I love growing my 4C hair fast using oils and masks. I love using henna, rosemary, aloe vera, and many other ingredients for my wash day routine on my 4C Hair.

I don't own the rights to this music. Check out the awesome artists below:

Okay, and do you want thickness what about a 4c hairstyle with no added hair? Don'T worry, i've got you hello, i'm yinca naturalista and today i'm going to show you how i grow 4c hair fast, how i grow my 4c hair thicker and this 4c hairstyle my mom did for me. If your goal is long, forcy, hair, thick 4c hair, healthy 4c hair you're in the right place, let's get started and i need some hair ties and hair clips. So i head on over to target to get those once i get those i'm on the way home. I filmed several wash days to complete this video, so you will see me filming in my apartment, as well as my parents house, where i grew up. So these are my three holy grail products, but these are all the products that i use: those holy ghost products, the detanglers, some hair clips, binders, the shampoo and some cholesterol. On my super intense wash days, i do have to get in and out of the shower three or four times so. I'Ve learned to just wash my hair in the tub instead of drying out my skin, and i only get in the shower one time so. First, i go in with some shampoo and i do this entire routine. Before i apply the treatment and after i apply the treatment, this is definitely worth it to me because it helps with my hair growth as well as the thickness in my hair, and i have to keep doing it because i just love the results. So what i'm going to do is go ahead and rinse out the shampoo and i drain the tub every time i apply something new. Next i go in with my detangler from herbal essences and oh, my goodness. They just recently came out with this and you all. It is definitely a game changer. I absolutely love it. It detangles my hair so well, and it helps me to lessen the amount of breakage that i get. There are treatments that thicken your hair, which i will show you, but if you're breaking all of your hair off, what's the point of thickening it and the last two steps i just go in with the regular conditioner, then i go in with the cholesterol treatment and, Lastly, i go in with the deep conditioner and i rinse it out for the most part, but i do leave a little bit of the deep conditioner in my hair and here's a mini length check. I trimmed off five inches last year and won't be trimming it all this year. So i use two jars of rainbow henna in black and then i boil the water and i go ahead and i mix it in and i go back and stir occasionally and i let it sit for four hours and i enjoy my starbucks. That'S my happy dance. It'S finally time to apply the henna, and sometimes i make it a little bit creamier. This batch is quite creamy, so i work with my hair in six sections and i go ahead and i start with the back section and i'm gon na go ahead and put a comparison of when i did this treatment about four months ago. I love to do this henna treatment at least once every two months, if not once every month. It just helps to make my ends very thick, makes my hair super thick and helps it grow longer and stronger. I highly recommend it, and can you tell i don't care about this sweatshirt and just to show you guys how my bathroom looks you guys you have to really cover it up because henna stains i like to let my henna sit for about five to eight hours And this is perfect for me, so i can do some studying or finish my accounting work. Okay, so this part is so crucial. So what i do is i like to dip my head into a tub full of water and swish it around in order to make sure i get all the henna out of my hair now this may seem a little bit extra, but if you've never done henna Before then, you don't understand that the henna literally sticks to your hair and that's one of the reasons why it makes your hair strands so much thicker than they were before, and let me tell you, i hate henna. I hate the hannah process. I hate the smell of henna. I hate the time that it takes to do all of this, but i keep on doing it. You know why, because i love the results and if you don't get it, i feel like a lot of women will understand me when i make this example. It'S like getting your first designer bag, like i didn't believe in designer bags, and i would just rather save and invest my money in stocks, but once i was gifted my first designer bag. I realized at that very moment that i was never going to go back to wearing a regular bag ever again and oh, my goodness, do you see that shine so beautiful? I love black thick shiny, healthy natural hair and here's another link check so now we're gon na go into this styling process and i'm so excited for this. I love being home okay, so my mom is just amazing and i need you all to know something. When i sat down in this chair for her to do my hair, i just asked her to do whatever it is that she feels like doing so. I had absolutely no idea what type of hairstyle that she was going to create, and you can see me literally touching my hair so many times throughout the process, because i didn't know what was going on. Okay, like do you see this part right here like i was so confused, i didn't know what was going on. I didn't know how she was gon na make a cute hairstyle from that pattern, but you just have to trust the process right all right. So i'm going to address something here and some of you may feel like you're being called out, but just hear me out, because i promise you that it's coming from a place of love. So i often hear a lot of women say that they don't know how to style their forcey hair or no more so i hear them say that they can't do styles with their 4c hair, and my thing is: are you trying to do styles that are not Meant for your hair texture, but are meant for the hair texture of someone else, because our hair is literally amazing. I get so much love like genuine love and compliments on my natural hair and my natural hair styles. Now don't get me wrong. I'M well aware of the fact that not all hairstyles receive the same amount of praise, but who cares we're not living for anyone else, we're living for ourselves? Okay, so here my mom is just taking a quick picture of the design that she made in the front and we are going to figure out what type of bun would look best with this. And we ended up going with her idea, which i think was absolutely amazing. You guys are going to see it at the end. I can't wait for you to see it. I am just so grateful for my mother. She just taught me to love my hair from a very young age and i'm just so grateful that i've always had my mom to take care of my hair for me, she's just amazing, alright and here's the finished look. I hope you all enjoyed this video. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them down below and if you haven't already check out my latest video before this, it's my aloe vera and rosemary treatment, as always. Thank you all so much for watching and if you're not already make sure you follow me on tik tok in instagram, bye,

