http://www.kandeethemakeupartist.blogs...' smy fav hair products, styling tools, and hair tips!

Hi guys so I've been getting a lot of requests for people that ask for me to show a video on, like my favorite haircare products and the stuff that I use so I'll. Do a quick run-through and we're in my bathroom. So if it's echoing, that is why first off this is the shampoo I use it's s, factor by ATG and it's sulfate free, because you don't really sulfates aren't good to be having on your scalp and then I use this serious conditioner serious with um sunflower seed Oil, this is really awesome. I really love this and it smells really good kind of smells like green bubble dome. So it's kind of kind of smells nice when you're in the shower be a little bit familiar and then, as far as my brushes my favorite brushes are. This is from cricket. It'S a sculpting brush! It'S just this flat guy, it's great to straighten your hair. To get straight bends in your hair, I really love this cricket straightening sculpting brush. Then this is from hawk wash. This is a boar bristle brush, which is awesome. You will never tease hair, like you will, with around boar bristle brush. You can get hair up as high as you want it just stacks and keep stacking your hair. These are awesome. This is from aquage this little round brush. Then I have the round brush. Then I have this medium round brush. I don't know where this is from I've had it forever, but it's perfect for shaping your bangs and getting all this hair flipped out and getting lots of volume. If you blow dry up and out like that too and then the super big guns - and this is from s factor too from tedious Gigantor - looks like a microphone round brush, and this gives me my perfect umm seventies, Farrah Fawcett stuff. So you just hold your hair out blow dry up and under do this all the way do this across with your bangs up into the side and then the same thing blow dry hold your blow dryer out. You always want to hold your blow dryer down towards the shaft in the hair. The that way on the cuticle will shape and curl like they're supposed to so those are my favorite ones, I'm even more than a comb and I'll use like uh, and then you always need good comes, and I have a million of these pink ones or it Was a breast cancer specialist or about pink um builder for the brushes then favorite hair tool? I didn't have this silly hot, pink, Conair, big giant curler, since I've been in high school and in my kid I have you know, curler that are really expensive and really nice, and I still use this cheap one from Conair for myself and then I use it. Paneer, nano silver, blow-dryer and blogger. I just break on me all the time, so it's a good one. It'S got the cold and the heat and the little whatever negative ion that's supposed to help make your hair better. All the ceramic ones, there's all kinds of fancy ones and I've had all different ones. That'S just what I have right now and then, as far as hair products, I will show you those. Let me dig them out. Okay. So now I've got all my hair products. The one I start off with a student, my hair is wet. Is this catwalk fashionista, big and bigger volumizing foam and you just get a couple pumps and then I'll just put it all like in this root area and on the back. That'S gon na give you lift and volume, or I will use this Pantene super cheap maximum. Hold volumizing mousse either one they work. Well, I just bought this and it's new and new things are fun, so I'm using me um then I take. I love this stuff, this skinny serum from Paul Mitchell. It prevents flyaways and frizz and it helps your hair dry. I don't know what they quote like forty percent faster than without it, so it comes in a little Travel Guide to so I take this with me when I'm traveling but um. This is awesome and it smells so good like coconuts and Kiwis you'll want to bite your hair. So then I put that all over on the ends, especially so you don't get all these fluffy flyaways. They don't make what Venus then, when it's dry. I really like this: it's after party my bed head and it's like a shining serum. You just rub it in your hands and then pull it through the ends. So it looks more polished and PC and kind of shiny, and this smells really good too. So there's the bed head, it's called after party, the smoothing cream. This is another one. This is a rework Abul sculptor from head games and it's called attitude adjustment, and this is like thicker. So you can put this in your hair and it's just like a thick PC kind of paste or, if you're doing like a ponytail, and you want to slicked back just lick your hair back with the some of the paste in it and it'll hold all these Little guys from falling out, so that's a really fun one. This is from Sebastian this creme styler. It'S the same thing like the same idea of the smoothing serum. So this is really good and it smells really good too, and all these you can get cheap alternatives at like you know your local drugstore, I just get a discount when I buy it, so I it's almost the same price when I buy the cheap stuff, so I just go: oh my stuff to use apply and I get that stuff um, then for hair sprays. I like this, worked up from Paul Mitchel. This is really awesome. Hairspray, it's a good working spray. It'S not like super stiff, so you can spray keys and spray to use and keep building a nest on your head, and then they also have to hold me tight. This is the finishing spray and that's gon na, be more of like your rock-hard hairs not going to go anywhere kind of spray. Um big sexy hair makes a really awesome hair spray. I don't have any that right now, but this shaper + bringing the shaper originals. This has been one of my favorites for gosh, since I was a teenager and I did some modeling and stuff, and this was always on a lot of shoots. I did so. I just started using it. I really like it so this stuff works really well. Your hair won't go anywhere um, so that's, basically all the stuff I use on a daily basis for hair um. A good treatment for your hair is olive oil. I'Ll put olive oil in my hair, especially the ends and then leave it in for like 5-10 minutes you can put a cap on, you can even heat it up with a blow dryer and then, when you get in the shower, just wash it out and your Hair is gon na, be so soft and feels so great. So that's there's other tips and tricks. People put peanut butter, eggs, mayonnaise, all kinds of stuff in their hair. Olive oil really works the best for me anyway. So um keep everything coming guys. Everything that you guys request, I told you, read everything and I'll: do a video on it like this hair request, one so um, I think that's it! So you guys requested in yeah. We have our next video have a great night guys bye,

