Several years ago i made a video that explored my thinning head of hair. Since then, i've been asked time and time again for an update. Video, so is my hair still thinning, and if so, what have i done about it growing up? I was always credited for my thick and full european head of hair, but as soon as i hit my 20s, i started to notice. Something was up, it didn't feel like my hair could handle as much product as before. It felt thinner when running my fingers through my hair, and i was seeing more of my scalp than ever before. It quickly became an obsession. I was constantly in the mirror, taking pictures of my hair to assess how bad it was getting and it would drastically affect my mood. So what did i do about it? First, i changed my diet and lifestyle. After being vegan for four years, i switched to a pescetarian diet. I felt it was a healthier choice for me personally. Second, i reduce stress levels, which is a lot easier said than done, but things like developing a regular sleep, wake schedule exercising mindfulness. That sort of thing last i masked the issue - i grew my hair out, which meant i would see my scalp less and i used products that would cosmetically thicken my hair, meaning day to day i wouldn't be reminded of my thinning hair. Whenever i saw it in the mirror, but as expected, these things could only go so far until i started noticing thinning again, even with my long hair, even with my thickening products, i'm beginning to catch glimpses of my scalp once again. So i feel like it's time to act. Men'S hair loss regimes are most effective when adopted in the earlier stages of hair loss. Okay, so here laid behind me, is a men's hair loss haven manual who i've partnered with for today's video are going to be, who i use for the foreseeable future when it comes to hair, thinning and hair loss. So i thought it'd be a good opportunity to introduce you all to them. I selected the complete hair loss plan, which is made up of a daily oral treatment and a daily spray when both of these treatments are used together, it's effective in nine out of ten men and ninety percent success rate when used over the course of six to Twelve months, two thirds of us guys will experience some degree of hair, thinning or hair loss by the age of 35. So when something like this comes along, where it's effective in 90 of us, it's promising. That being said, i've always been pretty skeptical about hopping on to a hair loss regime. However, with manual, i do feel a lot more confident and it's for several reasons. First and foremost their before and afters speak for themselves. They'Re not looking to sell you an unrealistic expectation. They'Ve had over a hundred thousand men use their hair loss range. They use only clinically proven treatments and they make it a lot easier to commit from a financial perspective because they offer a 180 day money back guarantee, and on top of that, you can get 50 off your first purchase using the link in the description. So now that you're familiar with the regime that i will personally be using in due time here, is what my day to day will look like once i officially begin doing so upon waking up i'll, go for my daily gym session, run bike or swim i'll, then Shower if i need to wash my hair i'll use the power shampoo, maybe once per week, as this contains caffeine, which is known to stimulate hair growth, so it fits in nicely with the routine. Once my hair is dry, i'll, apply the minoxidil spray to the areas of thinning that i'm most concerned about. For me, this is the mid region of my scalp and crown the reason why minoxidil is so effective and essential as part of this routine is because of three main reasons. First, it reverses the miniaturization of hair follicles. Second, it increases blood flow to the follicles and third, it extends each follicle growth phase, whilst waiting for the spray to dry i'll, take the oral treatment, and that is pretty much that all goes into it. A daily spray and a daily oral treatment. Hair loss can lower the self-esteem of many men. It'S understandable, it's a really difficult concept to come to terms with. However, if you happen to be experiencing some degree of hair, thinning or hair loss, just remember that the majority of men throughout their lifetime will also do so. Having said that, i hope today's video has given you some insight into my hair loss strategy for the near future. I feel like manuel's, hair loss regime doesn't put a heavy strain on my currently existing routine. It'S just a daily spray and a normal treatment. I can add that in and not feel like i've yeah completely switched up my routine you're, not even losing your hair, though i totally understand this comment because, yes, i do obviously have a full head of hair, but you've also got to appreciate that i've made men's Hair videos, since i was 17. for the past few years, i've spent a lot of time playing around with my hair, whether that's trying new styles trying new products, which makes me hyper sensitive to any changes in my hair's health condition or density, and so yes, i Can confidently say that my hair has changed in density? Lastly, i don't feel like i would be signing this video off authentically. If i didn't remind you that your hair doesn't define you your hobbies, your personality characteristics your relationships, those are the sorts of things that do define you, that sounds obvious, but hair loss or hair thinning can be an all-consuming phenomenon. When i first noticed hair thinning, it was all i could think about, and hopefully you've learned from today's video that there are pain-free treatments if you wish to preserve your hair. Another big thank you to manuel for sponsoring today's video and just a reminder by using the link in the description. You'Ll get 50 off your first order and 10 off your second order, but until then i'll see you all in the next one take care guys bye,

