So we're gon na get started hello. Everyone and welcome. Thank you for sharing your time with me today is, I have some very, very, very exciting news: I'm Rebecca Gregory education and Technical Director for simply organic beauty and here at simply organic beauty. Our mission will always be to help change salons for the better, and we feel that our newest product, offering adds perfectly to that mission, clean, healthy natural beauty, made with an extremely high standard for its ingredients. I'M thrilled to introduce to you away the exclusive revolutionary Beauty line from Bologna Italy, products that are also the complete balance of nature and effectiveness, so welcome to the organic way. So as we progress through this webinar I'll be covering the biodynamic ingredients involved, it's green chemistry, information about their faith, Fairtrade, networking, sustainable development and a holistic wellness approach to beauty from farm to chair, grown on 50,000 square metres of chemical free farmland in Bologna, Italy. I was blessed to visit these Green Bologna hills where 12 different types of medicinal plants are grown and harvested, such as rosemary, lemon, balm sage, thyme, mint & helichrysum. They are all processed without the use of chemicals and solvents. So here you can see some of the beauty that's out there and on their farm to chair they're, biodynamic farming, the biodynamic ingredients that I'm speaking of well, we believe in the perfection of nature. It'S basically a step above organic biodynamic is not just a farming method, but it's a lifestyle and it's a way of thinking applied to the production of all the essential oils. Pure extracts and hide, relates used in the ohwe formulation. Now, hydro lights, we'll discuss a little bit further today, but we're going to also do another webinar later going more in the distillation process. That'S involved here so when they take the ingredients from the biodynamic farm and how they're all processed so that you're getting the most out of each of the essential oils. So basically the principles of biodynamic number one: maintaining soil fertility, keep keeping the plants healthy and strong. So they can defend themselves from climactic adversity, pests, parasites, but without using any synthetic chemicals to do so. The third would be producing ingredients of the highest quality so that they're full of their absolute purest functional active ingredient. So using all of these ingredients from the biodynamic farm at their purest so that their medicinal properties that are within each one are able to be active and able to be beneficial to both the hair, scalp and, however they're used in the in the product. So it's quite a fantastic approach, something that we're excited to be a part of this holistic. Ecological and ethical approach is really amazing, so the green chemistry is basically where Italian quality meets nature. It is an Italian line and we're excited that the botanical organic biodynamic ingredient formulas are devoid of toxic aggressive agents so that the purest highest quality formulations possible they've got pure essential oils and the Hydra lights I mentioned earlier micronized plants, and this this the steam distillation Is really key, it basically has this machine where it's taking the water through and this distillation of the oils. For example, when we were there, they took 50 kilos of rosemary, and the entire training facility was full of this aroma from the rosemary plants very, very exciting, and then there's no waste, because even the water is used in some of the products later. So super super, pure amazing stuff so from medicinal plants and growing on the biodynamic forms the most precious precious of these accessible excuse me, essential oils are produced and these become a hundred percent of the natural active ingredients and the fragrances all the products of the Oh, A beauty line consists of a minimum of ninety eight point: eight percent active ingredients, oils extracts essential oils, emollients derived from natural, organic biodynamic and ethical origin. In fact, some of the formulas are a hundred percent, naturally derived. So that's pretty fantastic Fairtrade ingredients. We purchasing from fair trade networks, natural certified raw materials aid in the international development projects. So here we choose to use plants originating from these ethically managed crops, they're produced by Aboriginal tribes, all over the world, and they take real pride in using these ingredients that are helping these small communities out so today, being International Day of Peace. I don't know how many of you knew that so really exciting and I think very fitting for such a fantastic holiday to launch this revolutionary line into North America, so happy International Day of Peace, so sustainability. Let'S talk about this a little bit and what it means to the Oh, a product line, the glass bottles and jars and aluminum tubes are used to guarantee the botanic extracts, pureness and respect for the environment to 85 percent of the amber are used in amber glass. So the Oh, a is the first professional company in the industry to choose glass for all of its bottling in jars. The amber glass is able to protect the integrity and preservation of the botanical extracts, while it shields them from UV rays, which should also protect against bacteria. The glass is a hundred percent pure and thus cannot release the toxins and does not contain harmful chemicals found. In other types of packaging materials such as plastic, the color tubes and some of the styling tubes, fifteen percent aluminum and infinitely recyclable, they're resistant to corrosion and extremely protective two of all the ingredients. Inside only 5 % of the energy energy used to originally produced the