Hey guys, it's Camille and today I'm giving you the long-awaited video about everyone that asks for, and that is my hair care routine and this routine, that I'm showing you is drugstore and all the products are very affordable and I've been using this routine for the past Year or so on, my hair and, as you can see, my hair looks pretty good. It looks better than it used to back when I used to dye it more frequently, which I will be getting back into later at the end of the summer, but you guys always ask what products I use in my hair. So I filmed this video showing you guys exactly what I do so, let's go get into that video. So first you start out with your ducky hair and I have mine in a bun to get it out of my way. But let's let that hair out of the bun, so we can do things to it. This is a hot oil treatment that you could use either hot or room-temperature that I talked about in another video that I'll link down below. But basically, you just put this in your hair. Put in your roots, put in your ends, the middle part of your hair, just put it everywhere, and I like to do hot oil treatments before I wash my hair, either the night before or a few hours before. Just so I can get my hair to soak up those extra nutrients and be moisturized, but for this I did this the night before and when I do that, I like to wrap my hair up, put it back in a bun and then I cover it with Either a plastic bag or a shower cap, I don't really have shower caps, so I use a plastic bag. I let it sit in there the night before I sleep with it on and then that way the heat from my head kind of activates, the oil excuse. My hair moisturized and really silky and healthy. So then, the next day I take my hair out of that bun that has the oil in it and I get all of my hair wet to start out with just so. I can kind of rinse out a little bit of the oil, and so it will be easier to spread the shampoo in my hair. This is the Garnier triple nutrition. Shampoo and I've been using it for a long time and I just squeeze out a good amount. More than a quarter-sized have a lot of hair, then I use some castor oil like this, and I mix it in with the shampoo, because the shampoo has sulfates in it, and this just makes it a little bit less harsh and more moisturizing. When I wash my hair, it will turn to this like whitish, foamy color, when you mix it, then I start up the roots, and I just kind of put this at the edges of all of my hair, so the front sides, and back just to kind of Get it all around my scalp and then I work it to the center of my scalp and basically that's what you want to focus on when you're washing your hair, especially if you have curly hair the scalp is what needs to be washed. That'S the dirtiest part, with all the sebaceous glands and all the sweat and dirt. You want to focus on that and not the actual hair thats hanging down, because that's where all of the dirt is and that's where you want to wash out without drying out your hair too much. But you do want to pull the shampoo to the rest of your hair a little bit like that's just not where you want to focus, then you want to rinse that out and rinse it out really well get out. All of that shampoo out of your hair, you don't want to leave any of that in your hair. Now, if I haven't done my hot oil treatment, I'll go in with this awesome, oh intensive, deep repair mask that. I saw someone else used someone else's curly hair on YouTube and I bought it on Amazon since it's not sold in the US. It'S a European brand, but you use that in between washing and shampooing your hair and it's just like a deep repair mask. It restores moisture and kind of helps your hair if it's been damaged, and I use a good chunk of that cuz I do have a lot of hair. I work that through my hair and I let it stay in there for like four or five minutes. That'S what the container says to do so I just follow the instructions, and then I tie my hair up in a bun, while I'm waiting for that to soak into my hair I'll shower, do whatever for those five minutes and then afterwards I'll rinse it out. I just do a quick, rinse cuz, you don't really need to get all of it out and next is conditioner anyways. So I used the Garnier triple nutrition conditioner, which is very thick and very nice, and that's what got me onto the whole line of triple nutrition. Anyways, so I spread that out into my hair evenly. I use a huge chunk of it because I have a lot of hair. I have curly hair, so I need to use a lot of that stuff to coat everything. Then I use my big paddle brush, starting at the ends to comb that through you could use a wide tooth comb like a lot of curly people like, but I just find that this is easier and quicker and it doesn't destroy my hair. It'S a good way to untangle your hair instead of using a wide tooth comb. It also works a bit faster and it kind of feels good on your scalp too. So there's that and also helps kind of stimulate your scalp to help your hair grow. So I like that about it so work your way from the bottom to the top coming out your hair. And then, when that's done, you could use either a comb or just your hands to make a part and then comb it out again, so that your hair is comb. It around