Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so for the longest time you guys have been asking me to do an updated, curly, hair routine, because my curls have gotten so so so much better. Over the last month I would say over the last year, I've really learned a lot about my curls and just a disclaimer. What works for me might not work for you. I'Ve done a lot of research, a lot of reading and understanding my curl type. My curl pattern I'll leave a link down below, where explains the curl patterns and things like that, and once you understand your curl pattern, that's when you'll be able to understand what kind of products work for you, and also it's really really important to try different methods. I used to towel dry, my hair as soon as I come out of the shower and then go in with my products, but I have found as you'll see in the video that doing it on soaking, wet drenched. Hair is much better for my hair type, but again this is something that I've trial-and-error, like literally, I have had some weeks where I have amazing cows, and then I have other weeks where my cows are not as cute. I feel like it's still very much a journey and my products still do change all the time. Sometimes I add new things, and sometimes I take things out, but at the moment these are like staple products that I'm loving. If you also want me to do a video just on products, I love for curly hair, more than happy to do that for you, because it's really impossible for me to show you every single product they have in a curly hair routine, like it's just too much. So if you want me to share my favorite Kylie hair products with you, then let me know in the comments section, but for now give this video a thumbs up. If you want to see it more to do with hair, don't forget to subscribe, so you don't miss out on any of my upcoming videos and yet enjoy the curly hair routine. Okay, first up, I'm out of the shower I've already washed my hair using the evaded. Newt replenish shampoo and conditioner: it's really really nice and hydrating. So I'm also using this spray-on leave-in conditioner from the same range. I really really love it for hydrating, my hair, so I just spray it in then rake it through my hair. Then I like to use a Denman brush, while my hair is upside down just to kind of yeah just brush through my hair really and as you can see, I kind of brush out. I just want to detangle my hair before styling it and just make sure all that leaving conditioner we've put in is distributed. Well, so I go with this can to curl cream. This is super hydrating and I scrunch this into the hair. So no raking or anything like that, just only scrunching this into the hair, then I'll go in with this bounce. Cowl gel and I'll take a little bit of this and just again scrunch this into the hair. This is gon na give our curls more hold and definition, and I really really love this kind of coal gel and you don't need a lot of it at all. It'S super lightweight as well and make sure I kind of flick my head side to side keeping it upside down as well just want to cover all of my hair strands. Then I'm going in with this Miss Jessie's, honey, curl cream - and I love this stuff. It'S actually really really thick and it smells amazing but yeah I just take. I don't know like a coin sized amount, and I scrunch this again throughout my hair now. This is gon na give our hair extra hold with our cows, and I don't know what this does, but it just is so good for my curls. It gives me so much definition. It is quite a heavy product, so yeah just be careful with how much you go in with, but I personally really really love this product tonight I feel like I can't go without it anymore, so yeah turning my head side to side upside down, making sure everything Is scrunched into my hair really well and then it's time to blow-dry my hair, so I just take my hair dryer and it's unlike a medium setting like medium speed and medium heat. You don't want to go in with anything too hot. I always just like to start with the kind of ends of my hair first and I'll, just like grab chunks of it and hold it into the kind of cup of the diffuser, the diffuser Cup, whatever is called and then I'll do that classic going up and Down motion that you do with all curly hair and then after I've dried most of it, that's what I'll go into the roots. At this point I get a little bit impatient, so I start kind of like fluffing it around, but don't do that. It'S just gon na cause. You more frizz um, make sure to get the back of your hair I'll. Just keep going up and down with the ends I'll hold it at the roots, basically scrunch away at the same time as well, just keep sort of scrunching. My hair, as I blow-dry it really and the roots, are the last thing I'll get into, and I do kind of fluff it out the roots just because I feel like I don't want them to look really flat on my head, which yeah I want lots of Volume, so I make sure I get right in there so once most of my hair is dry, I'll, just flick it back, and this is where you can kind of see where you need to dry. It diffuse it a little bit more. So this is when I'll go in side to side I'll keep my head up a little bit just keep moving your head. Keep moving your hair! Try not to touch your curls too much! I mean I'm just scrunching, especially the areas that I feel are still a little bit damp, but just because I want to reinforce the cow a little bit once it's all dry I'll go in with like it's kind of like an afro pick, hair pick and I'll. Just kind of pull out the roots again to make sure I've got volume and just to fluff their hair at the roots, make sure nothing is sitting flat on my head because that can tend to happen. But this right here is my finished result from my curly hair routine. This is actually after a couple of hours and I always feel like my curls settle a bit better after a couple of hours, but I really love the definition I'm getting at the moment and yeah, I'm loving my routine, so give this video a thumbs up. If you enjoyed it comment down below with any of your favorite products and don't forget to hit the subscribe button, thank you so much for watching one bye,