Yinka Naturalista: I meant that I drain the tub at the end and hop in the shower for the final rinse so my hair can be clean and fresh. This helps me to limit the time water usage, so that I don’t stand in the shower and waste water for hours, while deep conditioning and detangling.

BlackGirlLovesAnime6: The amount of trust you have in that plastic cap while sitting on that white coach

Keke: Henna is the truth! I started using it during quarantine and my hair requires so much less effort to look full/defined and I notice I can retain a more length than before. I do love that it’s permanent too so if you take a break for a bit it’s not like it’s all undone after 6 weeks

Brandi Cunningham: You’re so blessed. Some of us didn’t have women in our family who knew how to do our natural hair or teach us. I have 4C low porosity hair and I hate it been natural for 8-9 years and still haven’t gotten a routine down. My hair breaks off so easily & never grows pass my shoulders.

Kay Tee: This was a recommended video and I'm so happy I found your channel! I’m still growing my hair back after having chemotherapy. This really helps. Your hair is beautiful! Tyfs ❤️ *SUBSCRIBED*

Morenikeji Odunmbaku: That part "I hate henna...but I love the results." ....I felt it✊❤️

Elle Bella2011: Henna is great for my hair. Wash day was hair fall day for me, and I mean my hair was falling out in clumps. Introduced my strands to henna and it stopped. I can honestly say now that my hair is in a healthy state, I may see some length. Now send your mom over to my house. Hair day is Saturday over here, LOL.

Sylvie L: Your hair is so luscious long and healthy. I'm also loving all your beautiful colourful outfits!

N H: Your mum is giving you that extra energy to grow your hair by doing your hair. Sista, your mummy energy is your extra secret ingredient to healthier, thicker hair!

Trice G: I might be trying henna after this. I love how shiny your hair was. My hair is already thick but extra shine would be nice

Merveille Tandu: I'm actually impressed on how well henna does work on natural hair I'm looking forward on what you can teach us as well on 4c hair But another thing, I'm looking for your video of your stretching routine but I can't find it anywhere, did you remove it?

Kena Harris: Lord the fact that I feel you on the henna. All of it. It grows my hair and gives me so much moisture BUT ITS MESSY

meansnas: Your hair is so beautiful!! I have 4C hair that is close to your length but the thickness of my hair could use some work. I’m going to watch more of your videos and try your regimen! I’m hoping I’ll get some length and Thickness within 6 months to a year. I have a question please, do you have video on how you blow dry your hair? I try to blow dry my hair on very low heat and it just feels so rough even with heat protectant. I always end up using more heat than I’d prefer. Also how do you handle single strand knots? I’m plagued by them! Any suggestions?

She Ira: OMG u have no idea how I want to have your thick natural hair, half of it already a blessing! Really inspiring! I have embraced my natural hair for some years, totally avoid to straighten it since it cause hairloss and breakage, damage. But yeah i need to know how to grow it again, I hope this one works for me.

msunrise3: I'm a witness this works, Ive been doing it for years.

