How To Use Whatsapp To Contact Hair Vendors |Podcast Episode 2

Hey you guys so finding a star. I am the owner of only rounder chicago-style University and I am, I have one of my clients on the phone. She had a question about how to contact vendors on. What'S that and so we're coming to you live because I felt like the questions that she was going to ask me a lot of you have the same questions, so I felt like this would help many of you so just give you a background story. She purchased some vendors from me um, and so so she purchases vendors from me website design local design, but today we are going to discuss how she should contact the vendors that she purchased from me now, even if you didn't purchase vendors for me, oh yeah, my Nail broke, even if you didn't purchase in there for me, you can use these techniques and whatever she says to me, is going to apply to you know when you are contacting a vendors. So hey my love, you want to just introduce yourself right right, so you tell, can you guys hear her and I make sure they can hear you clearly before we start? Can you did you hear her talking type? Yes, if you can hear her talking, I've been enjoying these kind of videos and I'm glad can you hear her when she said I can hear okay? Is it clear all right, my love, so tell me: what is your first question? Is you have for me? I don't know what she's gon na ask me: let's just do a disclaimer, I don't know she's gon na ask me so you know I don't know where she's gon na ask me. So all right and let's go with the first one besides the price list right. So the normal questions is: will you contact the on the vendor? You normally ask them, you know their name and their price list, and you know where they're located. So you want to know beyond those questions. What should you ask right? Okay, I'd like to ask them how often they're open what holidays they celebrate. The reason why is because if I know that they have a celebration of holidays and they take those things off, I know I can't order here from them around that time. Does that make sense? I also ask them what is their cutoff times for for them to ship out of here so say they need the FedEx or DHL, comes and picks up their orders at 11, so they may need to have all the orders shipped in price. I mean process by 10:30 their time, and that's that may be their time, so I will our ask them. I will tell them to. Let me know what that cutoff time is the third thing that I would ask them it. I I want to know from them. Is I want to know what time it is? It sounds so simple, but I will always ask them what time it is when you first speak with them. So that way you could get a very good understanding of what time and the type differences. So if you send them a message at nine o'clock at night and it's six o'clock five o'clock in the morning, you know you're, not gon na hear a message from them for another four or five hours right. So you want to know what's their time zone. Does that help so the most of the people that you come in contact with is going to be the manufacturer. Um they're, not gon na be the source, but they're gon na be the middle person, meaning they got to hear from someone and other something. It'S you. So it really does not matter if they're manufacturing, the hair um or if they're you know the person after manufacturing the hair. So you got the person that they go, get the hair from and then you got them and then after them there's you so yes it. Actually, it really does matter because you don't want, so you don't want three or four people in between in between the source, because every time someone else sells you, the hair or if the hair gets in someone else and the price goes up. So if you pay say ten dollars for a bundle, the person that charged you for the hair, they probably pay two dollars for the bundle or three dollars. So they got the hair for three dollars. They made it into a bundle. Now they selling it for ten dollars and then you get it you're gon na sell it for fifteen twenty dollars so say: if you they got to hear from the source for two dollars and then they sold the hair teeth um they sold. They got the hair from someone else for ten dollars. Now they have to sell the hair to you for fifteen to twenty dollars, and now you got ta sell to here for twenty twenty-five thirty dollars, and that makes sense so you one less people in the Midwest possible. I would not worry about how many people in between I would just be more concerned about the price you could tell by the prices. So the more people that's in between you and the actual source, the higher the price is going to be the less people. That'S in between you and the source, the cheaper you're, going to be able to get the hair for. Does that make sense? Is it a price that right here shouldn't be that low? I left mine? Thank You Glenda. Yes, so you want to be very suspicious about really cheap hair, because the hair is not gon na. Be that cheap. If it's WestEd, the hair will be cheaper if it's uh, not Westing, meaning if you're just buying a bundle of hair like this. It'S not gon na, be it's not gon na be an expensive because you still have to you still have to UM. Do something with your hair, whether you make it in a micro link somewhere than make it in the clip is whether you make it a wedding. There'S still a there is you still have to assemble the product, so it's going to be cheaper. If it's too cheap, you know the person can be scamming you just wanting to get an order. You got to be careful on that. They could be just wanting to get an order um. You also want to use your common sense. Why is it so cheap? You know what I'm saying why so I'm sorry so um! Alright, it's my love. What'S your next question, I'm sorry! So right, how do you call the vendor through what that right? So what you're gon na do is you're gon na download, whatsapp you're gon na go to your place or if it's Android, you're gon na, go to your