KIIXN: Thank you Luca for being so open about this whole topic. Hopefully this works wonders for you.

Stephen Beaty: Good luck man! It's difficult to tell sometimes if your hair is thinning or whatnot or if it's just like, natural maturation of your hairline, ect. it's difficult to know what to do, but i'm trying tio not stress about it and to just keep an eye on it.

Ronin Xerox: Yup, I recommend hopping on finasteride, that’s what I recently did, I’ve been a diffused thinner since I was 16 (that’s crazy) and so I got on finasteride about 4 months ago ( at 20 yrs old) and this been great, no side effects at all, but definitely stacking ketoconazole shampoo helps

Richard Narine: I'm so happy we have a channel like this to help overcome hair issues that "normally" occur in men as we get older. Suggestions here have helped me achieve all time hair length enough to tie up comfortably while feeling thicker and healthier.

TheShakz10: Thank you very much for sharing this Luca. I started getting into hairstyling back in 2015 while still at school and subscribed to your channel soon afterwards. My hair was already naturally fair but I was able to maintain a quiff for about 5 years. I stopped styling it when Covid hit as I was mostly home everyday and thought I could just go back to it afterwards, but my hair has thinned more since and my hairline has receded considerably around the temples despite only being in my early 20s. So I don't do anything with my hair anymore which has affected my confidence. I'll definitely give this treatment a look, thanks for sharing and for your openness Would this treatment help with restoring your hairline?

Chris43791: I know my opinion doesn't weight a lot but personally I don't see any hair thinning from you, it looks just as healthy as always. Of course take the prescription as you like but I see no difference. :) good content as always

Hurrs Tard: The products featured in the video is basically prescription finasteride (90 x 1mg) and some unfortunately overpriced 5% minoxidil sprays - which is not recommended as the research suggests applying 1ml worth in the scalp twice a day for best results - should still work regardless. Impressive products but people would be better off buying the kirkland brand minoxidil for half the price per bottle, and getting direct and monitored prescription finasteride or dutasteride from your healthcare provider as those may come with side effects. Which the service does offer some convenience for those who would want to try the products first - for a few extra bucks. Atleast its not biotin supplements, and are treatments that actually work.

Celexs: Will you consider doing an update video in a few months to show how effective it's been for you? I've also noticed seeing my scalp more since growing out my hair and I'm curious to see if this actually fixes the issue for you. For now though I'm not gonna trust the before and after photos a product has on its own store page.

spider man fan 447: if it ever gets so bad bro, atleast youll have a trip to turkey vlog to upload. think big work smart

oompaville stan account: Just wanna share my story. I also used to have really thick and full set of hair. But when the pandemic hits, I decided to grow my hair out. During the growing out phase, I realized that my hair feels thinner, and I feel like I can see my scalp more. I also had issues with my scalp being so dry that it started flaking, and the hair itself are so oily. So I chop a lot of them off leaving the usual undercut quiff look. My hair did got thinner. Well, at least the individual strands are. But I still have a lot of them. It's way easier to style now since my thick hair was quite unruly. But it is harder to maintain volume, so prestyling is pretty much needed for me. Don't know how this happened, but it did

Sayyara: Well, from the products which you promote only minoxidil is efficient to a noticible degree and it by no means should be used as stand alone treatment, but in conjunction with some dht blocker (finasteride or so). Neither biotin nor caffeine nor saw palmetoo in your shampoo will have any significant influence on your hair, and these so called "hair vitamins" will work only if one had a big vitamin deficiency, which stands for like 1% of population. Guys, do not buy these products, check any legit hair-loss-prevention channel on yt and listen to them.

