The Titan Leg Extension/Leg Curl is a combo unit designed to take up as little space as possible in a home gym while offering two machines not often seen. A leg extension is great for building massive teardrops on the quads while a leg curl helps to build ham-hock hamstrings and glutes.

I've been testing the budget-friendly Leg Extension & Leg Curl from Titan Fitness in my garage gym for over 6 months. Although there are certain things I would try and improve on the machine, overall, it's the best value leg extension for a home gym currently available.

Hey guys, this is coop from garage and reviews, and we are here in my videographer's garage nathan, doing a review on the titan leg, extension and leg curl machine. Now we get questions all the freaking time. Can you do more budget friendly stuff coop? Can you do more titan stuff coop? Can you do more like isolation, bodybuilding type machines and that's exactly what this is? This is not one of those like you know, pieces of equipment that i'd recommend as your first piece of equipment. I'D probably recommend something like a power rack. However, this is a piece that can provide a lot of value in a small space for people that want to increase their quad girth, increase the hammies and maybe get a little bit of the glutes as well. So this is titan's version of the leg extension machine and today we are going to review it. So, let's do it this hair going out here all right, so we're going to do this one with the coupe score, coupe score and the coupe score is basically points percentages, points for different attributes of the machine, we're gon na. Add it all up at the end and tell you what i think overall it is just so you know a three isn't bad. A three is average a two is below average. A four is above average. Five is excellent. One is just not good, so this is an honest review so understand that going into this first off footprint, as you can see anytime we're talking about home, gym piece, a piece that's going to sit in home gym. This is not commercial grade. I would say: does your commercial gym go with something a little bit higher like a selectorized version, but for a home gym having something that takes up as small space as possible is really recommended, and this is perfect for that from a footprint standpoint, this takes up As little space as possible, while adding the maximum versatility for the piece, i can't think of any way that i would make this smaller. This back does come off a little bit, but it's sized just enough so that a standard 45 pound plate can fit on here. Without hitting this with like half an inch of movement, i'll show you it's actually really well done. Put that on there, as you can see just enough space, so there's no rocking. It'S also allowed for a large plate, loaded movement out here. So this is a little bit longer arm, obviously with high temps, you can't put a ton of weight on here. However, if you add more, you can so overall, like this is one of the best parts of the machine. I give it a 4.25 out of 5.. Obviously, it would be great if it was more compact. I don't know how they would do it, but this is definitely above average in that territory. Next to construction. This is a titan piece, i'm going to say this, probably for a little bit longer, but titan has typically not been known for, like the highest quality pieces up until like recent years like before, like the powder coat, wasn't great, the vinyl wasn't all that great. That sort of thing it just wasn't like the nicest fit and finish titan has improved in that standpoint tremendously, so the welds are a little bit cleaner, they're, not perfect, but you can see here like the welds. Are better they're, not crazy, sloppy all over, like the different mechanisms they're using are a little bit nicer, they're, adding some finer touch points with like these nice, like pop pins that have a little bit of a curvature to them, so they feel good. On your hand, this is actually size for an olympic weight plate like just different fit and finishes like even a plastic cap. On the end, these are things that they probably wouldn't have done in the past, but because we have as reviewers and also just the community in general has talked about it, they've improved, so it is definitely above average. It'S not like what you'd see with a really high-end say: you know like a techno gym piece, but it is very nice. So this is a four out of five. In my opinion, on construction, next is the function, so the construction really kind of looks at the form. The function is, how does it actually perform? Well, let me show you kind of how it performs this is one set up right now as a leg extension. It can also be used as a leg curl, which is one of the nice things about this, in that it has multi versatility for a home gym, which is nice. The way that you do a leg extension is you have this post right here, which is? Has laser cut holes all throughout think the lord they put holes all throughout? I think that was a smart piece because they could have easily said. Well, you don't need them all the way around. You only needed someone parts, but people like to do like different parts. They like to start at different parts of the movements and people have different lengths of legs and levers, and things like that. So this i really love that piece. But the way this works for a leg extension is