Cynthia Reid: Absolutely gorgeous! You go girl.

kouhai !!!: Love you & your mom's relationship, Yinka. So wholesome & supportive

Elle Bella2011: I was following some well meaning advice and was strictly doing my hair in the shower. There are 3 hair rinses in my hair routine and it was getting to be a bit much. Now I am back to the sink. So much less time doing my hair. Sometimes you just have to get unstuck.

C Beale: I love doing my henna regimen this way, I found the it on a website, when I started my natural hair Journey. Good to see it on youtube

Tristan_hu: Very thorough explanation. Thank you for taking us on the journey.

Bella Scott: I love this video! My twin 13yro daughters are so little and have thick 4c coarse hair. They are ashamed of their hair because girls in school have hairstyles you see on adults. I purchased Henna & many products but didn't want to dive into the process without seeing someone trusted on YouTube or hear from my old beautician. Thank you for being you I'm about to start the process of regrowth with their hair & go wild with the routines✌

Jerron Jackson: I love this. I love your hair. I love what you are doing for your hair. This was wonderful! So beautiful

Erica Newell: Thank you for this video and making it a little longer and explains and showing us how to care for our hair step by step I’m a beginner.

peachmari: I love all your videos! Such a princess! I will ABSOLUTELY be using the tub trick next time i do my henna or clay treatment. So extra, but so practical❤

TheDivineFeline: How do you keep your hair moisturized after using henna? I tried henna once and my hair and my scalp were PARCHED.

Sandra Irizarry: Your hair is beautiful and although it seems like a lot of work, I think it's worth it!

Blessed Me: *Your hair is gorgeous‼️* I've wanted to try henna hair treatments in the past, and this video is certainly the one that ALMOST clinched the deal, but I just don't want to lose my beautiful natural Cedar Red color❣️ My dad's wife put a Jet Black rinse in my hair as a child, and I swear it took me _decades_ for my hair to return to it's natural gorgeous hue. Perhaps it's PTSD, but I refuse to risk that. I find that my fenugreek powder treatment came close to your results while maintaining my hair's hue, but I only did it once (in 2019), and your results are _undeniable._ Please do LMK if you know of any alternative similar to henna. You should be a hair model‼️

Rhi: Henna has always left partials and flakes behind in my hair‍♀️ how do you keep it from doing that?

Kat-34: Nice video, I like your routine. I too washed my hair in the tub, only I used a bucket and something to pour the water in my hair, that way I avoid getting in and out of the shower multiple times, I also do my last wash rinsing out the deep conditioner in the shower and wash my body.

Patience Dzaka: Please can you list the products you used in washing your hair

call me Angel: This is everything!!! I love your content! You inspire me to want to take good care of my 4chair!!

Venae the Artist: I love your videos, how you value your hair and especially the love and recognition you show your mom in your videos, sooo sweet !!! Yes your mom is really awesome.

Kerri D: Love it! What is your night time routine for when you wear your hair out in the blown out state?

Graciously Blessed: Thank you for highlighting how 4c hair could look beautiful and fashionable. You are SO BLESSED to have your Mommy help you with creatively unique hairstyles. (I miss my Mommy .) May GOD, our HOLY FATHER, continue to bless you and your mom, and may your YouTube channel continue to flourish, in JESUS' HOLY Name. Amen.

Ikeida Plummer: Hi I just came across your channel. Great video!! Can you put the products that you used in the description below please and thanks

Lynn Carter: Okay!!! That bun gave life!!!!!!!!! Beautiful!! Never even seen a bun like that before!!! Love it-

Amiriah Scott: If henna dries your hair out, why specify that the deep conditioning step comes before? I'm thinking the cholesterol has something to do with it.

Oriana Shamoun: Girl.... you were born with it❗️❗️❗️ love ur HAIR

Taurus Sun 222: Hiii! Can you tell me what's the thickening cream you're using? What are the items?

S.R.A: Do you blowdry your hair every time you wash before styling it?

Akua K: Does the henna dye your hair black ? If not what brand do you use and where do buy it?

