Let'S rank the worst and the best hair care brands on the market if you're new to my channel and if you're not welcome back, i'm mike i'm, who i'm a hairdresser, a l'oreal, color specialist, a makeup fan and a skincare lover in today's film, i will be Ranking the best and the worst haircare brands on the market. So if you want to sit with me on this one, then you better keep on watching. What is the story? Everyone in today's film we are ranking the best and the worst hair care brands, and i am gon na mainly cons, but not mainly, i am concentrated on professional hair care range. I just thought it's fair. You know what get the professional together we will do. Drugstores. Some other time and we are really concentrating on hair care, as in shampoo, conditioner, etc. We are not going into styling products because sometimes i find i may not like shampoo or the conditioner, but i love the styling products from that ring. So today we are really ranking just the best and the worst shampoos and the conditioners for that. I am using tear maker. So you guys, we have, i think, 14 brands that we gon na rank and we have four categories. So we have the holy water, which are the products that are the holy water for your hair. Then we have yes, please, which are products that i do love but they're, not a hollywood they're, not the holy grail of hair products. But yes, please put them on my head, then we have does the job, which means the product does the job and if i don't have anything else in the shower or my batch, that will do the job and then, of course we do have hipaa dart, which Is product for your bin or products i just do not like, and i am quite disappointed with right: let's get right into it guys. Nobody is safe, so starting off with the first one and over here of all the brands on the bottom, and i just picked out all the professional brands that i know, because i am not gon na say that something is good if i haven't fully tried it. So the first one over here we have is biolash now so biology is a very, very interesting brand. I love balayage bio lash. I keep saying balayage buy your lush, i love buy, buy a latch, it's an amazing brand. The scalp sink shampoo is absolutely gorgeous. It is from naturally driven ingredients. It feels lovely on the scalp. However, this brand is gon na. Be yes, please definitely. No. Yes, please brand, it's not a holy water, even though i love this brand there, it's not enough in the range. It'S not the holy grail of hair doesn't, but i do like the brand and i do use it on my hair now. The next one over here we have is kevin murphy. Now, when it comes to kevin murphy, you guys right. Where do we start kevin? Murphy? Is a lovely brand they're styling products are amazing, i mean their styling. Products are brilliant. However, every time i tried their shampoo order conditioner, i was very disappointed. Now they do the job so basically they're gon na go in, as does the job because they did the job and if i had nothing else i would. I would wash my hair with that. Now next thing we have 11 australia and i did review 11 australia. A very very long time ago, on my channel and it did a grand job. However, i tried more of their products now. Their styling products are brilliant, but i did try more of their shampoos and conditioners, and i was not so impressed so i mean when it comes to 11 australia. I must say it will be a heap of dirt when it comes to shampoos and conditioner. Styling products are they're, absolutely amazing, it's just a shampoo and the conditioner is there for a professional hair care range they're, just not there right next thing we have daveness and daveness is absolutely amazing. I love what they do for the environment. I love the products. I love it in my hair. I love it in my clients, hair. I think davines is a really really good. Haircare brand and daveness is the holy water of hair products. I definitely think the avenues deserves a spot there. I think it's brilliant. It'S good for the environment, it's sulfate free, so some of you may like it. I think daveness just takes all the boxes right. You guys. The next range we have is pureology. I love purology. I love the range. I love it in my own hair. I love that it's driven from naturally derived ingredients. I love that it's vegan. I love that it's all recyclable and good for the environment. However, the range is very, very small. I wish they extended the range they had more products. I mean there's only seven families. We could do with a lot more so for that pureology is going to go into yes, please, but it's a good product overall, and i do love it right. Next thing we have bed head now. I haven't used bed in a very very long time when it comes to tga and bed, hair styling products, amazing, and that's what keeps keeps happening when it comes to styling products, they're brilliant. I love them. I can't get enough of them, but when it comes to their shampoos and conditioners guys they are literally a heap of dirt. I just can't put my finger on it. It'S just it's just not what we expect from a professional haircare range, it's just! It'S nearly drugster like cheap feel to it when it comes to shampoos and the conditioner, it's very gimmicky, but