you crawl in here get set up, and then you can hold on to the handles. Once you adjust the back piece, you can put this piece down to lock you in a little bit more and then you just start doing leg curls now this is plate loaded and with plate loaded. This takes into consideration the function, but this is one reason. I'M dropping the score a little bit, especially for a separate category called the resistance through the rom. The resistance through the range of motion is that at the start of the movement, regardless of whether you're doing a leg, curl or a leg extension, the resistance is much lower than what it is at the top so think about bands, the farther you get from the Anchor point the harder it is. This is very similar, so right here, it's like nothing like it feels like you would literally have to have like 500 pounds for most of you, for me at least 1500 pounds to feel any sort of resistance at the beginning of the movement. Now, once you get to here, you start to feel resistance. I'Ve tried like doing some macgyver stuff with, like attaching a band on the back, so add some resistance, but then it should actually also increase the resistance at the top, which i don't necessarily want. I don't have a way around it. It'S just kind of a fact of the matter with plate loaded machines. So, like yeah, it's pretty annoying like not having anything right here, but you can load it up and get pretty heavy and still get quite a bit of pump. Even if you don't have the resistance at the bottom of the movement. Now the other side of the functionality is the fact that this weight horn flips all the way around and you can do leg curls. So if i wrap this around bring this up, i can now do seated leg curls. So i can put this down on top of me get in here and go as you can see like even right here like i'm, putting hardly any resistance on this and it's just bobbing up and down, as i come through, there's more resistance, as this arm gets Further from the floor, so it's just the way it's created, like i'd love, to give a recommendation on how they can improve that with a plate, loaded machine, but i honestly don't have it so functionality on this. It'S not bad, but i think it could be improved, especially through the first range of the motion. So overall functionality is above average it's four, but the resistance through rom, because it's just not that great and it can be improved for plate loaded. I think it's pretty much average for what's most out there, but i think it could be improved, especially compared to selectorized pieces like a prime or a strive leg extension that has the unique cambers on the different pulleys. Let'S say it's a three and a half out of five next is the adjustability. This has multiple points of adjustment, which was pretty nice, so obviously, this back pad here that can adjust forward and back depending on how long your legs are. There'S also one underneath that can adjust the seat up and down. So you pull this pin out, it's not a lot of adjustment, but you know it's something where you could put it in here, that's the highest, it could go or you could go all the way down so, depending on like what movement you're working. What part of your body you want to work like it's something minor, but it shows like they're thinking through some of that stuff, then, is the adjustment up top, so this can adjust up and down. This can adjust all the way around the really the part of the adjustment. I don't love. Is this piece right here i do wish it was able to come up a little bit higher, so it didn't feel like you're trying to squeeze into like something really tiny. Like if it was a little bit higher, you could fit in you know, i'm not there's guys that are a lot bigger than me and probably have bigger issues getting in this than i do, but it would be nice. It was just a little bit taller stacked tire, so you could get in fine. This piece, though i thought, was really smart. This adjustment piece that has a little bit of like back and forth swivel to it, which is also very smooth that works really well and then obviously, like i've talked about previously. This whole circle piece right here that is cut out. I love the way they did that and it works really well so adjustability, there's quite a bit here, definitely above average of four out of five now to comfort and that mainly deals with this vinyl and covering i actually broke this up in two sections. There'S just the overall comfort and then the actual foam covering and also vinyl, covering that's used here. If you'd like to see our full breakdown review written article with like tons of pictures, thousands of words, you can see that in this card up here now, the comfort when you sit in here the vinyl used on this is the same on some of their benches, Which i personally do not like at all: it's a cheap vinyl. It just feels plasticky, it's thin. It'S stretchy, there's really no like grippiness to it. It'S just like it's the cheapest crap, that's out there. I really wish this is one part of their machines and their benches, where i feel like, if they just spend a little bit more it'd, make the experience a lot better. We see that with like rep benches, where they're using like the it's, not an expensive vinyl, but it has a little bit more grip. Something like that would be a huge addition to pieces like this. The foam itself on the bottom