aluminum is used to recycle them, so you will never ever see any / packaging and oay uses eco certified materials or materials for reuse. So this is constantly minimizing the impact we have on the earth. It'S pretty fantastic. You won't see all of the extras in any of these, so no / packaging. I think it's really cool, so I have an idea I'd like to share with you here. You know, since some of the packaging comes while all of the packaging comes in these glass bottles or glass jars, it would be cool if you could hold a contest even for your clients, see what ideas they create for repurposing these products after they're used. So when they're finished, they could bring you some of these ideas, and maybe you could you know, give them gift certificates or run a contest and see take pictures for Instagram, Facebook and and such so that you really get your clientele involved in this whole ethos. One suggestion would be: you can even offer a refill program, they come the back bar comes 950 milliliter shampoos and the glass bottles as well. So, for example, the bio rich water comes in 950, mil refillable, so that you can purchase that and refill everything. So your clients could also come back and refill their bottles, and so that's a nice promotion to maybe give them a percentage off if they choose to do so. It'Ll save save you on shipping, of course, if you've got things that you're constantly buying and putting on your retail shelves, but you get these people into a program that they want to refill. When I visited the facility in Bologna, Italy, they up cycled everything there. They even made cushions for the chairs from packing materials they planted trees and flowers in the crates that ingredients are housed in and stored in. So it's it's all a complete, complete practice from and so like. I said infinitely recyclable great benefit to this line, so holistic, hair system holistic means, of course, incorporating the concept of holism or that idea that the whole is more than merely the sum of its parts in theory or practice. So, Oh a really becomes more of a coloring wellness treatment, making that hair and scalp in better condition each time so from start to finish: coloring, protecting styling and all the tools used. It'S a true holistic hair system. So a coloring wellness plan for your clientele, taking it a step above even organic, so H, color the first nourishing ammonia-free permanent coloring treatment. It'S got the intense rich colors that keep the hair soft and hydrated while they're acting. So not only are you coloring, but you're. Actually, refurbishing hair as as as clean as possible and amazing results every single time, starting and basically from these active ingredients. You see here, we've got the perilla, it's organic soothing calming for the scalp. It has anti-aging benefits to it as it's rich in fatty acids. For added nourishment to the Kotton protein, it adds body and structure to the hair and allows the Prevention of drying. It also repairs and restores the hair fiber itself, while it's soft and softening the hair and nourishing it too so great for moisture body, etc. We'Ve got date: oil, it's also nourishing properties and the lastest asta sizing. Oh, it contributes to the economical safety of several families in the villages there, in Burkina Faso, through the purchase of this raw material itself, the date oil there's hibiscus extract it's biodynamic, powerful antioxidant. It protects from free radicals and external pollutants and strengthens the hair structure. A lot of these ingredients, biodynamic organic or even just Fairtrade. All of these ingredients you'll see throughout the entire line, whether it's an in the h, color or any of the styling products or care products, because we find that they're also, they have added protection for the antioxidant. They have anti-aging properties to them as well. So it follows, through with all of the care features and styling features as well. So you'll hear these several times the jojoba, it's a nourishing a benefit or ingredient, and it's also it helps to soothe dry, very, very dry hair. It'S got 18 amino acids and contained in that ingredient, and it helps with damage to cuticles it's highly absorbed by the skin in here, and it keeps the hair bulb very clean while helping to a basically dissolve excess sebum. Now the wheat protein, that's in the color, it acts as a hydro regulator. It keeps the amount of water in the hair consistently even and adds condition condition, and it also helps with high external humidity. So it's going to continuously improve the elasticity of the hair and help with mechanical resistance too. So these are all some of the active ingredients and the age color. It'S got multiple, multiple, others that are fantastic for the hair and scalp too so age, color facts. This is the world's first hair color, that's enriched with biodynamic oils. It helps with a hundred percent gray coverage and it can lift up to four levels. There are 89 permanent ammonia, free cream shades and there's six boosting agents too. That can help with added reflect or to help when you're counteracting any of the tones too there's an exclusive color alchemy that improves the hair every single time you use it, so I've noticed using it over and over on my clients for the last few months, I'm Seeing their hair and they are seeing their hair - that's more important, really really really in the most improved state that it can ever be. It'S people are just amazed at what they're, seeing with their own hair, there's no heat required in the process and there's no pre shampooing either so you're able to go right in mixture formula and - and you know pick whatever shade or reflect you want, and you don't Need to do a lot of pre, shampooing or anything beforehand. It'S a vegan cruelty-free option for you too, which is very exciting and the high quality exclusive micro pigments there in miniscule percentages. So we don't have to use a heavy dye load either to get what we're wanting so H, nectar. This is a revolutionary product this here. This is a beautifying color nectar and an extremely delicate formula. It'S got significant, concurrent regeneration of the hair from the very first application, so we have some exciting images that we can share with you. We can email to you as well showing hair the third visit and, from the first visit and you'll, see an a dramatic improvement on the hair shaft. So this is something a very, very different product. The H nectar and here on the screen you'll see some of the active ingredients. 