#naturalhairproducts #favoritenaturalhairproducts #naturalhairproductsforblackhair

Sup guys it's been a while, since I've updated, my favorite products list totally meant to post this prior to the new year, but you know stuff happens. So I want to get you guys as soon as possible. My favorite products of 2018, oh, is trying new products and new DIYs for my videos, but I do have products that I repeatedly buy that I rapidly reach for that. I really enjoy using in my regimen and that works really well on my hair and scalp, and so those are the products that I'm gon na be putting in my favorite products list everything that I really enjoy using and use more often than anything else. Let'S just get right into it: we've got a lot of products here. I know you guys don't have a lot of time. So let's just give you the deets that you're looking for so I'm going to start with the cleansers. So I thumbs up choices. I was a little so my cleanser of choice is obviously my DIY african black soap. I don't have any prepare today because I like to make it the day that I use it, I'm not using any preservatives when I make it and I'll, of course, link my DIY recipe in the description box as well as in the information bar. But I will show you the black soap bar. I just get these right off of line and I will also link those for you as well, and it ends up being very cost effective to buy the bar and just make it at home. It'S pretty easy. Pretty fast, it always comes out a little bit different because you know you are making it yourself, but I really like african black soap shampoo, because it makes my scalp feel really clean and it provides with tons of nutrients. You can add any other oils that you want to it to make it even more beneficial, so it's really nice. This is like my go-to, normal shampoo cleanser that I will usually use now used to use this every single week. I notice it can be a little bit drying if you use every single week and also I wanted to give my scalp time to really replenish the oils. So I started rotating back in Ko washes as well as play treatments. So this is a Shikha chi treatment that I love using and I do have a DIY which of course will be linked everywhere for you guys to check that out. But I love mixing my sugar Chi with some amla powder and I've even been putting in there. Lately a little bit of green tea for shedding tea tree and all that good stuff. So I put my monthly rotation one Shikha chi treatments, very gentle cleanser, and it also provides my hair and scalp tons of nutrients in order to go really healthy and strong and full, and then, of course, with the addition of the amla powder, it kicks it up. A notch has added antioxidants for your scalp. It just really promotes a healthy scalp atmosphere. If that's the word for optimal hair growth, so I really love to throw that into my routine as well. So now, let's move on to conditioners and of course it's just the Giovanni 5050. Nothing has changed. It'S still one of my favorites. I literally just put it in my hair immediately after I cleanse in order to help me detangle my sections and then I move straight on to the deep conditioner. So I mean you really could use anything but yeah, it's really good. So it's a great detangling conditioner, moving on to deep conditioners, I'm still obsessed and in love with my shame, moisture high porosity, I legit you guys. I buy this on sale and when it's on sale, I will buy as many as they have on the shelf and I'll usually get it at like Walgreens and it can be expensive because I use so much of this. I will use like 1/3 of the jar on my entire head as soon as I put it on my hair in my hair. Just feels like it's just like. Ah, I just smooths everything in plays and once I comb it in to the strands my hair just gets really plump. It'S almost like it's eating it up and after I washed off my hair always feels super soft. So I haven't been able to find anything that compares to the high porosity mass. It'S still in my rotation and I love it. I buy it in bulk, ok, leave-in conditioners, if you guys have seen any of my other recent videos. You already know: what's gon na, be on this list, but let's, let's just tell you anyway, actually have two favorite leave-in conditioners, and I like them both for very similar reasons. So the first one is the main choice: 3 and 1 revitalizing in fresh conditioner, and then the other one is the, as I am long and luxe grow yogurt - and I love both of these. I will buy these in bulk as well I'll buy as many as they have on the shelves. It doesn't matter which one it is I'll pick up either from Sally Beauty. I love them because they're both thick leave-in conditioners, they react on my hair, almost like a deep conditioner reacts, whereas my hair, like when you put it on my hair, just soaks it up and gets really supple and soft, and I love that feeling as compared to Like a thin leave-in conditioner or a watery leave-in conditioner, where you like spray it on, it can't feel like doing anything like you can legit feel this stuff penetrating into your hair, and I love it so I'll buy both of them. They are very similar. In my opinion, however, the three-in-one is thicker and the grow yogurt is a thinner one. So if you prefer a slightly thinner consistency, you might want to go with the grow yogurt. If you like it really really thick, you can go with the 3 in Hawaiian that leave-in conditioner. We use them for different reasons. If you've seen my videos, you know that I'll usually use the three-in-one for washing goes and if I'm doing like a blowout or something like that. I'Ll use the grow yogurt. Because it's a slightly thinner - and it will give me a little bit more movement and body as opposed to having like something really heavy on my blowout, which can make it a little bit stiff. So I like them both they're, pretty similar, but also slightly different. So next, let's talk about detangling sprays. Now I will usually use this for Olivia's hair and not so much my hair, but I have two detangling sprays that are really good. I haven't been able to find the first one in stores, which is the Cantu kids tangling spray. I don't know if it's like the stores near me. I'Ll