your part squeeze out the excess, water and conditioner on both sides, and then I go in with my softy Indian hemp oil that smells so good. I use a big amount of this too, because I have a lot of hair. I start around the part to kind of smooth the edges, and then I smooth all the other edges down, because this will really help it look smoother and not be frizzy when you're done, then I take the rest throughout my hair and kind of make it even, But also make sure that all of my hair gets coated and then I brush it out again with the same paddle brush just to spread everything out and kind of redefine the curls and make sure nothing's. Tangled. Also because this oil gives your hair different consistency than the conditioner did since that's water-based, I like to tilt my head sideways and brush down, so I can get the hair to not be so laid down on my scalp, so it can kind of add some volume And dry out words, instead of slicked down to my scalp, get rid of that extra water and just make sure that you comb your hair or brush your hair, while it's still wet and kind of get those curls to be untangled and kind of falling away. From your scalp, then I like to run my fingers through it sometimes outward just kind of finger comb a little bit now you want to get a cotton t-shirt, a really big one. This one's from my AP stats, kickball game in high school. You want to hold the ends like missed and then put it behind your hair. Then you want to tie it at the front of your head, just kind of at the edges of your scalp to make sure that it kind of circles around all of your hair. Then you want to fold it inwards and use your hands to kind of scrunch it to your hair, so you can kind of dry it out a little bit. Then you want to fold your hair up and put it on your head kind of wrapped up in the shirt like that after 20 minutes or so I let my hair out and let it continue to air dry on its own, I scrunch it using my hands. So I can kind of define the curls like that and it just kind of gives more shape and makes your curls look better. When you do this, so just keep scrunching while it's still drying and shake it out. It look like a puppet a mop. I don't know, and after you do, that your hair should be nice and curly, but still wet and there's my favorite movie yeah back to the future. So after I got out of the shower and my hair is wet and I've already combed in the conditioner and I've combed in the oil and whatever I'm putting in my hair, I will just let it dry and that is the most annoying part of this whole Routine, because I have a lot of hair like this is a lot it takes forever for it to dry. I usually have to wait about six hours for it to completely air dry, which sounds so obnoxious and you guys are probably wondering like why? Don'T you just blow dry it one, because heat is the devil, especially when it comes to curly, hair or dyed, hair or damaged hair and yeah. Secondly, blow dryers kind of mess up curls like you, can use a diffuser, but still it's gon na kind of ruin. The curls at least a little bit and the best way to use a blow dryer, is to just use it with the diffuser and just kind of dry. It mostly and then let it finish drying on its own, but you would still make you have to wait. Anyways and the lust heat that you put on your hair and the better it is for it, so I just don't blow-dry. Also you never run a comb or brush through your hair after it's dry. You just never do that. If you have curly hair, you will ruin the curls heels, make it frizz. You will break it. So after it's dry, you are done like you. Do not touch your hair, you leave it, be you let the curls do their thing until the next time that you want to wash your hair anyways. This is how I've been doing my hair for the past year. This routine works really well for me, but I'm trying to change it up a little bit. Try new things see if I can find anything. I like better. So in a few months from now. If I find that I, like these products, better, then I'll make an updated haircare routine, but this is what I've been doing, and sometimes I do change it up a little bit to get bigger hair. This routine gives me like my normal curls, with, like the enormous amount of volume, but there are some things that you can tweak and modify to get bigger hair, which is fun. Sometimes it's it's fun to have big hair takes you back to the 80s. I remember those good old days before I was born anyways. I hope you guys found this video informative or at least entertaining, if you guys have any curly hair tips or basically just any hair care, routine tips or a favorite product that you have in your own personal hair care routine. Leave it in a comment down below and I'll, be reading, all of them and responding to them, and I just love getting tips from you guys or like product recommendations and sometimes actually end up by using products, and you guys recommend so thanks for that so anyways. If you like this video, please subscribe to my channel, I also have other social media all linked down below. I have a blog, Instagram Twitter, all of that jobs that you can check out, but thanks so much for watching this video and I'll see you guys. The next one kisses mmm