1 being the biodynamic elderberry. Excuse me: elderberry nectar. The elderberry substance makes the hair very bright and shiny, and it's ideal for anybody. That'S it's concerned of their hair, going doll or very lifeless, or you know, lacking shine and luster. Now the organic mallow nectar it's there for soothing anti-inflammatory and it also helps with softening the hair fiber when polysaccharides come into contact with your skin. They form a collodial film and it protects from all external agents, so this helps reduce skin dehydration, there's a very regenerating action to the skin very, very, very, very perfect, for sensitive skin types as it reduces their proneness to say irritation or d congestion. It also has an anti-inflammatory action as well now the Pappa meal nectar it has a quick, regenerating function to the cells on the upper epidermis and through basically the high concentration of sugars. It'S gon na help with hydration and allow for comfort during the color service. It'S also got a high content of minerals, amino acids, vitamins essential oils and such so. It really helps to continue to make the hair soft and shiny. Of course, then you have the yerba mate. The scientific studies actually confirm that this ingredient here is a real sweeper of free radicals and basically responsible for cell oxidation, um anti-aging. It'S got a high percentage of caffeine, polyphenols and the most important, which is chlorogenic acid, which is a very powerful in the natural antioxidant. It'S almost like green gold, they call it so it protects the cell DNA and against hair oxidative and dungeon and de genus stresses and retains all the cell vitality and prevents from more and more aging. So once again you see the cotton proteins here in the date oil, and so these once again, you'll see some of these beneficial ingredients all the way through the line, so H nectar facts. So how do we use this first color treatment with the organic nectars and biodynamic principles? This is amazing, because you would typically think that an oil-based color is going to be demi-permanent, but this oil is basically dominant, and so it can lift up to two to three levels. You can use it with any of your developers. You can use it with a nine ball. 20-30-40 you're gon na get two to three levels of lift. It'S a one to one ratio when you're, mixing and it'll give you soft gray blending very translucent coverage, but, to be honest with you, those that you have used a line previously that had translucent coverage. This is something you're gon na be very interested in. It does have 34 permanent ammonia free, liquid shades, little bottles that I believe this shelf life is like six years on this. So, even though it's so biodynamic and amazing, in its organic features and properties, it does have a long shelf life and can be it's a beautiful restructuring. Color treatment people are seeing their hair just go back to a virgin state at the vet at the best. It can ever look it's high high shine and because of the replenishing nectars and some of the active ingredients we talked about, you don't need to use heat and there's no pre shampooing here either it is a vegan and cruelty-free permanent hair color as well. So it's just another op offer for you, and so it's got some beautiful shades. You innovative actors, phyto butter developers. This is the first coloring system. With this type of developer at all, the developers are actually there helping to nourish and add more shine to the hair. You'Ll see here some of the things that the ingredients have biodynamic hibiscus organic, organic perilla and at the Gold date again. The natural rice, bran oil, we'll discuss a little bit further, as well as a leaf a butter and the cotton protein. These are all raw materials from Fairtrade markets as well, and they're, naturally derived conditioners and softeners inside the product, and then of course, it's without the parabens and and petroleum teg, PPG, mineral oils and so forth. It is a peat. It is a fragrance free. So once again, this being an essential oil type of company that that started out that way and then dove further into doing a healthy professional beauty care line. It started out as an essential oil fragrance company and that's what you'll, what you'll see in each of the products is a natural fragrance, all all-natural. So so the elite pay butter for years. Elite pay has been known for its incredible moisturizing properties and its ability to restore elasticity to the hair and skin extremely helpful in the treatment of dry over-processed type of hair. The rice bran oil is amazing. It softens moisturizes, it's rich in vitamin E, considering an antioxidant as well as an anti-inflammatory as it counters free radicals and protects the scalp. So it's allowing for color to be drawn into the hair into the cuticle, but preventing the dryness and keeping this a very, very delicate formulation. It comes in a nine ball, twenty thirty and forty. So these this catalyst is very, very, very cool. Talk a little bit