Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I'm not look crazy, but I'm just young y'all about to take down these three month old friends. I'Ve had these braids in my hair since November 22nd, it's February, it's like February, whoa, no know. What today is it's like? The 23rd it's like somewhere between 30, so it's a little bit over three months, but feedbags man right here for three months and it just looked just disgusting. This residue that you see is um from recently. I have put some that Ghost bond. I want to secure a wig of mine, so that's when you see the girl that law all the residue, that's what that's! What residue is so um? Well, maybe want to keep my braids up for that that long, it's just simply because I don't all I do is well used. I don't know where my natural hair, so I just felt like you know why not my phrasing, why? Why would I like just be taking my braids out and wash them? I hear frequently when I know that my hair grows better when it's dirty for one and therefore I don't got the patience today with my natural leader, this gon na be my first time watching. My natural hair, in a very long time I normally go to Sally's to wash your hair when they do it. So I don't. I rarely end up washing my hair, but I haven't been to the shop to get my hair done since November 22nd. So it's going to be a lot of like new role and they're here so they're with me, but I'm gon na just take this down what I was going for my Chiang Mai here underneath my wigs was. I was just boiling in with this oil that I got from my friend and then I was uh. I would only make it once a week, sometimes I'll be even Michael. Two weeks, if I was lazy and forgot or something I will go like two weeks or my scalp, and I will also I would say like this last month, once a week, I was like Oh washing, my hair, while we're getting in the shower and let the Water run through my braids, and I would uh put some conditioner and I went in with the conditioner out. I will let it sit, and I got that tip from a youtuber who I follow. Who has like really long natural hair. I'Ve been following her for a really long time and she has done so well with her hair over the years and she said that's what she does. I have seen her video like around my two month mark what happened my braids in my hair. So I'm like. Okay, she got this long hair down her back and um. She didn't have her braids here for two months and then she had went on to say but, like she uh Cole, why she's trying to hear throughout that time? I knew that all comes God, the one! That'S who so I started the collection thing about a month ago at first it was terrible having these brazing in this room. It wasn't that bad, but I was saying within his last month is became like very difficult Maya had to say it extremely that in this just been on what my scalp has said, extremely that - and it's just become annoying like I've, been so ready to take it Down take these braids out my hair, so I'm so happy today. I'Ve come nothing. We can clean my scalp and then just take my time. Detangle there there's three months left appear here and here - and this is the lattice tooth comb I got um might ever might died. So hopefully we can see the whole takedown process if not I'll, come back and show y'all, hmm just out again here, just from one braid there's about to be a process that the figures now all right guys so brakes are out this one. I'M looking like just this is: how much did you have? This is three months worth idea here, so I'm about to go ahead and wash my hair I'll show y'all, I'm a wash condition and blood on my hair and I'll show you all the products I use when I'm done all right stop. So this is how my hair is looking freshly wash behind us. In my clothes, all okay, I'm of us are just going here and bulge on my hair now, and this is all new paddle come little playmate this leave-in conditioner I'll fight. For me, it is Vonage on me alright guys, so this is what we looking like super crazy, a little muscle in here and get it braided up, so I can put the weight back on. I think I want to add climbers to put my answers where I don't know. She'S gon na have to straighten my hair to do that or what I know I be getting a little bow spice for many weeks. We went there, but I think this is how my hell - everything is Oh before that's how little of my real hey guys. So I made braided my hair up. She just did the braid pattern that goes down to the side and you know pull it up in the back. What I was just a little simple, braided pattern, um and, like I said, I'm gon na try to keep these boys up until May, but I'm left to go ahead and all my scalp, but this little concoction that was made for me. I added some coconut oil to it because I was running out, and this is just how I take care of my hair under my wigs, crazy and then waiting it all up. So that's pretty much it for the video I'll be back in three more months with another update on I'll, be getting my ears clipped that time, so we'll definitely be able to do a limb check and see how long my hair has gotten. Thank you all for watching. I enjoyed the video, don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you in my next one

Above Rubies TV: Girl I do the sameeee thing!! No one has time to be washing, deep conditioning, and all that with a full time job and a full head of hair!! Your natural hair is so thick and pretty!! ✨

Rina J: you know your hair has grew a lot when you can move the braid and see all of the new growth

Isabell E: I do this too there’s nothing wrong with it, actually the best I ever seen my hair since I started. I recommend wetting your braids in the shower with some conditioner, saves so much time and less shedding that way.

