Welcome to Preity Prerna. Today's video is on Monsoon hair carewhere I have shared 10 super tips and Hair care habits which will help you to stop your monsoon hair fall and allow you to focus on growth.

Hair fall in monsoon is a most common & natural phenomena due to hot and humid climate conditions. This high-on-humidity weather is the main reason behind hair fall. Hair’s chemical structure makes it unusually sensitive to airborne hydrogen. In this weather, your hair absorbs hydrogen, forming bonds and make them frizzy. But, you can take care of your hair by following these 6 simple and small everyday tips, which we otherwise ignore.

Humidity during the monsoons also means that there is build up from sweat on your scalp, which needs to be washed frequently to keep you hair clean. Leaving the hair dirty means that there could be dandruff, which can make hair weak and brittle, and eventually fall.

Since Hair fall can happen due to variety of reasons, following a good healthy lifestyle is also important. You have to eat healthy, be relaxed and lower down the stress level in order to help remedies to be more effective against hair fall.

So, please watch the complete video, start following these advice in your daily routine and you hair will love you back.

The subscribe button below Next. There is a bell icon click on that too, and you will become a beautiful part of our family. It'S as simple as that in today's video. I am going to share 10 points which you take care in the monsoon season in which the most hair fall happens. So your hair fall will be reduced to some extent and you will have amazing hair growth post season. That'S why please listen carefully, understand and then execute point number. 1 hydrating, your body. What is the need for this already outside? There is a lot of moisture. On top of that we can consume water from inside, see you all know about Raisins (, dry, fruit ). When you soaked Raisins in water, it will swell up why it's happen because Raisins does not have water inside and outside. There is a lot of water, so what water always balances itself is called Osmoregulation in which raisins absorb all the water and swell up exactly same thing happened with your hair. Cuticles are dehydrated from inside because you didn't give water. That'S why your cuticles swell up after absorbing the water from outside once they swell up, but they don't come in their normal position and then it burst, which we call split ends. Have you understood now? Why are lots of split ends happen after the monsoon season? That'S the reason: what is a cure? You can tell very simple: keep your body and hair hydrated consume good water, coconut water, fresh foods and vegetables. Also, if there are lots of humidity in your area due to rain, if lots of frizz comesinton your hair, you know it happened in monsoon, so you can give the additional moisture to your hair. Now what you can do about that? You can use a good hair serums, the best cheapest and the most effective is aloe vera gel. You can use lots of brands aloe vera gel. I recently started moms co, aloe vera. It'S very amazing, literally works like hair gel. Even you can use normal aloe vera gel, but you can't use plant-based Aloe Vera Gel because they have little granules, but you can use this kind of hair gels and you can give that moisture externally to your hair. Point number 2 is wide tooth comb, no matter whether you use that broad toothed comb in the whole year, but in the monsoon season. It'S a must. You cannot miss handling your hair. You cannot put them in stress. That'S why the broad tooth comb, which you don't use, It's the time to use this whenever you wash your hair, try to sort from down then go in the upwords. Believe me, if you use this in your hair entire monsoon season, after that, you will get used to it, because your hair will be easily detangled, that you will not even know and the knot that happens in the hair.. That will not happen. Point number. 3 wooden comb - this is very important for those who have charge hair and need to wear the scarf. In anyhow, they have to use hair accessories. Plastic comb can be very severe to use in the monsoon season, because your hair again & again keep standing wooden comb. Does not allow this to happen. Your hair will not charge due to which they relax and become frizz. Free point number 4 tie your hair, I mean to say, don't open your hair, because once your hair, more exposure to your environment, same scenario will happen. Again., taking lots of moisture and becomes swell up, lots of split ends can happen or some damage that can't be reversible. I am not scaring you literally, it happens in the monsoon season. That'S why please make sure to don't expose your hair like make the bun and braid, however, just maintaining the discipline of the hair. That would be really beneficial for your hair point number 5: no elastic band, whether you trust it or not. You can use the plastic bands, but in the monsoon season we can't do this. Your follicles are already very stressed out