AJ Sanchez: Your hair is so gorgeous! People with straight hair will never understand the struggle and high maintenance of curly hair haha <3

Aby M: mixing the shampoo with the castor oil was such a good tip!!! thank you!!!!

Brianna: your curl pattern is so pretty!! my hair is curly af and I'm trying to grow it as long as yours but it sucks

Skye ID: I find it best to section my hair into 4 sections, then wash and condition each section separately. It cuts down on tangles, and the shampoo/conditioner can really get to all those nooks & cranny's. Also, I rely heavily on 100% pure African Shea butter to seal in the moisture after I rinse out the conditioner. I melt about 2 tablespoons in the microwave until it's liquid, then work it through all of my hair. Then I smooth some Vitamin E oil on my edges. It works better than all the edge control products I've ever tried, and unlike the edge control gels, it leaves my hair very soft and not sticky. Doing twists outs are a breeze, and my curls are well-defined.

Changeling1844: I always sleep with coconut oil in my hair before I wash it. works like a charm. #curlygurlsclub

Dj: I have curly hair like yours and I really enjoy using the shea moisture line, it's sulfate free and works really well for my hair. You should definitely give it a try. love your videos by the way :)

Cierrah Goines: Your hair looks so healthy!!!

BlackNinjaBandit: I'm so happy you make these videos! My hair is super duper duuuuper curly, and no one understands why I can't use hair dryers, or brush it while it's dry, or why it takes 6-8 hours for it to dry. I'm so glad this exists, cause I haven't seen many videos on curly hair like ours!c:

Cleo Boyce: Your vids are so helpful! I also use the tee shirt method now after seeing the HUGE difference it made. I can do my makeup and such with it out of my face. Love your vids girl.

Your Stalker: Your hair is gorgeous and very healthy!!

Keri Morgan: I love how simple this is.

Kartyra Bee: Your hair is beautiful! I love your curls! I'm on my journey to healthy hair from heat damage! Ilysm

Elizabeth Mitchell: a few products I would recommend is cantu, shea moisture or the organix line. no sulfate in their products and they're made for curly hair and Jamaican black castor oil!

Anna DeAngelis: You have such beautiful hair! My hair is very coarse and wavy so I usually end up straightening it or putting it in a bun since it gets so puffy and hard to deal with. I recently did ombre on my hair and my ends are totally fried.. I usually switch between Renpure keratin shampoo and conditioner and the Matrix Biolage cleansing conditioner for coarse hair (which is amazing). Would you suggest switching to the Garnier shampoo and conditioner and do you know any products that will keep my waves/curls stay more flat on my head? Thank you! <3

blue skies: "i don't know why i'm watching this, my hair is no fuss, perfectly straight etc etc etc" you go girl. i have the same hair but double the thickness and length so i know how it feels.

easyensemble: Your curls have recovered so much! Your hair looks great!

Raechel Simone: Wen is actually a miracle product for my hair!! I have curly hair also and its always getting dry, so when i started using Wen I could totally tell the difference! It's really expensive but its a wonderful product. And it's also hard to stop using it after one bottle lol! :)

Mikayla Joy: she made it look so easy to get a part! I have naturally curly hair and have the hardest time making a new part

AvenueKaylynn: your hair is so gorgeous and healthy looking :)

Lauren Winston: Your hair is pretty! I've been loving the shea moisture line

Whynotlol: You should try using Shea moisture! That line is amazing for curly hair, and a bonus it has no sulfates or silicones. Your curly hair routine is awesome but you should try sulfate and silicone free products. It makes a huge difference, and btw your curls are so pretty

Artful Flower: I'm using the Triple Nutrition shampoo too and it strips my hair, even if I use a pre-treatment. I never thought about mixing in a favorite oil in the shampoo to prevent my hair from becoming severely dried out after washing! I will keep that technique in mind from now on! Also, like everyone else, you should try out Shea Moisture. I'm a big fan and if you would like, I can recommend some products from the brand for you to try!