Wanye Best: Remember that minoxidil is a lifelong commitment and when ceased, destroys the hair. Personally would've tried finasteride for a year to stabilize the follicles and even promote thicker hair. Best of luck.

William Parker: ....though I doubt I'll be checking them out. I'm 66 now (one of your oldest viewers?) And 20 months into hair growth; long, thick and luscious - not a speck of baldness anywhere, not especially grey - just nice. And my hairline same as when I was 16. My friends of your age say it's "fierce"..... your videos have been helpful and uplifting. Remember, caro Luca, moderation in all things .... including a moderate amount of overindulgence?...

Antonio Mendoza: In terms of just maintenance, I have no clue why people do not use topical dutasteride. Its better than everything else with the caveat of not being able to use it near pregnant women (also slightly more expensive than finasteride).

Ren: It’s always best to start before it’s too bad. As long as your treatment includes finasteride or dutasteride you’ll keep your hair. I’ve been taking it for 2 years now, no side effects, no regrets. Best of luck!

Wellness Wagon: I also have long hair, and I’ve read that finasteride causes you to shed a lot of hair after about 2 months of treatment, and then you may start to see some hair starting to grow back, I’m worried to try it cause I don’t necessarily want to lose a bunch of hair before I can start to grow more, also it’d be different lengths cause my old hair is long and has had years of growth, I’m curious to see how it would work for a guy with long hair before I’d want to try it

21B: Hair thinning and hair loss are our natural processes, at the same time our big one! According DNA it just changes in volume and speed. Unfortunately, every single man will experiment a percentage of that during his journey. I'm 32 in these days, and hair thinning started years ago. It's proper sad lol

jul1010: Have you considered cutting it shorter? You will be able to see how bad it is, and observe your process with the products. Also, although I am not an expert, if you start shredding alot from minoxidil and the DHT blocker, long hair might become thinner for a while anyway..

William Parker: ...but I self-centredly forgot (I blame the dawn smoke!) core purpose of my post; many thanks for the videos which were informative, uplifting and inspirational (though I wish I'd a better way of tying it up - as I always do when out - as too much for a topknot and too long for a ponytail but at least it's not stringy! I find that a bit sad - even on men half my age. Why? I'd cut it short, or shave it all off were I balding. I think.) Thanks again, Luca

Kartikey: so i have been watching your videos since you had almost 25 k subs and apart from the quality and your personality the other reason I've sticked to you channel is that we have same hairline, same height and same age,and i have experienced all these things to and after your ancestry test confirmed that you are unlike to experience any sort of hair loss ,it gave me a big sigh of relief.i feel that you have got nothing to worry about your hair, all things being said, even if you don't use any sort if products , you'de still maintain a healthy head of hair .Good Luck Mate .Keep Posting.

The Earth Is Bread: Have you ever gone to a dermatologist to see whats going on with your hair?

Keeping It Stail: His hair looks fuller thinning than mine ever has

William Parker: Well done, young Luca bello regazzo! Reckon you've fodder for at least another fifty or sixty years of videos now! All love and kindness.....

tidxrl: im italian, i have the same thing, no bald patch but an overall hair thinning, on my side i thing that it is anemia, have u ever checked ur iron level?

Šarim Čhohan: Well in my case if shed so much each day and due to that I've been plucking my hair out constantly in madness now got a buzz cut what should I do to prevent hair loss and thinning

SIMO MARBOUH: your hair is completely fine, you just wanted to promote a product.

jerm9023: Any recommended alternatives for those not in the UK? Went to purchase but discovered Manual is UK only :(

Gbaby: Honestly man, I feel like it only looks like it’s thinning because you grew it out. If you see a regular barber or hair stylist that might be a better judge‍♂️

Zak Cooked: I am vegan, and can totally say that it does or can affect your hair! However remembering to take your supplements and eat healthy whole foods. Does hair loss or receding run in your family?