about the buttercream liner. This is fantastic. It'S the world's first phyto Butter, Lightner with pure essential oils. The consistency is gorgeous. It'S a nice consistency, whether you want to do balayage. If your foiling or your using bio light pads, whatever you use or even if you want to use on scalp, it has wonderful active ingredients, biodynamic lavender and some of the ones that you're familiar with now you'll see here listed, but it is so fantastic. It'S not just a Lightner, but a treatment that really infuses some softness and it has radiance and it has zero damage. So you can really really get lift without worrying about the damage we worked on a level for very, very got her very, very, very light. Very clean blonde over the weekend - and I think that this product, just it is so different, and it's so amazing. You definitely want to try this we've got the Cucuy butter in it it for added protection. Now the Kukui nut contains lots of vitamin A C and E, so it's a naturally antioxidant rich ingredient and it's especially suitable for like sensitive skin as the natural ingredient is very, very gentle on the scalp, and it is even known to treat eczema and dry scalp. So, here being inside and what's known for the butter creaminess of this Lightner you're gon na be amazed. Now we have the perilla date and lavender oils there to provide nourishment as well to not only the hair but the scalp on with with this product. You can use heat just to accelerate it. The one key thing is before, if you're using this to lighten and then you plan on toning, which many times you may not even need to do, because I've been getting such a clean blonde, that I'm rarely even needing to tone and the hair feels so fantastic. But before toning and after lifting you would want to rinse with a hydrating gentle hair bath, such as something we're gon na talk about later, the moisturizing hair bath. That one specifically has a pH of five point: eight to six point three and then after you'd want to rinse that and proceed to toning, the hair, so the maximum processing time here should be about fifty minutes. I wouldn't go over that. It'S unnecessary but you'll find that you'll get a beautiful, clean blonde from this butter cream Lightner it is. It is my new favorite, so here once again, you'll see some of the things that we mentioned here, lifting five to six levels. It'S got a consistency that how it really helps you with control, whether whatever application method, you use it's a lightening treatment which is super different than what you've been using before for some of your highlighting and even on scalp services. Now it's great for removal of precious like all cosmetic color. You know even box color and whatnot and I'll talk about like a soap cap treatment and how to use it too shortly. So that is another option for you and you can make it as gentle as you want, even but this is a super super gentle formula, but that still performs very, very high, so the HC. This is what I consider your back bar system. We'Re gon na go over some of the technical uses, but I would consider anything with the pink labeling is going to be your technical piece. So it's an integrated method that really preserves, improves the hair structure and makes it healthy and nourished and bright. So all of these pieces, with the pink packaging or labeling on them, you can consider your text, so tech back bars piece. So eight restore this is a vegetable protein integrator spray. I just love the way that sounds it is. It'S concentrate concentrated protein and amino acid base formula, and it's going to actually go in and rebuild the protein chains of the hair. But it's nice because it's a vegetable protein, much much Abell, much more able to get into the hair effectively doesn't make the hair feel hard. Like many protein sprays do this is a porosity balancer and you can use it before any treatment. It'S a no-rinse formula! So you can use it to say, stop the action of your Lightner or use before toning. If you feel necessary, it's going to actually stimulate the keratin structure and it's called bio mimicking as an adze structure and body to the hair. I feel like it when I've used it. It'S also great for people that feel like their hair's limp, so they may need a little more structure to the hair and that keratin bio mimicking. The keratin is going to be really heat of that pH of 4.0 to 5.0. You can't get any better than that, so this is fantastic and it goes a long way. So here's something tools, the H, tech, shampoo notice, the pH is a nine point. Five to ten point five, so that's really a true clarifier. I'Ve noticed, though it's it's nice clarified that it really really lathers up for you and you can feel it removing this some of those styling products and impurities from the hair right away. It also is a technical prep for say, refractory, hair or resistant hair. Let'S say so: it's really starting the process for you, if you, if you needed it to, but it's got because of the alkaline values to it. It acts on the hair scales prepping for higher absorption, allowing for better penetration of any treatment that it's being prepped for, so whether it's before a perming service or shaping service, or even somebody that is really having a hard time getting coverage. Although I haven't found that I'm having any coverage issues with the H, color line or h-dr being more of a gray blender, so the H screen here to the right - this is so cool. This is a skin protecting fluid screen, so it helps reduce skin sensitivity. It'S like a shield for, say, sensitive spots: it's easily removed with water too, so it's I use it like a protective glove. So, instead of a barrier cream, you could just since this is so natural, it's nice to add something rather than a petroleum-based, really