Sway Hair Extensions | Nano- Bead Extensions | Permanent Hair Extensions | Long Hair Extensions

Hey everyone welcome back to cycle with sophie, so on today's video, i'm going to talk to you about my hair extensions, so i've had a bit of a crazy week this week. Um, i'm really really excited that i've had these put in so firstly, if you're gon na get hair extensions, you need to go to somebody who is fully fully qualified, don't go to anybody who willy-nilly says: oh, yes, i'm a specialist because you need to make sure They have the qualifications, because if they don't and they do your hair wrong, you can end up with damage to the scalp alopecia lots of really really bad things and it's very expensive, so first tip make sure you go to someone who's qualified, i'm living in norfolk. At the minute in the uk, so i went to go and see a lady called bonnie at be extended in nourish i'm going to tag her she's brilliant. If you are in the norfolk area, make sure you go and check her out, she's, unbelievable, so she's fully qualified in everything. You know color cutting extensions everything else, so i went to her and she color matched me so making sure that my extensions match. Obviously my natural hair and the color the highlights, so it all blends nicely um. She then assesses your hair, you know, make sure it's healthy enough and it's not really broken and that you can have the extensions without any damage to your hair. So that's always brilliant. Really, that's like i've said very, very important, um, and so what i had done was nano beads, so i'm just gon na pull my hair. This is obviously my hair. If i lift them up, so you can see what they look like just underneath tiny little bits. Just here there you can see, this is what nano beads look like, so they literally you have the hair like in tiny little strands. I actually have one strand somewhere. Where did i put my one strand here that you can see just one tiny strand, and this is how tiny it is, and they literally put it in and then a tiny bead, and they take it like a pair of, i want to say, like pliers, and They just clip it so there's no glue, there's no heat. They are literally attached tiny little bits all around your head, attaching to bits of your own hair, um and then you've got full extensions in all the time now. I only have them put from here and below, because obviously i want don't want to be seen or anything you want them to be. Super super discreet, like anything with hair extensions. You really want them to look natural. I'Ve given mine, a nice curl today and you can see under here, is a piece of my own natural hair, which is a lot darker underneath and there's not that much difference. I think in length. I'Ve only got about an inch and a half difference, so it just adds really thickness adds some volume and when i curl it or i straighten it, it holds so brilliant. I love having them in if you want them for length or if you want to have them for thickness um, i think you have less in if it's just for thickness. But again you need to check with my girl bonnie, because she'll tell you um. I had an amazing experience. I literally just went there filled out all the forms she checked. My hair said: yep we're good to go, but there's no pressure, you pay half then and then half when you go back for your appointment to get them done. So you have a consultation and then the actual appointment to get them fitted um. They cost me 280 altogether, which is expensive. Obviously, your first appointment is always expensive because you're paying for the fitting and you're also paying to buy the hair, but the hair lasts between nine and 12 months. I'Ve had micro, um nano beads put in this, isn't the fourth time in my life. I'Ve had them. So i've touched wood, never had any damage to my hair, really really worth it. I love them my hair holds for about three days. I only have to wash it twice a week, so it's absolutely brilliant, like tomorrow, i'll still have some loose curls in the bottom. So i can really just tweak it and go, which is great um. You want to make sure that you've got the right product, so i'm going to pull them out and show you so because i have suede extensions in my hair. I'Ve had easy locks before i've had um beauty works extensions. I really like this way. I really like the feel the texture, the weight brilliant. So you want to make sure you have a sulfate free product when you're washing your hair, so i've got the suede hydrate shampoo and the conditioner that i wash my hair with. I do a double shampoo, then a conditioner um, just as normal, washing it all out. Washing it and then rinsing it as normal, nothing exciting. The only thing you do need to do is when you're drying it. You have to dry it with a hair dryer, because you don't want the beads to go a bit gross or anything where they're damp, and you want to make sure you're not drying it upside down. You just want to dry it in sections like so um. I'Ve also got my heat protection in here, which is always really important if you're going to dry your hair, regardless of having extensions and or not, you want to have your heat protection, and then i have my dry shampoo. So i just went for this one. Absolutely brilliant: i love it so when it gets through about the third day. I just do like the tea section, just put it in take a little comb brush it through just to freshen it up a little bit and obviously being blonde. I find that when my hair gets greasy, it's so much more noticeable compared to girls that have darker hair and i don't have any problem when i use the dry shampoo, so make sure you check that out, um, but all in all, if you are thinking about Getting extensions nano beads are absolutely brilliant, so discreet so easy to use and because they separate you can do different things to your hair, like you can curl it straighten it braid it it's not like. If you had a weave or if you have tapes. Sometimes you know it's, obviously it's in chunks, it's in sections, so it can be a little bit more difficult to deal with um, but i absolutely love it. 110 would recommend getting nano, bead extensions and the suede ones or if you like easy locks or beauty works.
