Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, so today I am doing a hair video, but not only just a hair video. We are doing a hair tutorial like a daily hair routine with only black-owned hair brands. I know we've all been going through a lot. This past couple of weeks, all I want to say, is black lives matter and for the people that don't understand when we say black lives matter, we're not saying only black lives matter, but all eyes can't matter and tell black lives matter, and that's not the case Right now, and these times right now just can't be ignored. Right now is the most important time to listen, learn and reflect, but in honor of black lives matter, I've seen people doing full face black eye makeup brand, strong enough to do a full hair routine with only laughs owned, hair products because shockingly I don't know if Y'All know this, but a lot of the curly hair brands that people are using today are not even black owned, so people have been sharing online. All the different black owned restaurants, black owned coffee shops, black own makeup brands, black own skin care places, black owned, hair products, really clothing shop. Everything it's been blowing up and I really love to see that change, because it's just really good seeing everybody coming together and supporting black owned businesses and that's what I did today. I went to Target I left with like the biggest bag full, and you know when you go to the stores you buy like for hair products is kind of pricey, so I was down for it. You know you know, I'm always willing to spend all my queens on black owned products, but anyway, back to the point where I'm saying surprisingly enough, a lot of the curly hair brand, the natural hair care brands are not even black own. I'M gon na give y'all the list of the brands that are black on and then the brands that are not my coat. Let'S start with not black own first Cantu mmm-hmm. I didn't even know that. But if you go in any of my youtube videos, pretty sure I'd never use a Canton product. Just saying next, one is African pride next cream of nature. I use from nature. I'M not gon na lie, dark and lovely, not black bone do grow. Those good hair oils I used to do those so so much not black coat either dr. Miracle's look, let's jam Jam. We all use, especially your braiding, twisting all that not black on main and tell look SOG know I like their products, though so fur eight eco style. I know everybody. Almost everybody has used equal style job for them, baby hairs just for the hair period, Carol's Daughter and then shea moisture. A lot of people use shea moisture a lot. There'S nothing wrong with those products, but I'm just saying they're, not blackened. The ones that are black on are Camille Rose, Maia organics, miss jessie's, Alec, a natural natural Isha's soul, tanika's uncle bunkies pattern, Beauty, curls, design, essentials, collie, dude scope. I don't know how to say that one sorry, tgin aunt, Jackie's and Luster's pink, there's, probably a longer list of the not black own and then the black own, I'm sure, there's a longer list, but this is just a list. I have right now in front of me, so there you have a better picture of what is black own and what isn't and right now everybody's supporting black owned businesses. So I would go move towards the black bone care products if you're going shopping, because why not? We need to support our black people overall, I just want to say black lives matter and if you want to see my hair tutorial with only black own hair care brands and let's keep on watching and let me get started, okay, so we're starting off with freshly Washed hair: it's dripping down my back a little bit, but that's what we got ta do so when I tell you I catch doubt that target I mean I catch on that target. So imagine doing this when I purchased like two different things from the brands. So I'm gon na go ahead and show y'all what I got. Obviously, I'm not gon na be able to use all of these at once, but you know I just want to just stop up and try some other hair products that I haven't tried. I'Ve tried um a lot of these brands, but I try to get the products that I haven't tried. Specifically okay, so I got all the products that I bought out right now. I'M gon na show you all the product that I purchase just say I can see so y'all will know. So I got the dough. We want easy texture tamer. This is the leave-in conditioner and smoothing a lotion. Next I got my elves Moisture R X. This is the Hawaiian ginger moisturizing leave-in conditioner. This is their moisturizing styling gel. I actually really like this exact same brands: curling custard, their pomegranate wine. I have it here this one. I use this and I love it. Then I got another mile product and then this one is the Bab, a sue, Brazilian curly cocktail, Kool Kreem and then the main choice. I use their oil on my scalp, but this is their crystal orchid biotin infused styling gel. I have never tried this one, but I love that it says biotin infused coz. I just want my hair, like down to my toes so you're gon na help me roll my hair down to my toes. This is the jela I'm gon na use. Next up for black hair brands, I got TGI and I got two different one. This one is the green tea super moist, leave-in conditioner and then the tgin a butter cream, a daily moisturizer. I don't have hair products for days now. Actually on Jackie's is a new one that I have not tried like at all this one right here is the don't shrink flaxseed elongated curling gel. I have never tried it. You know I thought, because I've been in the hunt for a new gel, because I excuse of certain brand, but I'm not using their gel anymore anyway. Next actually got the quench. This is their moisture, intense, leave-in, conditioner so to from aunt Jackie's, and then the last part that I picked up on this shopping spree is the Camille Rose, ala whipped butter gel. I love Camille Road, I used their chrome maker and it is the truly it makes your hair feels so good and it just it works really good. So I'm excited to try this butter. Java'S has a libero and macadamia oil, soft and silky butter, which are like their products just make your hair feel so soft and silky. So this one I'm excited, I'm excited for all these. What am I gon na use today, because, obviously I can't put all of these in my hair, I mean I could, but I don't think that would turn out very well. I want to use. I want to try to use as many brands as I can, but without overdoing it I think I got it. It'S five products. I don't know if I'm going to use all five, but I really want to try this leave-in conditioner. I'Ve used their curl cream one, and I like that one. So I want