Straightening My Natural Hair! | Fabulousbre

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel fabulous Burt here and I am back with another video and this time I wanted to. I guess just record myself straightening, my hair. It'S been a while, since I've done something like this because, as you guys know, I am always wearing some kind of weave in my head, whether it's a u-part wig or a full-on weed. You notice. I really like to deal with my hair as much, but as of lately, I've kind of been like looking at some old pictures of myself. You know how I get some. You look at little pictures of yourself and you just look in in this like I want to do that now, like I want to try to do this again, so yeah. I want to try to try to wear my natural hair more. You know whether it's curly or whether it's straight this time, I really want to try to straighten it out because, honestly, the last time I straightened out, like my fool head by myself, would have to be like three years ago, three or four years ago, because I Used I had cut my hair like really really short into a bob, and it was just way easier to manage back then. But now, since I was on this journey of wanting to grow my hair long, I'm still on the journey of wanting to grow. My hair long yeah, I just haven't been dealing with my hair like trying to straighten it out I'll, wear it natural. But when it comes to me like straightening, my hair is just a no listen because it's just so much to do and it's like annoying. But now I'm just kind of like when I do go and get my hair done by somebody and I'm seeing pictures of my hair and I'm just like hey my yearly, like they'd grown, so much well applied on babbling right now, but yeah. The whole point of this video is I'm going to straighten my natural hair by myself. I'M not going to get it done, because I'm a girl that knows how to do my own hair. When it comes to like doing stuff for myself, I can do it and you know I kind of just want to save a little bit unless I just really need to get my inch trim. I got my edge trim about like a month ago, so I'm pretty cooling. I really only get my instrument like once or twice a year, so yeah, I'm probably not gon na get my haircut again until maybe next summer. Maybe I don't know we shall see but anyways, let's just go ahead and jump right into this video. I know you probably like a girl. Okay, let's do these. If you already like the idea of everything of what I'm about to do and what out further ado, let's just go even game right into this video okay, so I went by Ulta today and I got two things: um I've been seeing a lot of people using These things, why do my voice just cracked, like this I've, been seeing a couple of people use these products and I find out I have used this before, but I had like a little small, even smaller than this. Oh, it was like a little travel-size that'll be like in the grabbing those sections of Ulta, and this is really good, especially before you blow your your hair out. It does give him like this silky texture and it's also a really good heat, protectant and yeah. I just think it's really really good and is paraben free, so you know that's even better, and then I normally hit the Garn here. Um straightening spray like the mist where it's like a heat, heat resistant or heat, protecting spray from Guarnere um. But for some reasons all they don't have like no Guarnere like anywhere like I didn't see, I walked around the whole store like in all of the hair sections, like even in the background like the prestige hair care, it was a back there. It wasn't where all the drugstore hair care products was like. I don't know what's going on, like I don't know, so I ended up picking this um freeze, John Frieda Frizz Ease heat defeat spray. So hopefully this will do the same thing, but I'm pretty sure we'll you can pretty much use any kind of heat protecting spray. Before you plan on your hair, so yeah, I will be using these two products right here straight to blow-dry and straighten my hair. So, let's just go ahead and blow-dry my hair. My hair is probably already dry because once I get out the shower, I become very, very lazy and not just get the sitting around and watching TV and just on my phone. So well, it's still pretty late. So I can still go in and blow dry it out. Hight opinion. Okay. What am i doing? First, oh I'm gon na blow dry. My hair, you see how easy are you sidetrack? Okay, so I'm going to go in first with this Chi silk infusion and I'm going to just pretty much rub it all over my head before actually close your eyes and I'm gon na say like both of these products smell really really good really did it and I'M already annoying is about to smell, like a huge beauty shopping here in my room. It always does I'm just trying to make sure I get giving good and just just get it on there very good, especially focusing on the ends of my hair, because those tend to dry out the most and just not listen. Sid and surprisingly, I have not gotten any heat damage from from, like my leave out from IU part week, so I'm pretty stoked about that because you guys, like I ran out of some stuff too, like flat iron, my hair way. So I was already sure that I was going to experience some heat damage, but I actually didn't like my hair. It'S just incurred right up. So now I'm going to part my hair into four sections and I'm just going to blow dry those four sections before actually going into flat ironing my hair okay. So now I'm going to use a paddle brush to detangle this section first before actually going into blow-drying it. I hate to even try to go right in to blow drying my hair, while it's still kind of curly, because that is going to be very painful and it'll take longer. So I highly suggest detangling it brushing it out first before going in to blow-dry it just so I can um you don't get some of the kinks out and it'll also help with the process. It'Ll go a lot faster. You guys seriously - and this is the blow dryer that I like to use. This is a really old blow job and a vanish forever. Since, like high school, I like to use something with the count like a blow dryer with the combs on there. I don't know if, for some reason it just seemed like it works better. That way to me, I don't know I just I like I like to use the one with the comb. It just seems to work to blow-dry my hair fast and to really get like each string so, and I always put it - I don't really put it on the coolest thing, because if I do it that way, it'll take longer because it's cold air blowing out versus Heat so I put it on the heat, but I put it on the lowest one. So, but that's what I'm about to do now, I'm just going to blow-dry um blow dry, my hair, basically all right now that we're looking like falesha it's time to all my scalp, because I didn't notice as I was blow-drying my hair, it was like some little Flakes falling around, so I am going to use this scalp treatment by curls. This is the blueberry and minty scalp treatment, um, it's formulated to help with like breakage and itchy scalp and dangerous and all of that stuff, and it also in encourages hair growth. So, if you're looking for a supplement, instead of using grease to grease your scalp or whatever the case may be, you want to use some type of fall. I would definitely say