Hey everyone, so this will be my oldest daughter's hair, washing updated routine for this video I'll, be using my hot roller tips to keep them in place, also I'll be using my white tooth comb and brush as well as my shampoo of choice. This one is from suave professionals and I'll be partnering that with his conditioner again from suave professionals and last but not least, my new best friend Shea moistures manuka honey and mafura oil, intensive hydration hair back with African rock fig and wild wild oil. So, let's give so, as you can see, I already took out two down her hair. She initially had about three big splats in our hair, so I just took that down and then let's prepare for the bath, because that's where I'll be washing her hair in so right now, I'm just rinsing her hair with lukewarm water, not too hot, and definitely not Too, cold, and not only will this allow me to lift up any dirt residue or build up on her hair and scalp, but this will also allow and help the cuticles to lift. So when I do get to the cleanse, easy, tangling and conditioning the hair will definitely be able to get all the nutrients that it needs from the fuzz. So after I have drenched her head with water, I'm then going to take my shampoo and put about a palm-sized in my hand and then apply it right on top of the roots, nonsan scalp off her hair, I'm not necessarily going to apply the shampoo drop. The whole strands of hair, but mainly just those areas because that's where most of the dirt and fills up is mined use. This shampoo does contain sulfate. So that's also another reason why I'm not going to apply it to the rest of your hair because it'll be too drying, and I don't want that to happen. So if you're wondering, if it's really going to clean the hair, it is because, once I start rinsing it out, all the suds and whatnot is just going to flow down the rest of the strands and clean the hair as well. Let'S go okay. Now I'm just rinsing out the shampoo with the lukewarm water and I'm not going to do much the tangling at this point because one, it's not really. I don't really have enough slip from the shampoo to do that and two I just feel, like you know, just focusing on rinsing out the shampoo. Don'T you don't have to worry about it being mad at or tangled, because although the shampoo didn't have enough slip, the water does allow it to lubricate itself, so the strands don't sit together. Another quick tip, scalp massages, is a must at this point. It not only helps lift the dirt, but it also promotes good circulation now again with the conditioner I'm going to use about a palm-sized of that and this time I'm going to buy it all over the hair, not so much the scalp of mainly the hair and Then I'm going to finger detangle and part. The hair in four equal sections. Well technically, is not really equal, but is in four section, so I can work with it now that last section I'm just going to apply some more of this rinse out shampoo conditioner. So I can start with the detangling process now, for those who don't know the difference between a rinse out conditioner and let's say like a deep conditioner rinse out conditioners are basically the cheap conditioners that you would buy, and you know you put in your hair and Then you rinse it out like five minutes later, if that much on each conditioner is the one where you just keep it in for a long period of time and then rinse it out, because usually it have more. The nutritional benefits here here so now. At this point, I'm going to take my white tooth comb, I'm just going to start from the ends and work my way up, as I detangle that section of hair also, it may look like I'm being a bit rough with their hair, but in reality I'm really Not I made sure that that section was really really really conditioned with this, while conditioner, so that when I put the comb through her hair, I shouldn't I don't feel any business sense and I don't hear any popping of any sort now, if you don't feel comfortable, You don't have to this process, but if you really want a real detangle hair um, you can definitely grab a African. What kind of brush calls if he doesn't grab a brush like this or you can get a diamond brush a modified any brush and detangle the hair? So what I did was make it easier for her hair texture is divide that section again in half and then start again from the end and work my way up, detangling. That section and again I make sure I didn't hear any popping. I didn't have any resistance. So nice and smooth and sleek so now, I'm just going to twist that section of hair and then clip it away with a hot roller clip and move on to the next section yay. So another quick tip, if you run into a knot like this one, what I advise you do before you jump and get a pair of scissors or start ripping through it with your calls, it's just basically pull each strand of hair out of that bundle. The more you do that the much easier it will be to get the knot out so be very gentle. It is a bit tedious. It will be a bit long, but believe me, in the long run it is so worth it by