In this video I show you all how I do my hot oil treatments at home! If your hair is dry or brittle you may want to try one of these to bring that moisture back! Hot oil treatments are great for natural hair because they strengthen our hair by reducing dryness on both the scalp and the shaft of our hair. They help with dandruff relief, reduce frizz, they help prevent split ends, and they increase blood flow to the scalp which promotes healthy hair growth! I hope you all enjoy this video! What'S up y'all welcome back to my channel if you are not subscribed to my channel, go ahead and hit that red subscribe button right now and hit that notification bell, so you guys know when i'm posting more videos from the title of the video you guys already Know what's up for today, okay, we are doing a hot oil treatment featuring six different oils that i had on hand at home. Why am i doing a hot oil treatment guys? My hair is dry, it's brittle it's shedding. It is winter time my hair does not do well in extreme temperatures winter time summer, time, okay, so i am overdue for a hot oil treatment. Also in october i over did it um. I straightened my hair for the whole month of october, so i did get a good amount of heat damage i cut off most of it, so you guys probably can't tell right now, but i need to bounce back from all that heat. That was on my hair. Hot oil treatments are really great for natural hair because they strengthen our hair by reducing dryness of both the scalp and the hair shaft. They help with dandruff relief. They reduce frizz, they help prevent split ends and they increase blood flow to the scalp, which promotes healthier hair. The first tool i'm going to be using is avocado oil. Avocado oil is loaded with fatty acids, which makes it one of the few oils that can actually penetrate our hair and moisturize it rather than just sitting on top and coating our hair. Also, if you look at the bottle, you can see that avocado oil has a high smoke point of 500 degrees, making it the perfect oil to do a hot oil treatment. Next, we have coconut oil, coconut oil is going to help, bind the protein in our hair and protect both the roots and the strands of our hair from breakage. Also coconut oil is said to be extremely effective in preventing protein loss, which helps to repair damaged hair. You want to make sure that you are getting organic 100 coconut oil to get these benefits. Next, we're on to my personal favorite extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil contains inflammatory properties that promote scalp health and even prevent dandruff like the avocado oil. Extra virgin olive oil is also rich in fatty acids and vitamin e, which is an antioxidant important for hair growth. Olive oil is not likely to cause an allergic reaction on our skin, making it ideal for people who have sensitive skin, like myself. Also, i cook with this oil, i do cook with the avocado oil and the coconut oil as well. I forgot to mention that, but dual purpose is also very important and cost effective. Let me put y'all on real quick, not too many people know about the benefits of pumpkin seed oil pumpkin seed oil has a high amount of zinc and vitamin e which helps with skin renewal. Okay. So if you guys have any sort of scalp issues such as dermatitis, psoriasis, anything like that, this oil is going to help you get relief from flaking, irritation and itching that they cause. Next, we are on to a fan favorite for all my natural girls out there. You know about jamaican black, castor oil and what we know about it is strictly related to what hair growth. Okay! If you need your eyebrows to grow in rub a little jamaican black, castor oil, if you need your edges to grow in sis, rub a little jamaican black, castor oil. So that's why we are including it in our hot oil treatment. It is the main oil that we want to throw in there for hair growth. Not only does it promote hair growth, it also increases blood flow to the scalp okay. So it's going to provide those nutrients that your hair follicles need, so that it can also moisturize and thicken your hair also similar to the pumpkin seed oil. It does provide relief for dandruff and dry itchy, scalp last, but certainly not least, is grapeseed. Oil grapeseed oil works as a natural sealant to keep the moisture in our hair follicles. It'S also a very lightweight oil, which makes it very easy for it to absorb into our hair during the winter months. I actually use this grapeseed oil every day. I mix it in with my favorite lotion for that extra moisture that we need so let's start mixing these oils together i have my bowl. I have my spoon, then i also have my shower cap i'll, be putting that on my head to do the hot oil treatment later guys. I honestly just eyeballed this whole thing. There are no exact measurements of what i mixed in this bowl. Do. What you think is right do what your heart leads you to do, okay, but i will, of course, have all of these oils linked in the description box below. If i cannot find the exact one, i will find another one for you that is available. So this is what it looks like. After all, the oils are mixed together. I'M gon na put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds so that that coconut oil can melt, and this is what we get so i thought it didn't look like enough oil. For my hair, so i decided to add some more avocado oil and some more extra virgin olive oil in order to apply the oil to my hair. All i did was dip sections of my hair into the bowl and then squeeze out the excess moisture. After that, i just ran my fingers up and down the shaft of my hair to make sure that it was evenly distributed, and then i just put my hair into some twists. Ideally, i would have wanted to get one of those applicator bottles and put the oil in there and then use the bottle to apply the oil throughout my hair. I think that way would have been. You know a lot less messy, but it's okay. You got ta work with what you got sometimes after i finished putting in my twists. I had some leftover oils, so i went ahead and applied that to my scalp and then i gave myself a really nice scalp, massage scalp massages are great for loosening up any. You know buildup you have in your pores and then also since we're doing this hot oil treatment, and we have all these oils that stimulate growth. The massage is really going to help to penetrate our scalp and make sure that they get in there. Please do not mind that oil that is dripping onto the floor after i'm done with my scalp massage. I just clip my hair up and then i put on my shower cap and sat under my heat cap for about 30 minutes. Usually, people just heat up the oil in the microwave and apply it to their hair and let it sit. But for me i like to take it the extra mile and put on my heat cap to make sure that those oils are really penetrating. My scalp and the shaft of my hair, so this is what my hair is looking like after the hot oil treatment, i'm going to go ahead and get in the shower and wash this out and show you guys what i'm working with one thing i did notice. After i washed that oil out was that my hair was not nearly as matted as it usually is, if i just use shampoo, so that was already a step in the right direction for me and although i didn't really get curl definition from just using oil, my Hair was so soft, so next time when i use a deep conditioner and mix it with an oil, that's when i'm going to get my curl definition, but just for oil alone. I think that the softness that i achieved with that was amazing. One thing i will say is that consistency is key. You definitely want to include a hot oil treatment in your hair, routine at least twice a month, especially in the winter time and the summer time, just to get that extra moisture and that extra strength in your hair. Like i told you guys, i've been over using heat lately, so i can't say that this one hot oil treatment alone has cured all of my heat damage and the dryness, but it definitely has helped right here, i'm just showing you guys what my hair looks like. I put probably too much leave-in conditioner in, but you can see how moisturized and juicy my curls look anyway. That is all i have for you guys today. If you enjoyed this video go ahead and give it a thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe to my channel and hit that notification bell. So you don't miss future uploads. I love you guys and i'll see you in the next one. You

tutadex: .Are you a good person? Well God gave us the ten commandments as the standard of righteousness. How many lies have you told in your life? Have you ever stolen anything even if the value was small? Have you ever looked at anyone with lust (God considers that to be adultery in the heart). If you’ve done these things God sees you as a liar, a thief, and an adulterer at heart. God is perfectly Just, Good, and Holy. His justice means hell for those who are guilty. A lot of people think they are “good people” but good deeds can never make you right with God. Would a good judge let a murderer go because they did good things? Of course not, that judge would be corrupt. And since God is good, He must punish all evil. But God made a way for us terrible sinners to be reconciled to Him and save us from His wrath. He became human in the person of Jesus Christ. He died on the cross taking our punishment on Himself, dying, and rising from the dead. He paid the debt we owed because of our sin! God commands everyone to repent and trust in Jesus alone for salvation. Have a wonderful day!