Sharon Denise: Does this henna cover gray hair? I have lots of gray hair & is looking for the healthiest way to color my natural 4C hair.

Janet Obiri Asare: I’m glad I found this video ❤️❤️❤️

Keepit100: You’re blessed to have a mother like this.

Charnell Jones: Sis, if you don't upload a video on how to blow dry hair or straighten it... I'm going to cry. (Not a threat, lol, I just love your videos)! and yes, I'm not messin with henna lol XD

Ekondo Seraphine: Hi please can you list the products you used to grow grow your hair. I like your hair

Atomaticbill T: Omg that hair style is so pretty, I gotta try it out.‍♀️

Graciela Conejero: I went all gray and I love it, but my hair is thinning out. Is there a henna that doesn't leave color on your hair ?

Katie Jean: So happy I found your channel. Hope you’ll be adding more new videos soon.

SR: WOW that is amazing. Can you make a list of the products

#216goldgoddess: I stopped using shampoo i wash with hot water and tea tree oil for freshness and use oils and edge control my hair feels amazing. It’s so healthy.

Carrie Of: Hello thank you for this video. Im a subscriber. You have beautiful thick hair. All products you mentioned I do use. Henna, I stopped using it. I was using henna when my hair was natural never on relaxed hair. Most likely henna will not damage my relaxed hair. I need to start using henna again. My hair is strong and long- shoulder length but is thin. I need to make my hair thick. What do you suggest?

ReginaB4JC: Hi. What mixture grows your hair, where do you purchase?

Marsharena Lee: Your hair is goals! I have a question, when you do your henna treatments, do you get that reddish tint? I've used henna before but I have some grays and they turn into a funky reddish bright color, that I do not want. So I stopped using it, but I would like to start back. What type of henna do you use and where can I get some? Thank you in advance

currency the trucker: She got me thinking about dipping my dread locs in this stuff lol

Warrior Princess: Wow!! Very beautiful hair. It's always refreshing to watch your videos Yinka.

Pegginah Gorejena: Thank you for the video. Can you please give the name of the type of henna you used, thank you

INEZ30HUNT: So instead of washing your hair in the tub can you wash your hair in the sink. It's just a bit hard to get down on my knees like that to hold my head over the tub. And where do you get this henna at?

Kumani D.: (Answering the question around 5:16) For me, I really can’t do anything with my type 4 hair…idk why, but my hands weren’t made to be in hair(they slow) and I just don’t have the patience or knowledge to part, blow dry, flat twist, or braid. I never had anyone teach me how to do my own hair, so the most I’ve ever done to my hair are chunky twists and an afro w/a headband. I’ve been trying to teach myself for 8 years now and I’m still bad at doing my hair I don’t know why I can’t do the simplest styles‍♀️

Erie-queensly Jerry: I hate hair days. From applying deep conditioner to washing it out down to detangling I hate it, but I do it cos I love the results. I felt relieved when you said something similar plus my hair is relaxed and kinda long it's 2 inches shorter than yours.

I am woke!: Ok what shampoo, conditioner, leave in treatment and blow dry oil or protector did you use?

SWEETEX BEAUTY: Please guys always put on dark tops while applying henna on your hair unless you are going to condemn that dress if it gets stained. Put on gloves cuz your hands will get stained/dyed. Great content .

Colouredgal: Can you please list how you mix the henna

Baisers11: I love your content. Can you show us how you stretch your hair after washing.

Marissa Stclair: LOVE YOUR VIDEO!!!!! thank you!!!!

Arlene Tatum: Beautiful

fanm natirèl: I missed my hair been thicker. ☹️ What do you use to make your hair thick please? I want to try to see if it will work for me.

