This is being regulated by FDA and asks everyone to use it in the least possible quantity. But these compounds are sold the way cigarettes are sold and we tend to use them In today's video, I will be sharing a DIY treatment at home with my audience. I did this treatment in my hair today and the results are absolutely amazing. I haven't yet combed my hair, yet my fingers are gliding through my hair. My hair have become very soft. They have become extremely manageable. I did Keratin for my hair using the simple ingredients available at home And believe me, the results are mind. Boggling. You can see the results in this light. I do have a comb. I am going to comb my hair for the first time and you can see the results. The comb is gliding in a single stoke. It'S that potent. So let us have a look at. How can a Keratin treatment be done at home, Which has no side effects at all? No harmful chemicals will be produced, we are doing it using kitchen ingredients And we will get the amazing results for you Ready everybody. Let'S see what needs to be done For authentification. Let us have a look at procedures carried at salons for Keratin treatment. The very first step that is carried out is shampooing. The hair, using not so normal shampoo, The shampoo being used, opens up the cuticles of your hair, which roughens your hair. This process is necessary because the gaps can be filled up only after the opening of hair cuticles Step. Number 2 is the application of Keratin protein, which is applied with utmost care. This is done manually. The cream being applied is a bit away from the roots. It is not used on the scalp. This cream is applied only at three places. On the entire hair length, A drop is taken and applied completely on the hair lengths. Why is this done? This is because the cream has a very strong chemical Which, if applied on your hair in double layer, then they might damage your entire hair, But the process is carried out by salon. Experts who have enough experience, Then why do you face hair fall after Keratin treatment? I have not met a single person who is happy after Keratin treatment. Everyone complains that their hair have become extremely rough or hair fall has increased. The reason for this is the cream used for Keratin treatment, which is unhealthy for your hair. Your hair gets troubled. Ultimately, It's just a quick fix, but in the long run does not help your hair. You can try doing it again and again otherwise may be. That could be a solution, But chemical treatments for a longer period of time are not at all suggested. So what needs to be done Before starting the Keratin treatment at home first prepare the Keratin cream that will be used further in the procedure. For this you will need white rice. White rice is a powerful protein that could give the shine to your hair, which you would never have seen. You would have never known that kind of shine even exist for your hair. The very first ingredient that you will need is rice. I have taken two big spoons full of white rice. You can adjust according to your hair, Wash them properly and put the water into plants after washing the rice. It'S a very good fertilizer. Add one glass full of water to the rice. We want the rice to be properly cooked and a bit of water still remains. That'S all So cook the rice properly As soon as the water in rice boils up. We will start the preparation of second ingredient For that we will need flax seeds. Those amazing seeds that can create magic for your hair, Curly hair people should befriend flax seeds gel Your hair will never detangle or they will never be unmanageable. This is moisture and hydration for your hair and it will tame your hair beautifully. Keep another pan and add two big spoons full of flax seeds to it Add one full glass of water and keep the stove on full flame. Keep the stove on high flame as gel is formed only on high flame and not on low or medium flame. Let it boil properly and the gel be formed, Meanwhile, keep an eye on rice, as we do not want the water to dry up completely. We want a little liquid in there As we are using rice, water and boiled rice as well, When the rice is completely cooked. Turn off the stove, Keep checking the flax seeds gel if it's forming a string or not. If the string is not forming, then the gel is not yet formed When the string forms up at that time, the gel is considered to be ready. However, the water is one glass. The gel formed will be a lot more Strain, the gel over cooked rice. Let the flax, seeds, gel and cooked rice blend completely turn on the stove for 5 minutes again. They will blend completely within 5 minutes. You have 5 minutes wash your hair quickly so that we can proceed further For this. We want our cuticles to open up, but we do not have any specific shampoo for this. We will use our regular shampoo. We want our cuticles to open up, so we will wash our hair using lukewarm water. Your cuticles will open up due to the heat. What do we do? We apply hot towel on our face so that the pores of our face opens up Exactly the same thing happens here when we wash our hair with lukewarm water And the next application of protein deposition will happen easily. You can wash your hair within 5 minutes, as you just have to wash your hair only and not take bath After you come back. Your blend will be absolutely