How Do I Know If I Found A Good Hair Vendor?

Hey family, it's your girl here and I'm back with another video on today's video. You see the title, so you already know what it's about. So, let's just jump right into it. I do have my phone I'll be looking down, so I see a lot of people. Ask how do I know if I found a good vendor - and I just listed some bullet points that you can possibly go by to um differentiate if you found a good member or not, but these are just some points that I came up with. Hopefully, they're helpful for you so girl. Do me a favor and grab your notebook in your pen? Okay. So the first point I have is good communication. Now you do have to realize that these vendors are overseas. They are not in the United States, so the time zone is different. So if you have a vendor that is in Vietnam, I believe they are 13 hours ahead. China is 12 um if I'm not mistaken, so when we're up over here, they're sleeping and vice versa. So sometimes, if you stay up late enough, which nine times out of ten, you might have to you'll be able to talk to them because it's morning over there when it's night over here, so good communication. When I say good communication, I mean they have good response time. They answer all your questions. Um like they have no problem, communicating with you or answering your questions to the best of their ability. That'S good communication to me. So that's number one number two I had was good response time and, like I said they respond in a timely manner. Obviously, you have to give them some time, as I stated before, because they are overseas, but as long as they respond to you within enough time, if they want that money, they're gon na respond, um next Point number three is quality products and all textures that you're Interested in so I've um had experience where experiences where a vendor will have, let's say their: let's do version here, for example, their body wave hair will be really good, but the straight hair is not good. So when I say quality product and all textures, I mean every texture that you're interested in selling. It is top tier and it holds to your standard because at the end of the day, this is going to your customers. They don't care because they're just making the money they're just a supplier you're the seller, so you have to make sure that you're selling quality products. So that's bullet point number three number four see if you see if they will allow you to do a video chat. They should they shouldn't, have no problem. In most cases, most vendors don't have an issue with um video chatting with you, but do a video chat, so you can get to you're building a rapport. You want to build a relationship with your vendor. Um you. This is someone you're doing business with so think of it as a business partner, because that's who they are so, if you can video chat with them, um that'd be awesome. You get to see the factory you get to see the products you get to see the workers and it just gives you a chance. It'S like they're, your business partner, so it's like Bond being innocent. So that's number four number five is honest and open communication. I said good communication but open communication, they're being honest with you about what's going on in their world because, like I said they're overseas - and we don't necessarily know what's going on over there, so just make sure that they keep everything, honest and open, especially when it Comes to your orders, like you know, once you build that rapport with someone you're spending money with them nine times out of ten they'll, be open and honest with you unless, like I said, they are not a good vendor. This is about how you found a good vendor so yeah next is they have multiple payment processes? Most vendors do um, but to me that signifies a good Bender because they have multiple ways for you to pay um they're accustomed with how we do things in the States, because I know some people are a little skeptical with um. Let'S say: excuse me, my breath, you all know the situation um, some people have like y's or MoneyGram, and I, like I said, I'm a part of certain vendor groups and people are a little skeptical um we're a little skeptical with those things so um. If they have multiple payment processes, such as PayPal and um, some have bank transfer. However, that works. I haven't used that before definitely PayPal, but excuse me if they have multiple payment processors. That'S a good sign. It'S not a bad sign if they don't. But to me this is a good sign. Next, is they have legit websites and or social media accounts, not them giving you somebody else's information, or you know all of that, because they do that as well. They steal pictures, and that was my next point - no stolen photos and videos. I'M just going to tie those two together, but some of them don't have websites because they just strictly communicate through WhatsApp. I believe try inches is the only like um, the only vendor that I've seen that actually has a website that I'm familiar with. I know there are others, but I know for sure they have a website and they typically do communication through there, but make sure they have legit website and social media accounts see how active they are on those accounts see how um you know check the comments, see How they're responding see their stories and everything like that and, like I said, check out the photos because trust me if you've seen the photos once and you see them again somewhere else, you'll, remember hey. This is the same photo that this vendor sent me, or this is the same photo that I seen on this person page because some of them they do still um hair influences photos and make it seem like it's theirs. So if they don't do that, you have found a good vendor. Next is fast shipping and turnaround times. That'S my last point fast shipping. I recently placed a sample order for a um being there. I'M so excited about and I'll tell you guys more in another video um. I placed the order Bright Day, which was our Friday, so I believe their Saturday and I got my hair today, which is Thursday. You will see this video after Thursday, but to me that was a good turnaround time for it to be coming from overseas, so you want to make sure you know the shipping is okay and the turnaround time is good because that's going to affect how you ship Um, when you get your products and things like that, so those are just a few points that I listed. Hopefully this was helpful for you um and that's how I determined if I had a good vendor or not. I do want to say that I'm still looking for a second vendor and a third, because you want to make sure you have multiple vendors um, but you still want to make sure everything is cohesive. Um. So maybe, if you have like a different vendor who sells something different, you would name that collection, something different and let your audience know that this comes from a different vendor simply because they all are not going to sell the same thing.