usually keep my daughter's hair in braids throughout the day, because she is a very active girl and she loves to roll on our head. Do head stands and all that kind of stuff. So if I don't keep her hair and braids, her hair will break apart. Okay, so you know I'll leave her hair and braids for like between one and two weeks. Her is curly like mine, but softer than mine, very soft, and that attracts a lot of dust and debris, and so by the end of the week, her braids are so matted, there's so much particle in there that it's extremely hard to get it out and then Also, she gets very cranky when I'm doing her hair, so she'll like any time she feels me pulling, and so I like to use a detangling spray to just make the process easier for both of us, since, if she feels me even pull on her hair slightly, It'S it. She has a cow okay, so you may spray the Cantu kids a tangling spray on the braid. You can literally see the braid just melt apart, and I show you in the video, maybe I'll, put a clip in here or something like that. But it's actually incredible, so I actually do need to pick up some more that stuff, it's amazing, but what I have been using. I just picked this up from Whole Foods. It'S pretty good, it's babo botanicals, and it is another detangling spray that is very similar to the Cantu one. But when I spray it on the braid the same thing it well spar, it really easily help me detangle her braids get all the debris out and also like right at the root where all that matting occurs. You just like really low bet on it. Just kind of breaks it apart, so if you do have a child with soft curly hair, and you feel me on what I'm saying get yourself a detangling spray, it is so helpful and I will link both of these in the description box, styling and twisting butters. Hmm, I wonder what I like to use here, but I was like to use my DIY shea butter mixture, my DIY mango buttercream mixtures, which I will link in the description box. If you don't want to make it, I have come out with my own line, melanin, hair care and so I'll use the twist long eating style cream, which is based off of my DIYs. It just helps to set twisted and braided Styles really well, once you install the twist or the braid it just kind of locks that shape in place. It also has moisturizing property used to help soften the hair and, while you're applying it, helps to like detangle up knots and stuff again. This is based off of my DIY. It'S kind of a mix of my shea butter and my mango butter DIY. So you kind of get the best of both worlds, so I've obviously been reaching more for the twist elongating style cream because I don't have to make it. But of course my DIYs are still amazing. So I'm going to link those in the description and in the information as well all right heat protectants. I have been blow-drying my hair this year so much and it's because so many companies have been coming out with amazing the tools that I just have to try and then I become addicted to them, and I want to do it a million times. I want to show different ways to use it as I've been obsessed with blowing my hair, oh and thank goodness, I have found the Aveda brilliant damage control. This is actually sent to me like two or three years ago, and I just never used it and before using this, I was using the Carol's Daughter couple wasu butter, which was still nice, but it was so heavy and I was like you know. Let me just go ahead and try this damage control spray, and I love this first of all, I feel like it does a really great job I obviously haven't had any heat damage. Thank you yeah. I like that. It'S super light, so it doesn't weigh my hair down. It allows my blowouts to be super voluminous and just moving. I just I really like this spray. It also smells really good. Oh smells like camo and like spices, it just smells so good. I love this and actually I'm like running oh and it dries really fast on your hair, so it's nice, it doesn't contain any like drying alcohols, which is really nice, which is one of the reasons that I picked this up cuz I did have another one that Was kind of similar, but it was like full of alcohols like drying ones, and I was like hmm I'm good. So one thing I don't really use our co refreshers. I feel like they're on the market for like curly girls, who do like wash and gos and like want to refresh them the next day and get yada yada, but that's not really how I do my washing goal like I said it dry it and I am Not wetting it again, honey, I'm not wetting it again until it's time to wash it, and so I don't really use like curl refresher sprays, cuz I'll just get all the shrinkage, because my hair will literally shrink up to like my ears, but I do like this Daily restorative spray: this is from Maine choice. I'Ve just been grabbing this and using this on my hair at night. What I would usually do is just fill water or rose water up in a spray bottle and just spray that on my hair. But I had this on me because I sent it to me and I was just one day like. Let me just go ahead and reach for that and use that, instead of water, because it does have a lot of amazing ingredients in it. I was like well if I'm gon na use water, I might as well use something that's gon na like add extra nutrients to my hair as well as moisturize. So I started using it and I was like this is, and I felt really good and I ended up putting it on my scalp and on my hair and my ends and I just really loved using it, because I feel like I'm, giving my hair a daily. Like a vitamin nutrient, you know what I mean that says that delivers interesting, hydration and moisture, which it does approves, elasticity and definition fights, frizz, strengthens and conditions and protects, and it has a ringa seed, oil, vitamin E Pro vitamin b5 vitamin D, nettle and horsetail aloe Vera and that's when I saw a nettle horse welfare, I was like sold put it on my head, put it on my scalp, and so I've been using this a lot. You can't really see inside, but it's like this full right now. I'Ve been using this not everyday, but pretty often if I want to refresh a twist I'll spray a little bit of this on my hair and then quickly twist it into a bun with a scrunchie and go to sleep. If I have