Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video, i'm finally gon na be sharing with you, how i make my whipped everything butter, which is literally my secret weapon. You guys i've been using this thing since i was in like the ninth grade for pretty much everything. Chapstick shaving face moisturizer, dark spot fader, you name it. This stuff is so good. You guys. I'M super excited to share it with you. Please don't forget to like comment and subscribe, you guys and let's get into it. Alright. So first you're going to get a large mixing bowl and a measuring cup and the first ingredient we will be using is mango butter. You guys i love mango butter, so so much because it absorbs into the skin so nicely and it doesn't leave that nasty oily film like cocoa butter or shea butter, usually leaves so this is what mango butter looks like in its solid form. You guys. This is a 16 ounce bag, so i am pouring two u.s cups of mango butter into my large mixing bowl. Now i'm just going to take a butter knife and kind of chop up the larger pieces into smaller ones, so it will be easier to melt so for our second ingredient. Slash carrier we're just going to be using an oil. I chose avocado oil because it is super lightweight and moisturizing and i thought it would pair very nicely with the properties of my mango butter, but you can use anything like coconut oil or sweet almond oil. It is completely up to you guys. So now i'm going to add in about two teaspoons of sweet almond oil - i probably would have added more, but that was what was left in my bottle. You guys please keep in mind that the amount of oil you add, will determine the consistency of your butter. If you want a super, lighter consistency, you should add more oil and if you wanted a thicker, slash, tougher consistency, add less oil. So now i'm just taking my creations pot, aka pot that i do not care about or eat with, and i'm filling it with water and i'm just going to put it on my stove to come to a nice boil. So after the water heats up a bit. I just put my heat safe bowl full of my mango butter and my oils on top to create a kind of double boiler type deal, and the reason why we're melting the butters down is because, if we were to whip it, while it was solid, you guys It would be a little bit crummier and it wouldn't be like a smooth application on the skin. I don't know if you've ever whipped shea butter, but if you whip shea butter, you know in its solid form. You know it's one heart to whip into not the nicest feeling when it goes on so now that everything is nice and melted down. You guys, you just want to take it off the heat for about five minutes. Let it sit and then put a bit of plastic, wrap or foil over it, and then we're going to go ahead and just store it into the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour until it is semi-solid, ended up taking it out of my main fridge And putting it in the little juice compartment just for a little bit more space, you guys, so no one would knock it over anything and after like 45 minutes or so, this is what we're working with you guys. This is the consistency that we want for whipping. So that our butter is nice and fluffy, when it is done so now i just took out my stand: mixer you can by all means use a hand mixer you guys. I just didn't really want to stay here for, like 10 minutes whipping this thing, but you just want to pour all of your contents into the mixer bowl and make sure you get everything out. You guys no wasting um just really scrape the sides. So when you start mixing you guys, you want to start on the lowest setting possible and kind of work. Your way up, as the batter gets, the batter, as the mixture gets fluffy, you guys you'll, definitely see what i mean as it starts to fluff up. It turns white in color and just becomes this super fluffy, cloudy consistency. So now we're just going to pause and scrape up the sides again you guys to make sure everything is nice and whipped, and then i'm just going to go in and add. In my fragrance, you guys can use either essential oil or a natural fragrance. I'M using my amber blends, um natural roll-on fragrance you guys this stuff is so bomb. I get stopped everywhere again, no sponsor! I just really really love this stuff use it every day and i'm just putting about 10 to 15 drops of the oil and then we're just gon na mix it one more time. Now you just want to get a cute little jar, you guys and start putting your mixture into it. My mom actually got these jars from the dollar store, and it's so cute. She made me this super cute label as well. Um definitely keep a lot of napkins on you, you guys, because it does tend to get pretty messy and that's it. I made two jars one for my mom and one for myself. Then i got two salt sticker jars. Out of it, and also i filled up an old candle as well um. I just want to show you guys the consistency on my finger, it's very close to like ponds or the nivea lotion in the little tin. It is so fluffy and cloudy you guys it smells so so so so so good and i always get complimented whenever i wear it. So this butter is good for about a year and some change you guys for me. Personally, i go through a jar like this one, maybe every one to two months - um, because i use it every single day for a lot of things obviously just be sure to store your butter in a cool dry place. You guys keep it away from any heaters or radiators or anything like that. Make sure that when you go in to dip your hand and grab your butter that your hands are clean at all times, because we don't want our butter to go rancid or anything like that before it's time you know. So that brings us to the end of this video. You guys, please don't forget to like comment and subscribe. Thank you guys. So so much for watching and i'll see you in the next one.