Raquel Brown: I’ve been trying to decide if I wanted to do henna since I went natural in 2013. I think this is the year…

Sapphire Relaxed Hair: Hiiiii I've never used henna before. Wow your hair is beautiful and healthy Our granddaughter Elizabeth has 4-b hair she's 18 and keeps up with her her. I thought I was the only one that using the bathtub to rinse hair, As a matter of fact I remember my mother filling the bathtub up the battle up I had to be about 12 or 13 I believe and she had us put a towel on the floor and we would get on our knees and she will fill it up and me and my 2 sisters would just put our head dip our head in the water back-and-forth :) and I grew up doing that with our children and now our grandchildren are doing that :) thank you ever so kindly God-bless you

Tadia Goddard: Your mom did a great job on your hair. Also is there a henna that doesn't dye your hair? Because I heard so many good things about Henna, but I don't want my hair dyed. Or if you use henna once or twice a month does it dye your hair?

Blessed girl: Hi girl. How do you tell which type of hair. How do I know whether it's 4c etc.I really want to grow my hair naturally. Thanks

Chizzy Nwodo: Can u use it on relaxed hair

Porshé Nichelle: Are you able to do this on locs?

Life Support: I hate henna too! BUT LOVEthe results

Octobers Own: Could you link the henna that you use?

CarolAFollowerOfJesusChrist: This came right on time ! I have 4c natural hair it was thick and long been suffering from stress alopecia trying to regrow it naturally. What kind of henna do use and does it have any chemicals or affect hair color?

Tyeska Sanders: I wish I would have found this before i relaxed my hair..but its healthy and thick too. Can i use the henna on relaxed hair? Please let me know so i can get some length.

Healthy Connects: Your mom's parting skills are on point!

Tricia Serrano: Hi the henna you use is it the hair dye or a treatment henna ?

Naa Lamley: I have to agree. I turned grey at 16, and have been using henna on my locks and I’m now 53. The stainige is REAL, I mix and apply mine from a bottle, which makes application easier and less reason to cover your bathroom. Once I apply, I wrap my hair in a cap 9looks like its made from a pair of tights) and then leave it. I can’t lie, I had it on my hair and travelled from London to Spain, and washed it out in the hotel. No issues, just beautifully coloured, soft and thick hair. Yes its a process, but if you can stand it, its a beautiful and natural part of every woman beauty reigime. Thanks for your honesty here Sister Queen Yinks, I appreciate you. Love from London X

Shiloh Jansen: Okay first of all where do u get rainbow henna.. second can you type out the recipe so I can use it? I was a little confused

Bria Walker: Where do you get the henna from?

Enn Vee: Cant wait for your blow drying method video

al win: Ive definitely have to try this

Regina Gordon: Beautiful

Chelcie Rhodes: Ur hair is beautiful as well as u are sweetie!! Can u tell me what u use to make the henna. I wanna start doing it when I take my protective style out. I get my hair done every 6-7 weeks.

Yasmeen Sinclair: Hello, what is the name of the Henna that you use and where can I purchase? Love your channel by the way & you’re so beautiful! Xoxoxoxo

Sayuri Kagome: Love LOOOve your video/info….PLS respond with specific formula for Henna concoction!! I am doing this going forward !!! I m waiting…pls respond

Stephanie Cole: I like how you speak the truth, about not liking the product and the process, but the result…i enjoyed the video. Hello to your mommienice style and shiny hair

Tamara Manley: I believe I manifested this video since I thought about wanting you to upload the other day. I get what you mean about the trusting the process. I apply an ayurvedic mask to my hair every week and it is exhausting and messy but worth it. I just did my own braids the other day so my hair can be protected but I'd love to try the style your mum did. I've done quite a similar style to my hair before

Tanya: Nervous to try this… I’m 4c but protein sensitive

Sula Yvonne: You and your hair are gorgeous

Delicia Aguillard: Did you use regular henna and indigo I n your henna mix? What brand of henna did you use?

Natalie Allen-StJohn: What shampoo and conditioner are you using

Emerald Queen: I love when my mom play in my hair

Valire Davis: Hmmmm….you say that Henna stains, so I don’t get why you use it with very light-colored tops on. Maybe you can also let us know what type of fabric cleaner you use, too.

DJ: Dose it work if I have really short hair?

Tiarrea B Just Doing Me: Beautiful hair Queen. New Subbie.

Truth Seeker: Hello. Do you have a list of the products you used, and the name of the Henna and where to get it?

MoShoHoXo: I have a detachable shower head and a lower shower head hook I can place anywhere to make washing my hair easy without a shower.
