We treat our faces to a cocktail of serums, creams and masks, but just a few centimeters knot is one of the most overlooked parts of the body, the scalp and, in some cases, even the tips. So if you have been looking for a wholesome hair care guide, then you have come to the right place. Hi guys i am ankita, and today i am going to show you how to take care of your hair from scalp to tips. But before that, why don't you subscribe to our beautiful channel and ring the bell icon to stay updated with all our latest videos? Okay, so let's understand why it is really important to take care of our hair, starting from the scalp all the way to the tips. The scalp, for instance, is a complex part of a skin. It'S not only home to thousands of hair follicles as stands grow from, but it also ages and experiences changes in the same way that our facial and body skin does and like it or not. Just like a face, the scalp can get dry, flaky oily and even develop pimples, so improper care of your scalp can affect the hair health and result in conditions like dandruff or excess oil. Buildup can occur and, more importantly, it can lead to bigger more permanent scalp issues like hair fall. Talking about the ends of our hair. Did you know our ends are the oldest part of your hair and shockingly it is the most damaged part too reason b, the scalp produces natural oil that doesn't travel all the way down to the ends of the hair, so they end up looking dull faster in Comparison to the rest of your hair, apart from that coloring, hair, heat styling and even forcefully combing or brushing the head, can seriously have a damaging effect on the ends of your hair, which ultimately results in split ends and dryness. So if these facts have made, you curious - and you want to know how to take care of your hair from scalp to the tips, then watch this video till the end. Did you know oil is a rich source of food for your hair and scalp and i'm sure most of us have been guilty of depriving our scalp from getting its minerals and nutrients. Let'S admit it. Caring for your mane is a bigger task, but environmental factors such as heat and pollution to lifestyle habits like brushing vigorously and over washing your hair, goes through a lot of trauma on a daily basis. Oiling regularly, on the other hand, can boost your hair health at the scalp level, while nourishing and strengthening the hair strands. So before i go in for a head bath, i like to give my scalp a warm oil. Massage take oil. That'S enough to cover the entire scalp area, then use your fingertips or a scalp massager to gently work. The oil into your scalp massaging the scalp will help the oil to penetrate deeply into the layers of the scalp. This enhances blood circulation in the nerves beneath the scalp skin, thereby transforming the inactive follicles into active hair follicles. This, in turn stimulates hair growth as well. Further tips don't take more oil instead spread what you already have evenly so as to cover every last bit of your strand. Oiling the ends will help lock in moisture and increase strength and elasticity, which leads to a reduction of freeze. In addition, if you have split ends, fly aways or damage strands oil can hide the signs of damage while giving you smooth, polished. Look. The second tip is to maintain a proper cleansing routine. There'S no surprise that for a healthy scalp, washing your head, every two to three days is essential. However, washing your hair more than three to four times a week can strip the natural oils from the scalp, making it dry and flaky. It also impacts the texture of the hair, as it loses its shine and becomes frizzy dry and unmanageable. This eventually causes the hair to split and break at the ends, so it's best to opt for gentle shampoo that won't strip natural oils from your scalp. One. More factor to keep in mind is to look out for shampoo and conditioner. That does not have sulphates in it. Sulphates are the foaming agents found in traditional shampoos. You know the ones where you squeeze a big dollop onto the palm on your hand, massage it into your hair and feel that rich bubbly lather those right there are sulfates at work. But did you also know that they can strip moisture from the scalp and color out of your hair and even cause irritation to a sensitive scalp? All this can sometimes create unnecessary frizz. Here is a good sulfate, free, shampoo and conditioner, making it suitable even for the weakest set of hair. This is the dove hair therapy, dry, scalp care, sulfate, free, shampoo and conditioner, while washing my hair. I only apply the shampoo on the scalp area and, while rinsing it off, i use lukewarm water. This is because lukewarm water allows the cuticles of the hair and pores on the scalp to open up. This helps to deeply cleanse your hair and scalp to help remove any dirt residue or build up that is tightly packed in the cuticles and pores. The star ingredient in this product is nice and amide, which controls oil production on the scalp, increases the density of hair follicles by rebuilding keratin and also has soothing anti-inflammatory properties that ward off any itching and irritation. As far as the conditioner goes, because it has nutrient serum infused in it, it is going to be extra helpful in keeping the ends of the hair, soft, silky and healthy way. Past the hair washing session, scalp and tip care just doesn't end at the hair washing stage post wash care is equally important for the health of your hair. So, while my hair is still damp, i like to apply a leave-in treatment. It not only protects hair lens from environmental damage, but also keeps a hair, nourished and soft for a long period of time. So this is the leave-in solution that i've been using. It'S the dark hair therapy, dry, scalp care, moisturizing, leave-on solution, divide the hair into sections for easy application and spray it onto each section, follow up by combing through the hair gently to distribute the product evenly throughout the hair. This sulfate free leave-in solution protects the hair at cellular level and the niacinamide in it helps produce keratin that strengthens my head, thereby making my hair stronger and since it has moisture retaining abilities, it's going to keep the tips of my hair, soft, silky and shiny. But you want to know the best part about the leave-in solution. You don't have to rinse it off. It stays, as is once my hair is completely dry. I go ahead and hydrate my strands by applying a hair serum now. Hair serum is a silicon based liquid product that coats the surface of the hair. It enhances the hair texture by smoothing the frizz. It also adds shine to the ends of the hair and it also protects the hair from environmental aggressors. Most people apply hair serum on damp hair before styling it to protect it from the heat from hair styling tools, some apply it on dry hair when their hair becomes frizzy and tangled both these ways work perfectly fine. Today i am going to use this serum on my dry hair to smoothen my dry ends. This is the tresemme keratin smooth, hair serum apply the hair serum along the hair lens. All the way till the ends ensure to spread the product evenly and avoid applying the serum to your roots or using too much product, as this can make your hair look greasy. This serum will not only tame the frizz and fly aways, but also coat the surface of the hair to protect it from further damage. It has keratin that helps to add shine, reduce frizz and reduce the appearance of split ends by temporarily bonding the hair back together, plus the camellia oil is a superb conditioning agent that will keep the strands, soft and smooth and, lastly, keep your hair protected from harmful Uv rays, because the truth is uv rays from the sun, can severely damage dry out and weaken the strands, especially if your hair is already in bad condition being outside for a prolonged period of time, degrades the protein structure of your hair and can result in hair Thinning breakage and splittings ideally avoid going out when the sun is at its peak and even if you do go out, wear a hat cap or a scarf to cover your head and protect your hair and scalp from the sun. So that is how to take care of your hair from scalp to tips.
