I know its not perfect but i really wanted to get this video up for you guys so you could see exactly what goes down when I get my hair cut! I always show up with my day 1 or 2 curls and use less product than usual when i style before my cut! I always love my results but I actually prefer it more about a month later because the curls are even more defined and I have more volume! OLAPLEX is very important if you dont want to fry your curls with bleach! Talk to your stylist and make sure they use it! ** im not a professional anything in my posts and videos is my personal opinion!**
***********UPDATE*************
After this video I realized my hair was a little more square shaped than i liked so i went back for a touch up. I ended up having to lose way more length to get the round shape back i prefer! Also the old brand (PRAVANA) of bleach caused me little to no damage but after a few washes my highlights have been getting frizzy & I see damage this time using the new brand. So Ill be doing videos to show what ive been doing/will be doing to get my hair back to normal. Starting with NO MORE BLEACH! My curl type just does better 100% natural.

Thank You jasmine and filmed everything. So I have a quick video just showing you my experience. Whenever I go and I want you guys to do me a favor. Anything like that leave that below and I'm going to go through and take all those questions and make a video. Let your stylist know what you like and don't like bring pictures of you here on different days. So your stylist better understands your hair and always have realistic expectations for your curls and your curl type, saying my feet more and more lifts and then 15 ends that kind of. But you want to do that. Oh yes, trying to go volley, but you know, just even you know actually she's going to give me a shake baby girl. Let'S try to do it in slow motion in real life. Make me there's an effect for that. Eclectic Beauty by Jesse: Hey there, I just wanted to say thank you for doing this video, I'm a licensed Cosmetologist (2 years) and I rarely get curly clients so this video unlocked some questions I've had. Have a curly haired client in a couple days so I'm doing some research. I'm absolutely obsessed with your curls. AND the fact that your stylist uses Trionics too!! I actually yelled out "YEA!" when I saw she uses their clay lightener too! As well as Olaplex. Makes such a huge difference, especially for curls! If your stylist hasn't mentioned or done it for you, you should try Trionics' Get It Strate. It's not a normal straightening treatment, it smoothes down your curl shape, so if you're feeling frizzy or unruly, it's amazing. Cuts down drying time. Lasts 7-10 shampoos. I will never not use it on my own hair (frizzy from damage)

Danya Lavender: Your hair is always beautiful! I use all of the DevaCurl products. However the decadence line of one condition isn't moisturizing enough as my leave in conditioner. Do you suggest a really moisturizing leave in that will also add some shine? I deep condition twice a week.
Claire B.: I'm almost tempted to make the 3 hour drive out to that salon to have my hair done, haha I'm still struggling with my curl journey. I go to two different salons where I live; one I go to has a devacurl stylist who I have cut my hair and the other I go to is aveda for my color/highlights. I've noticed my hair is low porosity and started using shea moisture's low porosity line. I used strictly devacurl products for 6 months+ and my hair didn't seem to react well to it. So far with shea moisture's line I get nice spring in my curls but I'm till trying to figure out the best cut for me along with preventing my roots from being flat. I'm military and wear my hair up in a bun most of the week and I struggle with getting volume back in that area

Jessica Aranda: It's been over a year since I've gone natural I've been only using deva curls shampoo and conditioner and cantus hair cream I always let my hair air dry and rarely use my blow dryer but I still struggle with split ends idk what else to do to avoid them any recommendations would be very helpful thanks

Fabulous: As a stylist, I can tell you, Olaplex does NOT speed up the colour, it actually slows it does a bit, trionocs on the other hand will speed up the colour, Olaplex does one thing and one thing only, repair broken bonds, this reduces and eliminates damage, as it's in a water based solution, it will dilute the colour slightly