Bonnie Camile Beautiful: To the person reading this: You’re amazing stay blessed, stay safe, and have an amzing rest of your day!✨

Girl with Drive: Honestly you should sell this! I know it’s easy to make but a lazy girl who doesn’t want to buy stuff (and doesn’t have a mixer) would purchase this ready made lol.

Laurscurls: Okay it’s settled! Will be making a lil store for some of my D.I.Y’s within the next few months or so, stay tuned guys! :) thank you SO MUCH for all of your love & support, I didn’t think this would go this crazy! ♥️

JMK: You just reminded me of when I used to make these butter for my daughters hair. She's mixed race and I'm white. I used to use Shea butter though and never liked the smell of it even when I added essential oils to mask that woody smell. I've never heard of Mango butter and must give it a try. Thanks for reminding me to make my own like I used to.

Truth and Beauty Co.: Pour the mixture into a plastic ziplock, cut the tip and you can squeeze the mixture into the jar. Less messy.

Bear's Beauty: Hey beautiful, I make skincare for a living and one of my sort of claims to fame is my OCD about texture. One of the biggest secrets when it comes to whipping up any kind of butter is during the melting stage. You actually only want to melt your butter about 50% of the way. So you should still have some big clumps in there of solid butter. Start whipping. If some small clumps and bumps remain, scoop out a small amount let's say if you're doing a 16 oz batch you would scoop out 4 oz. Continue whipping the other portion while you melt that 4 oz and then reincorporate that slowly into the whipping portion. By not melting all of the fatty acids down all the way you won't have nearly as many instances of those little balls that tend to form and you'll end up with a much creamier and product that won't require as much whipping you could probably do everything melted and have it totally whipped in 10 minutes. as opposed to the like hour it takes if you melt everything down all the way because then you have to incorporate the different kinds of fatty acids back into the butter a lot like when you melt regular milk butter and it separates into the liquid portion and the fat portion. Anyways, that would be just a small tweak I would suggest don't melt the oils down all the way and if you have any heat sensitive oils don't add those until you're done doing the heating this preserves their qualities especially if they're high in omegas you want to keep them away from heat.

who wants my mum CUZ IM GIVING HER FOR ADOPTION: I’m gonna sound weird but u look like u smell rlly good

Yvette Wallus: Thank you for sharing all your techniques. You’re such an inspiration for me to go natural. I’m 40 years old and have been straightening my hair for about 25 years because I never knew how to do my hair. My mom is white and didn’t know how to care for my sisters and my hair. We went through lots of bad cuts and years of ponytails. Quarantine has given me an opportunity to begin experimenting with my curls. I have curls like yours but definitely not as long or moisturized like yours. But seeing how your hair has transformed with proper care I feel like I can do it too. I’ve devoured all your videos and I’m actually excited to continue my hair journey. I also really like your personality. Many women as beautiful as you are very vain and conceded and I don’t like that but you are so sweet and seem so genuinely friendly. Anyway, thanks again for putting out content like this. I do have one request. Could you list your natural hair influences somewhere? Maybe the channels you follow? I’m new to this and noticed the Curly Girl method is mostly white women. No hate, but I’d rather learn from women who have my hair. Thanks and wish me luck on my hair journey!

