. I pushed that hair at our own there and then boom we're done, but to Jackson, of course, is in the world. Y'All see him like he being dramatic, so yeah. That is Jackson's everything. All those are the products that I'm using on his hair. I pull his ponytail. His ponytail looks tight. Look. How like face lifted like his face is so lifted. His eyes are so, like you know, look at him. He looks like a little girl but yeah. Those are the products that we use it on his hair. Those are the products that I've been using. Everything that I tried on my hair. I usually try when Jackson's there and these products so far with the olive oil help Jackson's hair stay super duper moisturize and then, when i refresh his ponytail because it's close outside, I don't put any water on it. I just take some more products slick it on the back, because, usually that's what like the perimeter and then I just brush it with the tangle teezer back up into the ponytail and it it stays just like this. So um yeah guys. Thank you guys for watching this video make sure y'all check out hellofresh and I'll see y'all later bye.

Love the momma belly❤️ Jackson’s a cutiepie!

Two Cents: I just want to give a shoutout to Miles. I know we only see this little portion of y’all lives that you put in the videos, but he seems very helpful to you and supportive. And not just in this video, in all your videos. In my personal experience (and hearing stories from family and friends) men are lazy and feel like we can/should do everything while they just chill. Especially if it has to do with the kids.

Ashanti Theara: I love when you do sponsored videos, bag confirmed lol. And Jax is just too cute! Btw I don’t have a child or a family yet

quietstormaps: My grandson has hair like this and we do the same hairstyle and everyone thinks he's a girl, lol. It's so difficult to do their hair at this stage because they are so active.