Rose Xavier: I love your curls!! So many of the Indian women that I know refuse to let their hair be curly and enjoy the natural beauty. I have always been one of the only women in my community that has embraced my curls.

Kiran Shah: Yesssss!! please can you do a day 2/3 curl routine or maintaining curls cos mine always go flat after first day!

AdaPerforms: Omg I’m so glad your video came on my thread! First of all you and your hair are gorgeous! My hair is also 2c/3a, and also looks “straight” when it’s wet, so that’s nice to see, lol. I have a problem with my hair not curling at the root; have you had this issue in the past? If so, how did you get past it?

Saraswathi Rajasekharan: Your curls are GOALS girl!! I love how you embrace your curls! Legit you're the first person who I've noticed online who wears their curls proudly through a full face of glam and still rocks it like a queen. It's genuinely cos of you that I've started leaving my hair naturally curly. Thanks for sharing this updated version, it's so helpful! I didn't even know there was something called a curl pattern, and you're right - it makes such a big difference knowing what your curl type is so you can structure your hair routine to what your hair needs. I think based on a quick analysis online, we have the same type and one thing I'm not doing is diffusing my hair (I just let it dry naturally). Unfortunately my second day curls are awful and half wavy, half curly - how do you deal with your second day curls? Is there a specific way you tie your hair before you sleep? Gosh again, I'm so in love with your curls!

Natasha Patel: Another brown girl who embraces her curly hair? Yass I love to see it!

naomilove: wow this is the closest i’ve come to finding someone with the SAME EXACT hair as me. i would even say this is the one! did you go through a curly hair journey? if so what we’re some products you used to get your curls back? i’ve never ever taken care of my curls before in my life and recently i’ve committed to it. but i do have a whole life’s worth of hair damage (sulfates, LOTS OF HEAT) and it’s colored but slowly my curls are starting to come back and i need product and technique recommendations! help a girl out

Irene Rodriguez: Love it! Def gonna try this hair routine! been in the curly method for a month and my curls went from 2b to 2c and some beautiful 3a starting to form! By the way your so beautiful with no make up girl!

s a: Your curls are just gorgeous and the color of your hair looks perfect on you sis! I will have to try this although seems like my curls may not be as formed so-to-speak as yours. I guess using hair products and a diffuser makes a big difference! :)

Serina T: Omg I love this, your hair is so beautful! I have wavy/curly hair and I just have no idea on what to do with it, so thank you for a realistic curly hair routine... Also, straight hair is praised around me so yeah I loved and love my curls but didn't realise it wasn't the 'beauty standard' until I got older...

Karen Outar: Anchal, I love your curling hair! I think we have a similar curl pattern but I haven't done curly in such a long time. I think I am going to give it a whirl. :) thank you. I would love to see your day 2, 3 4 and 5 routines too!

Jazzanie Trujillo: Wow, you were always my go-to foundation match and now I realize you're also my curl twin!! Going to have to check out the products you mentioned xx

Bijaya Chowdhury: Yay thank you for this!! We both have the same hair type, and I'm Indian too :D so this was really helpful for me! Just purchased the cantu coconut curling cream - good to know it works!

Eman K: Omg YAAASSS!! Fiinaaaallly!! I’ve been waiting to see your curly hair routine cus I absolutely LOVE your curls and also have a similar blonde balyage in my curls too so definitely wanted to know how I can work with my natural curls too! Thank you soooo much!!