braids in my hair at night, I'll just spray, my scalp and my braids and then put some oil on my scalp and on the ends of my braids to just seal it all in so I've really been loving this not so much as a Curl refresher, but as like a scalp nutrient turn and then end of hair vitamin provider. Ah there's a better word for that, but anyway I really really love this product, so it's really bomb along with that. I really have been loving my aloe vera pre-poo. I didn't put it in the beginning, because now I use it as both a pre-poo and scalp treatment, so sometimes I'll put it in my hair and I'll just leave it there. All week, like I'll put it on my scalp and I'll just braid my hair up and go about my week and just let it soak in forever and let the nutrients do what it does. Obviously, that's a DIY and you can use as a pre-poo prior to washing your hair or you can use it for just a treatment. A protective treatment throughout the week and I do have yai which I'll link in the information, as well as in the description box. But I also sometimes, if I get lazy or don't have time to do, all the cutting and all that kind of stuff I'll just grab some aloe vera juice put that in a spray bottle with some water and do the same thing spray on my scalp spray. On my hair, add a little bit of oil to my scalp and work it in and it does the same thing I mean it doesn't feel as luxurious as having that aloe froth on your scalp, which just is heaven, but it still provides the nutrients that you're. Looking for so, my oil combination is my DIY, hair and body oil, which I will link in the information in the description. It'S just a mix of so many different nutrient rich oils that are amazing for your scalp and your hair. And, of course, we launch this here, melanin hair care, the store-bought version of that. So this is my melanin. Hair care, multi use pure oil blend, and that is based off of my DIY. So I will link that in the description box as well. If you're interested in picking that up this contains the nutrient-rich oils that are in my DIY and then some and we also made it a greaseless formula. So obviously it lays oil if you use a ton of it. You'Re gon na get greasy with oil, but we made it so that it soaks right into your skin and hair, is softened so nicely like it feels like butter. I am obsessed with this oil and I'm showing you right now a full container, because I do. I don't want to show you my empty one, but like this is legit all that's left. I use it constantly it's great for my scalp, it's great for my hair, it's great for my ends. If you're a guy - and you have a beard, it's great for your beard - it's so moisturizing and it just soaks right in so you don't have to worry about, like all the grease and that kind of thing. So I like my DIY for me, the one tried that out, as well as the store-bought version, which is the Melanie haircare multi-use pure oil blend. If you want to give that a try which is like my DIY but elevated, okay, okay, we're on two gels now. So if you've been watching my channel for a long time, you know girl. You know I love my flexi gel. I actually haven't used it in a while, simply because I have been doing mostly like twist outs and braid outs, especially with the launch of the melanin hair care, because we are trying to promote the twisting cream and also I've been loving like jealous washing, goes to. But I love flaxseed gel, it's just full of Omega is it's super hydrating super nutrient rich and it will lock your curls, and so it's an amazing hair gel. It'S amazing, hair treatment and actually should make it into a hair treatment. That would probably be really good because I really do miss putting this on my hair, since I haven't been doing washing goals like a while, but anyway, if you guys want to see the full tutorials for my flaxseed gel, I have a bunch. I will link them in the description box for you and then an over-the-counter gel that I've been using is from the main choice. It'S the biotin infused styling gel. They sent it to me in PR. I really like the gel. As you can see, it's like gone 100 gone. I travel with it in everything like that and I'll usually use it for my edges like if I have a style and my edges are brushed back, I'm probably using this. I don't use it from my full washing go. I just like it on my edges, because it really holds the style in place like once. It'S locked, it's locked and it's gon na stay there for the whole day. So that's really nice and plus it's infused with biotin and it has other nutrients inside, like vitamin C avocado, vitamin E, it's just a gel that also has nutrients in it, which is why I like it cuz. If you're gon na use gel, you might as well use one that is gon na, be somewhat beneficial for your hair right. The only thing with this gel is, if you use too much, you will get flaking, so you definitely want to go easy and just not put too much otherwise. You will regret it trust me from experience I have but yeah. This is like. I love this gel for my edges, it just and it smooths everything so nicely. I didn't use it on my edges today, but when I do need to like clean up a look or something like that, and I use it, it just smooths everything so nicely and it doesn't add too much shine. So it doesn't look super fake. You know what I mean like you know when, like your hair is like Matt and then your gel is like shining to the gods and you're like, oh, my god, guys so bad, but yeah, it's a really great gel. I will link it, of course, in the description box. Everything that I talked about today will be linked in the description box. I think that's everything I think those are literally. These are at my Staples. This is what I've been using all of 2018 and they have woo. They have kept my hair healthy. They have kept my scalp healthy. It'S just it's a very good group of products. I feel it's not over the top and it's a nice mix of DIY and store-bought, and I really like now that I have a nice mix of both because there's nothing like a DIY product, but then, of course, star ba also has its advantages so yeah. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I hope it was helpful. Thank you guys so much for watching and I'll see.

