What is up you guys welcome back to my channel, i hope you're all doing well. So in today's video, i'm gon na be trying out some super out there, hair thickening hacks, i'm sure you guys all know the backstory of my hair. When i got it cut super short and i made this face, so you know what i thought: let's stop messing around. I'Ve got some egg yolk like not on me, but i've got some eggs downstairs. I'M gon na do like a little egg mask. I'Ve got a can of beer because i'm gon na be washing my hair with beer and i'm also gon na be washing my hair with some coke. I only have zero, i hope, that'll work. I just thought you know what it's time to stop messing around. I want real results and i want them now. So let's put some coke on my head: okay, so first of all, i'm going to start off with wet hair and then i'm going to take my 1.25 liter bottle of coca-cola zero, zero calories, just in case your hair's on a diet and i'm gon na pour That straight onto my hair and really massage it in okay, i'm not doing that! You see what i did there a little bit of click bait. I'M sorry! I'M sorry! Okay! You know what i am so bored with all these little trendy hacks that just don't work and so yeah. Today i have teams up with pantene for this little social experiment, to talk about thick baiting, a little campaign that they've kind of created. I don't know about you guys, but i've done some wild things to my hair. Like everything i said again at the start, the egg, the beer, the coke. I have tried all of those things in the past and then some literally just to get nicer. Looking hair and none of it's worked so pantene did a recent study and 37 of those people had either fine or very fine hair, and then this makes me sad because it turns out that seven percent of those people, like that's quite a small amount, only seven Percent of those people say they have a great hair day every day. So pantene have recently launched their new lift and volume range which i'm gon na be trying out over the next few months and we're basically going to find out together whether or not the product does literally what it says on the tin. Now i know what you guys are thinking, nothing gets past you. I have extensions in that's not fair. If i'm trying to sit here and talk about the effectiveness of a product when i've got 200 grams of hair in my head. So what are we gon na? Do about that? Let'S take them out. Uh, give me half an hour to take them out this. The transition will be very quick for you, but okay be right back all right, i'm back and so is the mullet yeah. I just used all the products. Obviously, it's early days, i'm gon na continue to use them for the foreseeable future, but and bear in mind. I did obviously just have a load of oil, removing my extensions. That is some decent volume like normally when my hair is straight. It looks really flat but, like we've got volume here, ladies and gentlemen, so let's now talk about the products that pantene has sent over for me to try. So, like i said i did just use all of these in the shower. I will be including little cutaways. So, first of all, obviously because i did just take up my extensions - i went ahead and used this guy here. This is called the body and strength mask, so all of these products contain biotin, which we all know is amazing for our hair and rose water as well. Sulfate, free silicone, free all that good stuff, so pantene have basically covered all different steps of your hair care. Routine, obviously, you've got shampoo, conditioner you've got your hair mask, you have the seven in one oil mist, and then you have this guy here, which is kind of like their hero product, which is called the hair multiplier. So this obviously again contains biotin rose water and vitamin b3 and it's a hair, thickening treatment. So pantene's claim with this it's a big in - is that if you use this regularly, it will actually give you the look of having 6500 more hair strands. That'S a bold claim, that's a lot of hair strands but, like i put it around the crown of my head - and i do have quite a lot of volume here, like i haven't back brushed my hair or anything like that and yeah, it's giving me it's giving Me like a bit of umph so, like i said when i was washing my hair just now, i did use the mask first, just to kind of get rid of any extra like glue and tapes and stuff from my hair, then for shampoo i went in with The pantene lift and volume silicone free, thickening shampoo. They do also have a sulfate free one. I always rinse my hair at least twice this time in the shower. I did do it three times again, just