Tammy G: Absolutely love this! I have a similar hair strand to you and also use Cantu curl cream, definitely want to try out this hair routine! Thank you! You're beautiful btw

Daphne Gsell: I have the same curls thanks for the tips!

emilia: DO NOT dry your ends first!! This is how you dry your hair out and give it heat damage! Always start at the roots as this is the wettest area x

Dimple Patel: Hiii!! I love following you and your vibe and videos!! I have 3A curls and I absolutely love the way your hair looks!! Can you share more tips and things you’ve learned?? Also your other favorite products!

MissChicas1: I cannot believe how gorgeous your curls are!! And to think that they are your natural curls.... I loooove it!! Thank you for sharing this tutorial with us. I'm definitely going to give it a try!

Vysnavi Vijayakulasingam: Thank you for this video Anchal! Would love to see a curly hair products video as well <3

8horcruxes: How do you maintain the curls over the next few days? That's the part I struggle with!

K H I R A N: Love this video ! I’m so here for the curly videos! I love your all your videos :)

SC_arriola: That lip color is so amazing on you to the point of distraction!!! That shade and shimmer is so nice

Lutricia Duyar: You’re absolutely stunning!! I love this ❤️

Catherine Babu: Thank you so much! I've been struggling with my wavey/curly hair D: xx

Miss Maryam: I have dead straight hair I can never get curls like this it looks so good on you!xx

Sunny Singh: Her curls are amazing!!

fromthebirch: I use Miss Jessie’s honey curls as well! I have mostly 3b hair but some 3a. I rarely find any you tubers that use honey curls. I like that it is low-no protein and that it is silicone free! (p.s. i only comment just in case someone has my curl type (3b) and wondered if this would work for them)

KissedByKen: Your curls are so beautiful and I love your highlights!

Jordan Goddard: So my hair looks exactly the same as yours when wet/scrunching, but when I difuse it looks like an absolute mess, lmaooo. Would this routine work on thin/fine & low/medium porosity hair? Love your curls, you're beautiful!

Ms M PreK: Your hair is gorgeous!! Thanks for the video!!!

Esha Rajesh: WOW that’s amazing! No curlers or straighteners to curl your hair! And they look so defined! Omggg I want your hair!!!

ZGwoo888: Curls looking good!! Going to try some of these products xx

Anjali Sarkar: YES finally! I have type 2c/3a too. Do you have any recommendations for a diffuser? I've only been air drying but I want to try diffusing my hair

MaryAnn Rossetti: I am total amazed at watching your hair go from a little wave to a full head of curls. Is it the products you use that makes the curl? I have 2b hair wavy no curls I wish I could get curls like that. Thanks for sharing gorgeous.

H Ray: Omg yayy girll I was waiting for this ❤️ and your curls are beautiful!!

Lana Conin: If you dry the roots first you end up with really dry ends. Hairdressers recommend drying the roots first. Also that’s a lot of products to use. I get the same results on my 3a hair with a curl cream and a mousse. It’s best to start with less and add products once you know you need them. I wasted so much money buying crap from these hair vids, wish I had slowed down

Roshni Patel: I have pin straight hair but I’m here cos your videos are so good to watch!

HB: Beautiful curls! What shampoo and conditioner do you use? And How do you set your hair up when you go to sleep and maintain your curls for each day without having to repeat the whole process of washing your hair ? Love from South Africa :)

Chaii Talks: Could you show us how you straighten your hair without damaging it with all the heat? Thank you! x

K S: My curls are EXACTLY like yours. I'm Indian as well.

Aroosa Shah: Wait.. these are your natural curls?! Your hair is absolutely gorgeous!

Patricia Comesaña: I LOVE your curls but you are more pretty without makeup!

Mirfrancis Villa: Foundation and hair twins you are a gift from God❤️

Al Lo: Gorgeous curls ❣️

Neha B: Amazing information but could you also do a video on what you do on day 2,3,4? Thanks xx

Rochelle Aphale: YES what I have all been waiting for, you beaut!

Jasmin Miah: Omg I'm in love with your hair its soooo freaking beautiful. X

Janis Deynes: How long does it take to defuse until it’s that dry? That’s where my biggest struggle is!

A Z: i have the exact same curls thank you for showing me how to tame it

Emily Souza: Just a little warning to anyone whos hair is straight at the roots (I have this same struggle), cantu products can be too heavy and can weigh your hair down and make it so the roots are still straight. So just be careful if you use it!