Laurscurls: Hey guys! I hope you are all staying safe and doing well ♥️ And if things are down & weird, hang in there we’re almost through!! Ily & so do many others, I hope you enjoy the vid :) *EDIT* : a lot of you guys said you’d rather buy this than make it lol! If I did make a lil store for my DIY’s put these up for sale, would you be interested? Let me know!

Chantal S: I made this last night! I love it sooo much! After one night of use, I could tell a difference already. Oh and my hubby loves the smell of the Ambre blends. Finally something good that isn’t toxic Thanks @Laurscurls

Lotus Flower Life: Mango butter is SO amazing for curly hair, I can't wait to test out your recipe

Laura Iris Ni Donnabhain: You girls are seriously so inspiring.all natural healthy sensible and so kind to share to people who have been easily marketed incorrect overpriced chemical filled products I love your tutorials thank you

MoreButter: So I have a baking channel and this looks just like buttercream!! Good enough to eat have you ever thought about adding bronzer to it so you get that summer glow on your skin?! I can’t wait to try this !

trianna2008: Great video! And the butter looks fantastic- I’ll whip some up when I’ve run out of my current Shea/cocoa mix. Just one quick note about the recipe: butters are usually sold based on weight, not volume. It’s a bit confusing as the US uses both ounces (weight) and fluid ounces (volume), but what you added was 1 lb of mango butter, not 2 cups. Only mention this as that looks closer to 4 cups than 2 so it might give way different results for anyone who tries it as is. Lovely hair!

NoelleNaturally: I made this butter with two of my favorite oils. My mom and niece love it!

Maya king bumm: I’m making some tonight!! I just got my ingredients in the mail

IJ WD: I live in Sweden and winters usually obliterate my dry hair and skin :( I've been looking for a recipe like this to make my own body and hair butter and this looks amazing! Love the natural ingredients! Will definitely try this out with lavender essential oil :) My hair and skin loves olive, argan and jojoba oil, would that work? Thanks ❤️ Also checkend out the rest of your content, you just got a new sub! Been looking for a channel like this for so long

Lola: wow this looks awesome! we love a multi- purpose product

Maryann Hanrahan: Thank you for this basic recipe! I've been studying youtube and so many others have multiple different oils and butters. Yours is great and I can't wait to try it! Blessings!

Murielle AGONSANOU: I use to do the same recipe with Shea and cocoa butters. I add olive, argan, avocado to it. Your process is just the same as mine. For the smell, just add natural extract or fragrance to it. Really good

Kim N: Thank you so much for sharing this! I waited to purchase the Ambre oil (this will be my signature smell going forward. I put your channel in when it asked how I found out about the brand. I hope they partner with you <3) because of the price, but it was so worth it. I made the body butter today and it smells heavenly!!! I had to add a few more drops of ambre because the body butter had no smell with mixing 15 drops but it filled 2 medium sized mason jars and my family also loves it. I'll be adding this into my hair routine as well! Do you just use the body butter to smell nice all day or do you also go over it with the oil on the pulse points??

Fine Natural Hair ROCKS: Looove this! I especially love that it can be used year-round on both hair and skin.

Janay Morris: Just made this tonight. Letting it rest now. I can't wait to see how it turns out!

Naturally Sage: I loved the overall vibe of this video I felt relaxed watching it I just need the mixer and I’ll be ready to make mine! I can’t wait to try

Mrs. BabyDee: Thanks girl. Definitely going tonmake this and try it on my dry hair and body! Me and my daughter need some moisture and life back to our hair.