app sources. I'Ve Apple! If its iOS system and then you're gon na put in your information, so what's happens, going to ask me for your phone number, they're gon na ask me for your name. They may ask me email address, so you put in all that information. What you're gon na want to do is you're gon na first want to save the vendor in your regular contact list. Okay, save the vendor your regular contact list and the reason why you're going to do that cuz. It'S gon na be easier for whatsapp to find the contact versus you having to put in number through. What'S that so save the number and your whatsapp now so the india vendors normally start out with nine one XYZ XYZ one, two three right: you have to put in at nine one, because that is like their country code and what's that in America, our country code Is one right, so my number is saying: my phone number is seven one, six, four and four four, two one 131, and what's that the number is gon na, be one seven one: six for XY: 1. 1. 2. 1. You hope they won't be able to contact me unless they put that one. You won't be able to contact the vendor unless you put in their country code too, and normally their country code for China starts with an eight and then in and in India. It starts with a nine, so you're gon na put that in. What'S that I mean you're gon na put that in your contact, then you're gon na open up whatsapp and when you open up one time, you're then going to um you're then going to find the contact. That'S that's in your phone, but you're gon na find it. What'S that cuz whatsapp is going to actually for access for your phone book and you're gon na give it to them and they're gon na pull your contacts into whatsapp for everybody that has a whatsapp. Does that make sense? No you do use the plus. The plus is automatically gon na pop up in. What'S that, you don't have to put in the plus, because the plus is going to automatically put in and get put into. What'S that it's like, when you go to google search and you type in a what a website address, say you type in only raw hair in a website browser, even though you didn't type in www.certaintyinspections.com, that's for one bundle of hair or three bundles of hair you're Gon na expect that's gon na, be like the minimum that you're gon na pay a [ __ ] amount for a minimum. It'S like 70 dollars a star. We never heard anything from lindenson star. We never heard anything from you about the coronavirus. I would love to hear how you feel as far as gaining product and ordering things and how it may affect your business. I could do a video on that. That could be my next video Glenda, because it is definitely affecting me definitely affected me um yeah. So we could do that. Alright! What'S your next question, Mel? Okay? So now this gets a little bit tricky because you ordered of that you, you purchase vendors from me right and gelinda you're on your. You purchase vendors from me as well right, so most of the people that's gon na, be in this video live video within the next 24 hours purchase vendors. For me, and the upside of that is, you are purchasing of someone that I trust, so you don't have to go through that sampling phase, for as a normal person would normally have to do. That'S why you invest it in the vendor, so normally how we go is say: you didn't purchase the vendor for me. You are going to want to purchase a sample bundle sample bundles for our purchase, one sample bundle from the vendor, and when you get that bin bundle, I would you know bleach, it diet cut it. You know do all those things uh, miss Butler wants to know where she could purchase the vendor list from you can email me and sta are, are at Starr, University, comm or st AR AR and only raw hair um but yeah. So, what's so normally what you would do is you would um get the hair and you'll you gon na [ __ ], the hair up right, so you've uh messing her up. You gon na damage. It right. My time, you'd be doing down here at us tonight. Here, ain't gon na be good right to nobody because you're not tested it but you're so, but after that, you're still gon na need to get more hair from the fender because you're just testing it to see if they've scammed you out of your money. That'S literally, what you're doing you playing Russian roulette right, so you're literally testing the hair to scan to see if they are sending your real hair or not. That'S the first thing. You'Re doing the second thing you're going to do is you're going to then purchase a larger order, because now you need to see on the other bundles. So when you and that first, that first purchase that you made with that hair, I will order a bundle of curly hair. Coz curly hair is going to be the most difficult here to deal with, so I will purchase you know the curly bundle. First, then, when you do the second order now, this is when you're gon na order that here for yourself right, so you you're gon na order to here for yourself to wear or whatever the case is you're gon na order. You'Re gon na want to order 20. 22 inches because the longer hair from a bad vendor will matte up first right, so you're gon na want to order longer hair. If you don't wear longer here, you need to find somebody, your aunt, your cousin, whatever told to wear they here. Whatever the case is, then, when you they wear that hair, I would say I will order another test back from that vendor after seven eight months, because Linda says, if you got your vendor from start, you don't have to worry about nothing, especially wrong lol. Okay, now that second batch of here that's six seven months down the road and the reason why I say that is because you really want to see how the hair is going to be. You know, after a couple of washes and after a couple of installations - and you know how well the hair is holding up after that - that's when you're gon na want to order some more hair right. The problem with this process is to see if this vendor is really good. It'S gon na