to make sure i got rid of all the glue yeah. I feel like this cleaned, my hair really nicely. It smells so good. It kind of smells like a mojito and, like my hair, feels like it's got quite a lot of volume, but it doesn't feel like fluffy or dry or anything. It just feels like there's a bit more, then i went in with just a little bit of the conditioner for the end. So again, this is the pantene lift and volume silicone free, thickening conditioner. I don't tend to put conditioner any higher than my ears and i do just tend to focus it on the ends, because that's where i do find, i have the most like breakage. I then went in with this guy here, so this is the seven in one weightless oil mist, this stuff seems really nice. I love an oil, but i hate how it kind of like weighs my hair down so like i said this is called the seven in one oil. Now i will tell you the seven in one things that it does number one. It helps to strengthen your hair against heat damage. It protects you getting any more split ends on your hair, which is perfect. For me, i am split, end central. It helps to detangle, it provides a lightweight glow, their words, not mine, but to be fair, i do feel like my hair is looking quite shiny. It protects from heat, helps tame like flyaways and everything and number seven one of my most favorite steps of all, because you guys know what i'm like with scents. It just makes your hair smell good. It'S like a little hair perfume. So you can use this on both wet or dry hair. Obviously i just used it on wet and then last, not least, this guy here, the hair multiplier so, like i said this is supposed to give you the appearance of 6500 extra hairs and it's actually supposed to help thicken your hair strands as well. Like your actual hair strands are supposed to get thicker, so you literally spray this into the roots. It says to use 15 sprays into the roots, so i again in the cutaway just kind of like just went around my head sprayed 15 times massaged it in and yeah. I feel like i'm really gon na get on with this. So yeah i'm gon na be trying out the lift and volume range for a while. You guys can see how i get on over on my stories on my instagram. I will also be doing a proper before and after obviously after some continued use with this again on my instagram, so make sure you check that out. I don't know. I know something a little bit different for me, but i am genuinely just so done with all of the fake claims to help thicken your hair yeah. The claims seem to be pretty good with this stuff, so when the opportunity arose, i thought you know what pantene. I will take you up on your offer and i'll see if this really works so stay tuned, all right, guys, so little question of the day. I want to know what weird things you guys have done to your hair or, like weird things: you've done in general, like beauty wise, let me know like i said: i've used beer, i've used coca-cola i've used egg egg was don't do it so guys. As always. I will leave links to everything in the description box down below alongside any links to pantene socials. I might even start a little group chat with this. Actually because i am genuinely invested in whether or not this will make my hair thicker. So if you guys want me to do like a group chat or something, if you guys want to try out these products as well, we can do that we can like send each other pictures of each other's hair volume - wars, okay, volume, wars. Thank you once again to pantene for sponsoring this video just something a little bit different, just fun to mix things up sometimes so, if you guys do want to check out pantene's new lift and volume range, it is available at superdrug, and i will of course leave Links to everything down below, if you enjoyed this video, as always, please do give it a big thumbs up, because that really does help me out a lot and also subscribe. If you want to see more of me, because i upload all the damn time - also don't worry those of you that may be thinking like her stuff lost her mind and she's keeping her extensions out forever. I'M not, i am getting them refitted, but i did just want to be like totally transparent with you all and just show you my hair in its natural form. So don't be surprised if i look like steph from the start of the video in my next one. So yeah guys, if you enjoyed this video, if you found it helpful or whatever, please do give this video a big thumbs up and subscribe. If you want to see more of me, because i upload all the damn time, but apart from that that is it from me, i love you guys and i'll see you in the next one bye, woo