is a is a softer foam and on here is a little bit more firm and dense. It'S firm and dense and not very comfortable. So when i'm doing leg curls, it's not that big of a deal. However, when you flip it over to do leg extensions, because you have no like muscle or meat on the front of your leg, this piece does not feel very good. It'S not like the worst thing in the world and it's pretty thick, but it's not very comfortable and i've heard multiple people, including our videographer, say like man. That'S one part of the machine that i would really like to see improved. Is this be higher like something just a little bit more comfort? So maybe if it was two separate densities so like this was the inner core so that it's preventing you from touching the metal and something a little bit more soft um less dense on the top. You know a little bit more like a pillow it'd feel better. So that's one callout i have the final and covering it's not good. It'S just okay, two and a half overall comfort is three out of five all right weight capacity. I'Ve got a high temp on here. It can basically hold any amount of weight that you can fit on this weight horn. So, if you're using something like calibrated plates, you can stack a lot of reds or a lot of blues on here and lift as much weight as you'd like if you're using bumper plates. It becomes more of an issue. I like the length of this, i'm glad it's not like this crazy long. That gets in the way what i would suggest for most people, if you're using bumper plates, is find some like cheaper iron plate that you can throw on top or something just to make up the difference. But for this you can basically fit two 45s put that on there you could probably put 3 45s for a lot of people - that's probably enough, but for you monsters out there like, you may want a little bit more. Oh, it's like wow, that's freaking heavy! Well, the reason is because it's on the back side - i literally i think i almost broke that metal piece. I did it so hard, but regardless, let's just do this, so people don't ask all right just to show you again like no resistance at the bottom, even with 90 pounds on there yeah it's a decent weight here, zoom in on that quad. Oh, look at that! Teardrop wait a couple more reps. Before you shut, oh yeah, there you go ah like platts. Ah dorian yates, that's my workout! For the day, all right last part is value. This is like this is the creme de la creme, the best part of it. I think for this piece for most people, this thing is a killer value. It'S a tremendous value for the price when you compare it to other options that are out there. Personally, i think this mechanism could be adapted to a squat rack, so you're, using that as the frame i've seen a company called bells of steel. They posted something in our home, gym community facebook group, which you should check out and link below like button. If you'd like to join all sorts of people are putting new releases, and things like that and i've seen them like, have a prototype. They ask for opinions on which uses this kind of thing, but right now this is really the best option for home gym owners. If you're a home gym owner, you want a leg extension leg: curl don't want to spend the crazy amount for a selectorized piece. This is really thing. I'D recommend, there's other ones out there, like xmark i've seen on amazon and others, but they cost more. This one 550 bucks, not including any of the sales which doesn't include ggr5, which is exclusive code, if you'd like to use it for five percent off anything from titan or any of the other sales that are out there, 550 bucks shipped to your door. It'S a dang good value, okay, so this is the best part of the machine. It'S just the overall value it works does well for what it's supposed to do: 4.75 out of 5 for the value so to culminate everything all the different scores. If you'd like to see every part that we use, you can check it out, link below like button for the in-depth written review that we've done, but overall, this comes in at 3.83. Out of five three is an average, so this is above average again like. If you go to amazon and compare this review to, maybe some amazon reviews, where they're always like four and a half stars just understand this is an honest review. That'S using three star, as the average four is above average. So this is actually a really good piece when you consider everything that it can do for the price and comparing it to the other options that are out there. Do i recommend it? Yes, i do. This is a piece i'd recommend if you understand the limitations and some of the problems, so some of the shortened range some of the shortened like basically not much resistance on the top or the bottom end. If you understand like this is still going to take up a little bit of space, it can only be used two functions if you're getting this. In addition to some of this other equipment that i think is like more primary more essential, then i think it's a great deal. I'D recommend it and, if you'd like to support ggr check out the link below the like button or the card that just popped up linking to titanfitness all right, this coupe from garage and reviews is this a piece you would use like? Is there any other options? We'Ve missed, should we bring these in and do like a roundup of the best. Let me know in the comments below we will see you next time. Um

