Is Monat A Professional Hair Care Line

Hey guys, my name is marina hallberg and I'm a hair stylist in Oklahoma City. I'Ve been doing hair for about five years, and I just wanted to talk to you guys about something that I'm hearing a lot of buzz on and that is a company called Mon aid. Money is a hair care line. That'S out there. They have shampoos conditioners styling products, oils all that good stuff, and but this company is on a professional haircare line, anyone can sell it, anyone can buy it, you can only buy it through their distributors, it is a drug sales marketing company and we all know how Those work, there's the big man top and everyone below makes them money. Oh wait! Now. That'S corporate America um, I'm here to tell you guys that money is completely different from any drug sales marketing company out there and that the products are better than professional products. And I'm going to tell you why. The first thing we're going to discuss is money and let anybody sign up as a distributor. You don't have to be a licensed professional um. Last time I checked, I saw redken and I saw biolage and big sexy surface. All those things are found at walmart and those are considered diverted products. You have no idea what is actually in those products and it is actually illegal for them to sell them. However, um all these sickening companies aren't doing hardly anything about it. You know they say that they're trying to avoid diversion. They say that they're trying to pull them out those doors. Well, I keep on finding more and more and more of them in the store and I'm sick of it um. I really am I'm so sick and tired of asking my clients, you know hey. I just used shampoo ABC on you and the conditioner des and they're like oh yeah. I just bought some of that at walmart and it was really cheap and honest to god guys they do make it cheaper than what hairstyles can sell it, because it's not the real stuff. It'S junk. It'S crap and aside from that, and none of these products have ever been clinically tested, they have all just you know, come directly from the manufacturer and we've all been brainwashed to think that they are the best um. I'M not going to sit here and tell you that I haven't endorsed other products of my clients. I have it told them. The other points are wonderful because at the time that's what I really thought, because that's why I haven't taught my whole life um. Something else that they're talking about is that anyone can buy it. You know one of your clients can go to Walmart and buy any kind of products that they want any time of day, one more 24 hours target 24 hours. Well, you know what my money website is 24 hours and people don't even have to leave their house. They get to get on their phone or get on their laptop or tablet and make it to buy their products at two three, four or five o'clock in the morning. They can find the afternoon. They don't even have to call me um, I selmani to product products to people, I've never met. They found me online, their people, their Instagram and Facebook, and the products are directly shipped to their houses, and that saves them time and money, and it saves me money from having to stop it on my shelves or that whole awkward. Okay, i'll pick you up that product later and then you're going to come back in a week and then that time your banana product um it just doesn't make any sense. Guys money makes sense to me. Money makes sense to any hair stylist out there. I'M an aspect that you don't have to keep these products on hand. You don't have to get them in your hands of your clients. Your clients can purchase this from you um, so yeah any columbite. Anyone can sell it and I'm okay with that as a hair care specialist and a haircare stylist who has been in the industry for several years and so those excuses to me. They don't mean anything. A lot of people have compared money to win and absolutely not um the ingredients list side by side. It'S two completely different things. The focus of win and the focus of money are two different things. I'M not a chemist, but I understand how a product works. On my clients, or it doesn't how it can either help hair growth working out, hinder, hair growth, and i hope you as a haircare special as the hair stylist, can understand that as well that money and when are two different things, there are two different companies. They stand for two different things, so that excuse doesn't do a thing for me. Um, a lot of people have talked about the products being expensive. Yes, shampoo for shampoo money is more expensive, but whenever you take an account of how little of a product you have to use with lon 8, you actually get more uses per bottle and they peruse and per dollar goes up, and I go through a ball about Every four to five months of shampoo and my conditioning mask, i think i just opened up my second yeah, my second one um and the past six months, so um right there. I used to go through an eight ounce bottle of shampoo and conditioner ever about two to three months and guys. I have a lot of hair. Yes, i have a ton of hair and it's very unruly sometimes - and i have always had a problem with oil. Since i started using money, my hair is so much more manageable. My curl actually forms all the way up to my scalp, my curl used to start about here and then just balloon out, and the top was always so flat and lifeless money has brought back my hair and has brought back many of my clients, hair and many Of my friends and family hair, literally from the dead um money, its focus is Scott health. You know why not focus on the health of your scalp, because that's where you're here comes from. It also concentrates on hydration and shine and regrowing hair me personally. I did struggle a little bit with postpartum hair loss and it's been all over three and a half years, and up until I used money, I was still battling gobs and gobs of hair loss, guys um my sink used to get filled up every time. I would brush my hair my drain and my shower would always get discussed. It hasn't happened since i use my night guys. Something else with money is the ingredients. Guys is, you know so important to take care of what goes inside your body as it is on the outside of your body. We can't put parabens and silicones in PE GS and de A's and all these carcinogens. On top of our head and not expect to not read the pre-cut reboot, I can't talk to the guys repercussions um. So it's very important to me that I use healthy, clean products on myself on my family, as well as my clients, innocent one. So there you have it guys. Money is not a professional company, it's not solid professional haircare line um and I'm okay. With that. I really really am. Something else that some people have even told me is that it's a pyramid scheme, you know what it probably is, but I'm, okay with that, I really am. As I've grown older. I'Ve learned that jerk sales marketing companies and mo limbs they're not they're, not really I'm pyramid schemes to me. What a pyramid scheme is to me is a corporate executive who sits at the top and makes all the money and those people down at the very bottom that they'll never move up. They never have a chance to become a director of that company that they never have a chance to move up because they don't have a college education guys. I don't have a full college education yeah. I went to college I'm not very good at that kind of stuff and I did go to hair school and it took me several years to finally complete it and to take my test um. But that's an awesome thing about direct sales marketing companies. They don't discriminate. You can do anything you want in this company. You can do anything you want in the other drug sales marketing company, but money has one of the most generous compensation plans. I have ever seen in my life like I said, and there are people that I sell products to that. I'Ve actually never met um they're literally from coast to coast, and they have found me online and I've been able to change people's hair that I've never touched and to me as a hair stylist. I think that's a really awesome accomplishment so guys.
