Hi lovelies welcome back to my channel, is Jimin Julia here and today I'll be showing you how to make this hair growth oil mix, which is perfect for hot oil treatment and a perfect addition to your healthy hair growth routine. So I'm going to be showing you how to make it and also how I use it on my hair, so I'll be using a mix of six different oils. The first three are pure almond oil, extra virgin olive oil and to make in black, castor oil. So the first benefits of these three are for extra virgin olive oil. It smooths the hair shaft, it helps to retain high moisture and it prevents dandruff to name a few for castor oil improves blood circulation to the scalp. It helps reduce hair loss and he helps to reduce hair damage. Some of the benefits of almond oil. On the other hand, it helps to reduce blue tent. It also helps to reduce breakage and it softens the hair, and this Britons are reduced because your cuticles lie flat, so your hair is smoother. Therefore, it prevents the cracking and splitting of your hair cuticle. Our next three oils include wheat, germ oil, Amla oil and palm kernel oil. I just put the palm kernel oil into my coconut oil bottle, which I made by hand. So that's why it's in that bottle. So you don't get confused, but then you could also use coconut oil for it. There'S no problem, but I'm just saying that what's inside the bottle and what's inside, the coconut oil bottle is actually kernel oil, some of the benefits of which amour is that it is an emollient like almond oil, so he has like similar benefit to almond oil. It contains vitamin E and also several B vitamins. Also, some of the benefits of Amla oil is that it strengthens and conditions the hair. It prevents premature gray and reduces dandruff. So if you're going to add this oil to the mix and make sure that you use it only as a hotel treatment or use it just right before you have to wash your hair, because this particular oil leaves a stain and this oil with pumpkin oil ever Stay in your hair, so it's not really great if you're using the oil to seal because it just ends up like messing up your clothes and meant ends up like staining your pillow and stuff. So I only use this oil mix only for hot oil treatments or to massage my scalp just right before I need to wash some of the benefits of palm kernel. Is it helps to soothe the scalp skin? It helps reduce hair loss and it is clean to thicken the hair. I don't have any proof of this. I know that my hair is naturally thick if palm kernel oil has worked for you. Let me know in the comment section below also. I would like to say quickly that before you try any DIY on your whole head, please make sure that you test it on a patch of your hair. First, even if it's filled with organic ingredients, because some of us might be sensitive to different things so always make sure to patch test before using this or any of my DIY treatment on your hair or on your skin, alright. So now to how I mix it, the proportions in which I mix this oil. The first thing you need is a cup of extra-virgin olive oil. You need 1 cup of castor oil as well, and then you also need half a cup of almond oil. 1 cup of Amla oil is also known as gooseberry oil. So if you have something called gooseberry, that's what I'm Latoya is and then another cup of pumpkin or oil. As you can see, the gooseberry oil, which is also the Amla oil, has like a dark green color to it. So it just like makes everything, look Golding and nice and rich. So so the next thing that you need you need 1/3 of a cup of wheat germ oil. Last then it is entirely optional. If you want to choose to add essential oils, I don't add essential oils into mine, but if you want, you can add a few drops of lavender or peppermint, which are exceptionally great for our scalp. Also, you need a dark bottle, but I used a clear bottle in this one so that you can all see the color, because I really love how it the colors come together and I wanted you all to also see the measurements as it goes into the bottle. So yeah so going on, but you don't have to use the same oils that I use you can use the oils that available to you just make sure that you mix them in the proportions that you want. The benefits and your he'll be fine and you'll. Be okay, so once you're done, if you have a dropper bottle, you can know Chloe use the cap of the dropper bottle now, but with this I just discovered it with the cap. So, as you can see, this is what he looks like. So what you do is you make sure you mix the contents really well, but they all blend perfectly well without having to mix it anyway. Nothing settles to the bottom: it's just a rich creamy oil mix, which is just great for my hair, because my hair is thick and my hair loves thick oils. So this is what he looks like with a clearer view, and it's just like sparkling under the Sun. Well, I obviously I did a bit of a textbook. It is puffy ELISA now on to how to use it. So this is my hair. It'S a week old, or so it's like two weeks old and my twist, but my hair just looks raggedy so and I'm just tired and I want to wash it so first thing you do. Is you spray some water on it to make sure you missed your hair properly, and then you followed by taking down each twist if your hair is not interested in section your hair first and take down twist, and then you begin to take your oil and make Sure you massage it through the length of your hair, also make sure to some asaji on your scalp, because you're rinsing it out you're going to wash it out anyway, but just make sure that at least for this hot oil treatment you can apply to your scalp. Another thing you need to know is: if you want a quicker hot oil treatment, then you can soak this oil into a cup of hot water just to get it a little a little bit warm before you apply to your hair. So that way, your cuticles open up immediately and then absorb most of the benefits that come with these oils, then yeah. So I didn't do that because I was going to leave it in for a while and I'm gon na show you how my hair steamed up pretty well so eat the oil really really penetrated, and my hair was super. Super duper soft like, but it's all done so this is where this is. This is just a quick like Lin check for those of you who don't know how long my hair is and make sure you also use a lot of the oil on your ends. Just to make sure that you you get them saturated so that whichever shampoo you're using after does not strip your hair out. I just want to take a moment to appreciate my skin. My skin has come a long way. My skin looks so good. I just keep staring at this. Video like this was have been a great day, but anyway back to topic. So when I'm done with this section, I just twist it back up and I'm gon na do that for the whole of my hair. I think I have at the end of the day I have about eight to ten twists on my hair and then I wear a shower cap, and this is what it looks like when I'm all done. I waited for about an hour before rinsing it out and then here I've I'm just applying the shampoo she's, just like rinse out just to cleanse my hair and then going in with a deep conditioner. If you want details on the products that I use, it will be in the comment section below, but these where this was actually like my first time trying this product. If you wanted a first impression review, you can, let me know if I could do one on my website here, because the calm or I cannot recommend something that I haven't really used read often, but I did like the way my hair turned out afterwards. So this is what my hair looks like after its rinsed out, and it is still super moisturize. The key is always to start your wash day very well. So this is what my hair looks like after styling and take down and it guys at lovelies. Honestly, my hair is super duper moisturized like it was so hydrated I couldn't. Even if you touched my hair like you would be so you'll be so shocked. It was so soft it had body it had movement. It was like just well nourished, and this is what our hair is always supposed to feel like if your hair is dry and if you suffer from chronic dryness with your hair, I really recommend that you try. Hot oil treatments they are especially good for just Frenchie's in that moisture that you might be losing during wash days so yet so thank y'all. So much for watching, don't forget to like it. Don'T forget to comment. Don'T forget to subscribe to you if you want more 4c hair, good content, make sure to check out my previous videos. I have loads of tips. I also have a book that you can purchase to help you on your hair growth journey and yeah. Don'T forget to live, we'll live grades and pray always take care lovelies. My next video, alright, then bye. You