theletterafterj: You’re literally one of the only hair bloggers whose opinion I always trust! You’ve been here since day one, and I just feel like we can trust you not to put us on to something unless it’s truly safe and beneficial for your hair. Needless to say, I was so happy to see you made a favorites video!

DiscoveringNatural: Hey girl, Thanks for sharing your favorite. I was watching this while doing my tender headed daughter's hair and when you mentioned what you use for detangling Olivia ' s hair, she gave me the "STINK eye" and said.. Mom.. we should buy that. I'm like GIRL !! Thanks for sharing your favs!

C John: I love this. Some may argue that now that you have your own line, you could be seen as "biased". However this review talks about all different kinds of products and their benefits to your hair. I'm also bummed I was too slow for the preorder.

Pamela Shorter: Thank you for not taking away your DIY's. Although you have your own product line, you gave us options. Thanks again

n: t AA n - y uh: This video is SO needed. You always come through with honesty..thank you honest reviews are refreshing.

Nappy Missy 101: Been watching you since your hair was short! You are still going strong!

black.and.nerdy: I appreciate the second option for cleansers because I have, what seems like, an allergic reaction to black soap. Also will check out the Cantu detangling -- I FEEL you on what you were saying. My daughter is almost 12 and still gives me the side eye when we have to detangle. It's almost FEBRUARY!!!! I can't wait for my Spring twist outs and afros ❤

Lashira Johnson: No matter what she will always be gorgeous I love all your videos too ❤️

shanice routh: I finally got around to trying your aloe prepoo like a few weeks ago...OMG what took me so long!! My hair feels amazing, and it’s so shiny even after I wash it out and style. I get so many compliments on my hair. It’s also helping with the growth too. Thank you so much! You are my fave youtuber!!!

Bailey :): I love love love your videos! 40% of that is the great tips, and 60% is your super fun personality. Keep doing you ❤️

Totally Tondra: My hair has FLOURISHED bc of you! I ordered 3 of your butters and I cannot wait until they get here so that I can use them and review/demo them.

Jordan Kalaka: man, I can't wait for my hair to be this long.

Amy Richardson: I’m getting soooooo excited waiting for my order of melanin. I definitely wish you the best of luck! Go get ‘em naptural!