William Long: Recommend you remove that stop pin for the weight arm. Makes transitioning from leg extension to leg curl much easier. No need to flip th arm all the way upland around. Also, for greater resistance at the bottom you can set the weight arm up further in front and the leg arm further back. You can also attach a low cable to it for resistance.

Brad D: It's interesting when you discuss ROM / Range of motion for this. Actually better on the knees when resistance starts off low (weakest part). Very expensive pieces like the Thrive and Prime have options to start the resistance low by design.

weehooherod: Coop try this for the resistance through ROM. Stack some stuff (ideally silencer pads) under the plates in the resting position so that the weight arm is at 45 degrees in the bottom position. This should make the resistance higher in the beginning, highest in the middle of the ROM, and then a bit lower when getting to full contraction.

ultrafloss492: Thanks very much for this and all the reviews, I thoroughly enjoy them. As for feedback, I would love to see the inclusion within your assessment if the equipment, given its design, matches the strength curve of the the muscle for which it is designed to train. For example, this one does the inversion of what would be the ideal. Very little loading in the lengthened position at which the muscle is strongest and all the loading in the shortened position at which the muscle is weakest.

Nefenoke: I got one of these recently! One thing that I've done, especially for leg extensions, is I put the pad WAY back. Then when I get into it, the load is already on my legs when I get to resting position (pull it forward basically while I sit down), and then I have resistance more throughout instead of just at the top. :D

insaniti: Remove the metal peg stopper, and you can go from leg extension to leg curl seamlessly. And as noted, start further back with leg extension and higher up on leg curl and you'll get more resistance in the beginning. I have a lot of Titan equipment, this is my far my fav.

Tom Traill: For me, I think that the first piece of equipment would be a modular power rack, the second a functional cable trainer, and the third (providing that I can do lat pull downs and low rows on the cables) might be a leg extension/ leg curl

Michael Levine: great video as always. I have this piece, and I put (2) 5kg change plates on the stopper. This fixes that zero resistance at the bottom of the motion.

Morgan Olson: It seems like a very cool piece to add in such a small space. With the weight stack versions of these in commercial gyms they're just too expensive to justify having them in a garage gym generally. I wonder if you said it next to a weight stack you have for something like lat pulldown or row you could just extend that cable and use that on the horn and it would probably take care of quite a bit of that early free travel the plate loaded variety has. I would personally love to have one of these in my garage gym just to be able to go over and get a pump in the thighs or hamstring two or three times a day.

rgibbs17: Thanks, Coop. I recently tried (and failed) the leg extension/curl machine from Yukon and was horribly disappointed. And their customer service sucks balls! So it's good to know there are better options out there. Quick question - other than the pivot/swivel on the bottom arm, does the arm move up or down? The Yukon one wanted to move up on the outside part (away from the pivot point) and it always felt like the resistance was not balanced.

wilson li: What would be awesome is for some of these companies to come up with a contraption that would level a portion of a sloping garage floor. I love my garage gym and this is the only pain-point for garage set up.

Michael Law: Coop! I've literally been waiting for you to review this piece that's been so obviously lurking around the background of all your other home gym videos. So glad you did! Love this piece. One point you didn't touch on is the camber angle can be finessed to perform similarly to primes leg curl leg extension using the various laser cut holes. Please do a review on all of Prime Fitness's various new generation cavle attachments!!!! The world will thank you. I appreciate all that you do Coop, you truly are revolutionizing the way fitness has been evolving and I think many may not recognize that but I thank you for your reviews man!

Daniel Garcia: Just bought mine. Review is spot on in my opinion and I am glad I picked this up. It's a good buy in my opinion simply for the foot print and functionality.

Vincent S: You can add a resistance band from the plate peg in the back to the foot pad… Feels really good!

Heath: The the weight plates will offer the most resistance when it is moving vertically. Make bumpers in varied sizes that go on the stop pin. These bumpers would hold the resistance arm at a more optimal starting point, say 7:30 (on a clock face) so that vertical resistance is in play from the initial movement.

UNK KIT: The easier ROM at the beginner of the leg extension is actually a pro for me. The start of the ROM can cause knee pain so this works perfectly!

Jason Plauche': Hey Coop.. Try adding a linear shaped pad or rolled up towel under your hamstrings. This should lower the angle of the hip joint to the knee. This should solve the problem of not feeling resistance at the beginning of the leg extension exercise option. Hope that helps. Keep up the great content.

Gustavo Sánchez: You can actually adjust the arm so the resistance is a lot more consistent. For leg extension just set it deeper in, and for curls just set it higher. That makes the starting point heavier.

MrDisco: You could compare this with the prime version just for the fun of really seeing all the differences between budget vs premium.

Tim T: This is definitely an area that companies need to focus on. I would think they would make something that can go on a rogue cage that works with a pulley system.

Gym Reviewer: The plate storage option is creative... wasn't expecting that!

dughall aitken: Coop, love all of the reviews and I always use them to guide my purchases. A question through, do you know what percentage of your subscribers are based outside the US? I ask as the problem we have is that we are often unable to have products shipped from companies like Titan. Is there a future video in there talking about (international) shipping, current difficulties and future improvements? Assuming of course that I'm not your only international subscriber! Cheers pal, keep it up.

Devil’s Advocate: The means to increase weight in rom is to change the leverage. Have the mounting peg longer and extend our beyond where the kick pad is, meaning you’d be applying force to the short arm of the lever.

Dee Harrison: I place a 4x4 on the ground in front of the front feet and then drag a bench over for seated calf raises. Loaded it up to 325 and it holds up just fine.