the styling products are brilliant, whereas you guys the next range we have is caristas and carousels is a hypodermic. Oh imagine if i said that no kerastase is, do you know what, when it comes to hair care, i think kerosene just takes all the boxes now. I know it's not perfect, but we do have a wide range of products. We families for everything we have dry hair damage. Here. We do have scalp shampoos, we have four blondes, we have four corals and coils. We literally have everything we do have sulfate free options. We do have silicone free options in caristas, so for that caristas and therefore formulation that carries us is caristas - is the holy water of hair products. So far, what do we have? We have the holy water, which is davina's carousels. Yes, please we have biology and pureology does the job we have kevin murphy and for the hepa dart is 11 australia and better, and i feel actually about putting 11 australia on the heap of it. But listen they'll be fine. Their styling products are ace right. The next product we have is moroccan oil and, like that, when it comes to moroccan oil, i love their hairspray. I love their curling range and i like their texturizing spray and dry shampoo when it comes to the shampoos and the conditioners. However, you guys, when it comes to all that moroccan oil is the biggest hippo dart on the market. It'S overpriced. I wouldn't wash my dog with it. If i had a dog, the only shampoo that i like from them is the clarifying shampoo. But overall i think the shampoos and the conditioners from moroccan oil are overrated, overpriced and they're hypodart, so they're going down to a heap of dirt. Sorry moroccan oil, but it's true: it's a waste of money and the oil itself. Don'T like the oil right. The next brand we have is nioxin and nioxin is known for being one of the biggest um hair care ranges for scalp, and what nioxin does does really well. Nioxin knows how to treat the scalp nioxin is good for the scalp. However, one thing i do not like about nioxin is the packaging. I think nioxin is a brilliant brand when it comes to your scalp issues, hair growth, hair diameter, anything to do with scalp nioxin knows how to do it. The packaging is a minus because it just looks very clinical, it's very off-putting for me so for that nioxin will just go in and yes please because i have no beef with dioxin. I think the accent is good. It does what it's supposed to do. So i mean yes, please nioxin. Yes, please right. The next range we do have is paul. Mitchell and paul. Mitchell is very, very it's a very known brand. It'S known for years. It'S been around for a very, very long time and paul mitchell is very good. It has some cold products. I call it the cold brand because it's been around for so long. However paul mitchell, there isn't enough there for taking care of our hair, like they have good shampoos, as in like shampoo one, two and three and then tea tree. Those are good core shampoos, but when it comes to more specified hair care, looking after your hair for damaged hair blonde hair, there isn't enough, like the rain, the the range is big, but it's not big. You know there's a lot of products, but there isn't a lot of product. Their styling products are definitely a lot better than their shampoos and conditioners. But for that i do love the tea tree. Shampoo and the shampoo three. However, the rest of the brand and shampoos in the conditioner just meh, so for that i will put - i was definitely not a hypodermic because i use it in my own hair. It does the job i mean it does the job. I do like shampoo one. I do like shampoo too. I do like shampoo tree. I do like tea tree. I just don't think there is enough of products for certain hair types. Now next thing we do have is siri expert. I love siri expert magnesium silver, the one of the best purple shampoos out there, metal detox shampoo. I live for it, i'm using it currently on my hair. Purees are shampoo amazing. Is it the holy water off hairdressing? Is it or is it? Yes? Please is it now, that's a tough one, because i do like siri expert and there's some shampoos that i absolutely love do, i think, is that the same standard as kerastase i do not care stuff is a lot more out there. It'S a lot big now siri expert did get a vamp up recently and it the packaging is all recyclable and everything does it deserve to be in the holy water. For that i think siri expert is a yes, please product. I do love it, but it's not at the same standard as la caristas or davina's. That'S just my opinion. I do love the product. I do love it now. Next thing we have is osmo hair care and osmo. Hair care is a professional hair care range and i did use it for a very long time. I'M gon na i'm gon na say that i did use it for a very long time and what do i think of it? I think it's an absolute hippo dart guys when we're looking at this chart we're getting a lot of heap of dirt, comparing to like the holy water and yes, please huh, interesting right, but yeah now osmo is a heap of. I don't think it's that great. I mean there's it's it's a profession like they call themselves prof. I don't think it's professional at all. Right next thing we have is sebastian professional. I love sebastian styling products