LIFE OF KC: girl do you!!!! all i wear is wigs and i dont touch my cornrows until i can’t see my scalp. period lol then i wash moisturize and repeat. a lot of these women wonder how to grow their hair but when u tell them how they wanna say it’s “dirty”

WhyNot GoNatural: Wait can we clap for this new growth tho

Ebony Williams: Co-washing my braids actually caused my hair to itch because you are not guaranteed to get all of the conditioner out so I use Girl + Hair and I dont experience the itching anymore.

Karin W: I keep my wig braids in long too and just cowash when I can. You should definitely try the Aloe Vera on your hair it’s a game changer

Miranda Smith: Girl I just took down my three month old crochets. I didn't need to wet my braids this time before taking them down because I was moisturizing my hair pretty good for the past 3 months. My hair and scalp were extremely dirty. I pre-poo with Mielle which helped a lot with washing. I am back in crochets. I want to give my hair a break, so depending on when salons can open, my plan is to keep them in 6 weeks. I will get a protein treatment and conditioner.

OldSoul JS80: I really feel like some people came to this video just to insult this girl in the comments. There's more serious shit going on in the world that we can focus on rather than attacking someone because you feel they don't wash their hair enough.

Rena Abraham: I wish I could leave my hair untouched for 3 months . I just went from washing my hair every week to now washing it every 2 weeks . Next time I will try to go for 3 weeks and stretch it to about 6 weeks max from there . Your hair looks healthy so its obviously working for you

J S: People sleep on this but it works! Protective styling and not manipulating your hair often will grow it. I wash my hair and dry it in the corn rows sometimes before I take it all the way down. But anywho, point being, no wonder your hair grew! Looks good!

F 🤍: Look at all that beautiful hair

NiniBadini: "Ion got the patience to deal with my natural hair..." i felt that ..

BlackSheep Sleep: Her hair is soooo pretty and thick

Sunshine Love Yashar'al: Next time can you measure a length check for the before and after process ?

Zene Means: You should use a wider tooth comb when you do the 1st de tangle after taking braids out you get less shed hair

BricKs: #2 me all day . Literally stopped doing this hair style I saw on YouTube.. the crap included two twist buns at the top and 5 box partings in the back to connect the braid up into the ponytail. No longer than a 45- 1 hour job . I stoped after making my 5th part. . Shit too thick . It’ll be a puff to work again tomorrow too ‍♀️❣️

Musclezup: Love the new growth

Evan Slow: Everybody complaining but she has a head full of hair hate to see it

Mrs.: Your hair looks healthy ❤️ do you and keep doing what works for you. I wash mine once a month because my hair can’t take all that washing every two weeks bullshit I was stripping my hair. And I use grease I do what my aunt did to my hair as a little girl and my hair is thriving and long. Everybody’s hair is different.

lovablelibra: I couldn’t imagine doing this without a detangling spray

lifewitki b: Omg your ENERGY is so chill I love it and your beautiful and I need help with my natural hair and you really helped u have a new subscriber

sydstride1: Next time wet your hair before detangling your hair less breakage

Jasmine Payne1: All that growth

Sianna Alford: Next time use a wide tooth comb, you’re beautiful and so is your hair ❤️

ChristChild17: Tip: next time you remove braid, put coconut oil, it melts those tangles, it's found in the grocery store aisle with the oils.I told a YouTuber this tip b4 and she made a whole video about it.Changed her life. Because your wasting your time, if your being so ruff with your hair. You haft to remove those cornrows with product

Quest-able: Next time you should add homemade aloe Vera water to it to moisturize before taking dry braids out