ready, Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down, Please make sure not to pull your hairline whenever you make such turban. Sometimes we tie it so tightly that the front hair are pulled backwards, So make sure to tie it gently and push it forwards So that you don't stress your hair line. It will look like this after 10-15 minutes, it will be transformed into an absolute gel. Flaxseeds gel and cooked rice are completely blended together Now smash it completely using a hand blender. We want everything to be completely united, But when you use a hand blender, you will see small particles of rice. If you are comfortable with it, then you can stop at this step, But I wanted it to be very thin, as I will be doing the application from scalp to entire length. I blended the mixture using a blending jar and transformed it into a thin cream. The cream looks so beautiful that you will be assured that it will work for sure. After that I removed the towel from my head. I parted my hair and applied the cream. My hair glided smoothly through my hair as they are wet When you will do the application your hands will glide easily, as shown beside The application, will be done easily Make sure to keep your hair straight after this. If your hair are not too long, and even if they are shoulder length, keep them straight, the results will be better. If you will keep your hair straight, It's not possible to keep this long hair open. That'S why I applied the cream properly by parting, my hair. After that, I tied my hair into a bun. That is the only thing doable for me. If you have shorter hair, then you can keep them open as well. Now we have to apply heat to the hair. How do we do that now? If your hair are longer as mine, then you can cover them using a shower cap Or you can use polythene bag so that your hair remains hot for longer time. Air will not go inside, so it will be hot for longer time and it will work properly. If you have kept your hair open, then take a how towel and keep it around. Your hair Purpose is to make protein seep inside, and it will make the good deposition on your hair. It will make your hair absolutely smooth. This is our purpose that you have to follow. If you have longer hair, then pack them using a shower cap or polythene bag, so that no air goes in Results will be amazing due to warmth. If you have kept your hair open then apply hot towel Done. Let this pack be in your hair for half an hour to one hour. As you are comfortable, I have kept it for only half an hour After that I washed my hair using normal shampoo. Nowadays I am using dove shampoo, so I washed my hair with that And you can see the results. I do not use conditioners at all, And this is what the result looks like. I know the result is amazing. On my hair, There is no natural light outside, otherwise I would have shown you the results in natural light. You will completely forget about Keratin treatment. This were my hair in the morning. I did not wash my hair for a week as I was not feeling. Well, That's why I thought of deep conditioning them, as I tortured them for 7 days, And this is what I got And I am super duper happy. I have come to make you people as well. Super duper happy and you can try it for yourself. My hair are wet inside just dry from the outer side, But it is wow. It is literally wow When my hair looks beautiful. I take out all the accessories and give them a try on my hair. So I have this and I was thinking to put this on my hair and so many other things You get new ideas when you get good results after you have invested time in something, So I hope you understood how powerful the remedy is. All the treatments done at parlours or hair salons will fail when you try out this at home. Do it thoughtfully, have faith and also do it sensibly Do not pull or tangle your hair if your hair tangle up easily detangle them first and then start the treatment? Just wanted to ask.. there was also another video where you shared hair smoothing ingredients of rice, honey, curd and aloe vera.. I used both and found both useful.. which one of these you feel is more effective and recommended. I do use and add on of oiling my hair first because I just can't use shampoo without oil.. but it still works nicely..

Like I requested before, some or us are outside India and the air is too dry in snow for any remedy to last. The flax seed remedy works for me but lasts only a day and then again my hair is full of static and frizz. Most people here do keratin as it lasts, I am not in favour of it but I would love to know some home remedy for harsh winter weather.

Also I feel that 2nd time hair should not be washed with shampoo because we did already before applying the cream . priya mehta: I have extremely dry, frizzy and lifeless hair (currently not suffering hair fall) and i dont use market conditioners and no home remedy as such. I have applied this remedy. When washing my hair i had bit more hairfall 30-40 strands as compared to normal hair wash 10-15 strands. After washing and drying hair, it felt that their was some deposition in hair while i have washed my hair thoroughly with shampoo. And after drying my hair i had normal hairfall which i normally have without using this remedy. But next day hair felt smooth and soft and moisturized and much better than before. This was my first application. Will continue using this and post my results here.