Gibralter Hemingway Fitness: I love how Titan ignored your suggestions on improvements and instead upped the price by $150 more

anthony clark: I love plate loaded, especially since the beginning of the movement is where the risk of injury is highest

Kim .: "War zone fitness" reviews this leg extension too and he shows how to fix the rom resistance problem. He swings the weight plate then pops the pin into place when the swinging weight is at a certain spot. Then you have resistance from the very beginning of movement

Chris Graves: Definitely movements that are missing from my home gym workouts. Really like this piece but agree it's like the "last" piece to add if I have space left.

Daveyboy77: Jack the front up to increase the resistance at the start of the movement. The Higher = The Harder. Better still, Titan should build it more reclined.

Brian Murray: I see that it's got pin holes all around the disc. If you wanted more resistance at the bottom you could pin it so that the weight arm is closer to horizontal. When the weight arm is vertical the first movement of the weight is forward (or backward), so it's not going against gravity so the resistance is minimized. When the weight arm is horizontal your lifting the entirety of the weight with no assistance from the weight arm.  Having said that, with the load moving through an arc like that it is indeed unavoidable that the resistance will vary throughout the ROM. But you could work 45 degrees below to 45 degrees above parallel to stay in the range that provides the most resistance.

UNTAMED-HANDS: Hey Coop ! Love all the videos brother . Quick question Titan has a leg curl and hamstring attachment that goes with their titan series . Do you think you could attach that same piece to let say Force USA g9 power rack ?

Califoreigners: Great to see how small of a footprint it has, definitely want to pick this up for my small home gym.

Kyle Simpson: If you put a 5-25lb plate on the stop pin for the weight arm it works better. It makes the starting weight higher. Also helps to get more ROM on extensions. Partner takes it off during the first rep and replaces it on the last.

C A: Thank you for the video! I’m looking for the best machine . I love your videos ❤️

BonPrez: Coop, I know this may sound weird, but have you ever tried it with a hip thrust or is it too awkward because of the top roller pad? I see that there’s a bunch of adjustability options so I’m just curious since it’ll be cool to be able to use it as a machine with 3 exercises on it.

KillJokeWhoosh: That’s why I love doing single leg cable curl/extensions. You get full resistance the entire movement. Once the weight is on the bottom on this machine you no longer have any resistance.

Steven Gunn: 13:53 Great review but the math does not add up. The overall score should be 4.0, based on equal weighting of the eight component scores (13:41), which total 32. Dividing 32 by 8 yields 4. Are some component scores weighted more than others? Are there other component scores not shown here?

MrPoselsky: Coop, I saw your video about making concrete dumbells. What about making those hexagons first, then measure the weight (excess weight can be sanded off) , fill it with chemical anchor and a threaded rod. That way you can make adjustable dumbell set! Cheap and neat!

Tyler Ortis: I put a 25 lb plate on the stopping pin which raises the starting point of the weight arm. That great increases the resistance at the bottom because the starting point is closer to parallel to the floor.

Herbert Fillers: Don't install the pin that is keeping the weight from swinging and you can load up the ROM more. This has solved that problem. Also lift the seat up to highest position and face towards the seat and you can do single leg leg curls.

Michael Fazio: I just cut off the stop pin for the top leg pad and it works perfectly i ground it smooth and touched it up with black paint you can now flip it forward and the other arm won't allow it to go far . Makes getting on and off 100 % better ! Just wanted to share my hack .

TheMoneyTrainExpress: If they changed the lever arm where the weight plate attaches, so that they were like one foot away and 90 degrees horizontally (at the bottom “zero resistance” spot…that would probably take away the loss of resistance . Think of how the weights are set up on the stealth leg press… away from the center of gravity

Taylor Maciow: If I were a manufacturer, I’d start looking at utilizing a magnet through the first portion of the ROM to increase resistance through a certain point, then end the magnetic resistance, and transfer to the plate load on the rest of the rom

Balto X61: I actually attach mine to my titan low row part of the lat pull. Connect it with a chain collar, then added some wheels to it as well so i can wheel it in. Works great and makes it have fairly even resistance throughout

bigx5murf: On these types of machines, the solution to the resistance throughout the ROM was to have multiple weight horns at different points, usually 3.