check out the curls blueberry and minty scalp treatment oil, and it really does feel good when you put it on the scalp. It'S like a cool feeling, so it definitely feel like it's doing something like it's working, so yeah, nothing that um I'm just going to index something like a drop form like this, so I am just going to go throughout my hand and just well don't want that To drop everywhere, I'm just going to go throughout my hair and just put some drops in there and then I'm just going to massage my scalp just so I can geek everywhere. Basically all right now that I gave myself a nice little scalp massage. It is now time to flatter the hair. Yes, it's time to flatiron, okay, so my flowers isn't all that great I've been having use for like a really really long time. These are the Remington flames. I don't know if it's like a certain style and whatever the case might be, but these are Remington flat irons and they weren't pretty good. To me, I thought when I fled her, like my leave out and stuff when I wear like my you car leaf. It definitely gets this street, it gets the job done, but I have Night Lights straighten out my whole head with these. So I don't know we'll see we got the seat. Hopefully my hair get straight. Well, it's pretty much already street from blow journey. That'S why it's key to blow-dry first before bladder I mean but um. I think I am going to keep everything in twist and I'm just going to flatten my hair in each section. Just go about each section to flattering me mmm, I feel like that'll be easier for me, because it's like a lot of hair and yeah. I don't know guys but uh yeah, I'm just going to keep everything in four sections and work on flattening each section. If that makes sense, but now I'm going to go in with the fruits ease heat defeat from John Frieda, and I'm just going to spray this all over the section before actually going in to a flat on her hair. It'S not wanting to oh there we go now wants to spray up, so I think I got enough sprayed on there and I think I sprayed too much because now my hair is starting to curl up my dad. Let me put some on the ants down and now I'm just going to take my paddle brush kind of brush it out some work. Alright, so I found my clip, but I don't think I'm going to go back and with this cheat, but I'm gon na get like maybe a dime sized amount, maybe not even damage, and I'm just going to rub this all over the section, because I do want It to have that shine to it and when platter in it, so I pretty much you got a bit. I don't know if you guys can see it, but just that much and we're just going to rub this all over the section, and I will say when flattering in my hair. It will probably you'll see some smoke within this, because this, the only reason why it is starting to smoke is because of the products that I have on my hair. Um. Definitely anything if you ever flat on your hair when you go to the salon and a flat on your hair or blow-dry, your hair you're gon na see like some steam. That'S because the heat is reacting to the products things on your hair, so don't be alarmed. If you see some smoke, your hair is not very interesting. Alright. So now I'm just taking a small comb. I don't know if I want to do the chase. Methi I've been looking at a couple of YouTube videos where some girls they'll do like the chase method, but I feel like that'll just take forever with me because I'm so like I don't know, I can't explain it yeah. So I'm just I'm just gon na go right into it. Whoo! Okay, look at me live this stretch, y'all! That'S it stretch. Okay, you got a pretty straight, so the key is to do small sections. Okay, do the small sections and I think the reason why most of the time my hair doesn't come out right is because I'm trying to do really big sections and yeah. I'M a procrastinator and I'm impatient and that's two horrible things to horrible traits to have when you're trying to do something whatever it is. You can't be impatient and a procrastinator like that all makes sense. So that's basically what I'm doing I'm just going to go through each section and Flatiron it, and what I did. What I'm going to do is spray. This freeze each first all over the section brush it through rake it through, and then I'm going to go right back in with the cheat cheese, silk infusion and I'm just going to UM, put like a dime size. In my mountain in my hand, dime size amount in my hand, and I wrecked it and rubbed it all over the section as well, so he can get that shine to it. Like look at that, so I can get that shine and then I'm just going to go right in and Flatiron it. So that's what I'm about to do. I guess just keep you alright guys, so I finally made it to the top of my head. As you can see, my camera ended up, ended up falling asleep because they got too height. So, yes, I just kept going on and flat out in my hair until I got all the way to the section, but this is the results of everything so far my hair is looking too pretty in it, like I'm flat ironing it pretty good better than what I thought I was gon na do so now. I just have this last section right here and I'm just going to flat iron, this right, quick and then I'll be back with the final full lip. Oh finally done! Alright, you guys this is the end results. Doesn'T we flat ironing my natural hair? I must say I did create it. I did for you. I wasn't expecting to come out this straight guys, but now I know to really follow these tips like to go by sections to blow-dry and to plan on my hair intersection, my in sections to flat iron, my hair, and to always use these two products, because I Really do like how this straightened out my hair, but it smells really really good too. So that's a place so yeah, but Eva or I'm still, probably gon na use my Guarnere one. Whenever I come across that again, I might just go ahead and about it. So I just have two options: over heat, protectant, styling and kind of spray, so yeah I wish I could see, but this is how long my hair, in guys my hair, has grown a lot like that's crazy and I definitely need to get my ends clip. But yes, that's it you guys for this video. I really hope that I gave you guys some tips on flat iron, your hair, your natural hair. You know - and I pretty much I know like when I used to flat on my hair. More often, I used to own only flat hair, my hair, maybe like twice a month, because I would try to keep it up for as long as I can, then I watch it in both your eyes and flatter and again like this is around the time like I normally start wearing my hair straight, like around wintertime fall winter time, because that's when the humidity and like the air being more cool and crisp, and it won't really like dry out my hair or well it'll, still dry out my hair plate. It won't really get frizzy, basically, because my natural hair, once the humidity hits it will, it will puff up like crazy. I like it's annoying but yeah. I am liking these results, so you guys made start seeing my natural hair straight more than anything. Now this is going into fall winter time, but don't get me wrong. I'M I still do my washing dogs. They have my curly hair too so, and I may be wearing weaves here near to you but like in this you're, like I'm so excited right now, like I wonder how long this is going to last late must right here.