Clayel33: I am soooo impressed with how healthy your hair is after all the coloring and bleaching you've done. It's crazy! I dyed my hair for the first time this summer and it was a LONG process in order to keep my curls healthy and strong. I've been growing out my hair for 5 years now and have recently started a blog about it. I ran into your channel and loved it!

zheahra: I have the exact same product by Softee. You may want to try sectioning off your hair into quarters with a scrunchie. Then, cover your hair loosely with a cotton tee or scarf. This method will help your hair to dry faster. It helps speed up the drying process for my hair.

Mz Kegz: Your curls are popping

Kayleigh S.: Your hair is so beautiful! I love it ❤❤

44hey: I need some help with my curls! My hair is almost exactly like yours so this really helps thank you so much!

Jazmine Coopcakes: omg thank you this helped a bunch!! I have HUGE curly hair and I cannot help my hair stay in place!! it is always frizzing out everywhere! Thank you for giving me tips and how to wash it properly. Now I know not to comb my hair after its dry

Rachel Kaufman: My hair is reeeaaaaallllyyyyy curly but it's also really thin and I have bald spots cuz of alopecia and it never tangles. Lol. And OMG DO NOT EVER BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN ITS DRY YOU ARE SO RIGHT ABOUT THAT!!!!! Story of my life! Lol

liv m: Amazing video! This would help a lot of people, loved it

Statia Manger: I would say this depends on the type of curl you have. I'm kind of a 2b/2c mix, and it's fine, and feathery, but a LOT of it. So, in order for me to have volume and to set my curls a bit, I have to diffuse upside down. Not until completely dry, but enough to set it into place. Then I just stop messing with it.

Megan Forrest: Your hair is so beautiful! My hair is pin straight!! Your hair has so much volume arghhh! It's amazing! Great video tho!

JAY B.: Your hair looks really nice when it's wet !

Lydia: A tip for not needing to comb your hair in the morning- French braid your hair before you go to sleep and unbraid it in the morning and it'll be perfect!

Lauren Willcox: Your hair always looks so cool! I wish I had ur hair!!!

Zoe M: Thank you for this vid because I have curly hair and I need it!!

Diana Leann: Love this routine! And your hair color is beautiful, I'll be dying mine similar to this color soon. Please check out my curly hair routine video when you get a chance ❤️

Ammie's World: thanks lovely this helps! my sister has curly hair like yours & has trouble keeping it healthy & trouble controlling her frizz I'll have to pass this onto her :) x

SolelyVanessa: Loved watching how you do your hair. :)

Edeline Pantoja: I have hair just like yours and although most of the time it's blow dried I love rocking my curls once in a while

Cameron Wilson: Camille! You are soooooooo gorgeous! I've been in love with your channel for almost two years now!

Lucy smith: Honestly it's so nice to hear that someone elses hair takes like 6 hours to dry, omg

Suhaylah -: I love ur videos and that u r curly w crazy colors. You inspired me to go ahead n bleach my curly hair n try crazy colors n im sooo glad i did. And seein how nice ur hair looks now is so reassuring. Also you seem so nice and fun and i dont get bored hearing u talk. And i luv u im sad bc a lot of these comments seem shady so i jus wanted to gush a bit hope keep doin what u do for a long time bc i live for ur vids

mandy soleil : your hair is so gorgeous! you rock curly hair!!

Ella Turton: Ever since you posted a video saying you shouldn't wash conditioner out of curly hair especially I've followed that routine and you saved my life thank

tigs: You're super pretty! Anyways, I use a homemade hair mask about every week and my hair is smoother than butter on a floor. It's 1-2 egg, some olive oil and some honey mixed together. Put it on and leave it for 30 minutes then shampoo and condition your hair. I'm not sure how it works on curly hair because I have natural straight/wavy hair but I thought'd I'd tell you about it!