BeautybyAlethia: So every time you co-wash your real hair you take off your wig, and switch to another wig but have the same braids for the whole 3 months right? I may want to try this for myself

Kulture Baby: Never deranged and comb dry hair will just leave it more breakage not shed. Leave your braids in Kong’s as you are moisturizing and oiling you’re scalp . So you can long healthy soft moisturizer hair

Pass di Plantain: How did you stop your hair from itching when you have it on the braids, becuase mine start itching after 1 Week

Sydney Clarke: I just braided my hair down because i ordered 4 wigs. I’m in bad need of a trim and i don’t want my ends to get any worse by having my hair out all the time.

Devin: Your skin

Ching Sinjani: My tender headed ass had a heart attack when I saw that blue comb lmao

GoddessKay: I'm glad you spoke da truth girl! Dirty hair grows like water! I would pull them out one plat each day moisture with leave in conditioner and seal with oil. Then dawn my wig. It wash when it's time to dye.

Portadora De Su Gloria: I really like your hair. It looks like mines..

Sam Levy: I like your hair vlogs, however, when you introduced your new hand held dryer, did you use a hair protectant spray so not to break your beautiful hair.

Simply Shad: i’m sure the answer is yes but did you see a lot of growth?

Trudy Triad: Your nails are looking good thoooo. #silverlining

J: My wig shifted a bit watching you detangle your dry hair

Tia Mitchell: If you use ghost bond on your edges you shouldn’t comb through it get some conditioner water to soften it up before washing you pretty much combed your own edges out ijs the wig didn’t do it

Chiamaka Udechukwu: Hey, this is unrelated, but I noticed that your name is "Shameka". If you're African American, then your name might actually be a regenerated variation of my name "Chiamaka". Which is from the Igbo tribe, Nigeria

Nonnikay: Omg yess new growth

Tina's Way: Why are u combing ur hair so rough with no water conditioner or nun I recommend u use spray ur braids with water first and try to use a wide tooth comb or denim brush

Diandra Beggs: So I don’t know how to braid I just flat twist my hair which I just learned as well ‍♀️ does that work as well as braids?

Broke And Boujee: i personally like to comb my hair out when it’s dry or with just oil cause when it’s wet all the shed hair and shit be sticking to my fingers and comb like noo

Shenelle Brown: Girl if you don’t clip them ends

IamRaynella: If you would’ve wet your hair you wouldn’t have had that much dead hair but like you said it was you first time so you’ll get it the next time.

MsFlawsSoPretty: Can you give me the name of the youtuber that you have gotten the tip from leaving the conditioner in your hair? ty:)

Christel M: Is the blow dyer on hot or cool does it damage ur hair if u do it hot.. should i blow dry or air dry

T H: 0:36 me during quarantine

sohkua Kounta:

Karys Campbell: Your roommate don’t need to braid no more

VEE: Back to back protective styles/tension is not good for the hair. U should have let your hair/scalp be out and breathe for a couple days.

Millicent: Period

Christines Peace: What YouTuber were you talking about in the beginning? I wanna watch her

twan1012: AwwNaturale.com has great hair care products

Kerrie With Purpose: My wigs ate my edges how csn i stop that? I really love wigs but cant wear now help!!!

A. Brinae: Your accent makes me miss Chicago

farah3281: Can I send u some growth oil please do u have a p.o box love your regimen I make all natural growth oil

Leah Woodbury: 4a Hair

Meek Mcneil: You shouldn't take yo hair out dry

Stan Fatou: Oof use water next time mkay.

tsimpson: You from Chicago?

Bonnita Sabella: Your hair isn't 4c

Mabel Nickitar: Ur 3 month dead hair is too much girl

Lily Raimey: NO. Your hair doesn’t “grow better” when it’s dirty, please don’t follow this woman’s example because it’s simply unsanitary. It just seems like it’s growing fast because you’re retaining length instead of breaking it off and it’s stretched out. Please exercise basic hygiene, this makes black women look unclean.

BB Bb: This was tacky.