Igbocurls Chinwe Juliet: Hi, lovelies! Thank you all for watching! What are your favourite ingredients for hot oil treatments? Let me know and don't forget to share this video on your social handles! Love Always, Igbocurls

Ope Okorodudu: Honestly love this recipe, you always dish out great recipes that are so helpful. You’re one of the natural hair YouTubers who inspired me to start my channel. Thank you!❤️

Denysha Dials: Wow I haven’t been to this channel since learning how to wash in twists, your hair’s grown so much! My base oils are avocado, olive and coconut. I also use smaller amount of almond and castor oils and one essential oil—right now it’s orange. I infuse fenugreek, tea (green, hibiscus, etc), moringa, and sometimes henna using the jar and crockpot method. I use it with my deep conditioner, kill two birds with one stone.

Augusta Nnajiofor: Can we take a minute to appreciate how glowyyyy your skin is looking damn

Consciously Natural: 8:46 just WoW and people complain about 4c hair. This just goes to show, when taken care of, how beautiful it is.

Augusta Nnajiofor: Love the combination and how easy they all mix together

Usiemwanta Purity: Palm kernel oil thickens my hair. It's helping my hair recover from thinning

Tanique Edwards: Beautiful hair ! haven't done a hot oil treatment in years, I'm definitely doing this next wash day

Lorna Phillips: Thanks for the measurements. Going to put mine together now as I have all the ingredients on hand. I will add 10 drops each of Rosemary, Lavender and Clary Sage oils to the mix. (not sure if that's too much or too little but that's what I'll start with lol). As usual beautiful hair and skin! It's a joy to watch!

O: I love how juicy the twists got instantly after the treatment. The difference was very visible.

mawunyo grace: Dear Jue, I learnt that hot oil treatment should be done best when the hair is clean (after) the first shampoo then you apply the oil treatment bfr you continue the other washing business because when the hair is dirt or not clean before application, the oil is likely to sit on the dirt and would not actually get to the scalp to open its cuticles as we think it does Please what do you have to say about this?

Trendy Health: *Olive oil has been a beauty staple for centuries, and it’s no wonder why!* With all the _benefits_ of providing your hair with hydration from _its natural oils_ as well as helping to combat dandruff while strengthening strands that are prone to breakage or dryness thanks to heat styling. The ancient remedy is making waves in the modern day again because we've realized how much healthier our tresses can be when they're protected by something like olive oil.

Stephanie Wangui: I love how you call us lovelies, it is endearing

Miss Craze: Greetings! I just wanted to share some information I got from my dermatologist at my most recent visit this month. Oils (all) are not meant to placed on the scalp. It’s an irritant and causes inflammation. It’s especially not meant to remain on the scalp if applied. Only sebum reserves that space. Oils can only condition the hair strands and give the appearance of health. Lastly, she mentioned oils, esp castor does not promote hair growth. There are no scientific data backing this claim is it’s all anecdotal. :)

NaturalSuee: I’m watching this cause I’m about to do a Hot Oil Treatment just wanted reassurance after watching I feel confident. Thank you ✨

Ingrid Mugala: Great insight in this video. My ends have just been sad for a while now... I must try this method to moisturize them better. Thanks

NyoNyoLey: Love thisI use Jaimaican black castor oil, coconut, canola and olive

Marylove -: I haven't used hot oil in while. Thanks dor the video

Mary Yorke: What’s the difference between sweet almond oil and almond oil? Most of the naturalistas I see keep saying sweet almond oil, can you please explain the difference? And if one is better than the other

Natural.musical Abi: Neem oil, olive oil, moringa oil im done but that only because I can't afford the oils from the store. I have neem and moringa tree in my home so I just buy olive oil and prepare my neem and moringa oil from that Nice video✊

kiana brown: I was thinking the same "her skin looks soo good, I wonder what she does to it!"

Marierose Tsanga: I'm new to the family from Cameroon, i used to have long hairs so i have faith in you that your methods would work

Runsprints4life: Your hair is soo beautiful, my hair goal!

IDORENYIN DAVIES: Thank you Chinwe for this video, bit how often do you do your hot oil treatment, and is this what u have been using all along? Also pls do something on deep conditioning, I get confused about it and how to use it. Thank you.