Luka Uroda: Coop, love your channel, love your videos, they are really helpful and insightful. I do however have a small "pet-peeve". Your scoring method, by which I don't think you are in any way inaccurate, I just would like it if you use a certain scoring scale (from 1-10 or 1-5, etc.) that you say something like: "in this category this *piece* has a score of 8 of 10, and the 10 is *another piece* or something similar. Would love it if I know what is a 10 and what is a 1 to have an idea why you said, for example, 8.

Leonardo Martin: Literally the video I need. I’ve been window shopping this thing for two weeks at least trying to figure out if I should get it

Who Cares?: It’s almost perfect. All they have to do is to add the weight sleeves on both sides, so once you go heavy enough, it starts to tilt on the side and that not only puts more wear on it, but is also pretty dangerous.

fatboitino2: You could possibly set the pin to have the seated Leg Curl start in a higher position, or- to have it in a further back position for the leg extension

Senor Mango: Hoist bench with leg attachment is fire, solid pro gym level equipment

Darren Sargent: I would think they could add some sort of stop pin so that the plate does not drop to a vertical at the start of the rep.

timrhodes1: Fix resistance by setting the plates on a box so the lever arm is more hoizontal at the start of the rep

Matthew Loewenstein: They raised the price to $650 just a week ago. There goes that value score

Mark Andrew Koval: Coop is making some progress…Coop score doesn’t take packaging into consideration Meh, I think it’s hard to knock it for the ROM and plate loaded design….it’s what’s appealing for the home gym (plenty of cost savings, smaller foot print)

Dan K: Started using like $40 in cables and pulleys and a loading pin. String em up on the power rack and you can do pretty much any exercise you want!

LosChimichangas: Hoping you guys review the Yukon leg/core machine .It's the closet thing to the prime leg combo machine at a somewhat reasonable price. Surprised there's not any reviews on it

Hank Ulven: You can perform standing leg curls, hip thrusts and also sit in front of the machine on a bench and use as a calf raise machine as well

Tim Latus: If you push the arm into a bit higher starting position before you start the leg extension the lower resistance is a bit better, but it’s a pain to do when you’re already in the machine. I usually try to get my feet as far backwards as possible instead. It basically does the same thing.

vgman94: Was buying some nice Urethane plates from a guy and he had this in his garage. I had been eyeing it for over a year. I asked to try it out and my experience validated everything I read about it. It’s a fantastic machine. Medical. My knees felt better with one set than they had in years.

Brett Duce: There are other brands that allow you to choose the starting position for the weight arm. So for leg extensions you can have the weight arm extended up at the start of the motion which improves the amount of resistance at the start of the rep.

Brandon: I feel like you could also use this as a standing leg curl if you kept the weight arm in the front leg extension position and lean over the thigh pad. Then you could grip the handles or possibly the back of the seat. Imagine you could also finagle rear delt flys or modified high rows by leaning over the weight arm. Possibly lateral raises if you either sit on the floor or on some kind of block/pad if you need a bit of added height to get better ROM. Obviously none of these things would be ideal, especially for a taller person, but if all you have is a rack and this machine it might be able to add a few more options to your workouts

Keith Hopkins: would like to see a review of the titan dual shoulder press/lateral raise. keep these coming.

David Robertson: Hilarious i was just thinking while working out i needed something like this lol. This would be a 5/5 if that back piece was adjustable into a laying hamy curl aswell.

darren676767: The lack of resistance for both movements at the start of the rep is super easy to fix. Rather than the weight plates rest at the bottom against that pipe 'stop', if the plates were supported perhaps 4-6 inches up either side from the bottom resting position, then when you commence the contraction movement, the weight is already within the resistance range.

D D: Thanks, coop. You convinced me to buy one. I see this one guy has adapted some additional exercises: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wm0IzgDVW9U to a leg machine. I imagine one could even do preacher curls potentially.

Pnutbutter: If they can sell a leg attachment for the back support so that it can have a third function as an INVERSE CURL!! Would buy that yesterday!

Bricknose91: Coop might need to do another review when he actually figures out how to use it. I've seen a lot of guys who have owned it for a while and they seem to have figured out the pin position to have better resistance, ie not putting the pin at the very bottom.

MacAllister Strength Co.: Cool Coop's doing a whole Titan Series now. We don't have much Titan in our gym but we started our REP review series!

Bricknose91: We need to see Titan vs Valor vs Archon plate loaded tower pulley. Most home gym guys use these for cable systems and we need to know which is best as some are double the price of others.