and like that, we're going back. Styling products are amazing. The shampoos do the job. Basically, it's you know what it's just going in to does the job, because it does the job and if i didn't have anything else in the shower, i would use sebastian professional. I mean the shampoos are not well have they wow, they haven't wowed me, but i don't think they're like oh yeah. I need to go, buy sebastian for my shampoo and my conditioner. No, but if it's there i am gon na use it so yeah it does. The job now you guys, last but not least, we do have a veda and, i think, aveda. You know what i like the eatos behind the veda, it's good for, like the planet and they're doing all that it's a bit fake. It'S bit, they're, not really honest. With people, but i mean they're trying their best and it's extremely overpriced, i did review evade a few times on my channel, i mean some products are just beautiful. The scent i mean the champions and the champion scent is absolutely gorgeous. However, do i think it's a holly water? No, do i think it's a yes, please would i re-buy aveda, probably not, but if it was in my shower i would definitely use it. So aveda does the job. So you guys, when we're looking at my ratings - and i i didn't rate that prior to this film, i'm literally just waiting as it goes. So what do we can see here? We have it's fairly, even when it comes to the holy water. We do have daveness and kerastase and that's yeah, that's quite surprising, because i definitely thought i would put more products into the holly water, but we're going to talk about it. Obviously, davin is amazing, wide range of hair products, it's brilliant for environment. It does what it's supposed to do. It deserves a spot in the holy water of hairdressing products and charista's. Caristas is just a holy grail. I you know what you may not like it, but i i genuinely think cares. It'S probably one of the best, and i am not sponsored by kerastase just to get this glass caristas does not sponsor me, but if they like to sponsor me, i'm not going to say no so charis. Does you can't sponsor me um when it comes to? Yes, please we have biology, i think biology is beautiful, their packs are gorgeous, their shampoos are lovely. I mean the scalp sink shampoos like i just love anything refreshing. It is a beautiful natural hair care range. So i can fold. Pureology pureology would be a holy water. If the range was whiter, it's just such a small family. I love that it's vegan. It is natural. It'S everything that i want in a hair care. I just need more hair products. That'S all! When it comes to nioxin scalp, scalp scalp. You have scalp issues. Hair fall, hair loss. Nioxin is your guy. If nioxin had a bigger, better packaging, it probably would have end up in the holy water, but the packaging is a very letdown and i highly recommend nioxin to my clients due to the packaging, because it's so medicated looking and then we have siri expert and i Feel bad for siri expert for being in yes, please, but i actually i'm actually pissed off with siri expo at the moment, because they discontinued one of my best favorite shampoos, which was saurus essential by siri expert. It was 100 vegan, 100 natural and they just got rid of it. I was so disappointed because i love that shampoo. No, i'm not punishing syrix, but because i do use siri explain my hair and i absolutely love it, but i don't think it's at the same standard as keras does. When it comes to does the job i mean kevin murphy, amazing styling products like that shampoos are just a bit of a letdown and i don't think they're worth the price when it comes to paul mitchell. Palmetto is good. Shampoo tea tree shampoo is brilliant shampoo. One two and three and the conditioner are brilliant. Styling products are amazing. I just like to see more and more prescribed products that would kind of up that, in my rank, sebastian professional, like that styling products, amazing shampoos and conditioners they're, all right and aveda - is just overpriced, in my opinion, for what it is and then obviously, let's talk About the hippo dart and the hippodart we have is 11 australia. Now i don't think 11. Australia is an extreme hepa dart. It is a heap of dirt, but it's not like. I remember i reviewed the volume shampoo and then i reviewed um. What was the other one, the bar soaps, that was the bear shampoos and the bar shampoos were like it wasn't all that and i just got really disappointed because their styling products are amazing. Bed head: it's very mediocre, hair care, shampoo and a conditioner when styling products are deadly and they smell amazing, then we have moroccanoid an absolute overpriced heap of dirt that i hate. I hate that product with passion, clarifying shampoos, i'll give it to you the consistency, the smell everything about that shampoo, just no no, and then we have osmo, which is just a brand that i just don't stand by when it comes to professional hair care products. Anyways guys thank you for watching today's film. I hope you found this one about interesting, helpful and useful. Please, like share comment and subscribe to my channel, also check out my other social media and, of course, you guys. Please please, please do take care bye,