heavy barrier cream. This is something that's so natural, so perfect for the skin anyway. So you're doing two things at once. You could even add three to four drops in your mixture and your formula for somebody. That'S super super sensitive, but you know the thing that I use it for lately is not only as a barrier cream, but I add it to my hands so I'll rub it all the way through, like a hand, cream I'll, take and rub it into my cuticles And my fingernails and that way I get zero staining. So it really is like a true glove and it feels so good. So the mixture is a very clean formula and a wonderful protection for anybody, maybe on the ears or somebody that has a little bit of sensitivity or just doesn't want to have any staining. And all this is a very natural, organic piece for you to add to your for your back bar system. So here are some coloring tools that will help to accelerate and fortify the pH milk. No stress it's a protective conditioning milk. The pH is a three point. Two to four point: two: it's going to really bring and close back down that cuticle for you, you can use it in between technical services as well. The main key difference to this that I know I want you to note - is that it's an additive to soap. Cap services, so when your D coloring someone and you need it to be a little gentler in your lightening, you could add this equal parts with water developer and your bleach. Actually, I think I drop out the water, because the milk stress makes it a little bit. Thicker and the being the buttercream developer, I'm excuse me the developer and the buttercream Lightner those two, and this will make a nice perfect soap cap for you and make anything gentler. So if you needed a gentler formula for that, you could use this. In addition, in equal parts so - and it will protect without affecting that and results for you, I would really allow two minutes for it to work at best. So that's just my recommendation there on your right. You see the hyper color, so this is a moneymaker. It'S a significant reduction in your development time so, for example, you've got processing for 30 minutes, it'll reduce it to 10, and if you needed someone with really really resistant hair that you're leaving it on for 45, you can cut that down to 15 minutes. So this just this 50 milliliter bottle here it provides about 70 color treatments, so think about all of that money that you could generate if you were cutting down or reducing your drying time or your processing time in the chair. So the cool thing about it, though it's it's 99 % natural. So it's helping speed up the process with the rice, bran oil. It'S gon na enhance those shades as its as its helping the processing time further and it's also a great protector and it adds a nourishment to the hair. So I put dollar signs all over the hypercolor and it's a really fantastic product. If you're looking to you know, reduce your processing time, the one thing about that I must mention, though, is you're going to want five minutes of cooling, because with that hypercolor, I'm going to go back a slide here. That hypercolor - and let me just add in now in technical manuals, you'll see how much to add in only a few drops into a formula and then you're gon na put. This is the only time you're going to need to process under Heat. So you could put a take a cap and put about 10 to 15 holes in it add this into your formula, just a minimal drops and then you're going to put them under the dryer just a medium low, low low setting, and it's going to help. You cut that segment that processing time down significantly but in the same regard you're gon na need it to cool for 5 minutes before you rinse it out. So just a note there, ok, so moving on to our post color tools, you've got the H balance shampoo. Now you're gon na use this after alkaline treatment, so it has the pH once again, 4.0 to 5.0 can't beat it it's going to help rebalance the pH after color or any technical service that you've got in your salon and it's gon na help prolong the color And shine, I use this on my back bar it lathers beautifully and it's I can feel it really working and improving the hair fiber as it goes to so it's not just you know doing one function, it's all of their products seem to have multi functions. Always rebalancing always refurbishing restructuring the hair and making it at it's very very best, so I use this as a specific shampoo after colouring D colouring, whatever it's got antioxidants in it because of some of the beneficial ingredients too, on the right you've got the H balance. That'S really sealing the cuticle back in with that pH being so low at three point: zero to four point: zero: really restoring the hair too! So it comes in this nice glass jar. When you're done, you can recycle it use it for a pen draw whatever, but you can, you know, put a plant in it make a candle, but honestly, all of the ingredients that are in are helping to really seal that cuticle down and making it the best. For that hair, these are great products for the back bar. It'S super easy, so everyone was worried that we had. We were looking for an amazing opportunity for a perm, and this antioxidant waving system is eco, ethical and organic. So this wave shape really blows everything out of the water that I've ever used. You only need one, the cool one of the cool benefits to it. There'S many. There are many to this, but they come in these nice large glass jars. So you can. You only need to buy just the glass, you know back bar system and you can just mix as much as you need per head of hair. So, instead of you constantly having to buy two perms for one head of hair - and that's a you know, you're looking at a lot of costs that way a lot of waste for packaging. This is a very, very amazing, Eco product line. Being that it's