GamingWithMus: Omg I've been asking every curl channel to review this new Aveda line. Thank you so muchhh.. I'm going to buy it asap.

Kirthi H: My hair used to be super curly as a kid and then as I grew older I thought the frizziness that was my hair was natural and my mom would want me to brush it out. Long story short, about 4 years of brushing my hair when dry and then straightening it led to a lot of damage. It's been like 5 years and I haven't used a hairdryer, and my routine is similar to this...but my hair is pretty wavy and not the bouncy curls it once was :(. I'm not sure if it needs more time to heal and if I need to do another big chop, or if this decrease in curl just comes with age?

Jo Craig: Yes please! I would like to know curly hair products you use and those you consider favorites as well. I currently use OGX products for curly hair. I have wavy/curly hair and my daughter has curly hair, so I am always looking for great curly hair product recommendations! Enjoyed this video!

Alexa’s Curls: Wow your hair looks gorgeous

ArelisErica: Wow you look 10 years younger with no makeup

Sarai Veliz: I absolutely love your haircut! What length did you ask for when you got your haircut??

AndjeliShama: Waited soooo longg for thisss video Thanks Anchal

Emer O'Connor: I have a similar curls and that Aveda nutriplenish conditioner has been one of the best things ever

Grace Jeevarajan: yesss! please do a video with curl products for 2c/3a curls and how to maintain them please!

Holly Mo: Do you use the blow dryer after every shower? Doesn’t that damage your hair? I’ve always been told to avoid hairdryers unless it’s an emergency

Elise Catherine: You are so stunning! Love this. Feel free to check my wash day routine out! X

Nice Girl Jenn: Yes! Looks amazing

Kit Sillanpaa: You should start diffusing your scalp. Once that is dry it’ll let the curls dry slowly and form a gel cast. Then VERY gently diffuse the curls until the gel cast is fully formed. You’ll get even better defined curls!

Preksha: YAS SIS I HAVE BEEN WAAAAAITTTING FOR THIS VIDEO THANK YOU SHUKRIA MY BROWN SISTER FROM ANOTHER MISSSSTER ❤️❤️❤️ LOADS OF LOVE FROM JERSEY PS I LOVEEEEEEE YOU AND YOUR PERSONALITY

In Farah's World: OmG I’ve waited for this for agesssss!! Thank u

Maya Jethwa: Love this, could you do this if you don't have naturally curly hair ?❤

Patchouli O'Donovan: Oh no, denman brush is NOT for detangling! It's really harsh and will cause damage and breakage! Use something with softer bristles like a tangle tamer/teaser to detangle first, then go in with the denman brush to help with clumping and definition :)

Iman-Ali Beg: whoa, gurl, you look drop-dead fricking gorgeous!

Herleen Braich: how do you get your curls again once you have tied it up without having to wash it again?

Gu3niv3r3: How does the bleach from your highlights not severely damage your hair? My hairlights caused sooo much damage and frizz to my curls. I would love you forever if you had some advice on that lol

JR: Thank you for this and I love your hair color! Is it balayage? Highlights? I want this!!

fun vibes: omg I love it and ur vids is soo amazing and ur such a beauty, could u please share the products u used in this video that would be helpful

Dustin Gregg: Please please please do a video about all your favorite curl products and a refresh routine would be amazinggg.

Catherine Babu: Yeee I would love a curly hair products video!!

Shavxox: Beautiful! My hair is very similar to yours, yours is a lil bit thicker though I think! Love the colour too! X

Bhavya Makkar: Pro tip: dry your roots first. It’ll keep your hair healthier

Aira: Can you do a affordable high street curling routine? My curls always go flat any suggestions? I have 2c/3a medium porosity hair

Mariangel Loves: I want to see more hair videos!!

Olka Olenka: yes yes yes, please can you make the curly hair products tutorial? everything you have and u use would be great :)

Sophia Pathak: Gorgeous!

lunarosa321: That's crazy your hair doesn't look as curly out the shower but the products work so well with it. I think o have the same type of curly hair but I never know what to products to use. I might give some of these products a try!