Doodle 👾: Your hair is stunning <3 :)

Spiraling Mind: Omggggggg. I love that movie too. And definitely will be starting to do the whole do in the shower so I don't have to touch it again besides scrunching.

kayla cruz: I now use the same routine and now my hair look even better

grace murray: i always really enjoy your videos. Keep up the great work :-)

Camille McHenry: Oh yay! A curly hair routine

Hive Atlas: I have short curly hair and it takes 4-5 hours to dry. I understand your pain!

Krystaliciousss: idky everybody is being so annoying about you saying you have alot of hair lol

Lakerea Burrell: I use the Shea moisture deep and leave in conditioners and my hair loves it. Shea Moisture products may be a little expensive for some but I always stock up when CVS and Walgreens have 2 for 1 sales. I wash with sulfate free shampoo from ORS. It doesn't make my hair have that squeaky feeling and it smells like peppermint. And I use As I Am cowash in between shampoos and my hair LOVES it! It's so easy to use.

Dena Newton: Your curl pattern is pretty, I love the shrinkage though a lot of girls don't like it but I like it it means your hair is healthy :) but keep making vids I love em

Yeah yeah: i love your videos and you help me with my curly hair

Shimljash Braha: Shea moisture curl and style milk is great. I have a similar hair type/texture/species and I lurrve it.

tamaragrimmett: a really great deep conditioner that I use is Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Tratment Masque. Just mix in your favorite oil and apply. I use extra virgin olive oil or virgin coconut oil. I leave it in over night for an hour or just 15 minuets and I get wonderful results.

Haley Manion: lol im gonna make my dad watch this so he'll stop screaming at me for using all my hair products so fast #thickhairstruggles

Nora *: I am like sitting here and waiting for my hair to grow!

Says Beza: i still really think mixed chicks leave in conditioner is one of the best products for curly hair. Anyone agree?

TINYPhotos: The curly hair wash day struggle. Sooooo much to do, but so little hot water to actually shower in after you're done pampering your scalp. I like this -- I usually wait until I get out to add the products because my arms get tired from being up in the air doing stuff to my hair for so long.... I appreciate this, Camille.

Gabby Levy: I recommend shea moisture shampoos. The have no sulfates, natural ingredients, and still gets your hair clean. They also have a bunch of different lines catering to colored hair, damaged hair, fine hair, ect. they are really good :)

Adeswardobe: Love your curls girl

ecstaticblues: I love how people keep saying your don't have a lot of hair. they think they know but they have know idea. my hair is a tad bit past my shoulders but with my hair type (somewhat like yours), it's a lot of hair. a lot of hair doesn't always mean length. mine is so thick in its curly state, a hair tie doesn't even need to be wrapped twice to hold it back.

Nala’s Kingdom: I love the colors and your curls and the all the products great video

Taxylor: Heyy, by the way! I heard that your hair actually breaks easier when its wet, so you might want to try untangling after the shower instead :p

Jordan Phillps: Your curls are so pretty. Your hair looks great any way...straight, curly, blonde, blue, pink, green or whatever. You have tighter curls, I think your hair would also look great with looser curls.

Ellea Rose: 7:05 her hair looks really nice I love the colours

GBgirl16: HAIR QUESTION!!! Sorry about the caps, I had to get your attention :D I can't really tell, but what is your curl pattern? Is it wavy, 'S' shaped, broken, or ringlets(corkscrew)? Depending on what type of curl you have will determine the treatment. I myself have ringlets and have the hardest time keeping them nice! some of the products you used looked really promising and I was wondering if you knew anyone with the ringlet curls that could recommend some affordable products; it'd really help me out! Thanks so much for the video

SiSi: nobody in my family has the same texture of hair as mine so they brush my hair when its dry then becomes frizzy then wet it again brush it frizzy it. and I'm like OML when is it going to stop. but then I found this channel and i was so glad. You are beautiful OffbeatLook I love ya

Nicki Ruby: Just read some of the comments lol ppl are ridiculous and secondly your hair is gorgeous!