to try that leave-in. You know I could have did one ring at the time and I would have been good and just like showcased each brand, maybe I'll be done next. You know what I think that'll be a good idea. I should do a whole hair routine with just the dough. I should do a whole hair routine with the main choice and then on Jackie's tgin Camilla rose to one. Do you all want to see that? Let me know from the comments below, if you want to see that, because if so, I want to make another run back to Target anyway, so I'm gon na start off with the dough leave-in conditioner. So I'm gon na go ahead and get this leave in conditioner. It smells so good. I feel like a guy with like these hair products like it's, not manly, but it has a scent that a guy would like. But if you smell this leave-in conditioner Meli, and I can tell that as I would really like it. Like my boyfriend, probably he probably uses this to be quite honest, but it's not like masculine. It'S like a girl can wear it still. I like the way this smells hmm feels so good. On my hair, I go ahead and just put the leave-in throughout all of my hair. My hair is still wet from the shower, but I rinsed out all of my conditioner. You know I used to just leave my conditioner in my hair and only rinse out a little bit of it, but recently I actually stopped that because I feel like it was weighing down my roots like crazy. I used to be able to that when my hair wasn't dyed. That was like a go-to thing, but I noticed when my hair was dyed, like it looks so much smaller and it wasn't because it was being dyed. It was because, like the conditioner I was leaving in my hair, just weighed it down whenever I wash it out, my hair would get nice and big just like it used to so I got the leave-in conditioner through out all of my hair and my hair. It looks and feels super moisturized are ready. I was gon na put a little bit of this on to Jackies quench moisture intensive, leave-in conditioner, but I feel like I have enough in my hair and I don't wanna overdo it. This one smells good too, but I feel like I'm just gon na leave that one for the next video trying to keep it minimal. Okay. So next up I'm going to use this tgin of butter cream. This is a daily moisturizer. I like putting cream on top of my leave-in conditioner, where my dry spots are. You know like I won't use a hair, but if I don't like the smell of a product, I won't use it. I am sorry, but I is anybody was weird like that. This smells good like these smell like fresh and clean, so I'm going to put a little bit on the top of my hair right here and just run the extra off to the bottom texture, and now I'm going to put it in the dry spots of my Hair, which is in the back by my neck, it gets super dry, then right here behind my ear, so I'm gon na go ahead and do that get it nice and moisturized. I get one my girl creams. I define my curls and help to find my clothes. A lot more than they were, so I have to be like a little bit thick, not too thin and has to have like a hole to it, and this one has that want to go ahead and brush my hair with the Denman brush, because I usually do The demo to define my curls there we go so my god, my hair is super smooth and then I can like scrunch it up, and my curls will clump together. Just like that. I feel like I have enough products in my hair already just to put the gel on top. Normally I do it a leave-in, a thicker product and then a gel on top, and my hair feels so good right now I don't have messed it up, not saying this will mess it up. I don't want to put too much and make it too heavy. So I think I'm gon na go up on YouTube Kamil. You know I love you girl. Last step, I'm going to use the main choice: biotin infuse styling gel, let's see if this will hold all micros in, like the gel topper to my hair, routine literally makes it or breaks it. I don't know if I hair looks quite smooth and, like so defined already so now, I'm gon na go ahead and get this gel the main choice, it's so like gooey and just put some on the top go back. It'S how I always put my gel. Then I just like dab it in my hair, I'm going around my hair very lightly, making it go through my hair and then scrunch. Now I'm gon na put my head upside down, so I can get this part off in my head and not be flat. So just run no fingers through it and scrunch yeah. Now that I got that done and now my hair is like off on my scalp more because with that flat now I'm gon na go ahead and get a microfiber towel and punch my hair a little bit more, not too much just to make sure to get Some definition, okay, so this is my hair wet and it is done. My curls look really good. It looks like they're gon na dry good. Usually I can tell from the wet stage if my nerves gon na, drag good or not. So I usually let my hair air dry for a little bit and then I diffuse it so it depends on if I'm gon na infuse it or not some days I diffuse. Sometimes they don't so I'll. Let y'all know what I end up doing so I will see you guys in a little bit when I'm dry, okay. So here I am with my dry hair honestly, my hair looks so good and so hydrated, you know a lot of times might use a new product. Sometimes it takes a little bit for my hair to get used to it, and sometimes it just does not work. So the fact that these products worked great just show with their great product and yeah black-owned brands never fail us who do you, love spin? My hair looks really good and it's like not weighed down. That'S why I don't want to put too many of the putts in my hair, because I was scared, they would weigh it down and then we wouldn't have gotten a good final look, but we have a great final look. These brands that I used are amazing. I want to use the other products and another video, so I'll probably do a part two or comment below if you I'm going to do a part two, which is the random products together or if you want me to do a dedicated video to different brands. Let me know in the comments what you want to see, and I will do you know I'll - do anything to go. Take another trip to target, but anyway support black brands. If it's a restaurant, hair brand and makeup around Skin Care lotion brand, like I literally just worked with a brand called mocha lip and they have the best shea butters and so good just support black-owned brands. Their stuff is always well where's that and yeah. So if you take a trip of Target, these are the product. You should pick up and go. Do your hair, because your hair will love it. My hair literally is loving it, but anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Don'T forget to comment down below what video you want to see next, and I will see you guys in my next upload bye,
