Hey guys welcome to today's video today, i'm trying out a product that um i got off of ulta.com. It says online only so i don't recall seeing this in store and i guess that's why, because it's only online um, so this is called curlsmith food for curls curl, defining styling, souffle um for extra thirsty, curly or kinky hair enhanced anti-frizz bounce, so um this product Was a bit pricey? I just looked at the price i'm like did. I just pay that for this it was 27 um. I don't know, i mean it's eight ounces. Let'S just hope this works. That'S all i'm going to say because for 27 dollars i don't know what i was thinking, but you know. Sometimes you want to try these products and see how good they are so um. Let'S check this out. It'S interesting. It says to use use on dry damp, hair melt it between your palms before use, creating a whipped texture, apply to the ends. First, scrunching upwards, to create definition, do not rinse out no residue, greasiness or crunch. I hope not. I really hope not. I'M really like curious how it's going to turn out for that much money and again i've never heard of this. I don't know if you guys have heard of it. So let's try this out. Okay. So it's like it's like a loose vaseline. It reminds me of i don't know if you can see that okay, i hope you got that. Oh so weird, that's odd, right, okay, so melt between your hands. Do i not move melt? I don't know if i'm doing it right, okay, um, it says, start the ends. I usually don't, but i will and now i'm just gon na kind of go in the way i always put product in my hair. I can't tell how it smells. I mean it's not bad, it's not good. It'S definitely got a smell to it. I don't know how much i should put in because i have so much hair. I normally do put in, as you guys know more than the average person probably does um. Sometimes it's not necessary, depending on the product this product they can tell by the texture i feel like. I could put a little more in so just put a little like i'm literally just putting a little bit just dipping my hands in there, because i want to get it in between on every curl. I hope my hair comes out. Gon na have a luncheon today. At work, i don't want to have a bad hair day. I already break it out now, i'm scrunching it and then what i've been doing lately, it's just kind of doing all those little steps of first i shake and rake. Then i really scrunch it and then i go in and just twirl a few pieces, i'm getting a haircut this week. So not a cut cut, just a trim because i noticed my hair is getting. I have too much hair it's getting puffy and they kind of clean it up and i'm going to hold this area for a little bit just to kind of give it a little of a um shape there. In the front i go off and on with that, i used to do it all the time. Then i took a break from it and i got more curly, but this time back into that, let's see how this goes. So, hey guys. Okay, i'm back my hair is dry. I think my hair came out really pretty. I think the curls um, the curls look really nice. I really do. I think they look really good. If i did have to say one thing that i didn't love it was that as it was drying, it was drying hard, so i did have, but you can crunch that out. My only thing with that, like is um. It'S all about time. For me, i'm always in a rush i just want to get in and out. I want to be done and - and if i have to like take the time to crunch it - and i really have to crunch this out - like that's just a lot of time - i think it's hurt after a while, there are products that i have that i do Not have to do that to they just dry soft they're not hard at all, so that part bothered me, but my hair came out really good. So you know, if i have time it'll be more worth it, but when i'm in a rush, i'm not going to use this product um, which is pretty much i'm in a rush every day, like i'm already running late for work, but whatever um. But it did come out good, so you know it's worth it and um the curls really do look defined. So i really like this product. It'S pricey, though so, do i have cheaper products that will work just as good. Yes, i do so. I don't know it's up to you guys if you wan na, if everything else is just not working for you and you need to try something, give it a try. It'S only online at elta um, although i'm sure it's on their website. This is where i got it, though, meaning it's not in the store at ulta, so um yeah, if you want to give it a try, um hand. Picking greens, it has all good stuff and genu into genius. Irish moth baba sue oil, flax, seed, infusion, rare and diroba, wild, rosemary and sage, organic avocado and, of course, zero spoons of sulfates paraben, silicons mineral oils, phthalates dea. So it's vegan cruelty and certified organic ingredients. So um it's made with good stuff, which is really good. Actually, our all our products are naturally curl friendly and gentle enough for daily use all blended carefully in small batches, under strict supervision by our master curlsmith. So it's a good for you product too, if you're looking for a product that has all the good stuff in it, you could try this so um. That'S my review. I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you enjoyed today's video and please give me a thumbs up. Please subscribe if you have not, and until next time have a great day you

Nat B: Hi, thanks so much for this review. I bought the curl smith souffle but have been to scared to use it! My hair is very fine so I was worried about it being heavy and looking greasy. I havent seen your videos in ages as I havent been receiving notifications for done reason but i noticed you changed your haircolour! I love it! Did you make a video on it? What colour and brand is it? That's the colour I've been wanting for ages! I'm blonde like you were atm and want a change plus it's really damaging to the curls

Lisa Hall: I discovered curlsmith a few weeks ago and I am obsessed by what it does for my 2c/3b curlies. I have super frizzy, thick and tangly hair and this defines my curls and cuts the frizz almost completely, the worse of my frizz is the roots. You said you use other products that are cheaper and work as well, would you please leave a list of those?

Callie Mae: Wow!!!! It looks great!!! You could always crunch it out later if you are in a hurry and didn’t diffuse.

Stacy Lane: I feel the same way about washing and going. I haven't found a gel that I can wash and go with, any recommendations? I was leaning towards curlsmith but don't want to deal with a cast. Thanks for the vid.

Janet Peer: Do use less of this product I find that it works really well and it’s much more cost-effective and a lot of my other products that I have to use so much of to get such a great effect I picked up more things from this line now that I’ve used this for a few weeks and I’m loving what my hair looks and feels like I live in Southwest Florida so have had a lot of frizzy days in the past but not with this product

Mitra Faeizi: your videos are so calming I love it

Cristina Maria: Have you tried the style balm from this line?

D G: Weird that the directions on my tub of Curlsmith Curl Defining Styling Souffle says to "use on soaking wet hair"

Peyton: they have it in stores now btw

ShirleyD: Found it at Ulta store...on the fence if I like or not.

A C: How do you sleep on your hair and do it in the morning? I hate refreshing my hair, is rather just deal with how it looks when I wake up. I always get more frizz and heaviness when I try and refresh by setting it down. What do you do everyday?

Just Me: The directions on my bottle says to use on soaking wet hair.....