STEPHANIE TOMS: HEY FRIENDS! two thingssss 1. if you wanna be in the group chat to chat hair and do some volume wars (i literally wasnt joking hahah) let me know your username on ig and i'll add you in over the next few days 2. excuse the intense brows..this was pretty much straight after i got my microblading top up - the bigger the brow the bigger ur heart :) <3 tehe x

Born_confused: I love you pantene but it's literally impossible to make your actual hair strands thicker. It's not scientifically possible

Christine Louise: Pantene is one of the worst shampoo brands out there. Literally just silicone

Freya Marello: your hair does look so healthy now, you suit brown hair more than silver xx

Lidia Wor_B: You look beautiful without extensions!!! I actually like it more that way on you

Catherine S: On the subject of cola, carbonated water is actually great for clarifying hair. I had a carbonated water treatment at a salon once and it was amazing so gentle but clarifying. Egg is also good but you have to be careful not to cook it so yeah I've also used tea successfully hahha this is not clickbait. (On saying that I tried olive oil as a hair mask once and had to use dish soap to get it out. It was not good.)

Louise Hughes: For all the Americans asking about the pronunciation of Pantene, in the UK that is how we say it, its how they pronounce it in the adverts even. I know its pronounced differently in the US, probs how we say it sounds as weird to us for how you say it... These companies just like messing with us. Like in the UK your Downy fabric conditioner is called Lenor... Mind f*cked by these brands ❤️ You Steph xoxo

Mellie R: Woman! U look so HOT without extensions, leave them out, I think I might be the only one who thinks long extensions are outdated lol x

Hairy Dino: The most outrageous things I've done was using lemons put in a blender and Letting my hair sit in a mushy lemon mask overnight to try remove some old colour worked okay tbh Also, I recently shaved off my butt-long dreadlocks, so that's a big change.

Lucy Keefe: I got some temp colour stuck in my hair and tried literally everything to remove it, like all of the online hacks (crushed up vitamin C pills, vinegar, bicarb, dish soap...) then eventually I just used one of those colour B4 remover things and, what do you know, the product actually designed to remove colour removed colour better than a bunch of hacks

JSapproved: I have VERY THIN hair!! I did a video about how I keep my hair long & healthy can’t wait to see how this works

Lee Golder: I love Pantene. I have psoriasis through my scalp and Pantene is the only supermarket haircare brand which does not inflame it.

chronicbeautychrissie: I think you"re great showing how things really are.....I had do idea how your hair was without extentions....I think it looks grea, you ould rock any style.. i appreciate how real you are in this YouTube world. Ill be interested to follow along although I have the opposite problem with too much and too thick hair, I have to get it layered and thinned out regularily, i have a kind of reverse mullet (converse bob thing) but its grown out in quarantine. I also have super dry hair, not a hint of oil anywhere. Id love to find a drugstore/supermarket priced range to help. I've just started using the brand Eleven after getting a sample from Adore Beauty and they have been the best products i've ever found.....before them my hair would dry out and it was like each strand hated the one next to it so much it boofed out like some kind of interpretation of ursurla the disney villan!

Tammi Monaghan: I dont fall for any of the hair thickening or repair or supplements or whatever stuff, you name it, i tried it! My hair was the same length as yours for years and I wouldn't pass my shoulders. I bleached, coloured, cut, wore extentions and honestly the best thing I ever done was stop it all. I haven't coloured my hair in nearly 4 years, I wash it twice a month .. yes twice a MONTH! Its now sits kevek with my belly button My hair is naturally straight so I don't use straighteners, the only heat damage my hair gets now is from the hair dryer, twice a month but I always blast it with the cold setting. My hair is my proof that none of this gimmicky stuff works, its just not for me

Dani C: Avocado mashed as a rinse-out conditioner. It worked, just need to wash it out really well

Chante Zaaiman: I use mayonaise some times, and Cocunut oil with rosemary boiled, cooled down put on scalp overnight, rinse with vinegar. I used this as a child always, my hair was awesome

N Fischer: Those brows are bolder than my future. I love it.

Lemons: The Listerine rinse. It's supposed to leave your hair super shiny. I think it did, but it dried my hair out a lot and I got it in my eyes every time. I don't recommend.

Erika Wilson: I'm going to give this a try too. I have fine hair. My friend tried the egg when we were teenagers, it saved me the bother.

Clare Walch: I find Mayonnaise works well as a deep conditioner. Tried the egg hack too but ended up with scrambled egg which was a pain to get out and didn't smell great either, no one wants to smell like a walking fart xx

Laura Armbruster: I am so interested in this! My hair is long but constantly just looks 'meh'. Always want a bit more umf (is that how umf is spelled?) but yeah so interested to see if this work! Ig: breathe_in_walking :)

Megan Holmes: I was honestly just about to say please don't use coke on your hair as it can literally clean your toilet or an old penny and then to switched it, hope this range works it looks good!

Sarahmarie Hollenstein: I use virgin coconut oil for moisture and it did seem to work ... just was very expensive.

Alesha Mundt: Sticking to the hair theme – Feel like a full fringe would really suit you

iB cHEEL: I'd recommend the loreal elvive line. However nothing is going to do what extensions do...

Michelle Wallace: Love this video Steph in the US we have Pantene but pronounced Pan-Teen but I love your voice n accent so I couldn’t quit crushing on how you say it

Ayshea Eastwood: Her hair looks so good

Miah Gates: I used olive oil on my hair, it did make it really soft but shampoo roots twice or you will look greasy

Creattive_eye: I have fine hair, I had it cut short Bob 3yrs ago.. it is now soooo long ... hair getting trimmed helps .. I have a holy grail for hair care .. loreal elvive no hair cut products and leave in cream and kerastase oil .. I have to admit I have not tried any freaky things .. im intrigued on how it will work with your hair type .