Jack Minnella: Could you attach a low row cable with some extension mechanism to simulate a "globo gym selector stack" machine? would be interested to see a #short on this Coop!

Jballard9130: Put a 25 LB plate on the knob that stops the lever arm what the weight plate sits on, which will move the leverage range to about 30 degrees to 70 degrees, which makes the resistance curve much more even for leg curls/leg extensions.

OTR-MTB and Fitness: There could definitely be a way to hook to a cable machine for additional load a t the start which would fall off as the cable moves into line with the arm.

Robert Hernandez: I was seriously just letting my wife know that something like this would be a perfect addition to our home gym. Perfect timing for this video.

Blake Sumner: Could you hook it up to a rack mounted pulley system to fix the weight curve? I feel like you could rig something up with a longer cable and two pulleys? Just a thought.

Stevan Ball: You can greatly increase the weight at the bottom of the extensions by adjusting which hole the pin is at the start point. Revisit and think. You can do it Coop

Full time mechanic: Could the tension at start in both exercises increase if you start in at steeper angle the normal so you get tension from start. And could you maybe review a front loaded leg curl / ext machine

miskee11: Man, all these machines look so sleek and nice. I'm a scaffolder by profession and I happen to own some welding gear, so everything in my gym is just built from scrap pieces of scaffolding. They look like random piles of junk, but thanks to my job I've saved a couple thousand dollars. Still, I'm probably gonna sell all this stuff in the future for pennies and invest in something that also looks good...

jose alvarez: Hey coop, what if you hook the cable handles from the low position of a cable machine to the load pin on the leg curl/ extension?

jared matthews: Been waiting forever for this review thanks

Brad Lustig: My gym is mostly Rogue but I do have a few pieces of Titan equipment with this being one of them. I was able to squeeze this in a space at 45deg that was pretty much unusable for anything. I can use 115 before the tail starts to lift off the floor without plates on it. You can adjust the weights to give you more resistance at the beginning of the movement.

Lukas Piechocinski: Very Schnell inspired. This German company designed this machine in late sixties or so. They were built so well that they are still in use and sought after

Simon Li: Heck yeah been waiting for this review for a while

Bobby SlavO: Good review. Any recommendations on a adjustable bench version around the same price?

Jared Petrassi: Would love. To see a review for the prime leg curl\ ext combo

Joe Adams: Titan makes a beautiful hack machine and it's only $1000. I love it.

kendall brown: Could you please review the xmark leg curl/extension machine. It looks like it keeps more tension at the bottom of the rep compared to titan. I’d like to hear your opinion.

Gardening in Small Spaces: I have a squat rig. Would this be a good next piece of equipment to add for my leg workouts, or is there other leg machine I should get first?

dundun data: Would not mind having this in the home gym.

Biff Ripen: I would love to see video reviews of some of the Powertec workbench stuff. They make an FID bench for $429 that has tons of adjustments and is compatible with loads of attachments. They have a leg curl/leg extensions attachment with a 200# weigh cap for $189. I have never tried any of their gear however so I'm not sure about the quality. I'm considering replacing my adjustable bench with the Powertec for the expandability options it offers.

Travis Tate: Could you hook this up to a cable on a low row or belt squat attachment somehow? To get equal resistance on the rom

Morten Poulsen: If the weight was a little longer “out” from the legs cusion, would make the weight “kick” in early and harder… the reverse leaver-arm principiel

Sobersunrise: What is the maximum user height this unit can effectively accommodate? I'm 6'5" and I'm concerned if I would be able to fit on it.

Jonathan: Do you prefer this style of machine for these exercises as opposed to the "lying prone" option?

Alex C: How does this one compare to the lying down version? Anyone have experience with both?

J M: I appreciate your reviews and wanted to let you know that link on your website to this machine says page not found. Want you to get credit as I've already bought rogue 3.0 bench on your reviews and will try link on this video. Thanks Coop

SamSaytion: Tanks for this review coop, it’s very interesting i Want buy this machine but we can’t in Europe! I think this machine is the best or her catégory at this price.

TheLastPrefect: They raised the price right after this video by 100 dollars...I’d say this is now outdated and inaccurate.

Chris: Can you connect it to a cable pulley to get a similar effect to a pin loaded?

Michael Pietrzak: Nice review. I am waiting for V2 on this one

William Churchill: If it locked at the 8 and 4 o clock positions respectively it would have resistance the entire way vice the 6 o clock position
