Hi everyone, your life in Kalos, 55, and I'm doing now a video on the haircare I'm doing while I'm under the Brazilian keratin treatment. I think this is important to maintain the Brazilian keratin treatment for a longer time. You'Re not supposed to use any. Has it called sodium lauryl sulfate, while you have the Brazilian keratin treatment on your hair, and so it's really important to try and find a shampoo that doesn't contain it. Otherwise, I think this product strips away the chemicals from the Brazilian keratin treatment, so yeah. Let me show you what I put on my hair and you know, give you a little reviews about these products so that you get an idea of what what products would be useful to use if you're planning to do a personal, keratin treatment. Also. So, as you know, I went to a Brazilian so long to do the Brazilian keratin treatment and then the guy was super helpful and very nice. But he did recommend that I buy this shampoo, which is Brazilian when I was in his salon and as he was recommending it. I didn't think to read the composition, but it does contain sodium lauryl sulfate. So that was a you know. I used it for once or twice and then I realized that it contained it, and so you know like I started looking for a new shampoo, but it is so difficult to find a shampoo that doesn't contain a sodium lauryl, sulfate, practically impossible. All of them do, and so I looked and looked and look everywhere and then in the end, there's a little shop close to my place, that is, that sells organic food and there they had some. And so I don't know if you can find this everywhere. Probably not, but it's called a natural pocket, so nature and progress, and it's a cymatics and organic ecological stuff, and this is called shanwa shampoo for dry hair with a shea butter, jojoba and aloe vera, and it doesn't have the Laurel sulfate. So this is what it looks like it's a pretty decent shampoo. I was afraid that if the Laurel sulfate is the cleaning agent that our shampoos that didn't contain, it would be useless, but this actually works really well and I think I'll be buying it after that, after I'm, you know done with the Brazilian keratin treatment I'll keep Buying this, because it's a really good shampoo, you feel that it's very soft soft on your hair, but it's not stripping and it does a good job of cleaning it. So that's what I use now and I found that I have a gazillion, the conditioners, because my hair so dry, so I'm always looking for the miracle product and you know, like I've, tried a Frederic, Fekkai products. I'Ve tried the claw ray Crowe hon I've tried of what have. I tried, everything, the jocose suppose, inner goal and the one that actually works is cheapest of them all and it's the us OC 3 minute miracle. I cannot say enough good things about this, like I didn't use it this week, it sounds like you know like regretting it bitterly, because this is amazing. It'S really it works. You know like when you rinse out your hair and you get like this shiny curtain of hair with the the water dripping down it. You know what I mean um, that's how I differentiate between a good conditioner and a bad conditioner, a bad conditioner like when you will. Your hair is wet and you're rinsing it out. When you go like this, you will feel bumps, and you know like knots and stuff, whereas with this one when you're rinsing it out, it just does a shiny curtain like gorgeous and when you dry your hair up, it makes it so much more manageable. It'S really amazing. I really recommend this and it's like three bucks amazing, a one thing that I do love Frederic Fekkai for is the after you washed your hair, like the styling products, and this is my Holy Grail. This is amazing. It'S called the smooth hair cream, smoothing rehydrating cream, and this is awesome so in order not to use it up too fast, because I don't have Frederic Fekkai in Belgium, not to my knowledge, if somebody knows where I can buy it, please put it in the comments. I mix it up with this, so when I was in a in one last time they had like a three for two of Aussie products, and so I figured maybe I'd try something else, and so I took this, which is the Aussie. Take the heat live, leave-in cream for heat damage to hair, and so this is really good, actually um. How can I describe their effect together when I mix them? I put two pumps of this and a little like the equivalent of one pump of that and what it does is that um, it's leaks down my hair and makes it a much more manageable when I hair dry it, and so basically what it does. Is it? How can I explain it makes it pliable, whereas if I don't put anything, it will just go every way and the the hair dryer will, you know like make it a horrible mess of it, but with this actually drying imprints? What I want my hair to do on my hair - I don't that's very so yeah when I put this. My hair sort of like keeps the shape that I wanted to have very important products. I also so. Basically what I do is I I mix those two. I spread it all over my hair and then, after that I put the John Frieda Frizz Ease, straightening potion all over it, so I spray it everywhere, especially I concentrated around here and with this. Actually, this, I think, has a little bit of sort of a glue effect to it, and so it seals also the fridge into the mass of my hair so that the first doesn't go everywhere. So yeah that's a really good product also, and if this one I've been using for nearly 10 years - and I really like it - it's a very, very good product - also um - I can't imagine living without it so yeah. The these three in combination as styling products are really amazing. The new trick for me, then, when I'm not all done and my hair is all dry and I'm done with the drying. Basically, what I do is I put two pumps of the normal gloss. This is a it's called: the lee stafford lee stafford, poco straight weightless, non greasy serum with vitamins E and a and basically what it is, is a random gloss. You know with silicon, and I put two of these and one or two drops of the jojoba oil and together. I do like this and I put it all of my hair and I try to avoid the roots area, because these tend to grease up the hair, and these will keep down the frizz. Also, can you send sense, yeah and that's the sum total of all the junk I put on my hair, but with all that is still dry, so yeah. I hope this was useful to you guys and that you could get an idea of what to put on your hair when you are doing the Brazilian keratin treatment and with these products I've managed to cap to keep. You know the dryness and the frizz under control. So you know, I recommend all these products or wholeheartedly thank you for watching bye, bye,

collegeopera: For Shampoos without SLS, you could try affordable brands like Lavera and Alverde (not sure if you can find it in Belgium). L'Occitane (pricey though :D) and the Body Shop's new hair care line have SLS-free shampoos.

Theresarenee C.: I like L'Oréal ever pure sulfate free about 6$ at Walmart they have a few different types I use the blonde and it has a light purple tint to keep the color brass free

Hajar Diouri: Great vid! thank you !!

Shelby A: A sulfate free shampoo found at drugstores is the Marc Anthony Oil of Moroccan (or something like that) shampoo/conditioner. It has moroccan argon oil and some other stuff good for your hair too. :)
