Hey everyone and today's video will be talking about frizz and basically that's something that I experienced all year round, but especially in the summertime of humidity. I can get a lot of frizz in my hair. So there's a few things that has been working out for me and I want to share that with you guys today. So if we want to know the different things that I do to help to eliminate, frizz is watching we're trying different methods. You actually want to look at the health of your hair. First first is not necessarily a bad thing, but it could be an indication that your hair isn't that healthy. So if you are over processing your hair by dyeing it too much and using too much heat and using a blow dryer all the time that can definitely contribute to your hair being unhealthy and frizzy. So if you eliminate those things and get a really good haircut and just start over it'll definitely help with health for your hair. It will definitely help with freeze over washing your conduct and contribute to try this and you're getting really frizzy. So I want to make sure that you're not doing that too much and when you are washing your hair, you want either Co wash with a conditioner or you want to make sure to use a sulfate-free shampoo so that it's gentle on your hair, washing you to Get the heavy water you want to make sure to use a cotton t-shirt or a microfiber towel, and what's really great about this is the material. It just helps to eliminate that frizz by not causing friction in your hair. So just soak up the water without having to disrupt your curl, so actually did a review on this one I'll leave a link down below for interested and checking that out so using a microfiber towel is nice and gentle on hair and does a really great job. At sewing up all that water, after you're done doing or washing go or your curly hair routine and your hair is dry. You want to make sure that you do not touch it in this process. This will definitely help to make frizz if you touch it and disrupt the curls, so you definitely want to leave them long. Last point that I want to mention is that when you're sleeping you want to sleep on the side pillow case or you want to use a sign, buy it, and this is the one that I use and does a really great job. At keeping my hair in place - and it definitely helps just eliminating frizz. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you found this video to be helpful. If there's anything that you do to help to eliminate frizz and just leave in the comment section below, so we can get an idea of what you like to do and that's it for today's video, don't forget to comment subscribe contact a later bye. You
