Let'S get into this video, so in today's video i'm showing you my favorite deep conditioners, i figured my last video i will place it here did so well, where i showed you my 4c hair favorites um, it's doing so well, so i figured why not do this? For you guys, first up, i want to explain what deep conditioning does to your hair. As you all know, i always deep condition with every wash day, if you're not doing this. What are you doing sis you need to deep condition with every wash day, so i want to explain what deep conditioning does to your hair. Deep conditioning is a process you do after you shampoo and condition your hair. It says it in the word deep condition. You deep condition. It brings back the moisture you lost throughout the week. Some great benefits of deep conditioning are: it prevents hair damage it promotes elasticity. Elasticity is a sign of healthy and well moisturized, hair it nourishes and strengthens the hair, and it restores the ph balance of the hair and those are some benefits when you deep condition your hair. So let's get into my favorite deep conditioners. These are my top four deep conditioner. I don't have a specific order. I just love them equally and first up we have the eden body works, natural hair, mask treatment. I really love shea butter in all of my deep conditioner. You will see that all of my deep conditioners contain shea butter and i really love when my deep conditioners are thick and that way feel like i've added something on my hair, and this is not that thick, it's semi, medium thick, so yeah. This is what this deep conditioner is. Next up, we have shea moisture raw shea butter, deep treatment mask with sea kelp and argan oil for dry, damaged, hair heel grow and strengthen out of all of my deep conditioners. I use this regularly red red regular and this deep conditioner contains no sulfates, no parabens, no paraffins, no mineral oil, no synthetic fragrance, no synthetic color, no dea, no animal testing. So in this deep conditioner you have no bad stuff, no silicones, no parabens! So this, i would say this one is also great for type 4 hair. This lip conditioner is also very very thick. I love the consistency of this. It'S so thick. When i apply it to my hair, it feel i can feel the moisture getting back into my hair after i set, i always sit under the hooded dryer when i apply this on my hair, that is it for the shea moisture beef treatment wax next deep conditioner Is a favorite deep conditioner in the natural hair community and i've seen it all over my timeline over youtube on pinterest, and that is the manuka honey and mafura oil intensive hydration hair mask this smells so good. It smells so good! Oh, i use this whenever i take out my protective style when my hair has been tucked away for a long time. It brings back that intensive moisture. My hair needs so i use this and i place it on my hair and i sit under the hooded dryer for 30 minutes and when i tell you the moisture that gets into my hair, you guys the moisture that gets into my hair is astronomical. If you would ask me, what's your favorite deep conditioner, i would say this one and for my last deep conditioner, this one is close to my heart. This is the cantu shea butter. This one is close to my heart because when i went natural this was the only deep conditioner i used because i didn't know how to care for my natural hair. So i was watching all um natural hair videos and they were using tantu and kanto was the only affordable, natural hair brand. I knew so i bought this one, not knowing there were others so, and it did great wonders for my hair, but recently i feel that it makes my hair dry. It feels like it doesn't do the things it used to when i was first using it like when i first used it. My hair used to feel so moisturized, but now i feel like meh like don't get me wrong. I still use it as a deep conditioner, but i don't use it as much as i used to. I would say, when purchasing a deep conditioner look at the ingredients make sure the first ingredient is always water, some deep conditioners. I want to try and heard great things about: are the male organic baba su oil, the african fried moisture miracle and the dynasty pumpkin mint, deep conditioning treatment?