Violeta Tudor: if you want one mil till 2021 do a little what is in trend as well like nikkitutorial tutorial because I want to see your input no drama just the gorgeous you bringing good vibes

ProvingLeyah DarkArts: Panten has made my hair so healthy and onoy been using it s month

Dannii Decides: Aww really wanted to see the outcome of the egg and stuff ... Curious about them new pantene products tooo

Nikki A: I love the way you say "Pan-Tan", lol... in the states we say it "Pan-Teen". I thought it was a new company, lmao. Love your accent =)

Rebecca Black: I'm so glad you didn't put coke on your hair, have you seen what it does to a coin

Kaja Zalokar: I have used coconut oil, but that's about it

Mya Philippa Gill: Caster oil is the god of hair growth

Robin Noland: I've used mayo as a hair treatment and....it worked

Tegan C: can you do a glossy box advent calendar review again

Kylie Kay: Ooooooo she click baited me . I feel abused

Nicole Marrs: Omg I love your videos just clicked on it but so excited my ig is @niicolemarrs xx

Sarah Hardy: My whole life has been a lie. It’s PRONOUNCED “PAN TEN “NOT “PAN TEEN”

Kelsey Oakes: Try styling upside down and then diffuse

LALA: HA HA HA HA !!! I HAVE A GREAT HAIR DAY EVERYDAY !!! I WEAR IT UP IN A BUN !!!! GREAT !! LMAOOO

27shalev: I did rice water and i must say it does something

R. Bray: Have I been pronouncing this brand name wrong for 20 years!?? Isn’t it pronounced “panteen”?

Becky xx: those brows r so bold I love it

Freya Marello: I'm obsessed with your tattoos, please do a video on them xx

June Rockstar: unfortunately pantene tests on animals. not for me.

Elliemay Gavin: Ur eyebrows are so unreal

Maria Elliott: Egg,yogurt, bannah, rice water I have tried everything

Southern Grace And Beauty: Oh my goodness I loved that click bait. That was too funny!

Lindy Novelli: Wait.... didn't you just get your extensions put in very recently? Are you going without them for a while then? Xx

Sazstaa: Diet coke takes hair colour out your hair ‍♀️

Donna marie: Steph yr that gwjus u wud suit any hair colour Steph I've just been looking on Wilko's website and I never realized they had Thier own brands of make-up and I say brands as I think they have 3, so I was hoping u wud do all 3 in separate first impressions plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz??? The brand's I came across r body collection, technic, and collection lasting perfection, that was a gob full lol hope to c u test them soon!!!!!

Chantelle Lloyd: love this video stephhh

Shwee Leigh: Isn't it pronounced PAN-TEEN? Or have I been saying it wrong my whole life?

ncballa69: I always thought it was "Pan-teen" ... but you are English so you are probably right with "Pan-ten"

Kendra Voracek:

Natacha Santos: Short haired Steph

Lacy Parker: I used mayonnaise

Amy Louise: Steph i love you and your videos but I seriously didn’t get the point of this vid no before and afters just on Instagram. So what was the point of mentioning it on here then

Kit Kat: Wow those are some HUGE brows

dwysan: I'm fuming/ sad that Steph has advertised this whilst click baiting AND before she's tried it long enough to know if it works, without any linked peer reviewed evidence. Saying "this cream makes my skin feel nice" is different to saying "I'm sick of false claims...here are some more false claims of what a product does without any proof".

M P: You remind me of priyanka chopra

Diva Theologica: Best click bait ever.

Clairethemamabear: Gosh, and you only just had your extensions done not long ago! Seems a waste of time and money...

Elisha Corke: So I wouldn’t recommend this brand as it is full of shittt stuff for your hair rub a key over your ends of your hair n I can guarantee that white stuff will come off it may feel soft n clean but it’s actually snapping ya hair js ...

Linda Davies: Great. Vlog.

michelle vaughan: Them brows r lookin vry extreme lol

Hell Yeah: Girl you're so pretty but the eyebrows are too much! They aren't framing your face at all they are just distracting

Hannah Marie: Clickbait

Imaan Yousaf: Hey Stephanie toms how are you doing today

Corrina Pett: Hmmm

olivia 122: Chav brows

Bilquees Mustafa: First
