What'S up guys, it's your girl, brianna aka, minnie marley, and i am back for another video. This one is going to be another wash and go tutorial. I know i have a couple, but i've just really been enjoying trying out new products for you guys and this video is complete with totally new products from wash day all the way to the styling, and i am obsessed, i love the products that i use for This wash and go. My friend roday actually put me on to the cream that i used for this. I did her wash and go and i was like girl this product is amazing. I need to get it from my hair and i used it today and it is just so soft so moisturizing it is my new favorite styling cream. You guys know i am a shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie ambassador, basically because i've been using that for ever pretty much, but this, i think, might take the cake and it works great with my eco styler gel, it came out bomb. So if you want to see step by step of how i achieved this, look from washed to styling to everything in between then just keep watching this video girl, because these products - let's get into it alright. So, as promised, we are starting in the shower. With wash day, my hair was super dry and ready to be washed, so i went ahead and wet it down. I was trying out all new products in this video, starting with this, the design essentials. Oh protein and henna shampoo - i really like this. It'S basically a protein shampoo and my hair likes protein, so it responded really well to this. I didn't feel like it dried out my hair and i'm actually out of this product, i'm going to repurchase it. So i do definitely recommend it. So if you cannot tell by the length of my hair in this video, this was pre-recorded. I recorded this back in march and i just never got around to editing it and posting it and it's crazy to see how much my hair has grown in the last few months. I definitely think i should do a length type of video and show you guys. My hair growth because it's been pretty crazy these last few months, but yes, i'm talking to you from the future. This video was recorded back in march anyway, i'm just scrubbing my scalp, focusing the shampoo on my scalp for the most part, and then i rinsed that out my hair is already feeling and looking so much better, and now it is time to condition this is the Shea moisture, manuka honey, intensive, hydration conditioner this product i actually have used before and, as you can see, i'm using a ton of it. You need a ton of conditioner. It'S just. I don't know what else to tell you. I like to soak my hair up with this stuff and make sure that i am really getting it all over my strands separate your hair when you're applying your conditioner, making sure that you are really getting in there. You don't want to leave any dry spots. We want to give every strand of our hair this love and yeah. You guys know this line is really really good. I know a lot of people love the deep conditioner. I used it in stella's, hair, routine video recently and a lot of you guys commented that you love it. I love it too, and i also love the regular conditioner from that line. This stuff is really good, has a lot of slip, making it really good for detangling. So, as you can see, i am just using my denman brush, starting from the ends of my hair working my way up and detangling my hair. I have actually been experiencing a lot of shedding recently, so i think i'm going to try to start finger detangling a little bit more, but at this time i was still using my denman brush, and this is what my hair is looking like pretty much all detangled. I did one side of my hair and did the other side of my hair off camera. Now this is another product that i was trying out for the first time. This is the main choice: peach black tea and vitamin fusion anti-shedding and intense volume therapy mask. That'S a mouthful, but this is a really good, deep conditioner as well. I just applied this in the shower and then i left it on my hair. While i took a shower and then rinsed it out, but i do recommend leaving this on your hair for a little while longer, if you can maybe 30 minutes, underneath a plastic bag or something that will keep your hair warm and allow it to really penetrate your Strands when you're deep conditioning you really just want to let that product sink in and give it time to work. So, as you can see, i really fully coated my hair, but i didn't leave it on too long, maybe about 10 to 15 minutes, and then i went ahead and rinsed it out. So this is what my curls are looking like: freshly washed no product super healthy and juicy so, like i said this video was pre-recorded, so i just wanted to give you a visual of the growth honey. This clip on the right is from a recent video that i posted and, as you can see, my hair has gotten so much longer, which is crazy, but again we will talk about that in another video. So, let's get back to work. I am parting. My hair down the middle and i just went ahead and sectioned it off. I like to section off the front of my hair in two and then i section the back half one on top and one on the bottom, and then i start with the lower half and i just get to work. The first thing that i'm going to do is apply my leave-in conditioner. This one is by taliyah