in these glass, jars or glass bottles excuse me and there's only three parts to it. Really, I would say for with the clarifying shampoo. However, here are some of the amazing ingredients to it. Of course, it's no ammonia fits in our ethos, perfectly! No thio glycol AIDS and no parabens. Some of these. The benefits to these ingredients are the acai, the rich in mineral and bio elements. It'S got, anti-aging benefits to it, the oats they're helping to structure their. So this makes it a truly gluten free, firming line, helping to penetrate the cuticle and repair the hair and then hops, just like in your beer. It'S rich in amino acids has some great proteins to help strengthen the hair and it really protects during the service. So these this is such an amazing perm. No ammonia, no thio, glycol aids. I find that when I've been using it in the salon, I'm loving the fact that I can mix as much as I want for that head of hair, but I could also the this there's almost zero smell. Any light smell left over is gone very very fast, so I just I find that the natural extracts from the organic farming and fair trade with this product just surpasses anything. I'Ve ever used - and I certainly love perms and we've got a lot of the beachy waves coming in. So this is a nice option for you there's a 1a and 1b, so those are the two that will help you with whatever type of hair you're working on. You know you can choose which one you need for them and then the wave shaping neutralizer. So it's a four part system. You would only need three each time, but pretty amazing you see the antioxidant treatment for one of the benefits rich and conditioning. So it's really conditioning as it goes, keeping the hair last size, soft and defined. So you can do all types of waves, whether it's true to rod. Sides are a little bit looser and keeping that hair very, very healthy, so you're able to get ringlets out of the hair or whatever. The client is really asking for you're able to do we're. Gon na dive into some hair care we're just gon na run through some of the specific away care and treatments that come in families. I would say here you see odd the labeling so on the labels. They'Re super easy to read. As far as they'll tell you every ingredient, that's either a fair trade ingredient, a biodynamic ingredient - if it's organic, all of these and you'll notice that there are all these pretty amazing ingredients that you can find their source, and so this is there's a labeling directive. In your technical manuals too, and we can go over that on another webinar too, we'll just add in but notice there on the label, you'll see when you get your bottles in you can find where they're sourced, from or if they're, organic or biodynamic eco, ethical, green Chemistry, whatever the case may be, we'll start with the daily act. This is a gentle cleansing and daily maintenance part of the line. It'S perfect for daily nourishing strengthening treatments for all hair types. The phyto protein mist is a wonderful protein spray that your client can take home with them. Just the shampoo lather on these are perfect and the way they come out of the bottle perfect a lot of times. Dailies are little whirring, but these are so beautiful. They smell lovely, and so your clients are really gon na love. Taking these home too and then of course, we have the moisturizing line, so you've got biodynamic hazelnut, some organic honey and it comes in a shampoo or you call hair bath and the moisturizing hair mask. And then we have the leave-in conditioner. So that comes in a small spray, so these are perfect for a moisturizing line, not too moisturizing where they're working with frizz, but it certainly helps to soften or for anybody with dry dehydrated hair thick, maybe frizzy hair, even so I'll move into the color up. It'S an antioxidant treatment for colored, hair and hair with highlights anybody. You lightened it's perfect. I'Ve got this on my back bar this color protection veil is anti pollutant, helps with shielding from UV rays and so forth. So will really help your client keep their color longer, especially those that are involved in outdoor sports. But what we don't realize is we get so much Sun just driving in a car, so this veil is a perfect protection for that and the Fairtrade fire tulip has some amazing benefits, really really cool organic goji berries so helps with plumping or making the hair feel More plump or full, and so these are just super cool ingredients to the X volume really for fine hair, to add that volume and elasticity in its if anybody is feeling like they need a little bit more, this root spray is fantastic. It gets right into the root. It'S not heavy. The organic ginger is great for just calming great scent to it and now our exciting be curly line. So you can add the moisture for healthy, bouncy curls. It'S got special treatments for it too. So whether the hair is naturally curly or permed, this is a perfect option for your client, the curly potion's lovely, to wrap your ringlets scrunch from the bottom and lock them in all day. Our smoothing line, it's perfect for anybody that has really undisciplined hair needs to really help manage it now. This is one of the first products that I brought back from Italy, and I just I can't say enough about this. Some of the people that I do blowouts on that really want that sleek hair and I work so very hard to do it. I had a lovely Indian guest with you know so much hair, and we use this on her at the back bar. Just the shampoo and conditioner alone, I didn't even use a smoothing cream. I got back to my station and I started my haircut and I was gliding through each parting was just perfect and it was. It was extra fun that day to do her hair. She has tons and tons of hair, so you, as you well know, you may have these