C Foster: I'm all about Kerastase! I actually like the fact that they still use sulfates. The sulfate free stuff just doesn't clean my hair and scalp well. I don't have color so that's not an issue.

Dorien: I would totally love a drugstore version of this. As much as I would love to try kerastase, my budget at the moment won't allow for it unfortunately.

Amanda Sawyer: I used Nioxin for many years when I was having scalp issues & my hair was ultra fine & it was amazing. Now those issues have gone I’m free to try all these amazing hair care products available. My hubby jokes that our bathroom looks like a hair salon & definitely thinks I have a serious hair product obsession . Btw, hats really suit you Mike

Fifi Lebelle: Can’t wait for the drugstore version of this . Thanks for your honesty. Does Kerastase have any suitable shampoo for dry scalp?

pookieluvie: Davines is absolutely the gold standard for haircare. I love it!

Calley Michelle: I'm so brand new to this game and my first purchase was matrix biolage and I'm so proud that I got that because I have noticed a huge difference in my hair since I started using it.

Rachel Smithkey: I feel the same about Kevin Murphy but UGH I love how cute their packaging is. The shape, the color. Ugh. Looks SO cute in my shower. Im also surprised Redken was not on the list!

C W: Yeah I wasn't impressed with eleven! I was gifted a lot of their ranges five years ago and I absolutely love their miracle leave on conditioner, that was sooo amazing but their shampoo and conditioner was a different story my hair always felt dry and never looked good

Desteney Bertens: Pureology . I fully agree. Their shampoos and conditioners are amazing, but they're a bit limited with their products. On a different note, what do you think of L'Alga?

Gary Zimmerman: Fantastic review! I might have put Serie expert in the holy grail but that’s about it. I do sometimes like though a drop of Moroccan oil on my hair after shampooing it. But your top two shampoos are the best in my opinion also by far. Great job!

Nina: I LOVE the video! Because sometimes it's hard to compare everything on the market, so this is really helpful. I tried Davines Oi conditioner but I think I have too coarse hair for it so wasn't nourishing enough, think I need Oi hair butter. I also don't like Morrocanoil oil. Would love your review of R+Co and Oribe! I think they are the best!

Michelle M: I HATE Olaplex. So damn over rated!!! The shampoo and conditioner made my hair fall so bad. I couldn't believe it was happening but by the third time, I had sooo much hair in the drain.

Milly Manning: My kerestase products arrived today super excited to try them. Watched your videos to help pick the correct shampoo and conditioner for me. Thank you !

CI ME: I have been useing Kerastase for 20 yrs..when I tried Shu Uemura, thought, I felt in love with Urban Moisture line and that essence oil..OMG...

Yoshi_b 10: New video click! Gotta agree with the moroccan oil shampoo/conditioner review- pricey, smelled great but didnt really do anything Love the hoodie btw ☺️ Ive always wondered when u did ur own routine for ur hair, how many times did u change ur conditoner/shampoo in a week? Like how did u interchange it? Cause im planning to use the kerastase lait vital conditioner and the kerastase fondant renforcateur (genesis) conditioner with the kerastase bain divalent as shampoo... ive got dry hair with hair loss. But Im not sure how many times in a week I should use each conditioner. Help please! Tnx!

Christina Miraz: Mike, super interesting and informative one! Thanks. I’m so curious to know your opinion for one of my favorite-Philip Kingsley, Alterna and perhaps Shu uemura

Paula Goodbrand: What do you think of olaplex and Wella shampoos?

Barbara: I bought SerieExpert shampoo and conditioner. It's a nice shampoo with a nice smell and the conditioner is nice but doesn't detangle very well. I feel like they do the same thing as my Pantene volumising shampoo and conditioner. Can you talk about the benefits of the L'oréal products?

Keziah Lyon: What products from Kerastase would you recommend for extremely damaged hair?

Nemeseax: K 18 is a holy grail for me .Kerastase and Davines are great too ...Olaplex ? Huge disappointment!

Jennifer Gallares: Hi Mike! Im addicted watching all your videos. Im so happy finding you in YT. I'm happy that NZ is on lockdown and I am WFH have a lots of time to watch your videos. Also followed you in IG.

Tom andme: Here I can say 'lucky me' for wearing short hair... so my hair is always healthy. I had have used some of this brands, in my opinion the shampoos are so simular... not good and not this bad. Sometimes I use Baby shampoo and it's ok for me. But I use good strong styling products. I have a lot of it - so I can switch all day... The smell of all Shampoos is chemical... so I use a nice parfum and all things are ok. Please be patient for my poor English grammar...

abi: Please review Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate line! It’s honestly been doing wonders with my hair rn! I recently just dyed my hair blonde, so I was just going off my stylists recommendation and I’ve never tried any redken in my life before this

Tracy: This might sound silly but I don’t buy kerastase a lot of the time because they have so many products to choose from. I don’t know what to get.