the end. You should have your little troublemaker at hands your finger, so just toss it so after I got all four sections shampoo condition: detangled, whatever you want to call it now, I'm just going to rinse out that conditioner before I applying my feet, treatment mask now mind you, You don't have to rinse out the rinse out conditioner, but I am for this particular conditioner because it does contain simethicone and for those who don't know dimethicone. Basically, it's used over time, good Cokely hair, which will prevent any moisture or any other nutrients to go into the hair. It'S not washed out properly. So that's why I'm rinsing out before I add the mass. So here I'm just going to apply the mass and if you saw I use a very, very really small, generous amount of it, because a little bit goes a super long way so guys. I don't know why it was so long to get hip to Shea moistures product, but this particular conditioner is freakin. Amazing I mean the size it smells. So delicious is so good. It has a lot of really good benefits for your hair, for instance, the guanaco honey is an anti-inflammatory, has anti-inflammatory properties that soothes the scalp, and it also helps create a moisturizing barrier. The la flora, oil has a high level of beneficial oleic acid that helps replenish balls, that stripped from the hair and an African rock fig contains antioxidants, vitamin C which helps keep the hair looking healthy and vibrant. So I'm basically just re twisting all the sections of hair again and then placing a plastic cap over it to go for a quick, deep conditioning session. So after about my thing was like five to 15 minutes later, I am now or I then rinsed out the conditioner mask with again lukewarm water. It says on the bottle or on the container, that you can keep it in for five minutes. If you want a really good, deep conditioning session, his under a dryer or some type of heat source for 30 minutes, but since I didn't want to keep her in this tub too long, what I just waited like about - you know 15 minutes so also, if this Were me or if I didn't have her in the tub and I think I would actually use cooler temperature water, because that will help lay down the cuticles so once they lift it. So it'll trap in all the nutrients that we just apply to her hair. So to dry your hair, I just ringed out all the excess water out of it, maybe a slight bun and just clip it in place. And then I took my shirt and I basically put that over her head, because the material of this shirt isn't as rough as a towel. Well and if you don't have a shirt, but you have for some reason a microfiber towel. That is also a great alternative. So last is the styling process. Now you can go about styling the hair any other way. I just try to keep it as simple as possible and basically my go-to style is just for plus, and that is it I am not lying. I really really really don't have time to be like super, creative and decorative and all that, unless is like a special occasion, but anyway I have a solution or closing the cuticles as well as leaving my hair. I mean that herb here, not my hair, leaving her hair well conditioned so um. I have here another wide toothed comb and this one has a rat tail end and I love to use this one to impart her hair with, because it's super gentle and at the same time I can use the tail to make my parts really really easy. So I'm just removing the clips and then I'm I'm twisting the hair. As you can see, the hair is nice and clean and bouncy there's no tangles. Nothing is just so manageable and it's easy to use, and it's just amazing, I'm telling you this treatment. Mass is a nay thing, so don't laugh at me. I don't really know how to make perfect parts it just it just hasn't clicked with me yet so trying to make perfect if it looks crooked to you, please don't judge me. I am still working on it. That dadada hair is my cuticle laying solution now right here, I just used my leave-in conditioner, which is basically aloe vera juice, 1/2 percent and water. So I spray that into each section and then I applied my oil of choice and that happened to be some emo oil guys. I have an update about that very soon coming and after that it is basically well or nose. Wiper nose, um braided, our hair twisted the ends around my finger and that's pretty much it so I'm just trying to lay down the baby hairs in the front, also for her ends to make sure they stay in place and safe. I use on my handy-dandy equal oil styling gel in olive oil, and I put that on the ends of each braid so, like I said it stays put and sakes house one is in a coil position. It actually has a higher resistance to damage. That makes any sense, so there you have it guys. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial if you like to know how to stretch your hair, let me know I could definitely do a tutorial of how to do that. You basically just need to use bobby pins and that's pretty much it make sure you like share and subscribe. There'S anything else. You want to see. Let me know and I'll see you guys in the next one