ShareeDeeJA🇯🇲: This looks amazing! My hair hates butter :( and my skin tends to be oily but this looks light enough and not greasy. I would try this! Thanks for sharing!

aaladee: This was a very well done. Kept my attention and so easy to do. Thanks for the info sis

Ko Mo: I recently made this and I am obsessed!!!! You're amazing for this

Salmah Ahmed: Mango butter Avocado oil Sweet almond oil Oil determines consistency Place mixture over a pot of boiling water to melt Take off heat, let cool in fridge till semi solid (runnyish) Pour contents into mixing bowl Mix until mixture gets super Fluffy and white and clowdy Add in fragrance

The Normal Life: Cool! I've been using a mango/olive oil whip for a bit now for me and the kids since they have a much of allergies. It works so well. I dont add any nut oils or fragrance though cause they are allergic. I rub it head to toe after they take a bath. I use it on my face at night as a moisturizer. Lol!

sharon t: THANK YOU SO MUCH! For sharing this recipe. I always used shea butter but the smell didn’t really turn out as i wanted. I used vanilla fragrance oil & Girl you got me smelling like vanilla ice cream all day ✨

Eisha: I never used mango butter before. I will definitely use this recipe.

Kathy Smith: I love the simplicity of the recipe

1980tiffani: Have you ever had an issue with mold? I’ve made a butter using mango butter and some other things and a few weeks later there was mold on it, so the next batch I had to add vitamin e oil as a preservative..

Michele Medley: Love this! I put a little too much oil in mine but it’s trial and error. This is a nice multipurpose butter

Cassidie Hailley: I've never tried mango butter I'd like to try it out your hair, skin and nails look so lovely you are glowing. ❣️

Anne-Olive N: love this video! can’t wait to make it

Arafo Abdi: 2:17 Fluffier consistency = more oil than butter Harder consistency = less oil/ equal parts butter

scebacious: Hiii! Thanks for sharing this awesome hack - so good! Question: would you recommend using this as a daily face moisturizer for combination/dry skin? Thanks!!

1pinktoes1: love this!! for people trying to make it at home I think the 16 ounces of mango butter is 16 ounces by weight so 1 lb of mango butter, not 16 fluid ounces which would be 2 cups.

Folosophi: Love this recipe. Simple and best part no shea butter (im allergic)

Living Beyond Vision: I make my own, too, with Mango Butter, Coconut Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. Everyone loves it. It is a really great butter. I am going to try yours with just the Mango Butter, Avacado Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. Oh...and I just ordered the Ambre Spritz (from watching another one of your videos). Thank you! BTW...you are very beautiful.

Circumstances Never Matter: I would use this on my 5 and 6 year olds for sure! ❤

Tammy B: What I like about this recipe is that the ingredients are not comedogenic

BuffCupcake: This is amazing and very close to one my recipes! And like you I use it for almost everything! I make tweaks here and there to my base recipe depending on my needs but this is fabulous thank you!

Shania Shelton: this is amazing & such an aesthetic! definitely want to try this!

Nicole Sakwe: I’m making this ASAP ❤️ thank you.

Allison Porter: This was amazing! Quick question, I’m allergic to almonds. Is there a substitute that I could use that would still do the trick? Like grape seed oil? Thank you for sharing I’m so excited to try this!

Xavier Allen: Just made some and I’m already in love!

Blessed and Bluetiful: Yessss! Thank you! I am trying this next week!

Charmaine Marirangwe: It's my first time here and i already like it You are very kind to show us this for free Thank you so much

SubsBaddie: I made this and it is amazing!!! Thank you so much

Kylie English: just ordered all the stuff i need for this! thank you!

Marlene Thompson: @laurscurls... Thank you for this recipe!!! I tweaked it a little bit I have the perfect butter for my everything! I even have some to my supervisor who loved it!!

Twin Clarke: It would super awesome if you sold this stuff. Different smells would be cool, but I’d also just prefer the simple way you made this one with its natural smell. Would buy in a heartbeat!

Alyssa: Would you recommend storing this in the fridge for an even longer shelf life? Or is it best to just keep it out and in a cool, dry place?

blackeneddove: This looks amazing! You have the prettiest skin and hair. If mine will look like yours from this butter I need to make some

Private Account: You’re so beautiful and I love your aesthetic! Thank you for sharing, it would be a great business idea for you, especially on Etsy! Also, love your hair!!