Noel Stohler: Your hair is so pretty! ❤️

a: I was wondering, since you didn't mention it in the video, do you have a lot of hair?

Зоя Бутенко: Doesn't adding oil to the shampoo leave your hair greasy? I'd really like to try it out but I'm afraid my scalp will feel dirty afterwards:( Love your videos!

Suny D: yes thank you paddle brushes work so much better on my hair, our hair is almost exactly the same this so helpful and Garnier also seems to be the best for my hair too

Spider: Have you heard of the Denman brush? It's basically just like your paddle brush, but it doesn't have those little balls at the tips of the bristles. There are a few other brands that do this, but Denman is like the fore-front of it. Those little nibs, though they feel nice on the scalp, can really tear at your hair, especially when wet. The Denman brush just glides right through hair like butter.

Melissa Torres: Reasons I liked this video 1.) I love curly hair since I also have curly hair 2.) I saw back to the future which is the best trilogy of all time

Allannaa_ B: Omg the colour of your hair! I would love mine like that :)

chyanne sturdivant: i love your channel love this video cuz I also have curly hair

Draya Park: I love how you refer to us as "curly people"...love you videos btw

Lucia Old: It is much better to use a wide toothed comb when your hair is wet (even dry), it may be more time consuming and difficult but it's so much better for your hair. You shouldn't really brush your hair when it's wet as it's 'stretchy' and snaps more easily. That's how you get more split ends. Just a tip!

ぇえぇえ: omg I needed this I straghten my hair to much this will help

MARI0nn: wow you use a lot of products to keep it healthy. i only use conditioner when my hair is wet and when it dries my curls are pretty defined. and my hair isn't really damaged but that hair mask tub looks cool ill try it :)

ineedhelpasaplol: omg you have changed so much in 2 years!btw i love everything about you and your chanel

EGnails: I like your curls and the texture of your hair. I'm kinda jealous!

Jennifer Ashton: I think your hair takes so long to dry because you use the Softee grease. If you want to try other oil mixtures, I like the Africa's Best Herbal Oil. It has a lot of good oils in it, its like $2-3 and it doesn't have mineral oil in it which is always a plus in my book lol. It does smell like baby oil a little bit but I don't mind.

Stephanie Rivera: how do you prevent or minimize shedding after you bleach your hair? I recently bleached my hair and I'm shedding a lot

Tabitha Clymer: it's cool to see someone with curly hair that doesn't use the curly girl method :)

Long Distance w/ Kay: Jamaican castor oil is a really good oil to use for heat treatments and i do them overnight! they helped restore my curls in 3 months and also helped my hair grow!

Kelly Gayes: you have AMAZING hair

Brittany Harris: My Favorite Products Right Now Are The Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Creme Rinse & The Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Hair Mask From Shea Moisture. They Are Amazing. !

Leah Jo: I don't know why I'm watching this because I have extremely strait hair naturally!! ha ha ha!! I just Love Camille!!

Kaylen Boudreau: I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!!!!!!:)

Alyssa Hayes: I wish I had curly hair ps ur hair is so pretty

Carmen Popescu: Omg, I always blowdry my hair, but this week I didn't have my blowdryer with me and when I washed my hair, it didn't airdry all the way even after a whole night. It was a nightmare.

Mikayla Nakie: I mix coconut oil and olive oil and massage it in (sometimes warm but cool for the most part) and that is my hairs best friend

Ohsnap Osei: Have you done a wash n go before? I think that would look good too! Check out sun kiss alba yall have similar textures

kaitlyn porter: I wash my hair with e'tae products and it works amazingly

Holly Norris: heat is the devil to thick hair period heat is evilllllll and I tell every curly headed person not to brush their hair dry unless they wet it first or want a frizz fro! lol my daughter has the curly fro sho!! and neutrogena triple moisture is our life saver!! the leave in is the freaking bomb