Aaron: by any chance did your hair type change as you got older? my hair started getting wavy for some reason out of nowhere i’m in my mid 20s now

Ali Taylor: Does your family have a history of hair loss?

Talal Yaqoob: Will these medicines work in receding hairline issue?

GoldbergJrrrrrrrrr: Thanks for all your videos , you the man bro

Fornio Pigna: Is it possible to get benefits from caffeine drinking coffee? Or does it work only with hair products?

GoldbergJrrrrrrrrr: You’re the man !!!

Adeel Ahmed: Are there any side effects for taking those pills tho?

Amin Bolwerk: Minoxidil has many side effects

John: Very good vid Luca! Much love from me and Lucie

R P: Hey Luca, what are your glasses frame called (brand, style)? Thanks in advance!

Léo Simon: Fleabag would say: « Hair is everything ! »

nutmalone: Hair loss is so fucking depressing, i have a great hairline but my crown area has thinned alot, although i dont experience hair loss as much as i used to before, it's still a huge kick to your self esteem

Mr. Rolandas: Did someone actually see you in person in order to assess whether or not you have Male Pattern Baldness? What's about your family history? Does Male Pattern Baldess run in your family? What Norwood is your father? Uncles? I'm saying this, because you don't have any visible pattern of MPB as it's usually starts from receding hairline and crown. IF there is any thinning, it's all over your scalp, which can indicate other issues (as being vegas can bring some deficiencies). I'd strongly suggest to get a full blood panel checked before commiting to DHT Blocker as it might very well be not MPB, in which case it won't do anything. Minoxidil is always great as it works on any type of hair loss by promoting anagen phase.

Andrew Stokes: I mean, I guess my issue is a little different, I don't like my hair atm as I'm seeing not my scalp, but silver hairs, and a lot of them, my dad is almost completely silver, but he didn't go for silver for a while, I'm only 22 and I see a fair bit of silver hair, I can't say I like it

Snow Flake: Love you as a human being and love from India btw u r so handsome

Alexander David: Idk bro your hair looks perfect comparing many ppl out there. I think you just to paranoid

Chris”SackNation”Jones: This dude is in Norwood zero I knew 30 seconds into this is just gonna be an ad

chocshaik: Thinner hair, but the same great Luca

Kyro Georgi: Great vid Luca

Goltack: Damm your thinning hair is thicker than mine

Ruan van Schalkwyk: Get on Finasteride my man

ARGHO: I don't even know man I got this seborrheic dermatitis which I didn't think would affect me so much but now my hair comes out in chunks because all my hair strands clump together and stick to one scale I don't if anyone even has this messed up problem

pablo a: Your hairline is amazing

artem tarasov: ❤Only for fans over 18 year⤵️ Alles sehr schön. Aber zuerst zusammen die Nummern 10 und 1. Eine warmthh.Online Brünette und eine andere Blondine. Es wäre unfair, wennp ich 4 wählen würde

Kevin N: brah why you talking so vaguely about finasteride just say you take finasteride.

anjie ;-;: heyyyyy there you looking for a brighter season

FBJ 122: What your doing is great, but you really need to hop on propecia, cause minoxidil really works for a couple of years. Btw I'm a diffuse thinner too, good hairline just reduced density and thats why I grew my hair out too.

Rage Clash: we need new man bunn hairstyles how to tie man bunn please make video on it

priyank thakur: Who edit your videos?

الرجل العثه: Why why why don't you just do finasteride

Ambar Biswas: What is your beard style now?

Mouaad Bouchareb: Second

Señor Schneef: Just one big ad

ahmad dahlawi: did you consider applying rosemary oil? I've seen so many people do that and it really improve their hair and scalp, plus it's more effective than minoxidil. and check this video it might help you https://youtu.be/XFyKNTIo9nA It's about clove water for hair growth

bendzito: did you really give up veganism for ur hair

Mystic_Rey: what happens if you would use the products early even before or even not knowing if you have hair loss, does this make sense or is it waste?

Levi Ackerman: First!

Abdelmohaimin Ijrha: 1st comment