Dajana: I always hear great things about Moroccanoil, but it never did anything for my hair. I was so happy to hear your review. Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate and Kérastase Blond Absolu Masque Cicaextreme transformed my bleached hair, they are my holy water!

demonstrativum: Kerastase is my holy grail. Dont think redken belongs to the holy water section. Besides the all mega soft leave in product I havent repurchased any redken product I tried in the last years. I am curious about davines. never tried.thank you

gemruby41: Have you used Oribe products? If so, please do a review.

Calley Michelle: I'm subscribing I love that you do the best and worst brands gives me alot of insight

Zsofi Kremer: I agree about Kevin Murphy sadly, but haven't tried the other brands.

Ruby Hryniszak: Me, watching this video and feeling proud that I use Davines shampoo and conditioner lol.

Sarah Wells: I'm addicted to your channel in today's film! Just love you accent and your personality makes it fun to watch

Rubberelectricsoul: Thanks for this video, I found it really helpful.

je ra: surprised you didn't include R+Co. I like their shampoos and conditioners.

Aphrodite: I love Moroccanoil oil. What do you think about bumble and bumble invisible primer and the brand overall?

Adzz: Which Serie expert will be suitable for fine straight dry hair and oily scalp?

Kathrin W: Lovely video as always. Would love to know what you think about Oribe.

Helena Lovelock: What about the morrocanoil masks? Looking for good masks. Sorry I keep asking questions but your channel is great

M S: kerastase is the king of haircare!

Kelly E.: I really wanted to see redken, matrix, kenra and unite too

Hanouda M: What about matrix and sexy hair i don t know if they are a proffesional brand...ps: i only use kerastase and serie expert that works on my long thick north african hair hahhaa

Mechelle Cee: Can you do this cod for styling products

Aimun Raja: Can you do an oribe vs kerastase vs olaplex video?

M squared: Hey I have very dry ,damaged ,frizzy hairs .Can you recommend me a good shampoo ?

𝙄𝙑𝙃𝘼𝘿𝙀: pls, why do most professional hair care products have isopropyl alcohol? I thought that was drying ...

Mallika Soundararajan: Plss say which is best amoung Matrix or loreal series . Wat would u recommend sir? Coz these two are popular in India?

Kat P: What is your opinion on Klorane shampoo???

Kim Belford: Have you tried Amika?

Akira Mist: what about Olaplex, oribe, Joico, Ouai?

Karen Renshaw: Love this .

syed zaheer: Hello Mike Is kerastase is better than Kevin murphy shampoos?

Amelia Avendaño: What do you think about Oribe?

Charmee: Aveda worst junk I ever used on my hair, flat flat flat. Terrible.

seggsychilibeans: Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner saved me ?!?!?

Osdelsy Reynoso: What do you think about Redken?

Violet U R Violet: Awesome Review....KERASTASE

California Doll: You're ridiculous! You say you love that Pureology is "good for the environment" yet you rate them low because they don't have a unnecessarily amount of products out on the market. You can't be good for the environment if you're mass producing, especially if it's just for the heck of it. Educate yourself! Thumbs-down!

syed zaheer: Hey Mike where u would rank redken brand?

Helena Lovelock: I just read a comment complaining and saying the many people are complaining about Pureology Hydrate saying that it’s causing hair loss. Have you heard this ?

Carol: I love Nioxin but the packaging is terrrrrible it always always always gets super stuck if you don’t use it for a couple days or weeks ughhh

Nazia Mostaqim: Heyy, I have eczema in my scalp and I have been losing a lot of hair and I am only 16. I need treatment but my doctor is not taking it seriously. Any recommendations?

Ainsley Ameerali: Professsor!!!

Bon Cat: L’Oréal is good

Maria Cristina Santos Perez: And Lanza? Keune? Joico?

syed zaheer: Why there is no redken brand ?

Adzz: What about Schwarzkopf??

Liann Paschal: Kerastase rules.

Bon Cat: You didn’t do Joico or redken

Kristin Flores: IS THAT A BLACKPINK SWEATER?! Yassss #BLINK

Debbie Reed: How about J Beverly Hill

Alice Morelli: hi what about redken?

سعاد صالح: What about phyto & wella