with a slight push. It can come out, So elastic band could be a missile for your hair. That'S why you cannot use elastic bands, try to use a hairband which is a maid by Satin cloth, velvet and normal cotton, but don't use e elastic band, especially in the monsoon season. Point number: 6, no hair, styling tool and heating equipment. Don'T use any kind of styling tool which uses heat back them and turn it off. I explain this very dominantly in my old monsoon hair care tips that this is very harmful to your hair, especially in this season. When it's already stressed out, don't use the hair styling tools, however, in the working profession we have to do this every day or alternate days, then you should invest in very good heat protectors. This is the time when you can protect yourself for doing remedy in the whole year. Kerastase heat, protectant serum are very good. I have absolutely no name which I can tell you, but yes, you can explore this particular brand. This is not a paid promotion. I have seen the people who are using this and they are very comfortable. That'S why I am suggesting to you that you can also try it how it was. You can tell us so that I can share to my audience in the future. Videos point number 7 is my personal favourite, and I have told you many times in my old hair care videos that is warm oil massage. When you use warm oil for massaging your hair, the follicles, which are paining because they will fall down, they got the relaxation and strength they become very calm and composed and there falling could be delayed. Yes, you can try this and you will get the beautiful result. Heavy oiling in this particular season is not prescribed, but you can use a little bit of castor oil, which you don't have heat. You can add, look warm coconut oil and you can add a little bit of Rosemary oil because it's amazing for hair growth mix. It properly and do the massage and believe me, you will come back and say thank you because it provides so relaxation to your hair follicles, and you will know that your hair follicles are relaxed and not falling down, and you will have the amazing results. Point number. 8, very gentle hair mask what is the gentle hair mask? You can use any hair mask anytime, but in the monsoon season you have to use very gentle things for your scalp & hair, so that that moisture would be intact and no stress can come into your hair. I am telling you some basic ingredients, which is very gentle and don't give the stress on your hair, even the control frizz. They promote the hair growth and restrict the hair fall. It includes curd, which is a very good conditioner for your hair, and second, is the banana, which removes your frizz. In the first application, you can use Honey, which is a great humectant, and now the times your require humectant. You can use aloe vera gel and Rosemary Essential oil. If you want, you can include all these things make a hair pack, but if you scared from the hair fall, so you can also make a blend of one or two things and use them in your hair. So that your hair will get that piece and arrangement and your hair will not see dry and damaged in any way point number. 9.. Gentle shampoo. Now the word gentle, it's different for everyone. Someone suits baby shampoo, someone suits Herbal shampoo, someone suits milder option of chemical. Like dove and Pantene, I belong to this category, so you can also use them in this season. Do not experiment and don't try something new, whether you believe it or not, hair is already stressed out. Post monsoon, hair fall can be happen. That'S why please take care in this season so that you don't have to face them, so whatever shampoo, which you tried and you feel it suits you. This is the time that you can use that rather than using a harsh chemical last, but definitely not the least. Is hair rinse, this kind of hair rinse See monsoon season means humidity due to which your scalp becomes oily. Dandruff itching fungal infection, and many more microbial attacks can be happen at this time. Try to use Apple, Cider, Vinegar for any vinegar dilute in the water. After done with shampoo, you can use that water. You have to use only 1:10 means if you take one spoon of vinegar, so you have to take 10 spoons of water. It'S very simple: don't need to do any calculation little bit of apple, cider, vinegar and then add one mug of water and after that, rinse your hair. In this way, all the microbial fungal infection will be subside. Oiliness in your scalp can be delayed. Dandruff can be cure, so your scalp and hair can be healthy. So these are the 10 points which you have to take care. So have it in writing from me that your hair is going to be very healthy. It becomes the better of whatever the condition you are in right now, your stress level will reduced and you will be happy - and this is the motive of my channel. Every person of my family will be stress-free if you have any problem-related to hair. So you can write your doubts in the comment section I'll try to revert them. There are many ways to revert them.
