Professional Tips On Transitioning To Natural

Oh my gosh. She went from this to this. To now this yep she decided to take the big plunge and do a big chop. Yep meet our client. She decided that after 30 years of relaxing her hair, she wanted to go ahead and do the big chop. The good thing is. She came to the right place here at elite haircare, usa. We specialize in hair repair, hair retention and hair regrowth products, no matter if you're, natural or relaxed guess what you're watching the right video. You know why, because today we're going to give you a couple of pro tips or professional tips when it comes on to you deciding to transition from relaxed to natural pro tip number one. We definitely don't recommend transitioning for anything longer than a year. What ends up happening is that relaxed hair becomes extremely split and the split ends decide that they want to come right out and once that hair starts to split it goes straight into that beautiful hair that you work so hard to achieve pro tip number two. You definitely want to ensure that you're using the right products for your hair type and texture. So our client here she is what we consider low porosity when it comes onto the natural hair. So before we go straight in with just moisture, moisture moisture, we wanted to make sure that we aided the hair because it's gone through such a lengthy process of split ends and tangling. So we decided that we wanted to go ahead and strengthen as well as moisturize. All at the same time, so we decided to use our elite hair repair and growth, shampoo and conditioner system. This system allows for the hair to get an equal balance of moisture and strength without being too much or too little. It also is a easy detangling system. It leaves the hair, nice and soft, but at the same time, feeling strong and healthy. Now we're giving her a good scratch, but also remember, don't use your nails at the scalp level. You don't want to create any type of adjuvation or agitation on the actual scalp pro tip number three. You definitely want to make sure that you are hydrating the hair for any one of you who is considered low porosity. If you don't know your porosity now is definitely the time to go ahead and watch our videos to get how to do a porosity test so for her hair because she is low porosity. We did want to actually go ahead and do what we call a hydration treatment now for her hydration treatment, we decided to use our handheld hydration machine. This is a handheld machine that doesn't require a lot of space. It actually is the size of a blow dryer, but it works as a full on hydration system. So it pushes in that moisture and it allows you to get that hydration in the hair in a very, very, very quick time, which is typically less than five minutes and when you're done, you put it right back under your sink and you move forward now. You'Re not going to be able to see the hydration treatment in this video because it's really really short, but we definitely wanted to touch on the fact that hydration is an important part of going from relaxed to natural. Remember those ends have been suffering because you decided to go ahead and take that plunge, and it's not something that you did wrong. But you definitely want to make sure that now you start doing things right. That leads us to our last pro tip, ensure that you have a good hair care regimen and you are shampooing and conditioning or deep conditioning your hair with elite hair care products every 10 to 14 days. We invite you to visit our website at elitehaircareusa.com and, of course, go and subscribe to our youtube channel where we have how to's and we teach you how to better care.