You and your videos inspire me to just go out there and live the way i want to with out feeling criticized by any one. Thank you. You are an angel. I was just wondering how you would apply the olive oil to your hair. Do you focus on any particular sections or is it different for people who dye their hair? I don't know so... any help would be great (: Your'e so amazing Kandee x

lily: I think you are great Kandee I love all your videos you give great tips and you are clearly a lovely person...keep up the great work xx

TheAnomalousIzzie: Set everything in powder and use a good primer before you put on your eyeshadow. The primer will help make the color stick and prevent it from running. Some good ones are urban decay primer potion, benefit lemon-aid or my personal favorite a skin tones paint pot from MAC (I used painterly)

Alyssa Velasquez: You are truely amazing!! I love your work and personality. It makes me keep watching. REQUEST: Could you do a video and if you were doing make-up on a client. aknpnk187: OMG! My morning routine for my hair is PM Super Skinny, blow dry then TiGi After Party <3 both of them so much!!! If PM ever stops making Super Skinny I am in so much troubs! LOL I'm a hair stylist and seriously I make ALL of my clients buy it!

Astrid H-V: Wow I've learned a lot. Thanks for sharing the tips. Subscribed, fav'd. You have so much charisma its really great to watch your videos. I am not sure if you answer questions but, I love to use natural products (hair and make up). However you don't mention them except the sulfate free shampoo. I love mac but they don't carry natural stuff. Any suggestions? Keep up the good work!

beanoteensie: Loved the video with your very attractive Mom since I am "over forty" myself (quite a bit over, in fact.) !!! Please continue to do these vids- seniors want to look their best, too. Really like your conversational style, and you appear to be so knowledgeable. Keep up your great work!!!!

carnalucious: I have oily skin and I use a thin layer of olive oil on my face as a moisturizer right after I wash it or have been in the shower. When we strip the natural oils on our skin our body produces more, so if we add a moisturizer, it helps. My face isn't nearly as greasy when I use the olive oil. Just a thin coat will do :)

cider01: The Paul mitchell stuff is great! I love it. You can buy it at sally's beauty supply store. Also at Sally's they have a generic for paul Mitchell, it's cheaper. You can check out reviews before you buy. I know I sound like a commercial but it saves me money.

Mel: When I was a young girl and my mum used to do our hair my sister and I, she always used to put a little of bit of olive oil to comb our hair and detangle it.. In my country people used to say that olive oil makes your hair thixker and healthier.... and honestly it is so true. ...My hair is so thick right now( naturally)) But you have to keep up with it.. once a week she used to mix olive oil, almond oil, vitamin E, and argan oil ( which an oil made in my country that's so expensive.)

Oleida Torno: please do a skin routine video! like what prouducts you use to have flawless and healthy looking skin! please and thank you ;D

Tilps: Thanks for all the tips, you're super pretty and the camera loves you! Does anyone know if the Bed Head After Party cream would be a good alternative to hair gel to stop frizz and finish the look?

I am not in the US right now but will be moving back and can't wait to go out and find some of the products you recommend!!!;) Thanks for making my day better w this video - it maade me smile;)

SoftHeartConviction: Does teasing damage your hair? I hear a lot of ladies say they do it for more volume, but I've always shyed away from it because I don't want split, damaged hair at my roots.

leonardodicaprio123: i do that olive oil trick too and it works really well for repairing dry dameged hair so you should try it xx

Sarah Cahill: I love your videos :) Keep it up :)

punkyrubberducky4: Giant YESSSSS @ the Paul Mitchell skinny stuff. I have super-thick hair (even after having it majorly thinned out) and it helps it dry SO much faster and it makes it way nicer. Everyone go buy it NOW!!!!

PeaNUTT728: She already explained how she did it. She used the round brush to blow dry it out like that. You could just use a big curling iron too and hairspray it so it stays =]
