Hi everyone. So I've asked you guys on Facebook and on Instagram. If you all want to see the hair care team that I made for my sister for color-treated, hair or for dyed hair, and also, if you're, using Heat's on your hair and the majority of you, said yes, so I'm finally going to do it. Because I have the time to film it with my sister, because my sister really likes to dye her hair and she also likes to flat iron her hair. This is the hair care team that I made for her to help her maintain her hair and to make her hair look healthy in times to where she would diet or she would use heat on her hair and also this hair carotene has definitely made a difference On her hair, so let's get started. So this is what my sister's hair looked like before when we started this hair care routine. This is the state of her hair when she just newly dyed her hair. So she noticed that her hair, dried out and also it was a little bit frizzy. So we started by letting her use my same topic as coconut hot oil hair mask and this mask actually is very convenient for the under go people like her, because you don't have to make it. You just simply have to apply it on your hair. So I just heated the pact for three minutes. Now, I'm going to apply it on her hair. Now this mask helps nourish your scalp. It hydrates your hair. If it's dry, it also promotes hair growth, and this can make your hair really soft and it can also tame down any frizz on your hair, and I usually like to apply this on the ends or in the bottom part of my sister's hair, because that is A part to where her hair is mostly dry so after that I'm going to do a two-minute stop massage on her head and then, after that, I'm going to wrap a plastic bag around her head and let it naturally heat up. So what you can do, you could also use a towel or a shower cap, but I prefer using this just because for convenience sake, so that I don't have to wash anything afterwards. So I'm going to leave that on her hair for about 15 minutes and then she's going to wash it off using just water. You can also use an apple, cider, vinegar rinse. If you want to, and then I bought this Pantene total damage repair. For my sister. I guess when you dye your hair or use heat on your hair you're doing some damage to your hair, so it's good to use products that can help that issue so she's just going to use that all over her hair and after that she is just going To wash it off and now next, I'm going to let my sister use my favorite of intense hair repair mask that I'll actually like to use in the bathroom, especially those days to where I'm not oiling my hair or I'm not applying my DIY hair masks. So I'm letting my sister use that all over her hair, especially to the areas to where she feels like her hair, is dry, and you don't necessarily have to use this if you have already use any DIY hair mask before, but I just wanted to show you Guys, because this is another option that you can use, if you don't have time to make your own hair mask, so she left it for about three minutes on her hair now she's going to rinse it off and I'm also letting her use. One of my favorite conditioners as well - and it is the cream silk dry rescue, and this stop smells really amazing and it does condition your hair if your hair feels super super dry and I'm letting my sister apply that on to the mid into the bottom part Of her hair, especially the ends, so she left it on her hair for another three minutes and then she washed it off, and I really suggest that if you can find a soft cotton towel that you can use when you dry your hair. Just because I find that that's more gentle to the hair, rather than using the regular towels. Now when drying your hair with a towel, wrap the towel around your hair and then just squeeze out the water instead of creating friction by rubbing the towel against your hair. Because sometimes it can lead to making your hair frizzy or tangled and after that I like, using the cream soda tangling spray just to loosen up any knots. So you don't damage your hair when you comb it wet. So my sister's hair is not tangle at the moment because she actually combed her hair before she washed it, so that it's also a good tip and when you comb, your hair, start from the bottom to avoid breakage. So after that, I'm going to apply the l'oreal extraordinary oil on my sister's hair before she dries her hair. So once again, I'm focusing on applying it on the bottom ends of her hair, and after that she is just going to dry her hair using an electric fan, and then, with that part is done. I will apply my duct cream serum all over my sister's hair. When her hair is still damp and her hair here is about 90 % dry at the moment, so this product helps tame down any frizz on her hair when it completely dries. So I'm just going to apply that onto her hair and then I'm just going to use a wooden brush turn her hair and, as you guys can see, this process really made a difference on my sister's hair. Usually after she washes her hair. She sometimes experience frizz waves and puffiness on her hair, but this routine has made her hair looks great. She also noticed that her hair was softer and manageable and it was not puffy or frizzy at all. So if you're ever going to use heat on your hair, I highly suggest that you use a heat protectant and also invest on a good-quality flat iron or a curling wand that can straighten or curl your hair in one you so that you'd avoid running the flat Iron or the curling iron on your hair over and over again, because that can really damage your hair. So after my sister flat iron, her hair, I will put this Pantene all day, smooth miracle water, because this can seriously hydrate your hair without making it look oily or feel greasy at all. Plus the smell is wonderful, so I'm going to run that through my sister's hair - and that is the last thing that I will be applying on her hair by the way for all the products used in this video, I will be putting them in a description box Down below - because I know you guys always ask me to do it, and this haircare routine has worked wonders for my sister's hair and it actually maintained her hair because she uses heat on her hair twice a week and she also likes to occasionally diet. Now I think the key to bringing your hair back to life or just to simply maintain it into making it look healthy is consistency. So that's why a high Lisa Jessica, you guys have a really good haircare routine to back your hair up. If you dye your hair or if you like, to use heat on your hair, because you'd really see amazing results when you're consistent with your haircare routine. Sandra Furtado: "Hot" oil will pull out the color. I would recommend not heating it up. You can also use coconut oil you can find in any grocery store, trader joes or walmart. Also make sure any serums you are putting on your hair do not contain silicone. I use coconut oil on my course, red, wavy hair once a week.

Needless to say this may sound grouse, but When my hair gets oily after 2-3 days of not washing my hair, It's easier to manage without using hairspray and i can put it into a pony tail.