washid and it's called the great detangler and it's basically just a leave-in conditioner. I picked this up on a whim again. I just went to sally's and literally picked up a bunch of random products and i'm so happy with the purchase, because everything turned out great. I definitely wouldn't say that this is a leave-in conditioner that you absolutely have to purchase a must-have, but it worked. It did the trick and i liked it for this wash and go so when i'm doing my wash and go. I really like to make sure that my hair is soaked, and you will see me using this misting spray bottle so many times throughout this video after i apply the leave and i just like to make sure my hair is nice and wet so it sinks in Then we are moving on to the star of the show. The product that you just saw was the taliyah, the curly curl cream, and i am obsessed it is my new favorite product hands down my favorite moisturizing cream product cream styler, and i love it. I'M adding a little bit more water to this section after i apply the cream just to make sure again that the product is really sinking into my strands and then i'm going to go through with my denman brush and just detangle my hair. Another thing you want to do besides, making sure that your hair is very wet, is also make sure that it is very detangled that is going to help you get the most popping juicy defined curls possible, so make sure that you're also sectioning your hair into small Sections and then we are applying our eco styler gel. This is definitely my gel of choice and it mixes so well with this curly curl cream by talia waggied. These two products together are a match made in heaven. I'M telling you guys you have to try it out as usual, i am applying my gel to my roots, making sure that i smooth those out and then i'm applying it down the rest of my hair strands and it kind of just raking it through and allowing The curls to clump up together, i like to shingle a little bit as usual, so i'm just doing that making sure that every single curl is defined, and this is what the back section is looking like. But let's get a little bit closer up on the top. So that you guys can really see again, i'm soaking my hair with my spray bottle. This is a major key if your hair is not getting defined. The way you want it to one of the things that you might be doing wrong is trying to define dry curls, make sure that you really add a lot of moisture to your hair, and i went ahead and applied my leave-in and making sure that i really Worked that in then, i'm going to move on once again to the curly curl cream, and i just also want you guys to notice how this really defines my curls. That is one thing that i love about this product. Even before you apply your gel, this cream really defines your curls and i'll show you that a little bit later. But i went ahead and added this product and added some more water, and then we are going to jump back into the gel to define this section of hair. So this is what my hair is looking like before i even apply gel. As you can see, my curls are already really starting to clump together, which is why i love this product for a wash and go. It really just helps bring on the definition, even before a gel is applied, really make sure that you smooth your roots down with this gel. It is very important to get a really defined wash and go and then again just rake the gel, through the rest of your hair, make sure that you shingle in areas that you need to to make sure that every single curl is defined. For me, that is how i get the best wash and go. The back section of my hair is now complete and i'm just moving on to the front section repeating the same steps so i'll. Just let you guys watch as i do that so for this wash and go. I definitely did a lot of smoothing my hair out between my hands, just kind of smoothing that gel into my hair and that really helped my curls clump together. So i love that for me and i'm just applying a little bit more of that gel to my edges and making sure that i slick those down along the way, and at this point i am almost done for this last section of my hair. I really take my time and make sure that i define these curls. I shingle them individually and i really just apply extra gel because my curls are loose right here and they never want to stay defined. This is the first section of my hair that gets frizzy. So i really just give it a little extra tlc and make sure that i really really define this section, the best that i can and then i'm pretty much done. So this is what my hair looks like all defined. As you can see, the curls are popping they're. So juicy i blow dried off camera and this is the finished look. I am absolutely loving. This product combination, the taliyah, the curly curl cream, with my eco styler gel. It is a bomb wash and go combo and definitely my favorite product at the moment, all right guys. Paisley King: So I used this combo for my daughter and afterwards noticed that her hair was SMOKING....no blow drying yet. Straight after the wash. The water was barely past luke warm. Is this just an after effect of this product? - the curls are fresh and moisturized - it smoked for 15 minutes, the more you move it the more smoke - no excess heat from the smoking areas...just smoke