Tina Billingsley: I LOVE how simple your routine is. And your hair is always gorgeous

Iyana LeShea: I’m definitely going to try out some of your favorites! I really want to try the clay mask to help with shedding and try out different leave-in conditioners as well! Loved the video!!♥️

CCbyDominic: OMG WHIT!!! I can't wait until you release a shampoo! I know it's gonna be all tingly and healthy for the scalp! I missed the pre-order window but I will be getting my hands on your products when you open your site for orders! :)

Desi Lake: I Love that even though you have your own line, you still make your diy recipes accessible to your subs unlike another You Tuber I've stopped following who made hers private. Your subs live all over the world (I'm in the Caribbean) Not all of us can simply order online and have it appear on our doorsteps. You get it. I think you're awesome and I Love Oils going to order a bottle and give it a try. Don't worry, I ship to a US address I hope your business flourishes more than you ever imagined. Love & Blessings

A_Noelle: LOVING My Melanin Haircare Twist Elongating styling cream. I hope it got the whole name right. I have gotten so many compliments on twistouts using your products! And thank you for the nice sized jar! I love it!

chlobriie: YAAAAS TO ALL THE MANE CHOICE PRODUCTS!! I love all of the ones you mentioned Whitney!!! And I have several extras of each in my stash too haha

Songie 25: I can’t wait until my hair is as long as yours ❤️ loving your makeup

DeLinda Williams: I love DIYs and I use them every time I have to wash my hair to give it little bit of treatment, especially with my deep conditioners. I love the way your hair looks and since I've been following you for so many years I trust in the DIY products that you have created and I'm following them. I can't wait to receive my Melanin oil, because that's one thing that my hair loves(oils). I don't use too much of oils on my scalp or hair, so I don't have issues with build-up nor itchiness leading up to wash day, even if I skip a couple of days. Your hair is always looking nice and glowy, it's beautiful. We don't have the same type of hair but some of the products work for me. Thanks for sharing.

O'mya Rose: I use amla oil and olive mixed for my hair and it does wonders

Kelly Ivy: So glad you mentioned the aloe vera juice! Soooo, I recently just switched from the aloe leaf pre-poo (which my hair adored) to the aloe vera juice (got a 8 month year old and no time to do the full leaf treatment ). BUT I've noticed that when I spray my hair and scalp with the aloe vera juice, a few days later I have this brown flaky nastiness on my edges and about an inch or so up my hair!!! Is it bc I didn't cut the aloe vera juice with water in my spray bottle?! I noticed that in this vid you said aloe vera juice & water.... THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Ashley Pottinger: Wow sounds like great staple products indeed! Would love to see an updated growth hair care tips! I'm starting my hair growth journey this year I'm really excited would love to see what you updated tips are! Great one Whitney!

NJ Eberhart: Yesss!!!! I was wondering if you were going to do a favorites video. You put me on the Mane Choice 3 in 1 conditioner and it is life! Thanks for sharing and I am counting down the days until receive my Melanin products!

Doretha Mcelliott: It's nice that instead of just promoting your new line you still give us access to your DIYs, since someone may not be able to purchase your product. I have ordered your new twisting cream and oil can't wait to try it. You said it's a combination of your Shea butter and mango butter but to the next level. Well I'll see cause your Shea butter is legit.

Inspired: Congratulations on the launch of your own product line! My scalp is super sensitive but I'm going to be brave and try one or two of your tried and trusted! ️ Many thanks for sharing!

Love, Tee: Excited for this!! Just took my sew-in out last night.

Caedydid and JewelvidsYT1: I'm so sad I didn't get to pre-order when I had the chance this year I promised myself I will do more for ME! My husband gets his hair cut every other week, but I haven't had a pedicure in like a year

Christal Williams: I just made a batch of the African black soap shampoo and I don’t know what I did differently this time but it was the best batch yet (ultra moisturizing and cleansed thoroughly). I also can second that soft curly hair on toddlers testimony . I go through the same with my three year old. The Taliah Waajid Tangles Out Today detangler works wonders. I also find tho that if I use the Mane Choice conditioner for kids (lemon scent) after washing her hair, styling is ten times easier. It literally melts all her tangles away. The Lotta Body Love Me 5-1 leave in is an excellent product for both our hair as well. Thanks for updating us. Love these videos from you

Takia Hawthorne: Your hair just looks so healthy and that patch of grey hair is just so cute. I just love watching your videos.

Nahvoma: The SM high porosity mask is the ONLY deep conditioner that works on my hair...which is a shame because it's pretty expensive in the UK at £13 and nonexistent in the country I live in currently (the Netherlands)!

Elisheba79: Hey whit! Yes that African soap shampoo is bomb.. just made some this past weekend to wash my hair and to switch it up from the Cantu shampoo.. I love it and the flax seed gel.. can’t wait to get that Melanin in the mail! Thank you for the many years of inspiration and healthy hair care. ❤️

angelys cuello: Would love to see a week in your hair or some your favorite daily styles that have helped you retain length. Great video!!

