That was a big struggle. You wanting everyone and welcome back to my channel or welcome to my channel, I'm Jamie Joe and today, I'm doing a two-part video. This first part of the video is going to be my ultimate hack for working out or dancing or doing any type of activities with curly hair, so the best way to preserve your hair. Whilst you are working out and then the second part of this video is actually going to be me working out with my personal trainer / my uncle, we do a really fun gym routine, and I really wanted to show you guys, because I've been getting a lot Of requests for my workouts also just a little bit of background. I am a professional dancer, so I have been you know, training my body, my whole life, and this is just what I've been doing these days to maintain my buddy. Ok, if you're really interested in seeing at my workouts and what I wear make sure you stay tuned for the second part of the video, but this first part is going to be super quick and super easy. Now this hack is nothing like revolutionary, but I think it is honestly the best way to preserve your curls and it is as simple as a headband or a sweat band, literally so simple right. So if I have freshly washed hair, I have day1 hair all. I will do is I'll leave my hair out use this headband or I have a few types of hit bats and all I do is literally. I definitely cover my ears. Okay, Wow, really pop a headband on it's as easy as that. It'S also super cute. Now what I find that this does is it keeps all the hair off my face and off my neck, but it leaves this top part to just kind of be as it is, and it's not gon na get as knotty. I'M just gon na do some demos. So say: you're like jumping and you're, like I'm working out, you kind of just you know flops around that. It'S fine, but the main part that gets sweaty is the roots of your hair and this kind of covers the roots and collects the sweat at the top of your head. And then it just lets the bottom remain as it is, and so then, when you get home after your workout, because obviously curly girls don't wash their hair every single day, all you have to do is take off the headband calling my earrings. What you got to do is take off their band. You can have a really good shake, and then I would just refresh the tops and the roots with a conditioner like a spray conditioner or something of the sort, and literally it's as simple as that. Now also, if you're on day 2 day, 3 day, 4 hair, you can also do the exact same thing. You know, use the headband, oh my god, putting my earring again so take an elastic band and you could just secure your hair on the top into whatever type of bun you want. If your hair isn't looking as fresh to keep out. So then, you've just got your pineapple at the top of your head. Now, your hair is also being protected by this headband. That'S gon na collect all the sweat and kind of just make sure your hair doesn't get too wet so that it's really flat at the roots afterwards, and then you just take the headband off when you get home. Also, if the headband starts to slip off your head, I literally just secure it with two two bobby pins right at the back of my head from underneath so up and up, and it literally doesn't move throughout all of my workouts. So I wear my headband to the gym. I wear my headband to dance classes and even if I'm doing my own little walks or training playing link or training by myself at home, I will just put Papa headband on it's so easy guys and it just really really helps it. You'Ll see a massive difference. There is no way of like a hundred percent preventing your hair from getting sweaty in a bit naughty, but this is just the easiest way and I find that it's super easy to refresh sorry about my phone. It'S super easy to refresh afterwards. So that's what I like to do guys it's seriously as easy as that and now we're gon na pop into this second part of the video. I filmed this on my last training session, which was last week and um. You go through all the details and I'll go through all the details with you guys so stay tuned good morning guys. So today I am doing a workout with my uncle. He is a personal trainer, that's starting up his Instagram and his profile. So we are going to be training today and I'll probably be just getting a few snips here and there and then showing a routine on Instagram and things like that and a lot of you guys have been asking for my workout routine. After my my clothing haul Tryon in particular - oh that's what we're doing today, I'm pretty sure it's gon na be like a little hit workout, but also keep in mind that I am a professional dancer. I'Ve been training, my whole life, so that's well. So that's kind of how my body is how, but I never say that. So that's why my body is the way it is yeah, it's quite muscular yeah, I'm not overly thin, but I'm strong, yes and also mum's, coming along to kind of help, filming and whatnot. Also so my uncle, who I'm going to be training with today, he is a qualified professional, a trainer. He lives in the inner city in a West kind of so he's a really great personal trainer he's great with nutrition yeah. He really knows what he's doing what he's talking about, and it's going to cater really well to each individual. So, for my body, a heavy weight lifting yeah, a heavy weight lifting for my body is not really an option because I'm so injury prone and I've had a lot of back issues in my life. It'S really important to have a personal trainer that understands that and then you know, caters the workout plan specifically to me: okay, guys, it's all for me. So at the gym fitness. This is my aldo /, my trainer uncle le, and what are we doing today? Full body heat so good yeah, so we're gon na do X, amount of reps, but we'll just bring you a lovely to show you. It'S gon na be 35 seconds on 25 seconds off. Yes, ten tenth circuit's three rounds, each yeah, okay, so we're gon na. Do a quick warm-up before we get into the reps, I'm just gon na pop you yeah, okay, that was that quick warmup. Now we're just going to get straight into the reps. This jump is Jim sharp tied to Lululemon. Kake'S 2005 exercises one round we're going to do two more two more rounds and then we're going to set up for the next exercises.