take you a while, because you need to order one hundred two hundred bundles from this vendor over a long period of time to see if it's a good ender. Now, on the flip side, if you have one of my vendors, you purchased that vendor to bypass that process. Does that make sense? You are bypassing that process. So I would say you don't order a bundle to test you don't order hair to sample you. You are now ordering here to sell, because I'm telling you this vendor is who I use to sell cut hair to my customers. Now I do still recommend you order here to wear for yourself, because you are your best advertisement and you'll be able to sell the hair better because you know it. So that's one of two ways: a if you are doing the hard work and looking for your own vendors, then that's gon na be the best way to go about doing it. So I would wait to actually say a vendor is reliable for our way a year. At least a year and a half two years, which I know is not realistic, but I would say if you want my advice, I'm just telling you, because I've seen [ __ ] go haywire and how it went haywire and how they found out it was haywire. Is because somebody did a review on their their little hair company and now they had to shut it down and start all over again. Okay. Does that make sense? Yeah? Okay, I'm sorry! I went on a rant. I went on a rant about it, so um, okay, alright, what's next for the hair, once you purchase yes, what specifically, though, would you like probably explained it like how to wash it? You know there's a certain way. I know you have to wash hair okay, so I did a video on how to wash in here when I'll. Do is I'll link it in this video and put it below okay yep? I did a video on how to wash it so right now. I know the next video I'm gon na do is about the corona virus and then, after that, I'm gon na do a video room. Video of me, showing you guys how to actually work at what's happen. The phone, okay and I'll load I'll link that video below you guys give me like not too neighbor tomorrow to do it. Alright, do you have any other questions? Yes, so um quite a few of my vendors, don't accept paypal and you only can't purchase through Western Union or MoneyGram. Yes do I recommend it no because again, you're playing Russian roulette. Now how I found out, who I could trust, who I couldn't trust - and I know it's bad, but it was really trial and error. Honestly, I what I have gotten my money taken. I'Ve had, I have gotten my money taken. I'Ve had bad hair ship to me. I'Ve, like I've, been doing a ringer. With these vendors been through the ringer on the positive, is I have money to burn right. We really never have money to burn, but I have money to burn and testing vendors, but the reality of it is what I do that again. I I would not what I would do is I would go to someone and would I would bribe them to /. Let me purchase they vendor. I would I'm not even lying if I had to pay a thousand dollars for a good vendor. To save me all the trouble and a heartache that I that calls me and all all the the customers complaining, and I would do it. I was any other question I would. I would not recommend for you to send your money to someone that you don't have any type of dealings with in the past or no one can vouch from them for them. I'M saying that the vendors that I deal with, I can vouch for them I'm, but there are vendors out there that are up the ball that have good hair that won't accept Western Union. I just can't really tell you about the ones that I have dealt with. That'S why you don't want to, you know, put your reputation and your money on the line with someone you are blindly trying to deal with. Does that make sense? So what does that look like? Yes, so I mean I'm sorry so you'll be surprised because they've gotten better with disguising fucked-up hair right, um, I've gotten here where, as soon as I pull it out, the packaging is dry and brittle, and I've gotten here where, if, when I pull it out, the Package, it was beautiful and then, six months later it looked like a bird's nest. Okay, so there's not a way to tell if the hair is gon na be good or bad. Just by the way it looks when I take it out the package. I'Ve gotten wrong here where I take out the package and it looks disgusting and it looks like nobody will ever want to wear it and then I wash it and treat it and it looks beautiful. So I don't think that really answers your question, because there is no answer for the question like there's: no, yes, yes, and what process here, it is easier to tell when you take it out the package if it's going, if it is going to, if it at Least, has potential to be good hair. That'S what I should say what process hair for you guys, that's just coming in give us a thumbs up. So you with short hairs, you can definitely. That is definitely a good sign that the hair is going to give you problems now the problem with process. Here it is a little bit easier to tell if the hair is going. If the hair has potential to be bad here or good hair um, it is easier because it's it's manufactured hair. So the problem, though, is you can't tell with videos? So when you ask in vendors to see you, videos is really not doing you any justice, because you can't tell, but when you get it on in your hands, you could tell a little bit. But what process here you really not gon na be able to tough is good here until after that 5th 6th, 7th 8th wash so like this week that I have on now yaki. I keep telling y'all I've had this week for years. I'Ve washes like 50 times, but it still looks good, like the hairs look like is new and this is processed from my process finger. Does that answer your question? Okay, so short, hair is a no-no. Hair dye looks dry if it's not raw. If it looks dry in this process, that's a no-no. Another nono is thick beards on the web and that's where I hear or process here if the bearding is thick like the beers, that's the short short hairs at the top of the weft.