T. Thomas: Great....I'm glad that having 20 products and using them at various times is a good way to go. I felt overloaded but my hair feels like it needs something different every wash now that I am over 40.

Christian Mychal: I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY MELANIN HAIRCARE PRODUCTS NEXT MONTH! ❤️

Ceara Johnson: I swear that use to be my favorite Curl refresher spray (the main choice) but try Alikay Naturals Lemongrass leave in conditioning spray as a refresher. You would love it as a leave in and a refresher. It's not watery like most curl refreshers. Its thick and hydrating. Plus it smells amazing!!!!

AjaLisa Madison: I LOVE the Shikakai & Alma whew girl when i said it feels sooooo clean, stretched, and just HEAVENLY thanks to you Whit

Jasmine W: the aveda damage control spray is amazing! my blowout has never been so smooth until using that

Adrienne M: Thank you! I was waiting for this updated list to come out. Question. What do you recommend as a product to use daily on blown out here to moisturize and condition so that it doesn’t dry out, especially during the winter?

Edu Warehouse: I had been loving the As I Am Long and Luxe Groyogart. However, did you know that product changed. Not just the packaging but the ingredients. They didn't indicate it though. The new groyogurt has coconut. Also they made the new label ingredients very difficult.

Morgana Moore: I'm so glad you did this Video. Even tho I use relaxer to tame my curl a bit I still use a lot of natural products. As you can see in my picture I have no breakage. Thx so much Whitney. Oh btw... I loved your Telethon for the children in Brooklyn. U have such a beautiful heart. Can't wait til the daily Vlogs come bck. We miss y'all. God Bless you and the family.

aliciabrillante: I am glad that you posted this because I was so out of date. I didn’t even know you used Giovanni conditioner. This was nice to see a mix of your diy’s and store bought and I can’t wait for you to come out with a full product line! Can you do an updated 2019 a week in the hair life and show us what you do with and use on your hair each day for a week please? Fantastic video and your hair is blessed❤️

Marjorie Coleman: Your hair is flourishing Whit! Looking forward to trying your hair products! ❤️ I know it will be worth it!!!

Ms Wonderfulgem: Hey girl, you rock! I love your videos and personality. I'm a 4A coily curly, thin strand, super shrinkage, super frizzy, super dry, with low porosity and lots of damage. My hair needs repair. Can you suggest DIYs or instore products specifically for my hair type? Thanks love.

Anselma Pelissier: I just love your hair ❤️ it looks so healthy ❤️

Michele Jones: Thank you for teaching me how to care/love my hair more. The DIY remedies are my favorites.

Nickay Diane: I love this lip combo

Ericka Lusuli: Thank You so much for everything. I appreciate you taking the time to explain everything.

elektraeriseros: I know you use that Cantu detangling spray on Olivia's hair, but I (an entire adult) have definitely used it on my own hair and honestly? THANK YOU SO MUCH! It has been a life saver! My hair is really dense (especially at the root) so detangling can be so crazy and frustrating. It helps a _lot._ And you're not lying when you say you can literally see the tangles melt away!

Reese H.: Hi Nap! Great review. I love how you respond to your comments. I don’t see that much from huge YouTubers. Very humble! You look beautiful by the way . TFS!

Nickell Francis: I'm definitely going to get my hair growing for next year

Kimmie Latrice: I definitely need suggestions for my six year old daughter's hair. Thanks a bunch!

Saskia Jones: Thank for the haircare line Whit! Can't wait for my order. Try brushing out the inner parts of your brows for a more natural look.

Candiblue: Congratulations for hitting 1M so happy for you!!!

hermit_artemis: I'm currently looking for solid detangling products, and products that will help cut breakage when I try to use detangling brushes (which isn't often, but still). I look forward to trying some of these. Have you tried Alikay Naturals Moisturizing Black Soap Shampoo? I like it a lot, especially the nozzle tip.

ANewCee: I'm playing this video for my next gathering: Every time Whitney says Nutrient/Nutrition take a drink Seriously though great video as always Whitney! This video just showed me how much I am doing my hair a disservice with just a simple hair routine and not adding masque/deep treatments and more variety in my hair care products. My routine is a bit one note. Time to revamp and renew my routine for more growth, volume and overall health

Selina Zinchuk: My hair is getting there. Can't wait to see my hair to this length.