Not Today: I love your video!!!! I also wear the Amber fragrance and it’s AMAZING. It is also pricy ($49.99). I. go through a bottle in less than a month and people always compliment me the smell. I am headed to my kitchen right now to whip up me a batch of your potion. Especially, since I have all the ingredients on hand!

hade1hade: best recipe ever. I tried it and I loved it!

Look Up For Redemption: Thank you so much for sharing your recipe! I bought the ambre blends scent and it is lovely! But it is super light where I can almost barely smell it. Is that normal? Wondering if I got a bad/old batch. For the price I was anticipating something a little stronger.

sheislayan: I have a question cuz this looks like a really good diy! After you pour the whipped mixture do you put it back in the fridge to thicken up? Because it was liquidy when you were scooping it into the jars.

Yuri Sanchez: I had my husband whip this with a regular whisk (because I'm too weak lol) and it turned out really good, thank you.

CurlySimmyTingz: I swear by Shea butter! I’ve definitely got to try this out❤️

iiFallenWish: Definitely gonna be making this!

Ava Monroe: Does this stay in the whipped consistency at room temperature? Thank you! ❤

Yesenia Gonzalez: You are very kind to share this. Thank you do much!❤

Watermelon: Hi i never comment on YouTube but.. i just wanted to let you know that as soon as saw this i got mango butter and try it cause i loveeee your hair, i think we have a similar type of texture. The cream came out to be more like a lotion but I had to use what I had at home, I used coconut oil, castor and some olive oil. The results are awesome, I definitely see my hair, which has a medium porosity, absorb the nutrients and it just look more alive. A really nice thing to give a try if you have the chance and want to Thanks! Enjoy your videos

Krystal Brown: I love the all purpose of this one cream, it's quite simple and easy to make but I am so lazy, would have definitely supported you if you sold this. This is a lil business darling hope your are considering it

Alejandra Perez: Great video! I love it, I’ve been looking for a body butter lately. First video I’ve found of yours and I am for sure subscribing I loved it! Do you sell this body butter? ❤️❤️

Mari Elle: You should sell this product! I know a lot of people would buy! ✨

Alex Taylor: Love sweet almond oil ❤❤ I like using it to take off my mascara and sometimes put it in my hair

liv: protect this idea and start ya business i’d buy this !!

Paige Nichole Speaks: I will definitely be making some!

nayelli 17: I make mine like this too lol but I add lavender and grapefruit essential oil and also rose hip oil. I also don’t add the avocado oil I add more of the sweet almond oil. Feels great on my skin. I would tea tree essential oil too but I use it diluted with water on my skin before for my acne

Khaiah Mann: Might have to make this. I’ve used mango once before and I loved it.

B Coral: 2 cups mango butter (chop into small pieces for easier melting) 1.5 cups avocado oil 2-3 tsp sweet almond oil Double boil ingredients. Let cool. Cover with plastic wrap for 45-60 minutes in fridge. Whip in mixer to fluffy texture. Add fragrance if needed. Put into jar. Enjoy!

Cecilie Noble: OMG!# How fantastic, is this recipe! I have the Avocado oil already! I have to order the Mango Butter! Soon as I get it, I will make some! Thanks! ⭐⭐

Fatma: Yaaaaaaaay thank you for doing this and been waiting for this video since you mentioned it on IG...Thank you!.x

Zariah Rochelle: Hey this actually looks amazing ! I’ve been trying to find butter that goes for everything and if your not already selling this I would like to know if I could use this and sell it? It’s absolutely ok if I can’t

Vanessa Starter: Awesome! I'm going to try this! Do you know any cheaper alternative to the natural fragrance?

taylor franks: going to do this as my hair gets longer! while i keep it in twist