clients where you they come in and they've got such a full head of hair and you think, oh, my gosh, I'm gon na be running behind. Well, this is beautiful. Something for some of those people that are you're having trouble getting through the hair, it's coarse, it's frizzy, it's unmanageable and even you are trying to glide through it for your partings, for your haircuts. Honestly, all of the shampoos and conditioners from away have been fantastic. For that. I almost I hate to say I almost feel like. I don't even need a styling product at times, because they've just had such a benefit at the back bar when I shampooed and conditioned their hair, and I get them over to my chair. So this is one of my favorites, of course. Now this to the Silk'n glow, it's going to help restore and add shine to anybody with dry damaged hair, a really nice contender to that smoothing line. It'S great for frizzy dry hair too a lot of times over poorest hair needs a little bit more. So this Silk'n glow is perfect for them. There is I'm mentioned, there's a couple other pieces that we're not touching on today. We do have a sensitive skin soothing line. We have an oily scalp rebalancing line, rebuilding line for damaged, hair, professional, no dandruff, purifying line and treatments and anti hair loss treatments. So we'll tease you into that a little bit, but we are gon na be having multiple webinars coming up too so stay tuned. For those will dive really far into some of those ingredients and what they're doing for that, the hair, skin and scalp. So now we're gon na go into the styling line for a way this bio, rich water. Remember I mentioned earlier in the presentation about Hydra lates. This is where the distillation process is leaving behind a lot of the water and you've got this beautiful oil. This essential oil left over so, like I said about 50 kilos of that rosemary that I saw being distilled through that process. Only about two ounces of oil came from that press, and so all of that water that was left over still now has all a lot of the medicinal properties as well. So this bio, rich water, they decided to you, know basically use some of the water. That was left over and because it has so many of those properties left within it. So it's this I'm using myself as a cutting spray, I'll spray it through the hair and it helps with a perfect, perfect cutting lotion to the hair. It'S like a light, moisture spray. I use it too instead of a water bottle, basically, because if I want to reactivate the hair I'll use this because it's really going in and repairing the hair, it's gon na help us shine, but it's got anti pollutant properties to it as well. And this also comes in a 950 mil so that you can refill these on your back bar, because I just use it like crazy. So I'm sure you will too Oh second-favorite the glossy nectar. Now this once again, like I mentioned all their products seemed to have multiple purposes. This one helps with repairing hair, it's going to add shine to the hair and it cuts down on drying time so that same client that I mentioned that had that head full of hair. I use just a few drops of this on her hair and I ran right on time where, typically, whenever I have to blow-dry a lot of hair, you know sometimes we're rolling over and we're struggling, but this made that blow dry, so fun so beautiful. She was thrilled when she left, and it's gon na, add just that right, a bit amount of shine while it's actually repairing the hair. So my clients are buying this like crazy, the ones that actually go home and blow dried their hair and really usually have to work really hard on it. This is amazing. It'S magic in a bottle. The nurturing drops they're an ultra concentrated remedy for split ends. So I love this. For that exact reason. Split ends seem to be a problem a lot of times, especially here in Florida. It'S gon na seal. It add intense shine and continue to protect it. You know from other pollutants and really repairs it. So this is the nurturing, drops, are lovely and then the glam shine cloud, a finishing spray. It'S a nice shine has zero hold to it, though. So it's really just a light shine. Maybe four you know updos or somebody with that really coarse hair, that you just want to add that little bit of shimmer back in so this is a really nice /. I like this one because I carry mine in my purse, so it helps a little flyaways and such you've got the thermal stress protector. Of course it's got it's a medium hold, so it's not only just guarding against heat up to four hundred thirty seven degrees. That'S really really high, so there's people that really want to keep that hair straight they're over using their flat irons, not using a thermal protector and wondering why their hair is feeling dry or over-processed. This is something they should definitely have, and so it's going to give longevity to the the style to your seesaw Spray. It'S giving you that messy look, you know. Sometimes it even sometimes we want to do our hair again, the next day, we've curled it and so forth, but now it's kind of looking flat and we want to just bump it up again. This is a perfect opportunity to spray this through get a nice little beachy wave going. It does have a little bit of shine which isn't typical for a sea salt spray. So you know new hair. Could I did over the weekend really cut a lot of length off, but you know she was working it into a nice blow-dry, but then the next day wanted something a little more unstructured. So this was a perfect opportunity for that, with still leaving a bit of shine our flux potion. This is really probably one of those we use on everybody, so it gives you volume flexibility. You can do curls with this. It'S got a medium amount of shine in the medium about up hold, so it's a great styling tool to just put in