Arlana Young: You are my favorite youtuber.. Periodt... and your suggestions have def done wonders for my 4c hair

Iyannah Pierre: Thank you so much for sharing!! Also love this hairstyle on you and your makeup looks so good!!!

Brianna Sappington: Can you do a flat iron tutorial please! I believe your hair texture is very similar to mines and majority of the products that works on your hair works GREAT on my hair as well! So I love following your tips and techniques more than any other youtubers! Thank you!

Tann Smith: Hey! Thx for this! Just started on the haitian black castor and love it! Ever tried? I love it's thickness!

Flowetress06: Love this! Always learn so much from this channel. When does Melanin Haircare drop in Feb? I wanna be supa ready (I couldn't do preordering ).

Faith F: Thanks for the video! I can use most of these products, however some are not cruelty free. I'll try to find vegan/creutly free alternatives :)

Namjoon’s Cocoa: I’ve been trying the hair masque and it’s been making my head feel hot almost like you get a relaxer and the heat when it starts getting to your scalp. I’m u sure if I’m applying it wrong or just allergic :( but it’s soft on my hair and make it curl and idk what to do

Jasmine Sizemore: Hey Whitney! What day in feb is melanin hair care becoming available for public order? Seeing all your faves made me think of this

mariposa7ful: Thqnk you love...I really need a heat protecting spray whenever I do blow outs. I'll try the Aveda heat protecting spray...Also, I can't wait to receive your products in February! Omg! I'm bursting with excitement!❤

Create Your Best Version: So dope how you make your own hair products

ShagirlT.I.P: I'm definitely ordering your line...I know I'm gonna love that oil.

Flowers Fam3: Just got your video as a recommendation! Love it and I'm a new subscriber! Couple of questions, is your Melanin Oil good for low porosity hair? And is the product list on this video also good for low porosity hair? Thanks!

Serita Newsome: My fffaavvee. Love ur favorites!! Definitely gonna run out and buy them all‍♀️‍♀️ ‍♀️‍♀️

Lorna J.Burns- Bridges: Hey Whitney I enjoy watching your videos for the many years that you’ve been on my question is how often do you use your masque and do you use your deep conditioner every time you wash your hair I’m a little bit confused I’ve been going back to your older videos to try to figure out the answer. So I thought this would be a faster way for me to find out thank you love ya’

FlorDeFlor: So many women with such beautiful hair in the world, but you will forever be my hair crush. Excited for next month so shipping can start on the Melanin products. Thanks for sharing!

Sharmella Johnson: We need a updated wash day or hairstyle of your daughter because we have the same hair type

Tiffany M: I can’t wait to try your styling cream next month. Question, with the aloe juice do you use equal pairs (half water half aloe juice)?

Diva Den: February come already LOL Now I'm wishing I ordered 2 oils but that's okay I know there were be another launch or new products and I'll double up then.

Deja Smith: I'm a woman who usually keeps her hair in braids most of the time like I rarely wear it in its completely natural state. I notice with a lot of natural hair product are usually for people who wear their hair down and it soaks in the stretches and really get into the hair strands, but since my hair is 24/7 in braids I have a hard time really being able to use all the advice given to me on hair because I can't really work it into the braid without diluting it or waiting till I wash it. Will these products work with braids or should I dilute them and will these work if I wash every 2 weeks or will there be too much build up. I have extremely dry 4B hair I normally use a leave-in and black castor oil every 2-3 days. Then pre-poo, wash, condition, deep condition, do a leave-in, and oils on wash days.

Audrey Willis: Congrats on your hairline products. I have to ask, are any of your products or diy's for low porosity hair? I know you mentioned you have high porosity hair.

Morgan Simone: Love your DIYs so much

imjustgen10: Yaasssss! A youtuber that actually remembers to include the links promised lol.

Kimberley Margarette: Would you recommend these for a toddler’s hair? Have you shared what you use for your daughter’s hair before? I’m trying my best to keep my daughter’s hair healthy. I thought I knew curls until I had her! Lol Any help is much appreciated! Congrats on the line. With my luck everything will sell out by the time I get to get my hands on something.

LaVida2: i buy that giovanni conditioner in liters AND in bulk and use it for almost EVERYTHING

Ace of Spades: Watching with a pen and paper! I know if you said it, it will be worth a try.