the hair when it's damp and do whether it's straight sleek or really bouncy curls you're gon na get whatever you need out of this. It'S going to give you a lot of volume to our sculpting. Just sorry, some it looks like some of my images are switching on me here, but they basically are in this very similar bottle. Yellow always means it's a styling product. This is gon na, be a firm hold hairspray, it's strong, so you're its, but it doesn't weigh the hair down. It'S a nice wet spray, so you can use it similar to anybody that likes a nice wet spray that dries quick. So you can do flyaways with this or you can get an intense hold from you know, maybe an updo that you're working at so great for editorial work. Boho made. This is a really cool pomade. It helps with curls. You can do texture with it. It has a little bit of shine to it. It'S light enough, though, so it's not heavy, and then it's got a medium hold, so anybody it's also got quite a bit of memory to it too, so really a versatile product. These little jars have so much in them, though so and you really don't need a lot. So it's a nice little pasty product for some of those people, maybe with short hair or people that want to do their ringlets and curls and kind of have a nice stuff, preferably made the shabby mud. A medium hold. Matte kind of, I would say, like a clay and that still is gon na give you a nice structure to the hair. You can get some sleep designs out of it and piece out different areas of your style or your technique, and so this is a really pretty. They all have great fragrance to them. One of my clients said I feel like I'm in a harvest garden, I'm just all of the smells. I was actually using the shabby mud on a client next to one of my other stylist, and the woman in her chair was like wow, whatever they're using over there. But it's not like that strong fragrance, but it is essential oils that are not diluted. So when you do that, like I mentioned with the rosemary that we had that they did went through the whole distillation process, that true pure form of that or essential oil just takes over it's so gorgeous. And so you really, your clients will notice, and they all want to talk about it, so it really works into that whole holistic, color treatment. You know care to where everybody everything in your salon is starting to. You know take on that fragrance or that essential oil blend and people are loving it and wanting more this one. I love because it's got some cool uses to it. It'S multifunctional, that's the main thing: it has a little bit of shine to it, but it can either give you a little texture or you can remove volume. So you can sleek hair down a little bit of shine wax without any hold. But the cool thing is: not only can it be used in texturing, hair or removing volume and adding shine. It can also be used as a hand, balm or a lip balm. So it's got three uses to it so who can't sell retail with three uses to it? You know everybody needs a hand, balm. Everybody needs a lip balm and now you can also do your hair, so really cool multifunctional product here and the shaping putty. It'S gon na give more of that strong fiber wax, so anybody that's used to using like a fiber wax. This is perfect. You can even put a little bit of it at the root so that your client gets a little bit of that lift and no fall, and it's a nice putty. So you can get great definition whether it's with curls or shorter, shorter looks too frozen glaze. I love that this comes in a tube. It'S like a pomade and great for dry hair that are needing a little bit of shine great for guy cuts, men's cuts that you really want to get a little texture with a little bit of it's a stronghold. We have something a little stronger, but this is right before that. I love that it comes out of a tube, so you're not putting your hands in a jar for this one, especially when you're doing a men's style. So it's got a lot of shine to it. Comes out cool out of this tube, so this is a great product for you know you use it on wet hair and you get a really cool, pomade, so quick glue. My image will come up here. Scoops, sorry going backwards here, a second there. We go quick glue, very, very, very strong glue as the name kind of represents, but saying glue, it's great for sure, Stiles Mohawks pompadours, any of those that you really want to hold. You get them right in place, and this is perfect you can, but it's also easy to use. So it's not getting so stiff on your fingers that you can't get it through the hair before it's starting to harden guys, love this one too comes in this tube. As well the aluminum tube - so it's all infinitely recyclable, and so this is one of my other favorite guy ones. For anybody looking for extreme hold those pompadours, it sometimes flop over a little bit. So it gives you that perfect and it's also got a matte shine to it, so not a lot of high shine, so this is our holistic hair system. Once again, we just talked about all of the h color, the H nectar, both permanent systems. One gives you a little more translucent gray blending type of coverage. One has so many shades to choose from and you're gon na get beautiful reflex you're never going to have an issue with formulation. All of my formulas have been just spot-on. My clients are loving it. They think that they're, you know everything is just so lovely being the essential oil fragrance from the line lightening in a totally different system. So you can honestly feel, like you've, got something that no one else has a tool to give your clients everything they're asking for. In a very, very health of healthy ethical approach to it - and you can feel really honest and true about what you talk about with your clients and feeling that you're choosing hair treatments that are not only going to benefit their hair.
